技术领域
本发明涉及数据会话的管理领域,尤指一种用户面数据会话的管理方法、装置和计算机存储介质。
背景技术
在传统4G长期演进(LTE,Long Term Evolution)系统中,业务质量(QOS,Quality of Service)模型如下图1所示:终端用户设备(UE)和远端的通讯对端建立了“端到端的通讯业务承载”,它由演进分组系统(EPS,Evolved Packet System)承载(Bearer)和外部承载(External Bearer)构成;进一步地,EPS Bearer由演进的无线接入承载(E-RAB,Evolved Radio Access Bearer)和S5/8Bearer构成;再进一步地,E-RAB由数据无线承载(DRB,Data Radio Bearer)和S1Bearer构成,其中DRB就是无线空口的数据无线承载(由基站(eNB)负责和UE之间建立和维护),S1Bearer就是eNB和核心网用户面实体网元如服务网关(SGW,Serving GateWay)之间的S1-U承载;上述不同协议层的各类承载之间都是1:1的匹配关联关系,可以简单理解为:UE的某个上层应用业务数据流最终由一条DRB和S1Bearer来承载传输。
在传统LTE双连接(DC)或者多连接(MC)配置操作中,单个E-RAB 只能被锚点在主节点(MN,Master Node)(或主基站(MeNB))或者从节点(SN,Secondary Node)(或从基站(SeNB))之上,E-RAB和DRB之间仍然是1:1的匹配关联关系。如下图2所示:为了简洁暂忽略掉上层协议承载,当UE有两个上层应用业务数据流,MeNB可以决定让自己锚点负责的E-RAB1(即DRB1和S1Bearer 1)来承载,同时让SeNB锚点负责的E-RAB2(即DRB2和S1Bearer 2)来承载。进一步的,MeNB/SeNB还可以对各自负责的DRB1和DRB2进行分裂(Split)操作。
在最新5G NR系统中,QOS模型如下图3所示:终端UE和远端的通讯对端也可以建立“端到端的通讯业务承载”,暂忽略掉上层协议承载类型和上游实体网元,聚焦在无线接入网侧;此时协议数据单元(PDU,Protocol Data Unit)会话(Session)取代了LTE中E-RAB的逻辑角色,单个PDU Session内含至少一条QOS Flows;再进一步地,PDU Session可以由至少一条DRB和一条NG-U Bearer去承载,其中DRB就是无线空口的数据无线承载(由gNB/eLTE eNB负责和UE之间建立和维护),NG-U Bearer的逻辑角色类似LTE中的S1Bearer,就是gNB/eLTE eNB和核心网用户面实体网元如用户面功能(UPF)之间的NG-U承载隧道。和LTE中E-RAB/DRB之间的1:1匹配关联关系不同,PDU Session/DRB之间是1:N(N>=1)的匹配关联关系。当基站决定建立多条DRB去匹配关联单个PDU Session,基站还需要进一步决定哪些QOS Flows是匹配关联到DRB1之上,哪些QOS Flows是匹配关联到DRB2之上,可以简单理解为:UE的某个上层应用业务数据流集合最终由一条/多条DRBs和一条NG-U Bearer来承载传输。
在MR-DC/MC和NR-DC/MC配置操作中,单个PDU Session通常只能被锚点在MN或者SN之上,单个PDU Session和DRB之间是1:N的匹配关联关系。如下图4所示:为了简洁暂忽略掉上层协议承载,当UE有两个上层应用业务数据流集合,MN可以决定让自身锚点负责的PDU  Session1(即DRB1/2和NG-U Bearer 1)来承载,同时让SN锚点负责的PDU Session2(即DRB3/4和NG-U Bearer 2)来承载。进一步的,MN/SN还可以对各自负责的DRB1/2和DRB3/4进行Split操作。
