为了能够更清楚地理解本发明的上述目的、特征和优点,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行进一步的详细描述。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是,本发明还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的方式来实施,因此,本发明的保护范围并不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
本发明的实施例提供了一种烹饪装置,包括烹饪腔体和门体,烹饪腔体上设有开口,门体能够活动地安装在烹饪腔体的开口端,以封闭或打开烹饪腔体的开口,烹饪腔体和门体通过连杆和滑动连杆连接,连杆的第一端与门体能够转动地连接、第二端与烹饪腔体能够转动地连接,滑动连杆的第一端与门体能够转动地连接,滑动连杆的第二端与烹饪腔体能够转动地连接,并能够沿烹饪腔体向靠近或远离连杆的第二端的方向滑动。
本方案中,连杆的一端与烹饪腔体能够转动地连接,使连杆能够绕与烹饪腔体的转动连接点在第一平面内转动,滑动连杆的一端与烹饪腔体能够转动地连接并可沿烹饪腔体滑动,使连杆能够绕与烹饪腔体的转动连接点在平行于第一平面的第二平面内转动,并可在第二平面内滑动,门体与连杆、滑动连杆的 另一端能够转动地连接。开门时,向连杆远离滑动连杆的一侧滑动门体,连杆和滑动连杆与门体联动,使门体与滑动连杆连接的一端向靠近连杆的方向滑动,同时使门体绕与连杆的连接点转动;关门时,向连杆靠近滑动连杆的一侧滑动门体,连杆和滑动连杆与门体联动,使门体与滑动连杆连接的一端向远离连杆的方向滑动,同时使门体绕与连杆的连接点反向转动。本方案改变了开关门时门体的运动方式,使门体同时做出滑动和转动运动,这样设计与门体整体绕一侧转轴转动的方案相比,门体开关时占用的空间较小,使产品适合在较狭小的空间内使用,且用户通过滑动门体开关门,操作动作幅度小,减小了用户的劳动强度,从而可提升用户的体验感受。
根据本发明的一个实施例:
如图2至图16所示,烹饪装置包括烹饪腔体1、门体2、两个连杆3和两个滑动连杆4,烹饪腔体1的前板上设有开口,烹饪腔体1开口左侧的顶部和底部分别安装有铰链7,两铰链7上分别设有竖直延伸的轴孔,各连杆3的两端分别设有竖直延伸的转轴,两连杆3一端分别通过转轴与两铰链7可转动地连接,使连杆3可在水平面内转动,烹饪腔体1开口的上方和下方分别设有沿左右方向延伸的滑槽11,各滑动连杆4分别包括杆体41、滑轮42和滑轮轴43,杆体41的两端分别设有竖直延伸的轴孔,杆体41的一端穿过滑槽11,滑轮轴43竖直设置,滑轮42与滑槽11背向门体2侧的边沿抵触,并通过滑轮轴43与杆体41可转动地连接,以使杆体41可在水平面内转动和滑动。烹饪腔体1的门体2包括:门体主体21、边框22、面板23和门封24,边框22围绕门体主体21的边沿设置,面板23安装在边框22上并位于门体主体21背向烹饪腔体1的一侧,门封24安装在门体主体21朝向烹饪腔体1的表面上,门体主体21后表面靠近顶部和底部的位置分别设有沿左右方向延伸的第一容纳槽211,两个第一容纳槽211内分别设有竖直延伸的连接孔210,两连杆3的另一端分别通过转轴与两连接孔210可转动的连接。门体主体21与两个滑动连杆4对应的位置分别设有避空槽212,避空槽212前后贯穿门体主体21,门体主体21前表面上焊接或通过螺钉固定安装两个固定座8,固定座8上设有竖直延伸的转轴,且两固定座8上的转轴分别与两避空槽212相对,两滑动连杆的杆体41的另一端分别穿过两避空槽 212,并分别通过转轴与固定座8可转动地连接。具体地,门体主体21后表面的左侧位置安装有门钩5,烹饪腔体1上设有联锁组件,门体2关闭时,门钩5与联锁组件6配合将门体2固定。
门体2关闭后,门体2后端与烹饪腔体1的前端抵触,通过门封24密封,此时连杆3位于第一容纳槽211内,滑动连杆4的杆体41位于由避空槽212和滑槽11组成的第二容纳槽内,以使门体2和烹饪腔体1可紧密闭合。如图3至图5所示,开门动作开始时,门体2平面与烹饪腔体1前板平行,当用户向左侧拉动门体2时,门体2在连杆3与滑动连杆4约束下左侧翘起,门钩5脱离联锁组件6。用户继续拉动门体2,门体2左侧打开角度继续增大,门钩5完全脱离烹饪腔体1后,门体2右端随滑动连杆4向烹饪腔体1左侧滑动,同时门体2在连杆3作用下转动,直到打开至设计角度为止。其中,门体2打开的最大角度受门体2上用于与连杆3转动连接的连接孔210位置影响,连接孔210的优选位置为门体2左右方向上的中点。
关门动作时,用户向右侧推动门体2,门体2在推力作用下,门体2右侧随滑动连杆4开始向烹饪腔体1右侧滑动,同时门体2在连杆3作用下转动。用户继续推动门体2,门体2继续往腔体右侧移动,门体2与烹饪腔体1前板夹角继续减小,门钩5开始插入烹饪腔体1内部,待门钩5完全插入腔体内部与联锁组件6锁紧,门体2完全闭合,完成关门动作。
本方案改变了开关门时门体2的运动方式,使门体2同时做出滑动和转动运动,这样设计与门体2整体绕一侧转轴转动的方案相比,门体2开关时占用的空间较小,使产品适合在较狭小的空间内使用,且用户通过滑动门体2开关门,操作动作幅度小,减小了用户的劳动强度,从而可提升用户的体验感受。
具体地,烹饪装置为微波炉或具有微波加热功能的电烤箱等微波烹饪产品时,可在门体主体21的边缘位置设置扼流齿,以防止微波泄漏,从而提升产品的安全性。
