一种手拉式脱水甩干机,包括了底座(1)、旋转设置于底座(1)中心位置上的离心桶(2)、设置于底座(1)内传动连接离心桶(2)的主轴装置(3)、设置在底座(1)内的至少一个第一单向棘轮装置(4)。第一单向棘轮装置(4)包括间歇传动配合的棘轮(41)与主动轮(42),棘轮(41)与主轴装置(3)传动连接,而主动轮(42)与末端置于底座(1)外的拉绳(43)传动连接。利用了手拉单向棘轮装置,驱动离心桶得以持续旋转对衣物进行充分脱水,结构简单,造价低。

Description

一种手拉式脱水甩干机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种脱水装置,尤其涉及一种手拉式脱水甩干机。
背景技术
衣物脱水机是人们日常生活中常用的一种洗衣辅助设备,由于其具有能自动脱水,且脱水效率高等优点,已广泛被人们所使用。但是对于一些脱水机使用受到限制的场合,如一些条件落后的员工宿舍或是一些用电管理非常严格的学生宿舍,脱水机的使用受到限制,或是由于使用成本高等因素限制,在这些洗衣机的使用受到限制的场合,人们只能对衣服进行手洗、拧干扣再挂晾,在拧干时也难免伤害衣服织物,显得非常不方便,衣服织物也难以晾干,在潮湿的天气中该问题更为明显。
发明内容
本发明实施例所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种手拉式脱水甩干机。可使用结构简单、方便实用的甩干机来解决现有技术的不足。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供了一种手拉式脱水甩干机,包括:
底座;
旋转设置于所述底座中心位置上的离心桶;
设置于所述底座内传动连接所述离心桶的主轴装置;
设置于所述底座内的至少一个第一单向棘轮装置,所述第一单向棘轮装置包括间歇传动配合的棘轮与主动轮,所述棘轮与所述主轴装置传动连接,所述主动轮与卷绕的末端置于所述底座外的拉绳传动连接。
进一步地,所述主动轮固定连接有卷簧盒,所述拉绳卷绕于所述卷簧盒的外周,所述底座设置有置于所述卷簧盒内腔内的弹簧芯柱,所述弹簧芯柱与所述卷簧盒内腔之间连接有复位卷簧。
更进一步地,所述主轴装置包括与所述棘轮外周啮合的主轴、第二单向棘轮装置,所述第二单向棘轮装置包括间歇传动配合的小棘轮与小棘轮芯,所述小棘轮芯与所述离心桶底部传动连接,所述小棘轮通过联轴器与所述主轴传动连接。
更进一步地,所述联轴器为十字滑块联轴器。
更进一步地,还包括支撑架,所述支撑架中部具将所述第二单向棘轮装置套设于其内的中心通孔,所述支撑架具有至少三个支撑爪,所述支撑爪配合弹簧支撑于所述底座上。
更进一步地,所述小棘轮外周通过轴承套与所述中心通孔内壁连接,所述第二单向装置通过棘轮盖罩设于所述中心通孔内。
更进一步地,所述底座上固定设置有将所述离心桶罩于其内的外桶。
更进一步地,所述底座与所述外桶之间分别通过卡沿相互卡接。
更进一步地,所述外桶上开口处盖合有一盆体。
更进一步地,所述拉绳通过所述底座内设置的滑轮导出所述底座之外。
更进一步地,所述外桶包括桶体、桶底盖以及密封圈,所述桶体具有内凹槽,所述桶底盖边沿向下延伸有外凹槽,所述密封圈置于所述内凹槽中,使所 述桶底盖边沿的外凹槽扣合于所述内凹槽中进行封闭配合。
实施本发明实施例,具有如下有益效果:本发明利用了手拉单向棘轮装置,驱动离心桶得以持续旋转对衣物进行充分脱水,本发明的结构简单,造价低,有利于在使用受限的场合进行推广使用。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步地详细描述。
参照图1所示的本发明实施例的结构示意图。
本发明实施例的一种手拉式脱水甩干机,包括了底座1、旋转设置于底座1中心位置上的离心桶2、设置于底座1内传动连接离心桶2的主轴装置3、设置在底座1内的至少一个第一单向棘轮装置4。
在本实施例中,优选为两个第一单向棘轮装置4配合传动主轴装置3,两个第一单向棘轮装置4为对称设置。
再参照图2所示。
第一单向棘轮装置4包括间歇传动配合的棘轮41与主动轮42,棘轮41与主轴装置3传动连接,而主动轮42与末端置于底座1外的拉绳43传动连接。
在此基础上,更优选择的是在主动轮42上还固定连接有卷簧盒44,拉绳43绕设的卷簧盒44的外周,而底座1上固定设置有置于卷簧盒44内腔内的弹簧芯柱45,弹簧芯柱45与卷簧盒44内腔之间连接有复位卷簧46。这样在拉动拉强43时,带动卷簧盒44联动主动轮42,从而使棘轮41传动主轴装置3,而在复位卷簧46的作用之下,可往复地持续地带动主轴装置3旋转。
拉绳43通过底座1内设置的滑轮47导出底座1之外,且末端上固定设置有拉手48。