当UPF本地决定为UE某个上层应用业务数据流集合,建立对应的PDU Session的时候,它需要先确定PDU Session和业务数据流(即QOS Flow)之间的匹配关联关系,即:哪些QOS Flow可以捆绑在一起被编入哪个PDU Session之中。比如UE某个上层应用业务数据流集合含有QOS Flow1/2/3/4,UPF根据这些QOS Flow各自的特性和本地策略和算法,可以把它们编入同一个PDU Session中,也可以把QOS Flow 1/2编入PDU Session 1/同时把QOS Flow 3/4编入PDU Session 2,也可以把QOS Flow 1编入PDU Session 1/同时把QOS Flow 2/3编入PDU Session 2/同时把QOS Flow 4编入PDU Session 3。在NR单连接模式下,由于只有单个服务基站,不存在服务基站之间数据分流的问题,因此上述QOS Flow/PDU Session之间不同的匹配关联关系,不会影响到基站对UE某个上层应用业务数据流集合的处理和DRB的提供;但在MR-DC/NR-DC双(多)连接模式下,由于有两个或者更多的服务基站,上述QOS Flow/PDU Session之间不同的匹配关联关系会影响到两(多)个基站间的数据分流方式,进一步会影响到分流传输效果。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明实施例提出了一种用户面数据会话的管理方法、装置和计算机存储介质,能够解决通过多个基站提供服务时由于QOS Flow/PDU Session之间不同的关联关系影响到分流传输效果的问题。
本发明实施例提出了一种用户面数据会话的管理方法,所述方法包括:
基站基于预设的判断条件,判断关于AMF的第一关联匹配信息是否需要重新关联匹配;其中,第一关联匹配信息包括PDU Session和QOS Flows 之间的关联关系;
在确认所述第一关联匹配信息为建议所述AMF重新关联匹配的情况下,所述基站向AMF发送修改指示信息;所述修改指示信息包括建议AMF重新关联匹配的第二关联匹配信息和用于修改后的PDU Session数据传输的基站侧传输承载地址信息;其中,第二关联匹配信息包括建议修改的PDU Session和QOS Flows之间的关联关系。
在一实施例中,所述判断关于AMF的第一关联匹配信息是否需要重新关联匹配包括:
基于接收到的QOS Flow级别的QOS Profile参数信息和PDU Session传输承载的地址标识信息,获取QOS Flow的QOS属性,并根据QOS Flow的QOS属性和基站本地的资源负荷状况条件中的至少一个,确认是否建议AMF重新关联匹配。
在一实施例中,所述修改指示信息中还包括:
重新关联匹配建议采纳指示信息,所述重新关联匹配建议采纳指示信息用于向AMF指示:基站接受AMF继续沿用所述第一关联匹配信息进行配置;或,
重新关联匹配强制采纳指示信息,所述重新关联匹配强制采纳指示信息用于向AMF指示:基站不接受AMF继续沿用所述第一关联匹配信息进行配置,而接受AMF使用所述第二关联匹配信息进行配置。

本发明实施例提供的技术方案,基站基于预设的判断条件,判断关于AMF的第一关联匹配信息是否需要重新关联匹配;其中,第一关联匹配信息包括PDU Session和QOS Flows之间的关联关系;在确认为建议所述AMF重新关联匹配的情况下,基站向AMF发送修改指示信息;所述修改指示信息包括建议AMF重新关联匹配的第二关联匹配信息和用于修改后的PDU Session数据传输的基站侧传输承载地址信息;其中,第二关联匹配信息包括建议修改的PDU Session和QOS Flows之间的关联关系。通过本发明的方案,提供一种基于主基站信息反馈的PDU Session管理方式方法,使得UPF能够基于MN的反馈,更加合理的进行QOS Flow/PDU Session 之间的匹配关联管理,从而使得QOS Flow/PDU Session可以在MN/SN之间得到更好的分流传输效果。

具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员的理解,下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述,并不能用来限制本发明的保护范围。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的各种方式可以相互组合。
在对本发明实技术方案进行描述之前,首先对本发明技术方案相关的技术内容和原理进行说明。如图5所示,其中,Option3/3a/3x随着NR gNB基站功能的成熟完善和相关网络条件的完备,比如支持和5GC的NG接口,支持NR SI消息,同时运营商们也逐渐从EPC过渡到新的核心网5GC,此时NR gNB可以以Standalone的方式独立工作,此种gNB独立组网部署的方式被称为Option2。同时运营商也会把大量eNB基站升级成eLTE eNB基站,从而可以和NR gNB一样和5GC连接被管辖控制,且eLTE eNB基站和gNB也能够通过新的Xn接口连接,此种eLTE eNB基站独立部署的方式被称为Option5。Option 2和5可以进行NR-DC/MC操作,它们都是基于NR的QOS架构模型,因此涉及PDU Session/QOS Flow/DRB的相关操作,和本发明内容有直接的关系。
