更换手机卡的方法和设备
本申请要求于2017年6月14日提交中国专利局、申请号为201710448993.2、发明名称为“更换手机卡的方法和设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请实施例涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种更换手机卡的方法和设备。
背景技术
当前,全球第四代通信系统(the 4th Generation communication system,4G)网络建设的如火如荼。4G网络传输速度快,用户体验好,4G用户增长迅速。用户使用终端设备接入4G网络,终端设备必须使用通用用户身份模块(Universal Subscriber Identity Module,USIM)卡。而用户使用终端设备接入第二代数字通信(The 2nd Generation,2G)网络、第三代数字通信(The 3rd Generation,3G)网络时,终端设备使用客户识别模块(Subscriber Identification Module,SIM)卡。所以,为了增加4G用户的数量,其中最关键的就是将SIM卡更换为USIM卡。
目前,将SIM卡更换为USIM卡,用户需要到SIM卡归属地所在的营业厅,出示身份资料,在营业厅柜台人工办理一张新的USIM卡。新的USIM卡开户成功,原有的SIM卡失效,完成将SIM卡更换为USIM卡。
但是,上述换卡流程,用户需要专门到营业厅,耗费了较长的时间,时间成本大,过程繁琐,用户体验很差。而且也增加了网络运营商的人力成本。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种更换手机卡的方法和设备,可以实现自助换卡,节省了用户和运营商的时间成本,提升了用户感受。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供一种更换手机卡的方法,包括:通过SIM卡向服务器发送第一USSD消息,通过SIM卡接收服务器返回的验证码;在将SIM卡更换为USIM卡之后,通过USIM卡向服务器发送第二USSD消息;通过USIM卡接收服务器返回的第一确认消息;通过USIM卡向服务器发送第三USSD消息,通过USIM卡接收服务器返回的第二确认消息。
通过第一方面提供的更换手机卡的方法,终端设备通过SIM卡发起USSD流程,从服务器获得了验证码并完成SIM卡的合法性验证。终端设备通过USIM卡发起USSD流程,通过验证码完成了USIM卡的合法性验证。通过SIM卡和USIM卡进行的两次USSD流程,在SIM卡和USIM卡均合法时可以完成将SIM卡更换为USIM卡。实现了用户的自助换卡,换卡流程简单安全。节省了用户和运营商的时间成本,提升了用户感受。
可选的,在第一方面的一种可能的实施方式中,在通过SIM卡向服务器发送第一USSD 消息之后,方法还包括:通过SIM卡接收服务器返回的第一拒绝消息。

第二方面,本申请实施例提供一种更换手机卡的方法,包括:接收终端设备通过SIM卡发送的第一USSD消息;若确定SIM卡合法,则生成验证码;向终端设备发送验证码;接收终端设备通过USIM卡发送的第二USSD消息;若根据第一USSD消息确定的SIM卡的MSISDN与第二USSD消息中包含的SIM卡的MSISDN相同、且确定USIM卡合法,则向终端设备发送第一确认消息;接收终端设备通过USIM卡发送的第三USSD消息;向网络设备发送信息更新请求消息,信息更新请求消息包括USIM卡的IMSI,还包括SIM卡的IMSI和SIM卡的MSISDN中的至少一个;接收网络设备返回的信息更新确认消息;向终端设备发送第二确认消息。
可选的,在第二方面的一种可能的实施方式中,确定SIM卡合法,包括:根据第一USSD消息获得SIM卡的IMSI;若SIM卡的IMSI合法且SIM卡没有被更换为USIM卡,则确定SIM卡合法。

可选的,在第二方面的一种可能的实施方式中,确定USIM卡合法,包括:根据第二USSD消息获得USIM卡的IMSI;若USIM卡的IMSI合法、第二USSD消息中包含的验证码与向终端设备发送的验证码相同、获得的USIM卡的MSISDN为预设号段、且获得的第一IMEI与第二IMEI相同,则确定USIM卡合法。其中,第一IMEI为发送第一USSD消息的终端设备的IMEI,第二IMEI为发送第二USSD消息的终端设备的IMEI。
通过该可能的实施方式提供的方法,可以通过USIM卡的IMSI、验证码以及终端设备的IMEI确定USIM卡是否合法,进一步提升了确定USIM卡是否合法的准确性。
可选的,在第二方面的一种可能的实施方式中,第二USSD消息还包括终端设备用户的身份信息,则确定USIM卡合法,包括:根据第二USSD消息获得USIM卡的IMSI;若USIM卡的IMSI合法、第二USSD消息中包含的验证码与向终端设备发送的验证码相同、获得的USIM卡的MSISDN为预设号段、且根据第一USSD消息确定的终端设备用户的身份信息与第二USSD消息中包含的身份信息相同,则确定USIM卡合法。