参照图3所示的结构示意图。
主轴装置3包括主轴31、第二单向棘轮装置32,第二单向棘轮装置32包括间歇传动配合的小棘轮321与小棘轮芯322,小棘轮321通过联轴器33与主轴31传动连接。
联轴器33优选为十字滑块联轴器。
小棘轮芯322与离心桶2底部传动连接。
本发明实施例还包括了支撑架5,支撑架5中部具将第二单向棘轮装置32套设于其内的中心通孔51,支撑架5具有至少三个支撑爪52,本实施例中,优选为四个支撑爪进行说明,支撑爪52配合弹簧53支撑于底座1的表面上,如图4所示。
如图5所示,底座1上固定设置有将离心桶2罩于其内的外桶6。底座1的上沿与外桶6下沿之间分别通过卡沿61、11相互卡接。
为了提高安全性,外桶6上开口处盖合有一盆体7。
参照图6所示的结构示意图。
为了使本发明实施例的外桶6达到一物多用的特点,外桶6包括桶体61、桶底盖62以及密封圈63,桶体61具有内凹槽64,桶底61盖边沿向下延伸有外凹槽65,密封圈63置于内凹槽64中,使桶底盖62边沿的外凹槽65扣合于内凹槽64中时进行封闭配合,从而使外桶6的桶体61可卡扣于底座1上达到挡水的用途,也可以单独作为水桶使用,达到多种用途的优点。
本发明实施例通过手拉式使第一单向棘轮装置带动主轴装置进行旋转,使离心桶内的衣物进行离心脱水,通过卷簧盒使得可持续转动至衣物理想的脱水效果,而通过第二单向棘轮装置更使离心桶可高速旋转,使本发明达到结构简单,降低造价,使本发明有利于在使用受限的场合进行推广使用。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明一种较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种手拉式脱水甩干机,其特征在于,包括:
    底座;
    旋转设置于所述底座中心位置上的离心桶;
    设置于所述底座内传动连接所述离心桶的主轴装置;
    设置于所述底座内的至少一个第一单向棘轮装置,所述第一单向棘轮装置包括间歇传动配合的棘轮与主动轮,所述棘轮与所述主轴装置传动连接,所述主动轮与卷绕的末端置于所述底座外的拉绳传动连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的手拉式脱水甩干机,其特征在于,所述主动轮固定连接有卷簧盒,所述拉绳卷绕于所述卷簧盒的外周,所述底座设置有置于所述卷簧盒内腔内的弹簧芯柱,所述弹簧芯柱与所述卷簧盒内腔之间连接有复位卷簧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的手拉式脱水甩干机,其特征在于,所述主轴装置包括与所述棘轮外周啮合的主轴、第二单向棘轮装置,所述第二单向棘轮装置包括间歇传动配合的小棘轮与小棘轮芯,所述小棘轮芯与所述离心桶底部传动连接,所述小棘轮通过联轴器与所述主轴传动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的手拉式脱水甩干机,其特征在于,所述联轴器为十字滑块联轴器。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的手拉式脱水甩干机,其特征在于,还包括支撑架,所 述支撑架中部具将所述第二单向棘轮装置套设于其内的中心通孔,所述支撑架具有至少三个支撑爪,所述支撑爪配合弹簧支撑于所述底座上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的手拉式脱水甩干机,其特征在于,所述底座上固定设置有将所述离心桶罩于其内的外桶。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的手拉式脱水甩干机,其特征在于,所述底座与所述外桶之间分别通过卡沿相互卡接。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的手拉式脱水甩干机,其特征在于,所述外桶上开口处盖合有一盆体。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的手拉式脱水甩干机,其特征在于,所述拉绳通过所述底座内设置的滑轮导出所述底座之外。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的手拉式脱水甩干机,其特征在于,所述外桶包括桶体、桶底盖以及密封圈,所述桶体具有内凹槽,所述桶底盖边沿向下延伸有外凹槽,所述密封圈置于所述内凹槽中,使所述桶底盖边沿的外凹槽扣合于所述内凹槽中进行封闭配合。
