双滚筒衣物处理装置的其中一个重要的技术问题是如何设置双滚筒。以前的常规做法是将两个滚筒分别设置在各自的框架中,但是两个滚筒之间存在间隙,不仅占据了较多的空间,而且在使用过程中的震动噪音也比较大。
后来也有技术对此进行了改进,将两个滚筒连接起来,相对缩小了双滚筒衣物处理的空间,也一定程度上降低了噪音,但是仍需要在外筒上加装包括配重块的调节平衡装置,不仅增加洗衣机的成本,减震降噪效果不明显。并且连接双滚筒的元件是单独设置的,不仅安装繁琐,而且还容易受到双滚筒衣物处理的长期运行过程的震动影响而造成脱落等问题,稳定性不佳。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种双滚筒洗衣机。所述双滚筒洗衣机的双滚筒连接近乎一体,减少辅助固定零部件的使用,双滚筒之间的连接更加牢固可靠、更加紧凑,可有效降低双滚筒洗衣机运行时的震动,减轻噪音污染,不必设置额外的配重块,降低生产成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思如下:
一种双滚筒洗衣机,包括内部分别设有滚筒的第一外筒和第二外筒,第二外筒设有突出于表面并一体成型的连接部,连接部自第二外筒表面沿径向朝第一外筒延伸,连接部的端部与第一外筒可拆卸连接。
优选地,所述连接部包括底部沿第二外筒外壁周向延展的凸台,凸台的端部与第一外筒可拆卸连接且端部上侧设有曲端面,曲端面与第一外筒外壁相匹配。
优选地,所述凸台一侧设有多条沿第二外筒轴向和垂直于轴向方向延伸的加强筋。
优选地,沿第二外筒轴向延伸的加强筋具有台阶状结构,所述台阶状结构的高度在靠近凸台处高于远离凸台处。优选地,曲端面的两端不在同一高度且设有安装通孔,第一外筒与之对应设有一体成型的螺栓柱,螺栓柱设有中空结构,螺栓柱贯穿安装通孔,螺钉经垫片与中空结构连接固定。
优选地,所述连接部设于第二外筒上侧靠近筒底的部位,所述螺栓柱设于第一外筒下侧靠近筒底的部位。
优选地,所述凸台的中央部位设置有适于人手提握的中通结构。
优选地,包括用于连接第一外筒和第二外筒前部的前连接件,前连接件包括上部的类U型结构以及设于类U型结构下部的左、右支端,左右支端设于不同高度部位,类U型结构的两端部和左、右支端设有安装通孔,第一外筒和第二外筒前部设有一体成型的螺栓柱,螺栓柱设有中空结构,螺栓柱贯穿安装通孔,螺钉经垫片与中空结构连接固定。
优选地,所述螺栓柱周壁上设有多条沿轴向分布的凸筋,所述安装通孔设为圆柱孔。
优选地,安装通孔内设有与所述凸筋对应的凹槽。
优选地,所述曲端面上设有弹性缓冲层,所述弹性缓冲层具有与第一外筒外壁相匹配的表面结构。
所述的双滚洗衣机可以是包括两个滚筒的洗衣机或洗干一体机或干衣机等。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
1、所述双滚筒洗衣机的外筒一体成型有连接部,其端部与另一外筒连接,有助于使双滚筒形成近乎一体的结构,且采用的辅助固定零件少,不易在震动中造成双滚筒连接结构的松脱,更加稳固可靠;
2、所述连接部的结构自第一外筒表面向另一外筒延伸设置,可以充分地利用第一外筒和第二外筒的放置间隙,不需要占据额外的空间,令双滚筒洗衣机的结构更加紧凑,降低了震动噪音;
3、所述双滚筒洗衣机可以不设置额外的配重块,减少部件设置,不仅可以降低成本,而且部件越少、出现故障的几率越低,有助于提高整体结构的稳定性;
4、所述的双滚筒洗衣机的连接部或连接件具有与外筒边缘相配合的曲面等结构,可以对位于其上的外筒起到承托作用,不仅减轻外筒支撑件的负担、延长其使用寿命,而且还可以减缓运行过程中因外筒位移变化显著而造成的噪音;
5、连接部的端部设置的连接外筒的安装通孔设置在不同高度,外筒连接后,利于协调双滚筒在运行中的位移变化,从而降低震动噪音。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相 连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