具体实施方式
图1为本申请实施例适用的系统架构图。如图1所示,系统可以包括:终端设备11、服务器12、网络设备13、签约用户服务器(Home Subscriber Server,HSS)或者归属位置寄存器(Home Location Register,HLR)14。其中,网络设备13为网络运营商部署的物理设备。HSS与HLR相似,负责移动用户数据管理,可以永久存储和记录所辖区域内用户的签约数据,并可以动态更新用户的相关数据。在系统中,服务器12可以与网络设备13、HSS/HLR14进行消息交互。网络设备13可以与HSS/HLR14进行消息交互。终端设备11可以与服务器12进行消息交互,服务器12可以处理终端设备11发起的请求消息。其中,终端设备11与服务器12之间的消息可以通过HSS/HLR14转发。其中,服务器12可以获取HSS/HLR14上的用户信息。本申请实施例对于服务器12获取HSS/HLR14上用户信息的具体方式不做限定。例如,服务器12可以定期同步获取HSS/HLR14上的所有用户信息。又例如,服务器12在需要时向HSS/HLR14发送请求消息,用于获取HSS/HLR14上的特定用户信息。
本申请实施例涉及的终端设备11,支持通过SIM卡以及USIM卡进行网络通信。终端设备11可以是手机、平板电脑等无线终端,该无线终端包括向用户提供语音和/或数据服务的设备,终端还可以是具有无线连接功能的手持设备、车载设备、可穿戴设备、计算设备,以及各种形式的用户设备UE、移动台(Mobile Station,MS)及终端(terminal),本申请实施例并不限定。
本申请实施例涉及的服务器12,可以为独立部署的物理设备,也可以集成在现有通信系统中的通信网元中。也就是说,本申请实施例中描述的关于服务器12的相关功能也可以由其他物理设备承担。其中,本申请实施例对于服务器12的名称不做特别限定。例如,服务器12的名称可以为:动态用户画像(Dynamic Subscriber Profile,DSP)服务器。
本申请实施例涉及的网络设备13,为网络运营商部署的物理设备。本申请实施例对于网络设备13的名称不做特别限定。例如,网络设备13的名称可以为:运营商业务发放 服务器(Provisioning System)。
本申请实施例涉及的HSS/HLR14,可以为现有的HSS/HLR。需要说明,本申请实施例涉及的HSS与HLR可以指代同一通信网元,可以互换。
本申请实施例所涉及的更换手机卡的方法,旨在解决目前现有技术中将SIM卡更换为USIM卡过程繁琐、人力成本高的技术问题。通过在系统中部署服务器,通过移动终端与服务器之间进行的非结构化补充数据业务(Unstructured Supplementary Service Data,USSD)流程,用户可以自助完成换卡操作,不需要特意到网络运营商的营业厅人工换卡,简化了换卡步骤,节约了人力成本。
下面以具体地实施例对本申请的技术方案以及本申请的技术方案如何解决上述技术问题进行详细说明。下面这几个具体的实施例可以相互结合,对于相同或相似的概念或过程可能在某些实施例中不再赘述。
图2为本申请实施例提供的更换手机卡的方法的消息交互图。如图2所示,本申请实施例提供的更换手机卡的方法,可以包括:
S101、终端设备通过SIM卡向服务器发送第一USSD消息。
相应的,服务器可以接收终端设备通过SIM卡发送的第一USSD消息。
其中,第一USSD消息可以用于请求获得验证码。
具体的,终端设备支持使用SIM卡和USIM卡。终端设备当前通过SIM卡进行网络通信。当终端设备需要将SIM卡更换为USIM卡时,首先通过SIM卡向服务器发送第一USSD消息,用于请求获得一个验证码。验证码通常在一段时间内有效且唯一。
需要说明的是,本实施例对于第一USSD消息的实现方式不做限定,可以根据需要设置。USSD是一种基于全球移动通信系统(Global System for Mobile Communication,GSM)的交互式数据业务。当在终端设备上输入网络预先制定的数字或者符号时,例如*#等,再通过发送键或者拨号键就可以向网络发送一条USSD指令。网络根据该USSD指令提醒相应的服务。例如,作为一个示例,第一USSD消息可以为*112#。
需要说明的是,本实施例对于第一USSD消息中可以包括的其他信息不做限定,根据需要进行设置。可选的,第一USSD消息还可以包括终端设备用户的身份信息。其中,终端设备用户的身份信息用于唯一区分注册SIM卡的用户。通常,SIM卡在注册激活时需要用户身份信息。其中,本实施例对于终端设备用户的身份信息的实现方式不做限定。可选的,终端设备用户的身份信息可以包括用户的身份证号码,或者还可以包括用户姓名。