如图6A和图6B所示,NR gNB和eLTE eNB同样可以做LTE/NR Tight Interworking。当gNB作为主基站Master Node,eLTE eNB作为辅基站Secondary Node的时候,此种部署方式被称为Option4/4a,又简称为NE-DC 的工作方式;相反当eLTE eNB作为主基站Master Node,gNB作为辅基站Secondary Node的时候,此种部署方式被称为Option7/7a/7x,又简称为NGEN-DC的工作方式;类似图1中的Option 3系列,上述Option 4/7中各个子系列对应着不同DRB Type。Option 4/7中各个子系列可以进行MR-DC/MC操作,也都基于NR的QOS架构模型,因此也涉及PDU Session/QOS Flow/DRB的相关操作,和本发明内容也有直接的关系。
综上,LTE/NR异构系统间双(多)连接场景包含Option3/3a/3x,Option4/4a,Option7/7a/7x三大种,LTE/NR同构系统内双(多)连接场景包含Option2和Option5系列两大种。其中Option3/3a/3x由于连接到EPC,采取旧的E-RAB Based QOS模型,仍然被视为4G异构双(多)连接场景;而Option4/4a,Option7/7a/7x,Option2和Option5由于连接到5GC,采取新的PDU Session Based QOS模型,被视为5G双(多)连接场景,在上述基本的双连接基础之上,可衍生出更多连接,即UE和更多的gNB和eNB基站同时无线连接,有更多的RL,进行控制面/用户面的数据传输。
5GC核心网的控制面实体网元接入管理功能(AMF,Access Management Function),可以触发PDU会话建立(PDU Session Setup)流程,用于建立和基站之间的至少一个PDU Sessions资源。包括NG-U隧道承载等。如下图7所示:AMF通过NG-C接口向gNB发出PDU会话资源建立请求(PDU Session Resource Setup Request)消息,其中包含有待建立的PDU Sessions/QOS Flows相关映射匹配的配置和各条QOS Flow的QOS Profile等相关配置信息,gNB基于这些配置信息可以建立至少一个PDU Sessions,为各个PDU Session所含的QOS Flows提供对应的DRB承载,DRB承载类型可以是主服务小区集合(MCG,Master Cell Group)bearer,MCG split bearer,辅服务小区集合(SCG,Secondary Cell Group)bearer,SCG split bearer。gNB通过NG-C接口向AMF回复发出PDU会话资源建立响应(PDU  Session Resource Setup Response)消息,含有建立结果成功失败的确认信息等。同理,为了修改和删除已经建立好的PDU Sessions,AMF还可以触发PDU会话资源修改/释放(PDU Session Resource Modify/Release)流程,分别如图8和图9所示。
本发明实施例通过提供一种基于MN信息反馈的PDU Session管理方式方法,使得UPF能够基于MN的反馈,更加合理的进行QOS Flow/PDU Session之间的匹配关联管理,从而使得QOS Flow/PDU Session可以在MN/SN之间得到更好的分流传输效果。
本发明实施例中的基站可以为双连接操作中的主锚点基站。
下面结合具体的实施场景对本发明实施例提出的用户面数据会话的管理方法进行说明。
实施例一
本发明实施例还提供一种用户面数据会话的管理方法,如图10A所示,该用户面数据会话的管理方法包括:
步骤101:AMF向MeNB发送PDU会话资源建立请求(PDU Session Resource Setup Request)消息。
其中,消息携带有待建立的第一关联匹配信息和用于PDU Session数据传输的AMF侧传输承载地址信息。
所述消息还可以包括:各个QOS Flow级别的QOS Profile参数信息、PDU Session级别的QOS参数信息、以及NG-U隧道承载地址信息。
