但是,商家展示的商品通常是根据促销或者随机展示的,而消费者自行查找也只能找到当前商品的商品信息,这样对消费者的导购效果并不好,不能准确的对消费者进行导购,耗费消费者较多的时间,不利于消费者购买商品。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要针对上述消费者购物需要耗费大量时间,且容易买错商品的问题,提供一种基于机顶盒的商品导购方法、系统及电子设备。
本申请提供的一种基于机顶盒的商品导购方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤S10:控制机顶盒获取商超的收银结算数据,根据收银结算数据统计出已出售每个商品的销量;
步骤S20:根据预设的分类对已出售的商品进行归类,在每个类别中根据销量由高到低对商品进行排序,获取每个类别的商品排序结果;
步骤S30:在未获取到消费者的商品查询请求时,控制机顶盒将每个类别中排序靠前的商品轮流进行播放展示;
步骤S40:在获取到消费者的商品查询请求时,解析出所要查询的商品所属类别,将所要查询商品的商品信息和所属类别的排序结果、商品销量一同展示给消费者。
在进一步的方式中,所述步骤S20还包括:在根据商品销量由高到低进行排序时,若多个商品销量相同,则获取多个商品的被查询次数,被查询次数多的排序靠前。
在进一步的方式中,所述步骤S30还包括:根据每个类别中排序第一商品的销量,由高到低设定每个类别的播放顺序。
在进一步的方式中,获取消费者商品查询请求的方式包括:由消费者语音输入,对消费者输入的语音查询请求进行解析;或者在消费者将商品置入相应扫描区域后,控制机顶盒捕捉商品图像并进行图像解析。
在进一步的方式中,所述方法还包括:由用户输入家庭中机顶盒的ID并获取用户输入的ID,通过商超机顶盒将商品销售数据、排序和输入的ID发送至前端服务器,通过前端服务器将商品销售数据和排序分发到输入ID所对应的机顶盒。

商品销量获取模块,控制机顶盒获取商超的收银结算数据,根据收银结算数据统计出已出售每个商品的销量;
商品排序模块,根据预设的分类对已出售的商品进行归类,在每个类别中根据销量由高到低对商品进行排序,获取每个类别的商品排序结果;
商品展示模块,在未获取到消费者的商品查询请求时,控制机顶盒将每个类别中排序靠前的商品轮流进行播放展示;在获取到消费者的商品查询请求时,解析出所要查询的商品所属类别,将所要查询商品的商品信息和所属类别的排序结果、商品销量一同展示给消费者。
在进一步的方式中,所述商品排序模块在根据商品销量由高到低进行排序时,若多个商品销量相同,则获取多个商品的被查询次数,被查询次数多的排序靠前。
在进一步的方式中,所述商品展示模块根据每个类别中排序第一商品的销量,由高到低设定每个类别的播放顺序。
在进一步的方式中,所述商品展示模块获取消费者商品查询请求的方式包括:由消费者语音输入,对消费者输入的语音查询请求进行解析;或者在消费者将商品置入相应扫描区域后,控制机顶盒捕捉商品图像并进行图像解析。
在进一步的方式中,所述系统还包括:商品信息分发模块,由用户输入家庭中机顶盒的ID并获取用户输入的ID,通过商超机顶盒将商品销售数据、排序和输入的ID发送至前端服务器,通过前端服务器将商品销售数据和排序分发到输入ID所对应的机顶盒。

本申请提供的一种计算机程序产品,包括:存储在非暂态计算机可读存储介质上的计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被电子设备执行时,使所述电子设备执行如上所述的基于机顶盒的商品导购方法。
本申请基于机顶盒的商品导购方法、系统及电子设备,通过机顶盒获取商品的收银结算数据,根据商品实际的销量来对已出售商品归类并进行排序,获得商品的受欢迎程度来对消费者进行导购,消费者可以根据商品的热销情况来选择所需的商品,能够很快查找到所需的商品,不会耗费大量时间,同时消费者能够挑选到更好的商品利于消费者购买。