需要说明的是,本实施例对于验证码的实现方式不做限定,可以采用现有的任意一种验证码的实现方式。可选的,验证码可以仅为数字,且对于数字的位数不做限定。例如4位、6位等。可选的,验证码可以为字符串,且对于字符串的长度不做限定。可选的,验证码可以为数字和字符的组合。
S102、若服务器确定SIM卡合法,则生成验证码。
具体的,SIM卡合法,是指该SIM卡没有被更换为USIM卡,且终端设备可以通过该SIM卡进行正常的网络通信。
下面通过具体示例对SIM卡是否合法进行示例性说明。
假设SIM卡欠费,则SIM卡非法。假设SIM卡正处于注销流程,则SIM卡非法。假设用户在营业厅已经完成了将SIM卡更换为USIM卡的操作,则该SIM卡非法。
需要说明的是,本实施例对于服务器生成验证码的实现方式不做特别限定,可以采用现有的任意一种生成验证码的算法和方法。
可选的,确定SIM卡合法,可以包括:
根据第一USSD消息获得SIM卡的IMSI。
若SIM卡的IMSI合法且SIM卡没有被更换为USIM卡,则确定SIM卡合法。
具体的,SIM卡中存储有国际移动用户识别码(International Mobile Subscriber Identification Number,IMSI),SIM卡与IMSI一一对应。在HSS/HLR中存储的用户签约数据以及与SIM卡相关的其他信息(例如是否欠费、是否停止使用、是否已经更换为USIM卡等),均与SIM卡的IMSI相关联。因此,可以通过确定SIM卡的IMSI是否合法来确定SIM卡是否合法。服务器接收到了第一USSD消息,可以根据第一USSD消息获得SIM卡的IMSI。SIM卡的IMSI合法,是指该IMSI对应的是一个SIM卡而不是USIM卡、且终端设备可以通过该SIM卡进行正常的网络通信。
其中,确定SIM卡的IMSI是否合法以及确定SIM卡是否被更换为USIM卡,可以有多种实现方式。可选的,若服务器已经同步获取到HSS/HLR中存储的用户信息,则服务器可以根据IMSI在用户信息中进行查找,从而确定SIM卡的IMSI是否合法以及确定SIM卡是否被更换为USIM卡。可选的,若服务器没有同步获取到HSS/HLR中存储的用户信息,则服务器可以将IMSI发送给HSS/HLR,以使HSS/HLR根据该IMSI在存储的用户信息中进行查找,获得确认结果,并将确认结果返回给服务器。该确认结果可以指示SIM卡的IMSI是否合法以及确定SIM卡是否被更换为USIM卡。或者,该确认结果可以包括与该IMSI相关联的用户信息,服务器可以根据该确认结果确定SIM卡的IMSI是否合法以及确定SIM卡是否被更换为USIM卡。
可选的,若第一USSD消息还包括终端设备用户的身份信息,则服务器可以根据终端设备用户的身份信息确定SIM卡的IMSI是否合法。

可见,通过终端设备用户的身份信息确定SIM卡的IMSI是否合法,可以进一步提升确定SIM卡的IMSI是否合法的准确性,从而提升了将SIM卡更换为USIM卡的安全性。

需要说明的是,本实施例对于第二USSD消息的实现方式不做限定,可以根据需要设置。例如,作为一个示例,第二USSD消息可以为:*113#验证码#MSISDN。假设验证码为88899,MSISDN原始值为23000000000,则第二USSD消息为*113#88899#23000000000。
需要说明的是,本实施例对于第二USSD消息中还可以包括的其他信息不做限定,根据需要进行设置。可选的,第二USSD消息还可以包括终端设备用户的身份信息。
需要说明,本实施例并不限定用户获取USIM卡的方式。例如:SIM卡用户可以凭网络运营商发送的通知信息(例如短信)免费从营业厅或者网络运营商的代理商处获取USIM卡。或者,SIM卡用户可以自费从营业厅或者代理商处购买USIM卡。

    在将所述SIM卡更换为通用用户身份模块USIM卡之后,通过所述USIM卡向所述服务器发送第二USSD消息,所述第二USSD消息用于请求将所述SIM卡更换为所述USIM卡,所述第二USSD消息包括所述验证码和所述SIM卡的移动台综合业务数字网号码MSISDN;
    通过所述USIM卡接收所述服务器返回的第一确认消息,所述第一确认消息指示了允许将所述SIM卡更换为所述USIM卡;
    通过所述USIM卡向所述服务器发送第三USSD消息,所述第三USSD消息用于确认将所述SIM卡更换为所述USIM卡;
    通过所述USIM卡接收所述服务器返回的第二确认消息,所述第二确认消息指示了所述USIM卡更换成功。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述通过SIM卡向服务器发送第一USSD消息之后,所述方法还包括:
    通过所述SIM卡接收所述服务器返回的第一拒绝消息,所述第一拒绝消息指示了不允许更换所述SIM卡。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述通过USIM卡向所述服务器发送第二USSD消息之后,所述方法还包括:
    通过所述USIM卡接收所述服务器返回的第二拒绝消息,所述第二拒绝消息指示了不允许将所述SIM卡更换为所述USIM卡。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一USSD消息和所述第二USSD消息还包括终端设备用户的身份信息。
  5. 一种更换手机卡的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收终端设备通过客户识别模块SIM卡发送的第一非结构化补充数据业务USSD消息,所述第一USSD消息用于请求获得验证码;
    若确定所述SIM卡合法,则生成验证码;
    向所述终端设备发送所述验证码;
    接收所述终端设备通过通用用户身份模块USIM卡发送的第二USSD消息,所述第二USSD消息用于请求将所述SIM卡更换为所述USIM卡,所述第二USSD消息包括验证码和所述SIM卡的移动台综合业务数字网号码MSISDN;
    若根据所述第一USSD消息确定的SIM卡的MSISDN与所述第二USSD消息中包含的SIM卡的MSISDN相同、且确定所述USIM卡合法,则向所述终端设备发送第一确认消息,所述第一确认消息指示了允许将所述SIM卡更换为所述USIM卡;
    接收所述终端设备通过所述USIM卡发送的第三USSD消息,所述第三USSD消息用于确认将所述SIM卡更换为所述USIM卡;
    向网络设备发送信息更新请求消息,所述信息更新请求消息包括所述USIM卡的国际移动用户识别码IMSI,还包括所述SIM卡的IMSI和所述SIM卡的MSISDN中的至少一个;
    接收所述网络设备返回的信息更新确认消息;
    向所述终端设备发送第二确认消息,所述第二确认消息指示了所述USIM卡更换成功。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定所述SIM卡合法,包括:
    根据所述第一USSD消息获得所述SIM卡的IMSI;
    若所述SIM卡的IMSI合法且所述SIM卡没有被更换为USIM卡,则确定所述SIM卡合法。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定所述USIM卡合法,包括:
    根据所述第二USSD消息获得所述USIM卡的IMSI;
    若所述USIM卡的IMSI合法、所述第二USSD消息中包含的验证码与向所述终端设备发送的验证码相同、且获得的所述USIM卡的MSISDN为预设号段,则确定所述USIM卡合法;其中,所述USIM卡的MSISDN的原始值为所述预设号段。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定所述USIM卡合法,包括:
    根据所述第二USSD消息获得所述USIM卡的IMSI;
    若所述USIM卡的IMSI合法、所述第二USSD消息中包含的验证码与向所述终端设备发送的验证码相同、获得的所述USIM卡的MSISDN为预设号段、且获得的第一小区标识与第二小区标识相同,则确定所述USIM卡合法;其中,所述USIM卡的MSISDN的原始值为所述预设号段;所述第一小区标识为所述终端设备发送所述第一USSD消息时接入的小区的小区标识,所述第二小区标识为所述终端设备发送所述第二USSD消息时接入的小区的小区标识。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定所述USIM卡合法,包括:
    根据所述第二USSD消息获得所述USIM卡的IMSI;
    若所述USIM卡的IMSI合法、所述第二USSD消息中包含的验证码与向所述终端设备发送的验证码相同、获得的所述USIM卡的MSISDN为预设号段、且获得的第一国际移动设备身份码IMEI与第二IMEI相同,则确定所述USIM卡合法;其中,所述USIM卡的MSISDN的原始值为所述预设号段;所述第一IMEI为发送所述第一USSD消息的终端设备的IMEI,所述第二IMEI为发送所述第二USSD消息的终端设备的IMEI。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二USSD消息还包括终端设备用户的身份信息,则所述确定所述USIM卡合法,包括:
    根据所述第二USSD消息获得所述USIM卡的IMSI;
    若所述USIM卡的IMSI合法、所述第二USSD消息中包含的验证码与向所述终端设备发送的验证码相同、获得的所述USIM卡的MSISDN为预设号段、且根据所述第一USSD消息确定的终端设备用户的身份信息与所述第二USSD消息中包含的身份信息相同,则确定所述USIM卡合法;其中,所述USIM卡的MSISDN的原始值为所述预设号段。
