下面参考附图描述根据本发明实施例的烹饪器具1。
如图1-图13所示,根据本发明实施例的烹饪器具1包括锅盖100、锅身200和锅盖锁止组件。
锅盖100的横截面具有彼此正交的所述长轴和所述短轴。锅身200的上表面设有限位凸台220(上下方向如图1-图6、图8-图13中的箭头A所示),限位凸台220在锅盖100关闭时止抵在锅盖100的外周沿上。所述锅盖锁止组件用于对关闭状态的锅盖100进行锁 止,所述锅盖锁止组件设在锅盖100和锅身200中的至少一个上。
根据本发明实施例的烹饪器具1,通过使锅盖100的横截面具有彼此正交的所述长轴和所述短轴,可以构成大体为椭圆形的锅盖100,相比相关技术中圆形的锅盖,这样便于所述烹饪器具对大块状的长方形食材进行烹饪,便于扩大所述烹饪器具的使用范围,便于提高用户的使用舒适性。
并且,锅身200的上表面设有限位凸台220,限位凸台220在锅盖100关闭时止抵在锅盖100的外周沿上。这样可以利用限位凸台220在锅盖100关闭时对锅盖100进行限位和导向,不仅可以保证锅盖100在关闭时准确扣合在锅身200上,避免锅盖100与锅身200扣合不到位而发生脱离,便于提高烹饪器具1的工作可靠性,便于提高烹饪器具1的烹饪效果,而且用户在操作过程中能够一次性地准确将锅盖100关闭,相比相关技术中的烹饪器具,避免用户在关闭锅盖100时需要多次对锅盖100进行调整,便于锅盖100顺畅的闭合,便于简化用户的操作过程,便于用户的操作,便于提高用户的使用舒适性。
此外,通过设置安装在锅盖100和锅身200中的至少一个上的所述锅盖锁止组件,可以对关闭状态的锅盖100进行锁紧,这样不仅可以在烹饪时保证烹饪器具1的烹饪效果,而且可以保证锅盖100关闭状态的可靠锁紧,使烹饪器具1能够可靠工作。
因此,根据本发明实施例的烹饪器具1具有便于锅盖闭合、操作简单等优点。
下面参考附图描述根据本发明具体实施例的烹饪器具1。
在本发明的一些具体实施例中,如图1-图13所示,根据本发明实施例的烹饪器具1包括锅盖100、锅身200和锅盖锁止组件。
具体地,如图7所示,限位凸台220的内侧表面211由内至外向上倾斜。这样在锅盖100关闭时,内侧表面211能够对锅盖100进行导向,便于锅盖100顺畅的关闭。
可选地,限位凸台220在竖直方向上距离锅身200的上表面的高度G为1-25毫米。这样便于实现锅盖100扣合时的准确限位,便于提高锅盖100的扣合可靠性。
具体地,如图4和图5所示,锅身200上设有在锅身200的周向上相对的两个提手212,限位凸台220为多个且分别设在两个提手212上。这样可以利用多个限位凸台220对锅盖100进行导向,便于用户从不同方向关闭锅盖100,便于用户一次性关闭锅盖100。
更为具体地,如图4和图5所示,每个提手212上设有沿锅身200的周向间隔设置的两个限位凸台220。这样可以利用每个提手212上的两个限位凸台220对锅盖100的关闭进行定位和导向,使锅盖100的受力更加均匀,避免锅盖100在关闭时发生倾斜,使锅盖100关闭更加顺畅。
进一步地,每个提手212的上表面设有位于两个限位凸台220之间的所述限位槽。这样所述限位槽能够使锅盖100和锅身200轴心自动定位,进一步便于锅盖100的顺畅扣合。
可选地,所述锅盖锁止组件包括所述导轨和所述卡扣,所述导轨设在锅盖100上。两个所述卡扣在锅盖100的周向上相对设置,两个所述卡扣可彼此相互靠近或远离地设在所述导轨上,锅盖100关闭时,每个提手212在锅身200的周向上位于两个所述卡扣之间。这样限位凸台220设置在锅身200的周向上位于两个所述卡扣之间,锅盖100关闭时,限位凸台220可以对锅盖100进行可靠限位和导向,相比相关技术中利用卡扣进行限位和导向的方式,由于相关技术中卡扣在卡扣的运动方向无法对锅盖进行有效限位,这样便于锅盖100的扣合,便于提高锅盖100扣合的精准度。
进一步地,所述导轨沿短轴方向定向,锅盖100关闭时,两个提手212分别邻近所述长轴的两端设置。这样便于提高所述锅盖锁止组件的结构强度,便于提高所述锅盖锁止组件的稳定性,而且由于锅盖100的短轴方向较长轴方向上更不容易发生变形,可以避免锅盖100的变形影响所述卡扣的滑动。