例如,PDU Session Resource Setup Request消息内包括待建立的PDU Session 1->QOS Flows1/2/3/4之间的关联匹配配置信息,即哪些QOS Flows属于哪个PDU Session。
步骤102:MeNB基于接收到的QOS Flow级别的QOS Profile参数信息和PDU Session传输承载的地址标识信息,获取各个QOS Flow的QOS 属性,根据各个QOS Flow的QOS属性确认是否建议AMF重新关联匹配。
例如,MeNB基于接收到的QOS Flow级别的QOS Profile参数信息和PDU Session传输承载的地址标识信息,获得各个QOS Flow的QOS属性,决定把QOS Flows1/2保留承载在MeNB内进行传输,进一步配置MCG(split)bearer去无线承载/数据传输;而把QOS Flows3/4分流承载到SgNB内,进一步配置SCG(split)bearer去无线承载/数据传输。
步骤103:在确认为建议AMF重新关联匹配的情况下,MeNB向AMF发送PDU会话资源建立响应(PDU Session Resource Setup Response)消息;所述消息携带有建议AMF重新关联匹配的第二关联匹配信息。
所述消息还携带有重新关联匹配建议采纳指示信息,所述重新关联匹配建议采纳指示信息用于向AMF指示:MeNB可以接受AMF继续沿用原来的旧关联匹配配置,而不采纳MeNB反馈建议的新关联匹配配置。
由于单个PDU Session 1不能同时被MeNB和SgNB锚点所控制,因此MeNB希望AMF能重构当前PDU Session 1->QOS Flows1/2/3/4之间的关联匹配关系;MeNB通过NG-C接口,向AMF发送PDU Session Resource Setup Response消息,其中包括建议AMF重新关联匹配的第二关联匹配信息,该第二关联匹配信息包括:
建议当前请求建立的PDU Session 1被分裂为两个新PDU Session;
建议新PDU Session 1->QOS Flows1/2之间的新关联匹配关系,同时新PDU Session 2->QOS Flows3/4之间的新关联匹配关系。
步骤104:AMF基于MeNB反馈的第二关联匹配信息,按照第二关联匹配信息重新设置PDU Session和QOS Flows之间的关联匹配关系。
其中,AMF基于MeNB的反馈建议信息,对旧PDU Session 1分裂重构为两个新PDU Session,即:新PDU Session 1->QOS Flows1/2之间的新关联匹配关系,新PDU Session 2->QOS Flows3/4之间的新关联匹配关系。
步骤105:AMF向MeNB发送PDU Session Resource Setup Request消息;所述消息中携带有新设置的PDU Session和QOS Flows之间的关联匹配关系。
所述消息还包括:各个QOS Flow级别的QOS Profile参数信息和PDU Session传输承载的地址标识信息、PDU Session级别的QOS参数信息、以及NG-U隧道承载地址信息。
其中,所述消息中包括待建立的新PDU Session 1->QOS Flows1/2,新PDU Session 2->QOS Flows3/4之间的新关联匹配配置信息。
步骤106:MeNB基于接收到的QOS Flow级别的QOS Profile参数信息和PDU Session传输承载的地址标识信息,获取各个QOS Flow的QOS属性,并根据各个QOS Flow的QOS属性确认是否建议AMF重新关联匹配。
步骤107:在确认为不需要重新关联匹配的情况下,MeNB基于PDU Session Resource Setup Request消息中携带的PDU Session和QOS Flows之间的第二关联匹配信息,执行PDU Session和QOS Flows之间的关联匹配。
其中,MeNB把新PDU Session 1->QOS Flows1/2保留承载在MeNB内,进一步配置MCG(split)bearer去无线承载/数据传输,同时为新PDU Session 1配置NG-U 1的隧道承载;把新PDU Session 2->QOS Flows3/4分流到SgNB内,进一步配置SCG(split)bearer去无线承载/数据传输,同时为新PDU Session 2配置NG-U 2的隧道承载。此后PDU Session 1被锚点控制在MeNB内,而PDU Session 2被锚点控制在SgNB内。