具体实施方式
为了使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
目前,在大部分商超内部,为给消费者提供商品展示或者给消费者提供娱乐休闲,大多会安装电视机等显示设备,播放商品信息或者电视节目给消费者观看。机顶盒作为音视频播放控制设备,与显示设备连接。随着智能化的发展,机顶盒的功能也越来越多越强大,具备一定的处理能力,故本申请提供的方法基于机顶盒来对消费者提供导购。
具体的,如图1所示是一个实施例中的基于机顶盒的商品导购方法的流程图,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S10:控制机顶盒获取商超(商场和超市)的收银结算数据,根据收银结算数据统计出已出售每个商品的销量。
商超的收银结算数据是各个商品的销量,通过商品的销量能够了解商品的销售状况,根据销售状况能够很好的反应商品的受欢迎程度,从而可以对消费者进行很好的导购。
步骤S20:根据预设的分类对已出售的商品进行归类,在每个类别中根据销量由高到低对商品进行排序,获取每个类别的商品排序结果。
考虑到商超中的商品种类过于繁多,为更好的对消费者进行引导,预先设定分类规则,将商超中的商品分成多个大类,比如可以分成粮油、生鲜、饮料、烟酒、调料、日化、家电、服装等等,分类之后便于对每个商品进行分类管理,分类导购,方便消费者根据类别进行查找和购买。
在进行分类之后,获取到销售数据后则根据分类对出售的商品进行归类,归类后为了解商品在各自分类中的受欢迎程度,则根据商品销量由高到低进行排序,获取排序结果获得受欢迎程度,利于消费者在选择同类商品时能够更快更好的区分同类商品中的各种品牌,节省更多的时间。
在根据商品销量由高到低进行排序时,有可能出现多个商品销量相同的情况,此时多个商品排序相同,不能更好的进行排序,为解决这个问题,该步骤还包括:在根据商品销量由高到低进行排序时,若多个商品销量相同,则获取多个商品的被查询次数,被查询次数多的排序靠前。即,相同销量的商品,在排序时综合商品的查询次数,查询次数多说明商品关注度高,排序则靠前。
步骤S30:在未获取到消费者的商品查询请求时,控制机顶盒将每个类别中排序靠前的商品轮流进行播放展示。
消费者在购物时会对商品进行挑选和查询,在消费者无目的挑选时通过导购可以很好的对消费者进行引导,这种情况下控制机顶盒将每个类别中排序靠前的商品轮流进行播放展示,向消费者推荐各个类别中受欢迎程度高的商品,由消费者进行挑选。
由于轮流播放需要时间循环,为更好的进行导购,对于各个类别轮流播放 顺序进行限定,具体的,根据每个类别中排序第一商品的销量,由高到低设定每个类别的播放顺序。这样某个类别中商品的销量大则播放顺序靠前。
步骤S40:在获取到消费者的商品查询请求时,解析出所要查询的商品所属类别,将所要查询商品的商品信息和所属类别的排序结果、商品销量一同展示给消费者。
当消费者选中商品需要了解商品的更多信息时,消费者会进行查询,在消费者查询时该步骤获取消费者的商品查询请求进行解析。为更好的对消费者进行导购,在解析出商品信息的同时,还解析出商品所属类别,并且将所要查询商品的商品信息和所属类别的排序结果、商品销量一同展示给消费者,这样在展示所要查询商品的商品信息时,消费者可以看到该类别的其他商品热销情况,可以进行很好的比较,选出更适合的商品。
由于目前机顶盒大都具备语音识别和图像识别功能,为方便消费者查询,获取消费者商品查询请求的方式,包括:由消费者语音输入,对消费者输入的语音查询请求进行解析;或者在消费者将商品置入相应扫描区域后,控制机顶盒捕捉商品图像并进行图像解析。
对于语音识别获取方式,由于机顶盒在采集消费者语音时,不可避免会采集到周围噪音,为减少干扰和处理的工作量,采用反向音频去除的方式对周围噪音进行滤除。对于图像识别获取方式,为减少解析的工作量,优先识别图像中的商品条码或者商超标贴的标签。
此外,由于本申请提供的方法是基于机顶盒方式的导购,机顶盒系统可能跟前端的服务器互动,传送数据到前端服务器,而前端服务器可借用数字电视系统分送数据到终端的机顶盒,故为能对不在商超的消费者进行导购,该方法还包括:由用户输入家庭中机顶盒的ID并获取用户输入的ID,通过商超机顶盒将商品销售数据、排序和输入的ID发送至前端服务器,通过前端服务器将商品销售数据和排序分发到输入ID所对应的机顶盒。这样可以对在家中的消费者进行商品导购,消费者在家中就可以了解商超中的商品销售情况和受欢迎情况。
本申请提供的方法,通过机顶盒获取商品的收银结算数据,根据商品实际 的销量来对已出售商品归类并进行排序,获得商品的受欢迎程度来对消费者进行导购,消费者可以根据商品的热销情况来选择所需的商品,能够很快查找到所需的商品,不会耗费大量时间,同时消费者能够挑选到更好的商品利于消费者购买。
同时,本申请还提供一种基于机顶盒的商品导购系统,图2所示,该系统包括:
商品销量获取模块100,控制机顶盒获取商超(商场和超市)的收银结算数据,根据收银结算数据统计出已出售每个商品的销量。
商超的收银结算数据是各个商品的销量,通过商品的销量能够了解商品的销售状况,根据销售状况能够很好的反应商品的受欢迎程度,从而可以对消费者进行很好的导购。
商品排序模块200,根据预设的分类对已出售的商品进行归类,在每个类别中根据销量由高到低对商品进行排序,获取每个类别的商品排序结果。