  11. 根据权利要求5至10任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    若确定所述SIM卡不合法,则向所述终端设备发送第一拒绝消息,所述第一拒绝消息指示了不允许更换所述SIM卡。
  12. 根据权利要求5至10任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    若根据所述第一USSD消息确定的SIM卡的MSISDN与所述第二USSD消息中包含的SIM卡的MSISDN不同,和/或确定所述USIM卡不合法,则向所述终端设备发送第二拒绝消息,所述第二拒绝消息指示了不允许将所述SIM卡更换为所述USIM卡。
  13. 一种更换手机卡的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收服务器发送的信息更新请求消息,所述信息更新请求消息包括通用用户身份模块USIM卡的国际移动用户识别码IMSI,还包括客户识别模块SIM卡的IMSI和所述SIM卡的移动台综合业务数字网号码MSISDN中的至少一个;
    向签约用户服务器HSS发送开户信息更新请求消息;所述开户信息更新请求消息包括所述USIM卡的IMSI,还包括SIM卡的IMSI和所述SIM卡的MSISDN中的至少一个;
    接收所述HSS返回的确认消息;
    向所述服务器发送信息更新确认消息。
  14. 一种终端设备,其特征在于,包括:
    发送模块,用于通过客户识别模块SIM卡向服务器发送第一非结构化补充数据业务USSD消息,所述第一USSD消息用于请求获得验证码;
    接收模块,用于通过所述SIM卡接收所述服务器返回的验证码;
    所述发送模块,还用于在将所述SIM卡更换为通用用户身份模块USIM卡之后,通过所述USIM卡向所述服务器发送第二USSD消息,所述第二USSD消息用于请求将所述SIM卡更换为所述USIM卡,所述第二USSD消息包括所述验证码和所述SIM卡的移动台综合业务数字网号码MSISDN;
    所述接收模块,还用于通过所述USIM卡接收所述服务器返回的第一确认消息,所述第一确认消息指示了允许将所述SIM卡更换为所述USIM卡;
    所述发送模块,还用于通过所述USIM卡向所述服务器发送第三USSD消息,所述第三USSD消息用于确认将所述SIM卡更换为所述USIM卡;
    所述接收模块,还用于通过所述USIM卡接收所述服务器返回的第二确认消息,所述第二确认消息指示了所述USIM卡更换成功。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述接收模块还用于:
    通过所述SIM卡接收所述服务器返回的第一拒绝消息,所述第一拒绝消息指示了不允许更换所述SIM卡。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述接收模块还用于:
    通过所述USIM卡接收所述服务器返回的第二拒绝消息,所述第二拒绝消息指示了不允许将所述SIM卡更换为所述USIM卡。
  17. 根据权利要求14至16任一项所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述第一USSD消息和所述第二USSD消息还包括终端设备用户的身份信息。
  18. 一种服务器,其特征在于,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收终端设备通过客户识别模块SIM卡发送的第一非结构化补充数据业务USSD消息,所述第一USSD消息用于请求获得验证码;
    处理模块,用于确定所述SIM卡合法时,生成验证码;
    发送模块,用于向所述终端设备发送所述验证码;
    所述接收模块,还用于接收所述终端设备通过通用用户身份模块USIM卡发送的第二USSD消息,所述第二USSD消息用于请求将所述SIM卡更换为所述USIM卡,所述第二USSD消息包括验证码和所述SIM卡的移动台综合业务数字网号码MSISDN;
    所述发送模块,还用于在所述处理模块根据所述第一USSD消息确定的SIM卡的MSISDN与所述第二USSD消息中包含的SIM卡的MSISDN相同、且确定所述USIM卡合法时,向所述终端设备发送第一确认消息,所述第一确认消息指示了允许将所述SIM卡更换为所述USIM卡;
    所述接收模块,还用于接收所述终端设备通过所述USIM卡发送的第三USSD消息,所述第三USSD消息用于确认将所述SIM卡更换为所述USIM卡;
    所述发送模块,还用于向网络设备发送信息更新请求消息,所述信息更新请求消息包括所述USIM卡的国际移动用户识别码IMSI,还包括所述SIM卡的IMSI和所述SIM卡的MSISDN中的至少一个;