步骤108:MeNB向AMF发送PDU会话资源建立响应(PDU Session Resource Setup Response)消息,所述消息携带有建议AMF重新关联匹配的第二关联匹配信息。
步骤109:AMF基于MeNB反馈的第二关联匹配信息,按照第二关联 匹配信息重新设置PDU Session和QOS Flows之间的关联匹配关系。
本发明实施例中,AMF通过NG-C接口流程,向MeNB或MgNB发送PDU Session Resource Setup Request消息。MeNB或MgNB通过NG-C接口,向AMF发送PDU Session Resource Setup Response消息。

本发明实施例还提供的用户面数据会话的管理方法也可以用于AMF发起PDU会话资源修改请求(PDU Session Resource Modify Request)的流程,本实施例中,基站和AMF的执行操作与实施例一相同或类似,只需要将相应的PDU Session Resource Setup Request替换为PDU Session Resource Modify Request,相应的PDU Session Resource Setup Response替换为PDU Session Resource Modify Response,以及相应的PDU Session Resource Setup  Reject替换为PDU Session Resource Modify Reject就可以了。
基于与上述实施例相同或相似的构思,本发明实施例还提供另一种用户面数据会话的管理方法,如图14所示,该用户面数据会话的管理方法包括:

本公开实施例的技术方案提供一种基于主基站信息反馈的PDU Session管理方式方法,使得UPF能够基于MN的反馈,更加合理的进行QOS Flow/PDU Session之间的匹配关联管理,从而使得QOS Flow/PDU Session可以在MN/SN之间得到更好的分流传输效果。

  1. 一种用户面数据会话的管理方法,所述方法包括:
    基站基于预设的判断条件,判断关于接入管理功能AMF的第一关联匹配信息是否需要重新关联匹配;其中,第一关联匹配信息包括协议数据单元PDU会话Session和业务质量流QOS Flows之间的关联关系;
    在确认所述第一关联匹配信息为建议所述AMF重新关联匹配的情况下,所述基站向AMF发送修改指示信息;所述修改指示信息包括建议AMF重新关联匹配的第二关联匹配信息和用于修改后的PDU Session数据传输的基站侧传输承载地址信息;其中,第二关联匹配信息包括建议修改的PDU Session和QOS Flows之间的关联关系。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述判断关于AMF的第一关联匹配信息是否需要重新关联匹配包括:
    基于接收到的QOS Flow级别的QOS Profile参数信息和PDU Session传输承载的地址标识信息,获取QOS Flow的QOS属性,并根据QOS Flow的QOS属性和基站本地的资源负荷状况条件中的至少一个,确认是否建议AMF重新关联匹配。

    基站接收AMF发送的PDU会话资源建立请求消息;所述消息携带有待建立的第一关联匹配信息;
    所述在确认为建议所述AMF重新关联匹配的情况下,基站向AMF发送修改指示信息包括:
    在确认为建议AMF重新关联匹配的情况下,基站向AMF发送PDU会话资源建立响应消息或者PDU会话资源建立拒绝消息;所述PDU会话资源建立响应消息和所述PDU会话资源建立拒绝消息内携带有建议AMF重新关联匹配的第二关联匹配信息;
    在所述判断关于AMF的第一关联匹配信息是否需要重新关联匹配之后,所述方法还包括:
    在确认为不需要重新关联匹配的情况下,基站执行PDU Session和QOS Flows之间的关联匹配,进行本地资源和数据承载的配置,并向AMF发送PDU会话资源建立响应消息。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述判断关于AMF的第一关联匹配信息是否需要重新关联匹配之前,所述方法还包括:
    基站接收AMF发送的PDU会话资源修改请求消息;所述消息携带有待建立的第一关联匹配信息;
    基站确认是否建议AMF重新关联匹配;
