为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种多功能的信号及电源工业连接器,采用全密封装置,能用于户外户内间隔保护,电源及网络传输转接;同时采用可拆装结构,集于电源,多芯数信号及USB,RJ45功能连接器。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种多功能的信号及电源工业连接器,设有插座组件和插头组件,其中插头组件和插座组件内分别设有相互对应的第一导电组件和第二导电组件,通过插座组件与插头组件对接,使第一导电组件和第二导电组件电性连接;所述插头组件包括尾部主体,所述第一导电组件的下端套设有硅胶防水圈,且所述第一导电组件通过卡簧卡接在尾部主体内;所述尾部主体下端套接有螺帽,且螺帽与尾部主体的接合处套设有尾部防水圈;其中所述插座组件包括固定座,所述第二导电组件的下端也套设有硅胶防水圈,且所述第二导电组件通过卡簧卡接在固定座内;其中所述固定座插接在尾部主体的上端。

  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能的信号及电源工业连接器,其特征在于:其中固定座一端侧面上设有一卡槽,该卡槽内设有卡舌;所述插头组件还包括外套壳,所述外套壳套接在尾部主体的表面;其中所述外套壳上设有可转动的卡扣,该卡扣的卡合端设有与卡舌对应的卡钩,卡扣的按压端与外套壳之间设有复位部件,当插座组件与插头组件连接时,插座组件和插头组件上的第一导电组件和第二导电组件电接触,且位于卡槽内的卡钩与卡舌卡合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种多功能的信号及电源工业连接器,其特征在于:所述复位部件包括弹簧或弹片。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能的信号及电源工业连接器,其特征在于:还包括防尘组件,其中防尘组件包括防尘垫、防尘盖、以及将防尘垫与防尘盖连接的连接块;所述插座组件还包括法兰盘,所述法兰盘套接在固定座一端的侧面上,其中所述防尘垫通过螺丝固定在法兰盘的表面,所述防尘盖盖合在固定座另一端的开口上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能的信号及电源工业连接器,其特征在于:所述尾部主体的下端还设有与轴向一致的条形开口管,该条形开口管的上方设有与螺帽配合的螺纹,其中该螺帽内壁呈逐渐收笼结构。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种多功能的信号及电源工业连接器,其特征在于:所述条形开口管为柔性软管。
