  • the active group admin validates the data provided by the user like name, education or experience details and year. If the user provided details are true then the user account is approved 704 by the group admin and updated in the database 710. Then the user can access the application as shown in Fig. 4, if the user provided details are false then the account is rejected 704 by the group admin and asked to add a new group 706 by providing the education or experience information.

  • the super admin 802 is the administrator who manages each activity item associated with the web application.
  • the super admin 802 provides login access to the group admins to create a group and use the web application to share internal information of the institution or corporate or Government sectors or legal entities.
  • a home page 804 is provided with a plurality of windows where the super admin posts a poll question to all the registered groups to share their opinion.
  • the home page 804 also displays a calendar with events in which the super admin notifies the upcoming events to all the groups.
  • the super admin is also provided with a tab like quick links in which there are tabs like create a quiz, account settings, resource page, messages and manage groups 806.
  • the home page also provide with a window where the super admin can receive notifications based on the operations performed by the group admins. Also a report window is available in which the total number of available groups and sub groups are visible and the no. of active and in active users are also visible to the super admin.
  • a web portal main page is provide with a plurality of tabs 808 like newsfeed where the posted or shared notifications are displayed, quiz categories, groups tab in which the added groups list is displayed.
  • a messages tab is provided in which the super admin creates a message and send the message to the registered groups.
  • the super admin has an exam portal tab 810 where the super admin can host a quiz and collect all the conducted quiz details in my quizzes tab.
  • the super admin account has a reports tab 812 where he/she can save the user quiz reports and/or group reports for further references.
  • the super admin account also comprises a resource page 814 in which the super admin can also post a question in the discussion forum and invite professionals across the globe to participate and answer, posts a plurality of live sessions of different guest lecturers and invites users in the group to join by sending invitation for their respective streams add provides educative information on present technologies and tech profiles to users to improve their knowledge.
  • the super admin operates the LMS tool 816, the LMS tool is an interactive tool designed for users with eight levels where the user has to complete each and every level to qualify in each specific skills like Learning, Speaking, Reading and Writing skills.
  • the super admin also provides a simulation game tool for users, the Simulation Games are real time/ proxy cases studies where student has to put himself in a decision maker role and start acting accordingly. It has a unique learning based platform where students/individuals can improve their decision making skills and foresight their business opportunities. It gives a unique platform to users into interactive based learning methodologies where an individual can relate into real life situation. These would be video/audio/visual base course materials which would be one kind of learning into virtual world.
  • the super admin 802 has a support tab 818 where the admin provides complete details of the application like contact information. The super admin 802 also responds to the feedback and suggestions posted by the group admins, sub group admins and users.

  • the application can be used in any sectors like academic institutions, corporates, government and private sectors to authenticate or validate the people. For example Mr. 'A' signed up in the web portal as a user. Mr. 'A' updated his profile and completed his biometric authentication in web portal authorized center. If Mr. 'A' enrolls for a course in a particular college, if the college is a registered member of the application then on providing the unique ID the college receives personal details of Mr. 'A' with Biometric authorization and updates the details in college data base in education section, After 3years if Mr. 'A' completes his degree and Joins a corporate company as an employee. On providing the users unique ID the corporate company will get all relevant personal details and offers a Job. Mr. 'A' accepts and his profile automatically get updates in web application data base in Experience section.
  • Mr. 'A' applied for a new Mobile connection of a network with his Bio-Metric Authentication the new mobile number gets updated in the application data base in Contact details, if the corporate company asks Mr. 'A' to apply for the passport then Mr. 'A' walk-in to a passport center and provides his biometric authentication. The passport officer updates his passport information in the application and the details are updated in Personal ID section of Mr. ' ⁇ '. If the user wants to open a bank account in a particular bank with his biometric authentication. Account gets opened and the details are updated in Mr. 'A' banking section. For example, if the user wants to draw the money from the ATM, if he is a registered user in the application then he can just provide the unique ID and his/her biometrics then the data is authenticated from the application database and money can be with-drawn from the account without using any credit or debit cards.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un réseau générique pour des utilisateurs individuels et un syndicat. Le système consiste en une application Web de connexion d'une pluralité d'utilisateurs individuels et d'un syndicat sous un même toit. L'application est conçue de sorte à comprendre un administrateur principal qui administre l'ensemble du système et peut fournir un accès à une personne autorisée d'institut universitaire ou d'entités d'entreprise ou juridiques pour gérer toutes les activités qui lui sont associées. L'administrateur peut créer des sous-groupes d'administrateurs du département ou de la branche pour partager les informations internes. L'utilisateur peut accéder à l'application après avoir fourni les informations personnelles et les informations biométriques, puis il est validé par l'administrateur de groupe. Les informations personnelles et les informations biométriques fournies par l'utilisateur sont sauvegardées dans la base de données en nuage, de sorte que les données puissent être utilisées d'une manière quelconque, par exemple pour le retrait d'argent liquide, l'ouverture d'un compte, ou la demande d'un passeport.