    所述接收模块,还用于接收所述网络设备返回的信息更新确认消息;
    所述发送模块,还用于向所述终端设备发送第二确认消息,所述第二确认消息指示了所述USIM卡更换成功。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述处理模块具体用于:
    根据所述第一USSD消息获得所述SIM卡的IMSI;
    若所述SIM卡的IMSI合法且所述SIM卡没有被更换为USIM卡,则确定所述SIM卡合法。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述处理模块具体用于:
    根据所述第二USSD消息获得所述USIM卡的IMSI;
    若所述USIM卡的IMSI合法、所述第二USSD消息中包含的验证码与向所述终端设备发送的验证码相同、且获得的所述USIM卡的MSISDN为预设号段,则确定所述USIM卡合法;其中,所述USIM卡的MSISDN的原始值为所述预设号段。
  21. 根据权利要求18所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述处理模块具体用于:
    根据所述第二USSD消息获得所述USIM卡的IMSI;
    若所述USIM卡的IMSI合法、所述第二USSD消息中包含的验证码与向所述终端设备发送的验证码相同、获得的所述USIM卡的MSISDN为预设号段、且获得的第一小区标识与第二小区标识相同,则确定所述USIM卡合法;其中,所述USIM卡的MSISDN的原始值为所述预设号段;所述第一小区标识为所述终端设备发送所述第一USSD消息时接入的小区的小区标识,所述第二小区标识为所述终端设备发送所述第二USSD消息时接入的小区的小区标识。
  22. 根据权利要求18所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述处理模块具体用于:
    根据所述第二USSD消息获得所述USIM卡的IMSI;
    若所述USIM卡的IMSI合法、所述第二USSD消息中包含的验证码与向所述终端设备发送的验证码相同、获得的所述USIM卡的MSISDN为预设号段、且获得的第一国际移动设备身份码IMEI与第二IMEI相同,则确定所述USIM卡合法;其中,所述USIM卡的MSISDN 的原始值为所述预设号段;所述第一IMEI为发送所述第一USSD消息的终端设备的IMEI,所述第二IMEI为发送所述第二USSD消息的终端设备的IMEI。
  23. 根据权利要求18所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述第二USSD消息还包括终端设备用户的身份信息,则所述处理模块具体用于:
    根据所述第二USSD消息获得所述USIM卡的IMSI;
    若所述USIM卡的IMSI合法、所述第二USSD消息中包含的验证码与向所述终端设备发送的验证码相同、获得的所述USIM卡的MSISDN为预设号段、且根据所述第一USSD消息确定的终端设备用户的身份信息与所述第二USSD消息中包含的身份信息相同,则确定所述USIM卡合法;其中,所述USIM卡的MSISDN的原始值为所述预设号段。
  24. 根据权利要求18至23任一项所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述发送模块还用于:
    在所述处理模块确定所述SIM卡不合法时,向所述终端设备发送第一拒绝消息,所述第一拒绝消息指示了不允许更换所述SIM卡。
  25. 根据权利要求18至23任一项所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述发送模块还用于:
    在所述处理模块根据所述第一USSD消息确定的SIM卡的MSISDN与所述第二USSD消息中包含的SIM卡的MSISDN不同,和/或确定所述USIM卡不合法时,向所述终端设备发送第二拒绝消息,所述第二拒绝消息指示了不允许将所述SIM卡更换为所述USIM卡。
  26. 一种网络设备,其特征在于,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收服务器发送的信息更新请求消息,所述信息更新请求消息包括通用用户身份模块USIM卡的国际移动用户识别码IMSI,还包括客户识别模块SIM卡的IMSI和所述SIM卡的移动台综合业务数字网号码MSISDN中的至少一个;
    发送模块,用于向签约用户服务器HSS发送开户信息更新请求消息;所述开户信息更新请求消息包括所述USIM卡的IMSI,还包括SIM卡的IMSI和所述SIM卡的MSISDN中的至少一个;
    所述接收模块,还用于接收所述HSS返回的确认消息;
    所述发送模块,还用于向所述服务器发送信息更新确认消息。
