La présente invention concerne un terminal de traitement de communication de données, comportant: une mémoire, un processeur, et un programme de traitement de communication de données qui est stocké sur la mémoire et peut s'exécuter sur le processeur, le programme de traitement de communication de données mettant en œuvre les étapes suivantes lorsqu'il est exécuté par le processeur: suite à la détection d'une instruction de demande de données, déterminer un mode de réseau actuel du terminal; si le mode de réseau actuel du terminal est un premier mode prédéfini, déterminer, selon l'instruction de demande de données, un groupe de paramètres qui doit être téléchargé vers un serveur, et éliminer par filtrage des paramètres d'un type prédéfini dans le groupe de paramètres, compresser le groupe de paramètres filtré pour obtenir un premier paquetage de paramètres compressé; et générer une demande de données d'après le premier paquetage de paramètres compressé, et télécharger la demande de données vers le serveur, de telle façon que le serveur interprète la demande de données et renvoie des données correspondantes. La présente invention concerne en outre un procédé de traitement de communication de données et un support de stockage lisible par ordinateur. La présente invention réduit la consommation de trafic d'utilisateurs dans un mode de réseau avec restrictions de trafic.