需要说明的是,本发明的保护范围包括范围包括但不限于上述实施例,可对实施例中烹饪装置的结构进行简单的调整,例如对调连杆和滑动连杆在左右方向上的相对位置,同时把烹饪腔体上的铰链调整到开口右侧,将烹饪装置变为向右滑动门体开门,向左滑动门体关门的结构;又例如改变连杆、滑动连杆 的安装位置,将两连杆分别设置在门体的左右两侧,两滑动连杆也分别设置在门体的左右两侧,同时改变连杆和滑动连杆的转动方向,使连杆可在竖直平面内转动,滑动连杆可在竖直平面内转动和滑动,将烹饪装置变为上下滑动门体开关门的结构;再或者将烹饪腔体的开口、门体、连杆和滑动连杆等同时调整到烹饪腔体的顶面或左侧面或右侧面,将烹饪装置变为前后滑动门体开关门的结构。以上几种实施方式都是容易想到的,应包含在本发明的保护范围内。
在本发明的描述中,术语“上”、“下”、“顶”、“底”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本说明书的描述中,术语“一个实施例”、“一些实施例”、“具体实施例”等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或特点包含于本发明的至少一个实施例或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施例或实例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种烹饪装置,包括烹饪腔体和门体,所述烹饪腔体上设有开口,所述门体能够活动地安装在所述烹饪腔体的开口端,以封闭或打开所述烹饪腔体的开口,其特征在于,
    所述烹饪腔体和所述门体通过连杆和滑动连杆连接,所述连杆的第一端与所述门体能够转动地连接、第二端与所述烹饪腔体能够转动地连接,所述滑动连杆的第一端与所述门体能够转动地连接,所述滑动连杆的第二端与所述烹饪腔体能够转动地连接,并能够沿所述烹饪腔体向靠近或远离所述连杆的所述第二端的方向滑动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烹饪装置,其特征在于,
    所述烹饪腔体的开口端和/或所述门体上设有第一容纳槽和第二容纳槽,所述第一容纳槽沿所述连杆的转动平面设置,以使所述连杆能够在所述第一容纳槽内转动,所述第二容纳槽沿所述滑动连杆的转动平面设置,以使所述滑动连杆能够在所述第二容纳槽内转动,且所述门体关闭时,所述连杆位于所述第一容纳槽内,所述滑动连杆位于所述第二容纳槽内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的烹饪装置,其特征在于,
    所述烹饪腔体的开口端设有滑槽,所述滑动连杆的所述第二端与所述滑槽滑动配合,以使所述滑动连杆的所述第二端够沿所述滑槽向靠近或远离所述连杆的所述第二端的方向滑动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的烹饪装置,其特征在于,
    所述滑动连杆包括杆体、滑轮和滑轮轴,所述杆体的第一端与所述门体能够转动地连接,所述杆体的第二端穿过所述滑槽,所述滑轮轴垂直于所述滑槽的延伸方向设置,所述滑轮与所述滑槽背向所述门体侧的边沿抵触,并通过所述滑轮轴与所述杆体的所述第二端能够转动地连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的烹饪装置,其特征在于,
    所述连杆的所述第一端通过第一转轴与所述门体能够转动地连接,所述连杆的所述第二端通过第二转轴与所述烹饪腔体能够转动地连接,所述第一转轴和所述第二转轴均垂直于所述滑槽的延伸方向设置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的烹饪装置,其特征在于,
    所述杆体的所述第一端通过第三转轴与所述门体能够转动地连接,所述第三转轴垂直于所述滑槽的延伸方向设置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的烹饪装置,其特征在于,
    所述门体上固定设有固定座,所述杆体的所述第一端通过所述第三转轴与所述固定座能够转动地连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的烹饪装置,其特征在于,
    所述连杆的数量为两个,且两个所述连杆平行设置,所述滑动连杆的数量为两个,且两个所述滑动连杆平行设置,一个所述连接和一个所述滑动连杆设置在所述门体上的第一侧,另一个所述连接和另一个所述滑动连杆设置在所述门体上与所述第一侧相对的第二侧。
  9. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的烹饪装置,其特征在于,
    所述门体上设有门钩,所述烹饪腔体上设有联锁组件,所述门体关闭时,所述门钩与所述联锁组件配合,以固定所述门体。
  10. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的烹饪装置,其特征在于,
    所述门体包括:门体主体、边框、面板和门封,所述门体主体与所述连杆的所述第一端、所述滑动连杆的所述第一端能够转动地连接,所述边框围绕所述门体主体的边沿设置,所述面板安装在所述边框上并位于所述门体主体背向所述烹饪腔体的一侧,所述门封安装在所述门体主体朝向所述烹饪腔体的表面上。