图1-图13示出了根据本发明的烹饪器具1。如图1所示,锅身200包括外壳罩230、外锅240和内锅250,限位凸台220设在外壳罩230的上表面。外锅240设在外壳罩230内。内锅250设在外锅240内。这样便于实现烹饪器具1的烹饪功能,便于提高烹饪器具1的工作性能。
具体地,锅盖100和内锅250的横截面均为椭圆形。由于相关技术中椭圆形的锅盖整体刚性较弱,受锅内压力作用,锅盖顶部上拱变形,锅盖边沿承压台阶向下倾斜变形,锅盖变形后影响锅盖的扣合效果。这样锅身200的上表面设有限位凸台220,可以减小锅盖100变形对锅盖100扣合效果的影响,提高烹饪器具1的可靠性和稳定性。
可选地,锅盖100的下表面设有定位凸台110,锅身200的上表面设有定位槽210,锅盖100关闭时定位凸台110配合在定位槽内210。这样可以利用定位凸台110和定位槽210在锅盖100关闭时对锅盖100进行定位和导向,不仅可以使定位凸台110和定位槽210实现锅盖100和锅身200的轴心自动定位,保证锅盖100在关闭时准确扣合在锅身200上,提高烹饪器具1的工作可靠性,便于提高烹饪器具1的烹饪效果,而且用户在操作过程中能够一次性地准确将锅盖100关闭,相比相关技术中的烹饪器具,避免用户在关闭锅盖100时需要多次对锅盖100进行调整,便于锅盖100顺畅的闭合,便于简化用户的操作过程,便于用户的操作,便于提高用户的使用舒适性。
具体地,如图8和图11所示,定位凸台110的横截面积由下至上逐渐增大。这样可以在锅盖100扣合时,通过定位凸台110外表面与定位槽210的配合,使定位凸台110自动滑入定位槽210内,从而可以便于利用定位凸台110对锅盖100的扣合进行导向,便于锅盖100的顺畅扣合。
更为具体地,定位槽210为圆弧形槽、V型槽或圆锥形槽,定位凸台110与定位槽210 的形状相适配。这样均可以利用定位凸台110与定位槽210对锅盖100的关闭进行定位和导向,不仅可以使锅盖100的关闭更加顺畅,而且便于锅盖100准确可靠关闭。
可选地,如图10所示,锅盖100包括锅盖盖板120和与锅盖盖板120相连且沿锅盖盖板120周向延伸的锅盖围板130,定位凸台110设在锅盖围板130的下边沿上。这样便于定位凸台110的设置,便于定位凸台110与定位槽210相互配合。
具体地,如图10所示,定位凸台110为两个且在锅盖100的周向上相对设置。这样可以使锅身200和锅盖100的受力均匀,提高锅盖100关闭时的稳定性,而且可以便于用户从不同方向对锅盖100进行扣合。
更为具体地,如图10所示,每个定位凸台110的下端设有缺口111,每个缺口111的两端在所在定位凸台110上形成两个所述支点,四个所述支点位于同一平面上。这样便于锅盖100的放置,便于锅盖100从锅身200取下后放置在平面上。
进一步地,如图11所示,每个定位凸台110上的两个所述支点之间的距离H大于30毫米。这样便于提高锅盖100放置在平面上的稳定性。
可选地,所述锅盖锁止组件包括:导轨,所述导轨设在锅盖100上。在锅盖100的周向上相对设置的两个所述卡扣,两个所述卡扣可彼此相互靠近或远离地设在所述导轨上,锅盖100关闭时,每个定位凸台110在锅盖100的周向上位于两个所述卡扣之间。这样限位凸台220设置在锅身200的周向上位于两个所述卡扣之间,锅盖100关闭时,限位凸台220可以对锅盖100进行可靠限位和导向,相比相关技术中利用卡扣进行限位和导向的方式,由于相关技术中卡扣在卡扣的运动方向无法对锅盖进行有效限位,这样便于锅盖100的扣合,便于提高锅盖100扣合的精准度。
具体地,所述导轨沿所述短轴方向定向,锅盖100关闭时,两个定位凸台110分别位于所述长轴的两端。这样便于提高所述锅盖锁止组件的结构强度,便于提高所述锅盖锁止组件的稳定性,而且由于锅盖100的短轴方向较长轴方向上更不容易发生变形,可以避免锅盖100的变形影响所述卡扣的滑动。
根据本发明实施例的烹饪器具1的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多 个该特征。在本发明的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种烹饪器具,其特征在于,包括:
    锅盖,所述锅盖的横截面具有彼此正交的长轴和短轴;
    锅身,所述锅身的上表面设有限位凸台,所述限位凸台在所述锅盖关闭时止抵在所述锅盖的外周沿上;