    在确认为建议AMF重新关联匹配的情况下,基站向AMF发送PDU会话资源修改响应消息或者PDU会话资源修改拒绝消息;所述PDU会话资源修改响应消息和PDU会话资源修改拒绝消息携带有建议AMF重新关联匹配的第二关联匹配信息;
    在确认为不需要重新关联匹配的情况下,基站执行PDU Session和QOS Flows之间的关联匹配,进行本地资源和数据承载的配置,并向AMF发送PDU会话资源修改响应消息。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    基站根据预设的关联匹配确认条件,确认是否建议AMF重新关联匹配;
    在确认为建议AMF重新关联匹配的情况下,所述基站向AMF发送PDU会话修改指示消息;所述消息携带有建议AMF重新关联匹配的第二关联匹配信息;
    所述基站接收AMF发送的PDU会话修改确认消息;所述消息中携带有新设置的PDU Session和QOS Flows之间的关联匹配关系;
    所述基站基于所述新设置的PDU Session和QOS Flows之间的关联匹配关系,执行PDU Session和QOS Flows之间的关联匹配,进行本地资源和数据承载的配置。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的方法,其中,
    所述建议所述AMF重新关联匹配的情况包括:可选重新关联匹配的情况和必选重新关联匹配的情况;
    在确认所述AMF重新关联匹配为可选重新关联匹配的情况下,所述基站进行本地资源和数据承载的配置,并在所述修改指示信息中携带重新关联匹配建议采纳指示信息;
    在确认所述AMF重新关联匹配为必选重新关联匹配的情况下,所述基站不进行本地资源和数据承载的配置,并在所述修改指示信息中携带重新关联匹配强制采纳指示信息。
  8. 一种用户面数据会话的管理方法,所述方法包括:
    接入管理功能AMF接收基站发送的修改指示信息;所述修改指示信息携带有建议AMF重新关联匹配的第二关联匹配信息和用于修改后的协议数据单元PDU会话Session数据传输的基站侧传输承载地址信息;其中,所述第二关联匹配信息包括建议修改的PDU Session和业务质量流QOS  Flows之间的关联关系。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述修改指示信息中还包括:
    重新关联匹配建议采纳指示信息,所述重新关联匹配建议采纳指示信息用于向AMF指示:基站接受AMF继续沿用所述第一关联匹配信息进行配置;或,
    重新关联匹配强制采纳指示信息,所述重新关联匹配强制采纳指示信息用于向AMF指示:基站不接受AMF继续沿用所述第一关联匹配信息进行配置,而接受AMF使用所述第二关联匹配信息进行配置。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,在AMF接收基站发送的修改指示信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述AMF向基站发送PDU会话资源建立请求消息;所述消息包括待建立的第一关联匹配信息;
    所述AMF接收基站发送的PDU会话资源建立响应消息;
    所述AMF在收到基站发送的PDU会话资源建立响应消息之后,确认是否携带有修改指示信息;
    在确认携带有修改指示信息的情况下,根据所述修改指示信息中携带的第二关联匹配信息进行本地资源和数据承载的配置;或,
    所述AMF向基站发送PDU会话资源建立请求消息;所述消息携带待建立的第二关联匹配信息。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,在AMF接收基站发送的修改指示信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述AMF向基站发送PDU会话资源修改请求消息;所述消息包括待建立的第一关联匹配信息;
    所述AMF接收基站发送的PDU会话资源修改响应消息;
    所述AMF在收到基站发送的PDU会话资源修改响应消息之后,确认 是否携带有修改指示信息;
    在携带有修改指示信息的情况下,根据所述修改指示信息中携带的第二关联匹配信息进行本地资源和数据承载的配置;或,
    所述AMF向基站发送PDU会话资源修改请求消息;所述消息携带有待建立的第二关联匹配信息。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,
