背景技术
肉类生产企业是离不开绞肉机的，绞肉机在生产过程中，将原料肉按不同工艺要求加工规格不等的颗粒状肉馅，以便于同其它辅料充分混合来满足不同产品的需求。现有的绞肉机多为采用高速旋转刀切肉后，肉粒完全粉碎，呈肉泥状，口感较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中的不足，提供一种方便移动的电动绞肉机。
所述目的是通过如下方案实现的：一种方便移动的电动绞肉机，包括底座，所述底座上设有绞肉桶，所述绞肉桶内设有多个螺旋刀片，所述底座上设有凹槽，所述凹槽内设有电机，所述电机的输出轴延伸到绞肉桶内与螺旋刀片连接，所述螺旋刀片直径依次增大的设置在输出轴上，所述绞肉桶内的下方设有孔板，所述绞肉桶的下端设有出料口，所述出料口内设有接料托盘，所述底座的底端设有转轮，所述转轮的边侧设有液压缸，所述液压缸的底端设有地脚，所述底座的边侧斜向设有支撑臂，所述支撑臂为伸缩结构，所述支撑臂的顶端通过转轴铰接有把手。
所述绞肉桶的顶端设有桶盖，所述桶盖的表面为亚克力透明板。
本发明具有以下优点：本发明的螺旋刀片依次增大的设计是避免鲜肉的体积过大将螺旋刀片卡住，造成电机损坏，还可以更换不同的孔板避免肉粒完全粉碎，结构简单、实用性强。

鲜肉放入绞肉桶2内，驱动电机4，电机4带动输出轴上的螺旋刀片3旋转，将鲜肉绞碎后通过孔板5落入托盘中，螺旋刀片3依次增大的设计是将鲜肉逐步绞碎，避免鲜肉的体积过大将螺旋刀片3卡住，造成电机4损坏，亚克力透明板方便观看绞肉桶2内的工作情况。绞肉桶2内的下端周向设有四个凸台，孔板5设置在凸台上，根据需要肉块的大小，可选择更换适当孔板5。
踩踏液压缸11上的液压踏板，液压缸11内的活塞杆将底座1顶起，通过地脚12进行支撑，防止转轮的不稳影响绞肉机的工作，使用后将液压缸11内的活塞杆回缩，推动把手15通过转轮移动，支撑臂13的回缩后，把手15通过转轴14与支撑臂13合并，节省室内空间和方便存放，避免了把手15与支撑臂13的支撑影响工人对绞肉机的操作。
