Abstract

A multifunctional device for a cellular phone, which has a set of components assembled together to form a cellular-phone holder that, in operation, assists in the one-handed use of the cellular phone and also allows securing to the dashboard or steering wheel of a car, affording countless advantages as compared with the prior art. Said device comprises an assembly secured to the cellular phone and an accessory assembly. The fixed assembly, which is secured directly to the cellular phone or coupled to a cellular-phone case, comprises a ring and an external ring, and is constructed such that the ring projects outwards and inwards from the external ring and both are mounted on an edge with dimensions sufficient to allow the external ring to effect a rotation and translation movement. The accessory assembly comprises the universal fitting that fits on the cover and on the cellular phone, and is thus secured to the steering wheel or dashboard of the car, thereby, when the steering wheel turns, enabling the universal fitting to remain level with the ground without angular movement.