实施例一
一种双滚筒洗衣机,参见图1-4,包括内部分别设有滚筒的第一外筒1和第二外筒2,第二外筒2设有突出于表面并一体成型的连接部4,连接部4自第二外筒2表面沿径向朝第一外筒1延伸,连接部4的端部与第一外筒1可拆卸连接。
作为优选地,连接部4自第二外筒2表面沿径向朝第一外筒1与第二外筒2之间的安装间隙延伸设置。
连接部4包括底部沿第二外筒2外壁周向延展的凸台,凸台的端部与第一外筒1可拆卸连接且端部上侧设有曲端面,曲端面与第一外筒1外壁相匹配。
曲端面可以将第一外筒1的后部局部托起,起到一定的支撑作用,避免第一外筒1在运行中因震动而发生位移,可以减轻第一外筒1连接组成元件的负担,延长使用寿命,而且还可以降低震动噪音。
所述凸台一侧设有多条沿第二外筒2轴向和垂直于轴向方向延伸的加强筋。
沿第二外筒2轴向延伸的加强筋具有台阶状结构,所述台阶状结构的高度在靠近凸台处高于远离凸台处。
上述的加强筋结构可以使连接部4的结构更加牢固可靠,确保双滚筒连接更加稳定,并且在一侧设置便于安装。
曲端面的两端不在同一高度且设有安装通孔,第一外筒1与之对应设有一体成型的螺栓柱,螺栓柱设有中空结构,螺栓柱贯穿安装通孔,螺钉5经垫片与中空结构连接固定。
所述连接部4设于第二外筒2上侧靠近筒底的部位,所述螺栓柱设于第一外筒1下侧靠近筒底的部位。
所述凸台的中央部位设置有适于人手提握的中通结构。该中通结构方便在第一外筒1与第二外筒2的连接过程的安装拆卸操作,省时省力。
包括用于连接第一外筒1和第二外筒2前部的前连接件3,前连接件3包括上部的类U型结构以及设于类U型结构下部的左、右支端,左右支端设于不同高度部位,类U型结构的两端部和左、右支端设有安装通孔,第一外筒1和第二外筒2前部设有一体成型的螺栓柱, 螺栓柱设有中空结构,螺栓柱贯穿安装通孔,螺钉5经垫片与中空结构连接固定。
螺栓柱周壁上设有多条沿轴向分布的凸筋,所述安装通孔设为圆柱孔,作为优选地,安装通孔内设有与所述凸筋对应的凹槽。
所述曲端面上设有弹性缓冲层,所述弹性缓冲层具有与第一外筒1外壁相匹配的表面结构。可以进一步降低噪音,而且还可以减轻第一外筒1与凸台之间的撞击作用,保护第一外筒1结构和连接部的结构。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
1、所述双滚筒洗衣机的外筒一体成型有连接部,其端部与另一外筒连接,有助于使双滚筒形成近乎一体的结构,且采用的辅助固定零件少,不易在震动中造成双滚筒连接结构的松脱,更加稳固可靠;
2、所述连接部的结构自第一外筒表面向另一外筒延伸设置,可以充分地利用第一外筒和第二外筒的放置间隙,不需要占据额外的空间,令双滚筒洗衣机的结构更加紧凑,降低了震动噪音;
3、所述双滚筒洗衣机可以不设置额外的配重块,减少部件设置,不仅可以降低成本,而且部件越少、出现故障的几率越低,有助于提高整体结构的稳定性;
4、所述的双滚筒洗衣机的连接部或者连接件具有与外筒边缘相配合的曲面等结构,可以对位于其上的外筒起到承托作用,不仅减轻外筒支撑件的负担、延长其使用寿命,而且还可以减缓运行过程中因外筒位移变化显著而造成的噪音;

实施例二
一种双滚筒洗衣机,包括内部分别设有滚筒的第一外筒1和第二外筒2以及将第一外筒1、第二外筒2连接一体的连接件,至少其中一个连接件与第一外筒1或第二外筒2一体成型且具有与第二外筒2或第一外筒1可拆卸连接的端部。
所述连接件包括用于连接第一外筒1和第二外筒2前部的前连接件3和连接第一外筒1和第二外筒2后部的连接部4。
所述前连接件3一体成型于第一外筒1或第二外筒2的前部,前连接件3的端部与第二外筒2或第一外筒1的前部可拆卸连接,或/和所述连接部4一体成型于第一外筒1或第二外 筒2的后部,连接部4的端部与第二外筒2或第一外筒1的后部可拆卸连接。
