Abstract

The present invention relates to a system and method for providing service provider (201) information for a selected video (107) of end users' (101) choice. The system can allow the service provider (201) to link with the videos (104) and to provide contact information for the linked videos (104). The end users (101) not only gain knowledge from the selected video (107), but also connect to the related service/product providers (201) from the same page. The end users (101) can connect with the service provider (201) via a contact panel that is placed besides the selected video (107) screen to approach the recommended user with a feature known handshake (117). The system can allow the end users (101) to rate the service provider (201) for their service or product. The videos (104) are uploaded by an admin (202) to a video database (208). The videos 104 are categorized based on category (103) and so on.

Description

A SYSTEM AND A METHOD FOR PROVIDING SERVICE PROVIDERS' INFORMATION FOR A SELECTED VIDEO OF END USERS' CHOICE
FIELD OF INVENTION
[0001] The embodiment herein generally relates to online business networking. More specifically, the invention provides a system and a method for providing service providers' information for a selected video of end users' choice.
BACKGROUND AND PRIOR ART
[0002] Nowadays to know about new product or existing product or service, people get information from increasing amount of content available in the internet. The end users can more easily access a range of content but finding appropriate service provider for a product or service is difficult. However, the end users have to search for many advertising websites and home pages of the service provider for finding appropriate service provider for a selected video. The end users may not able to contact the service providers or access the service providers' information directly from a single website.
[0003] In general, there are websites such as YouTube which shows the recommended videos for the end users and making it easier to see similar videos. Further, the events websites shows the list of suggested contacts to book tickets and so on. This in turn makes it possible for the user to contact the requisite personnel and get the tickets done rather than again searching for the same. But, there is no such service that shows the related contacts on the same screen via which the end user/viewer can directly contact the requisite service provider.
[0004] Therefore, there is a need to develop a system for providing service provider information for a selected video of end users' choice. Further, there is a need in the prior art to develop a system for allowing the service provider to link with the selected videos and to provide contact information for the linked videos.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
[0005] Some of the objects of the present disclosure are described herein below: [0006] A main object of the present invention is to provide a system for providing service provider information for a selected video of end users' choice.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[00012] In view of the foregoing, an embodiment herein provides a system for providing service provider information for a selected video of end users' choice. The system comprises of, at least a user interface, a server and a communication network. The server includes a Nationz Network platform and a database. The Nationz Network platform can be configured for providing videos along with service providers' contact information for the selected video of end users' choice. Further, the Nationz Network platform can be configured for allowing the service provider to link with the videos and to provide contact information for the linked videos. Furthermore, the Nationz Network platform can be configured for allowing the end users to select a video from the tutorial sections based on category. [00013] According to an embodiment, the Nationz Network platform may include modules such as but is not limited to an end users module, a service provider module, an admin module, a notification module, a category module, a video module, a location module, a video allotting module, a contact rating module, an advertise contact module, an advertisement activation module and other module.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS [00025] The embodiments herein and the various features and advantageous details thereof are explained more fully with reference to the non-limiting embodiments and detailed in the following description. Descriptions of well-known components and processing techniques are omitted so as to not unnecessarily obscure the embodiments herein. [00026] As mentioned above, there is a need exist to develop a system for allowing the end users to not only gain knowledge from the video, but also connect to the related service providers from the same page. The embodiments herein achieve this by providing a system and a method for providing service provider information for a selected video 104 of end users' choice. Referring now to the drawings, and more particularly to FIGS. 1 through 6, where similar reference characters denote corresponding features consistently throughout the figures, there are shown preferred embodiments.
[00027] Fig.1 illustrates an exemplary 100 user interface of the system for providing service provider 201 information for a selected video 104 of end users' choice, according to an embodiment. The exemplary user interface 105 of the system comprises of tutorial sections 102 selection pane, a category 103 selection pane and a video 104 selection pane. Once the selection of category 106 and video 107 completed then the system list out the tutorial sections 102 available for the particular category 106. After selecting the video 107 from the end users 101, the video 107 can be displayed in the user interface 105. The system can also allow the end user to find the list of related contacts 109 with respect the mutual location of the end user and the service provider. The end user can change the location 110 to find related contacts 109 from the 'Changed' location. The end user can play the video by clicking the play button 119 at center of the video display. The related contacts 109 for the selected video 107 may display in right side of the user interface 105. In that related contact 109 list, all the contacts (111a, 111b) of the service providers 201 that are linked with the corresponding video 107 may be displayed.
[00028] According to an embodiment, for each contact (111a, 111b), an option is provided to give rating. That is the end users 101 can rate the service provider 201 by providing either like 112 or dislike 113 for the appropriate contact for the selected video 107. Further, an option is provided in the form of a handshake 117 feature for the end users 101 to connect with the service provider 201. In addition to that, the end users 101 can also save 115 or delete contact 114 for his/her future reference.
[00029] According to an embodiment, the end users 101 can also visually get experience about the product or service by the videos 104 that are uploaded by an admin 202. The system allows the user to save 115 the video 104 in the video database 208. The end user is allowed to save the contacts of the video for future reference while searching for the tutorial video. The service provider 201 or contact person's icon 120 and a knowledge care contact icon 108 may be provided in the selected video 107 to show the end users 101 about the selection of category 103, list of contacts, and to contact the admin 202 through the system directly. The system may include chat window for allowing the user to communicate with the admin.