    用于对关闭状态的所述锅盖进行锁止的锅盖锁止组件,所述锅盖锁止组件设在所述锅盖和所述锅身中的至少一个上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述限位凸台的内侧表面由内至外向上倾斜。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述限位凸台在竖直方向上距离所述锅身的上表面的高度为1-25毫米。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述锅身上设有在所述锅身的周向上相对的两个提手,所述限位凸台为多个且分别设在两个所述提手上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,每个所述提手上设有沿所述锅身的周向间隔设置的两个所述限位凸台。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,每个所述提手的上表面设有位于两个所述限位凸台之间的限位槽。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述锅盖锁止组件包括:
    导轨,所述导轨设在所述锅盖上;
    在所述锅盖的周向上相对设置的两个卡扣,两个所述卡扣可彼此相互靠近或远离地设在所述导轨上,所述锅盖关闭时,每个所述提手在所述锅身的周向上位于两个所述卡扣之间。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述导轨沿短轴方向定向,所述锅盖关闭时,两个所述提手分别邻近所述长轴的两端设置。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述锅身包括:
    外壳罩,所述限位凸台设在所述外壳罩的上表面;
    外锅,所述外锅设在所述外壳罩内;
    内锅,所述内锅设在所述外锅内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述锅盖和所述内锅的横截面均为椭圆形。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述锅盖的下表面设有定位凸台,所述锅身的上表面设有定位槽,所述锅盖关闭时所述定位凸台配合在所述定位槽内。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述定位凸台的横截面积由下至上逐渐增大。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述定位槽为圆弧形槽、V型槽或圆锥形槽,所述定位凸台与所述定位槽的形状相适配。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述锅盖包括锅盖盖板和与所述锅盖盖板相连且沿所述锅盖盖板周向延伸的锅盖围板,所述定位凸台设在锅盖围板的下边沿上。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述定位凸台为两个且在所述锅盖的周向上相对设置。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,每个所述定位凸台的下端设有缺口,每个所述缺口的两端在所在定位凸台上形成两个支点,四个所述支点位于同一平面上。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,每个所述定位凸台上的两个所述支点之间的距离H大于30毫米。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述锅盖锁止组件包括:
    导轨,所述导轨设在所述锅盖上;
    在所述锅盖的周向上相对设置的两个卡扣,两个所述卡扣可彼此相互靠近或远离地设在所述导轨上,所述锅盖关闭时,每个所述定位凸台在所述锅盖的周向上位于两个所述卡扣之间。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述导轨沿所述短轴方向定向,所述锅盖关闭时,两个所述定位凸台分别位于所述长轴的两端。