再者,本申请还提供一种电子设备,该电子设备可以是任意能够控制机顶盒的电子设备,也可以是机顶盒中的一部分。
具体地,如图3所示,该电子设备400包括:
一个或多个处理器401以及存储器402,图3中以一个处理器401为例。
处理器401和存储器402可以通过总线或者其他方式连接,图3中以通过总线连接为例。
存储器402作为一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,可用于存储非暂态软件程序、非暂态计算机可执行程序以及模块,如本申请实施例中的基于机顶盒的商品导购方法对应的程序指令/模块(例如,附图2所示的商品销量获取模块100、商品排序模块200以及商品展示模块300)。处理器401通过运行存储在存储器402中的非暂态软件程序、指令以及模块,从而执行基于机顶盒的商品导购系统的各种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述任一方法实施例的基于机顶盒的商品导购方法。
存储器402可以包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需要的应用程序;存储数据区可存储根据基于机顶盒的商品导购系统的使用所创建的数据等。此外,存储器402可以包括高速随 机存取存储器,还可以包括非暂态存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他非暂态固态存储器件。在一些实施例中,存储器402可选包括相对于处理器401远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至电子设备400。上述网络的实例包括但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及其组合。
所述一个或者多个模块存储在所述存储器402中,当被所述一个或者多个处理器401执行时,执行上述任意方法实施例中的基于机顶盒的商品导购方法,例如,执行以上描述的图1中的方法步骤S10至S40,实现图2中的模块100-300的功能。
本申请实施例还提供了一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,所述非暂态计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机可执行指令,该计算机可执行指令被一个或多个处理器执行,例如,被图3中的一个处理器401执行,可使得上述一个或多个处理器执行上述任意方法实施例中的基于机顶盒的商品导购方法,例如,执行以上描述的图1中的方法步骤S10至S40,实现图2中的模块100-300的功能。
以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域普通技术人员可以清楚地了解到各实施方式可借助软件加通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件。本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程是可以通过计算机程序产品中的计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的计算机程序可存储于一非暂态计算机可读取存储介质中,该计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被电子设备执行时,可使所述电子设备执行如上述各方法实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory,RAM)等。
上述产品(电子设备、非暂态计算机可读存储介质以及计算机程序产品) 可执行本申请实施例所提供的基于机顶盒的商品导购方法,具备执行基于机顶盒的商品导购方法相应的功能模块和有益效果。未在本实施例中详尽描述的技术细节,可参见本申请实施例所提供的基于机顶盒的商品导购方法。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种基于机顶盒的商品导购方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    步骤S10:控制机顶盒获取商超的收银结算数据,根据收银结算数据统计出已出售每个商品的销量;
    步骤S20:根据预设的分类对已出售的商品进行归类,在每个类别中根据销量由高到低对商品进行排序,获取每个类别的商品排序结果;
    步骤S30:在未获取到消费者的商品查询请求时,控制机顶盒将每个类别中排序靠前的商品轮流进行播放展示;
    步骤S40:在获取到消费者的商品查询请求时,解析出所要查询的商品所属类别,将所要查询商品的商品信息和所属类别的排序结果、商品销量一同展示给消费者。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的基于机顶盒的商品导购方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S20还包括:在根据商品销量由高到低进行排序时,若多个商品销量相同,则获取多个商品的被查询次数,被查询次数多的排序靠前。

  9. 根据权利要求6所述的基于机顶盒的商品导购系统,其特征在于,所述商品展示模块获取消费者商品查询请求的方式包括:由消费者语音输入,对消费者输入的语音查询请求进行解析;或者在消费者将商品置入相应扫描区域后,控制机顶盒捕捉商品图像并进行图像解析。
  10. 根据权利要求6-9任一项所述的基于机顶盒的商品导购系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:商品信息分发模块,由用户输入家庭中机顶盒的ID并获取用户输入的ID,通过商超机顶盒将商品销售数据、排序和输入的ID发送至前端服务器,通过前端服务器将商品销售数据和排序分发到输入ID所对应的机顶盒。
  11. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    至少一个处理器;以及,
    与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,
    所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够执行如权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法。
  12. 一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述非暂态计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于使电子设备执行如权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法。
  13. 一种计算机程序产品,其特征在于,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在非暂态计算机可读存储介质上的计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被电子设备执行时,使所述电子设备执行如权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法。