The system comprises of, at least a user interface 105, a server 204 and a communication network 203. The server 204 includes a Nationz Network platform 205 and a database 206. The Nationz Network platform 205 can be configured for providing tutorial sections 102 along with service providers' 201 contact information for the selected video 104 of end users' choice. Further, the Nationz Network platform 205 can be configured for allowing the service provider 201 to link with the selected videos 104 and to provide contact information for the linked videos 104. For example, the service provider 201 can link with the selected video 107 if the service provider 201 is having capability to provide either service or product.
[00031] According to an embodiment, the database 206 includes a plurality of category 207, a plurality of videos 208, a plurality of contacts 210, location information 209 of the service providers and advertising methods 211 available for the service provider 201. The service provider 201 can manually select the video 104 available in the database 206 to link his/her contact information with the appropriate video. Furthermore, the Nationz Network platform 205 can be configured for allowing the end users 101 to select a video 104 from the tutorial section 102 based on category 103. The end users 101 can check for video 104 of his/her interest according to the end users' requirement.

The Nationz Network platform 205 may include modules such as but is not limited to an end users module 301, a service provider module 302, an admin module 303, a notification module 304, a category module 305, a video module 306, a location module 307, a video allotting module 308, an advertise contact module 309, an advertisement activation module 310, a contact rating module 311 and other module 312.

Further, the end users 101 can use the same for finding the service provider 201 of the product or service. In addition to that, the end user is allowed to provide review about the service or product by the service provider 201.
[00034] According to an embodiment, the service provider module 302 can be configured for allowing the service provider 201 to register and to create profile in the system and to relate him/her to the selected video 107 due to unique fact and potential to provide the related service/ product. That is the service provider 201 can market their business through the Nationz Network platform 205 by linking the service providers' 201 general information with the corresponding video. In addition to that, an option to send a handshake request is provided for requesting the service provider for further information. After acceptance of the request from end user, the system reveals the service provider's personal information that includes phone number and email ID.
[00035] According to an embodiment, the admin module 303 can be configured for allowing the admin 202 to set alerts for video notifications to be sent to the end users 101 and /or service providers 201 of the Nationz Network platform 205. The admin module 303 can also be configured for controlling the activities of the admin 202. That is the admin 202 controls the uploading videos, allows the users to select the campaigning method prior to the launch of the video, and sends notifications to the end user and service provider and so on.

Here the service/product provider is rated either by relevant (like) or irrelevant (dislike) to the selected video 107. According to an embodiment, the advertise contact module 309 can be configured for allowing the service provider 201 to advertise contact information of the service provider 201 along with the selected videos 107 in related contacts 109. According to an embodiment, the advertisement activation module 310 can be configured for allowing the service provider 201 to activate the advertisement based on category 103, selected video 107, location 209, and advertising method 211.

Further, the end users 101 can also able to contact people who are providing service/products for the same using the same platform without researching and taking time to find the required contact in other platforms.

The above statement can be reversed in case if the end user rates the service provider 201 with irrelevant (dislike) 112. In case the service provider 201 secured more dislikes coupled with report spam to the admin, then the contact information of the service provider 201 for that video 107 can be removed by the admin 202.