参见图1-4,本实施例中连接部4是与第二外筒2一体成型的,连接部4具有与第一外筒1可拆卸连接的端部。
连接部4的端部与第一外筒1的后部经螺栓连接。
连接部4的端部设有两个安装通孔,第一外筒1后部对应设有两个螺栓柱,该螺栓柱是与第一外筒1的后部一体成型的,螺栓柱设有中空结构,螺栓柱贯穿安装通孔,螺钉5经垫片与中空结构连接以固定。
连接部4的端部设有与第一外筒1后部接触边缘相吻合的曲端面,连接部4可以将第一外筒1的后部局部托起,起到一定的支撑作用,避免第一外筒1在运行中因震动而发生位移,可以减轻第一外筒1连接组成元件的负担,延长使用寿命,而且还可以降低震动噪音。
参见图4,连接部4包括上端面设为曲端面的凸台,曲端面的两端不在同一高度且设有安装通孔,曲端面与第一外筒1或第二外筒2的后部边缘相匹配,第一外筒1或第二外筒2的后部设有与曲端面的两端的安装通孔对应的螺栓柱;
所述凸台的一侧设有多条沿第一外筒1或第二外筒2轴向和垂直于轴向方向延伸的加强筋,沿第一外筒1或第二外筒2轴向延伸的加强筋具有台阶状结构。
所述凸台的结构设置可以有效承托第一外筒1,并且由于其与第二外筒2是一体成型的,不会因为第一外筒1的重量而松脱,令第一外筒1与第二外筒2的连接更加牢固可靠。并且其结构可以在第一外筒1震动时产生一定的缓冲作用,有助于减低噪音。
所述凸台的中央部位设有中通结构,该中通结构可以方便在第一外筒1与第二外筒2的连接过程的安装拆卸操作,省时省力。
作为优选地,凸台的曲端面上设置有弹性缓冲层。可以进一步降低噪音,而且还可以减轻第一外筒1与凸台之间的撞击作用,保护第一外筒1结构和凸台结构。
参见图1、3和4,本实施例的前连接件3的结构具体为:包括上部的类U型结构以及设于类U型结构下部的左、右支端,左右支端设于不同高度部位,类U型结构的两端部和左、右支端设有安装通孔;
该前连接件3用于连接第一外筒1和第二外筒2前部,第一外筒1的前部设有与类U型结构的两端部的安装通孔对应的螺栓柱,类U型结构的内凹面与第一外筒1的外轮廓相匹配,第二外筒2的前部设有与左、右支端的安装通孔对应的螺栓柱。
以上所述的螺栓柱周壁上设有沿轴向分布的多条凸筋,所述安装通孔设有与所述凸筋对应的凹槽。
螺栓柱是与第一外筒1和第二外筒2的前部一体成型的,可以提高双滚筒连接结构的整体稳定性。
安装通孔设置于加厚圆台的中央位置,螺栓柱对应圆台的结构设置有圆筒状的基座结构,如此可以缓冲震动过程中对连接件和外筒结构的冲击,不仅可以降低震动噪音,而且还可以保护连接件和外筒,使双滚筒连接结构整体的稳定性得到提高。
实施例三
本实施例与实施例一的区别在于:连接部4一体成型于第一外筒1的后部,其端部与第二外筒2的后部经螺栓连接固定。
连接部4的端部设有安装通孔,第二外筒2后部对应设有螺栓柱,该螺栓柱是与第二外筒2的后部一体成型的,螺栓柱设有中空结构,螺栓柱贯穿安装通孔,螺钉5经垫片与中空结构连接以固定。
其他结构特性可以设置与实施例一相同或者不相同。螺栓柱的设置数量可以根据安装通孔的数量进行变更。
实施例四
本实施例与实施一的区别在于:前连接件3一体成型于第二外筒2的前部,前连接件3的端部与第一外筒1的前部经螺栓连接,同时,连接部4一体成型于第二外筒2的后部,连接部4的端部与第一外筒1的后部经螺栓连接。
其他结构特性可以参照实施一的具体描述,但不局限于实施例一的具体结构。
比如,实施例一中描述的前连接件3的具体结构可以用作连接部4的结构设置,同理,连接部4的具体结构也可以用于前连接件3的结构设置。
所述双滚筒连接结构更利于将第一外筒1、第二外筒2设置为近乎一体化,更加紧凑稳定,噪音更低,安装拆卸也方便。
实施例五
本实施例与实施一的区别在于:前连接件3一体成型于第一外筒1的前部,前连接件3的端部与第二外筒2的前部经螺栓连接,同时,连接部4一体成型于第二外筒2的后部,连 接部4的端部与第一外筒1的后部经螺栓连接。
其他结构特性可以参照实施一的具体描述,但不局限于实施例一的具体结构。
