La présente invention concerne un système d'identification et d'accès à un opérateur de données comprenant une interface utilisateur, un dispositif de communication entre l'interface utilisateur et un serveur de services, un serveur de services, un dispositif de communication entre le serveur de services et l'opréateur ou un premier opérateur, une banque de données côté premier opérateur, un dispositif de vérification de l'intégrité des données de retour du premier opérateur, un dispositif de sélection automatique d'un second opérateur, un dispositif de communication avec le second opérateur, un dispositif de confirmation de retour entre le second opérateur et le serveur de services, et un dispositif de retour d'informations pour l'interface utilisateur. La présente invention concerne également un procédé destiné à être exécuté par le système et un programme d'ordinateur équivalent.