Claims

We Claim:
1. A system for providing service provider information for a selected video of end users' choice comprises of, at least a user interface (105), a server (204) and a communication network (203); characterized in that the server (204) further includes a Nationz Network platform (205) and a database (206);
wherein the Nationz Network platform (205) configured for providing videos (104) along with service provider (201) contact information for the selected video (107) of end users' choice;
wherein the Nationz Network platform (205) configured for allowing the service provider (201) to link with the videos (104) and to provide contact information for the linked video; and
wherein the Nationz Network platform (205) further configured for allowing the end users (101) to view a video (107) from the tutorial sections (102) based on category (103)

The system of claim 1, wherein the Nationz Network platform (205) includes modules such as, an end users module (301) configured for allowing the end users (101) to choose tutorial sections (102), category (103) and related videos (104) of choice using user interface (105) and to review a list of related contacts 109 of the selected video (107) of choice.

The system of claim 1, wherein the Nationz Network platform (205) further includes modules such as, a service provider module (302) configured for allowing the service provider (201) to register and to create profile in the system and to relate him/her to the videos (104) due to unique fact and potential to provide the related service/ product.

The system of claim 1, wherein the Nationz Network platform (205) further includes modules such as, an admin module (303) configured for allowing the admin (202) to set alerts for video notifications to be sent to the end users (101) and /or service providers (201) of the Nationz Network platform (205).

The system of claim 1, wherein the Nationz Network platform (205) further includes modules such as, a notification module (304) configured for allowing the admin (202) to send alert notification about the video supposed to be uploaded in the future to the service provider (201) and end user (101); and
a category module (305) configured for allowing the admin (202) to group the videos (104) by the category (103).

The system of claim 1, wherein the Nationz Network platform (205) further includes modules such as a video module (306) configured for allowing the admin (202) to group the videos (104) by category (103) and to upload videos (104) in a video database (208); and a location module (307) configured for allowing the end users (101) to contact the service/product providers based on end users' and service/product providers' mutual location

The system of claim 1, wherein the Nationz Network platform (205) further includes modules such as, a video allotting module (308) configured for allowing the admin (202) and/ or service provider (201) to allot appropriate video (107) for the service provider (201) to market their service or products; and
a contact rating module (311) configured for configured for allowing the end users (101) to connect, review and rate the service/product providers. Here the service/product provider is rated either by relevant (like) or irrelevant (dislike) to the selected video 107

The system of claim 1, wherein the Nationz Network platform (205) further includes modules such as, an advertise contact module (309) configured for allowing the service provider (201) to advertise contact information of the service provider (201) along with the videos (104) in related contacts 109; and
an advertisement activation module (310) configured for allowing the service provider (201) to activate the advertisement based on category (103), selected video (107), location (209), and advertising method (211).

A method for providing service provider information for a selected video (107) of end users' choice comprising the steps of, allowing end users to create a profile that allows the end user (101) to proceed further for accessing the system; allowing end users (101) to choose tutorial (102), category (103), videos (104) and selected video (107) of choice using a user interface (105);
allowing the end users (101) to view the selected video (107) of choice;
allowing the end users (101) to connect with a related service/product provider contact selected by the end user allowing the end users (101) to review a list of related service/product provider contacts; and
allowing the end users (101) to provide rating for the related service/product provider contact.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the method further comprising the steps of, allowing the service providers (201)to register and to create profile in the Nationz Network platform (205);
allowing the service providers (201)to relate him/her to videos (104) due to unique fact and potential to provide the related service/ a product;
allowing the service provider (201) to receive notifications about the upcoming videos that are going to be uploaded;
allowing the service provider (201) to advertise contact information (11 la,l 1 lb); and
allowing the service provider (201) to activate the advertisement based on category (207), video (208), location (209), and advertising method (211).
11. The method of claim 9, wherein the method further comprising the steps of, allowing an admin (202) to set alerts for video notifications to be sent to all the users (end user 101, service provider 201) of the Nationz Network platform (205) about the upcoming video;
allowing the admin (202) to store the upload videos (104) into the server (204); allowing the admin (202) to upload videos (104) into the video database (208) allowing the admin (202) to group the videos (104) based on the category (103); and
allowing the admin (202) to provide the number of videos (104) and number of contacts on the whole for the selected group.