所述双滚筒连接结构更利于将第一外筒1、第二外筒2设置为近乎一体化,更加紧凑稳定,噪音更低,安装拆卸也方便。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种双滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,包括内部分别设有滚筒的第一外筒(1)和第二外筒(2),第二外筒(2)设有突出于表面并一体成型的连接部(4),连接部(4)自第二外筒(2)表面沿径向朝第一外筒(1)延伸,连接部(4)的端部与第一外筒(1)可拆卸连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的双滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述连接部(4)包括底部沿第二外筒(2)外壁周向延展的凸台,凸台的端部与第一外筒(1)可拆卸连接且端部上侧设有曲端面,曲端面与第一外筒(1)外壁相匹配。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的双滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述凸台一侧设有多条沿第二外筒(2)轴向和垂直于轴向方向延伸的加强筋。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的双滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,沿第二外筒(2)轴向延伸的加强筋具有台阶状结构,所述台阶状结构的高度在靠近凸台处高于远离凸台处。
  5. 根据权利要求2-4任一项所述的双滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,曲端面的两端不在同一高度且设有安装通孔,第一外筒(1)与之对应设有一体成型的螺栓柱,螺栓柱设有中空结构,螺栓柱贯穿安装通孔,螺钉(5)经垫片与中空结构连接固定。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的双滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述连接部(4)设于第二外筒(2)上侧靠近筒底的部位,所述螺栓柱设于第一外筒(1)下侧靠近筒底的部位。
  7. 根据权利要求2-6任一项所述的双滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述凸台的中央部位设置有适于人手提握的中通结构。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的双滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,包括用于连接第一外筒(1)和第二外筒(2)前部的前连接件(3),前连接件(3)包括上部的类U型结构以及设于类U型结构下部的左、右支端,左右支端设于不同高度部位,类U型结构的两端部和左、右支端设有安装通孔,第一外筒(1)和第二外筒(2)前部设有一体成型的螺栓柱,螺栓柱设有中空结构,螺栓柱贯穿安装通孔,螺钉(5)经垫片与中空结构连接固定。
  9. 根据权利要求5-8任一项所述的双滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述螺栓柱周壁上设有多条沿轴向分布的凸筋,所述安装通孔设为圆柱孔;
    优选地,安装通孔内设有与所述凸筋对应的凹槽。
  10. 根据权利要求5-9任一项所述的双滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述曲端面上设有弹性缓冲层,所述弹性缓冲层具有与第一外筒(1)外壁相匹配的表面结构。