    所述修改指示信息携带在基站向AMF发送的PDU会话修改指示消息中;
    所述AMF在收到基站发送的PDU会话修改指示消息之后,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述PDU会话修改指示消息中携带的第二关联匹配信息进行本地资源和数据承载的配置;或,
    所述AMF向基站发送PDU会话修改确认消息;所述消息携带有待建立的第二关联匹配信息。
  13. 根据权利要求8至12中任一项所述的方法,其中,在接收的所述修改指示信息中携带重新关联匹配建议采纳指示信息时,所述方法还包括:
    所述AMF确定接受建议或拒绝建议,在拒绝建议的情况下,所述AMF根据第一关联匹配信息进行本地资源和数据承载的配置;在接受建议的情况下,所述AMF向基站重新发送请求消息;所述请求消息携带有待建立的第二关联匹配信息;
    在接收的所述修改指示信息中携带重新关联匹配强制采纳指示信息时,所述方法还包括:
    所述AMF向基站重新发送请求消息;所述请求消息携带有待建立的第二关联匹配信息;
    其中,所述请求消息为PDU会话资源建立请求消息、PDU会话资源修 改请求消息、或PDU会话修改确认中的一种。
  14. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,在AMF接收基站发送的修改指示信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述AMF向基站发送请求消息;所述消息包括待建立的第一关联匹配信息;
    所述AMF接收基站发送的回复消息;
    在所述回复消息为对应于所述请求消息的响应消息时,所述AMF根据发送的第一关联匹配信息进行本地资源和数据承载的配置;
    在所述回复消息为对应于所述请求消息的拒绝消息时,所述AMF根据所述拒绝消息携带的第二关联匹配信息重设关联匹配信息;
    所述AMF向基站重新发送请求消息;所述请求消息携带有所述拒绝消息携带的所述第二关联匹配信息;
    其中,所述请求消息为PDU会话资源建立请求消息或PDU会话资源修改请求消息。
  15. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述AMF基于PDU Session生成重新映射匹配后的新PDU Session,其中,所述新PDU Session的标识与所述PDU Session的标识相同或不同。
  16. 一种用户面数据会话的管理装置,应用于基站,所述装置包括:
    重新关联判断单元,配置为基于预设的判断条件,判断关于AMF的第一关联匹配信息是否需要重新关联匹配;其中,第一关联匹配信息包括PDU Session和QOS Flows之间的关联关系;
    第一发送单元,配置为在确认所述第一关联匹配信息为建议所述AMF重新关联匹配的情况下,向AMF发送修改指示信息;所述修改指示信息包括建议AMF重新关联匹配的第二关联匹配信息和用于修改后的PDU Session数据传输的基站侧传输承载地址信息;其中,第二关联匹配信息包 括建议修改的PDU Session和QOS Flows之间的关联关系。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其中,
    所述重新关联判断单元,配置为基于接收到的QOS Flow级别的QOS Profile参数信息和PDU Session传输承载的地址标识信息,获取QOS Flow的QOS属性,并根据QOS Flow的QOS属性和本地的资源负荷状况条件中的至少一个,确认是否建议AMF重新关联匹配。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其中,所述修改指示信息中还包括:
    重新关联匹配建议采纳指示信息,所述重新关联匹配建议采纳指示信息用于向AMF指示:接受AMF继续沿用所述第一关联匹配信息进行配置;或,
    重新关联匹配强制采纳指示信息,所述重新关联匹配强制采纳指示信息用于向AMF指示:不接受AMF继续沿用所述第一关联匹配信息进行配置,而接受AMF使用所述第二关联匹配信息进行配置。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:第一接收单元和第一配置单元;
    所述第一接收单元,配置为接收AMF发送的PDU会话资源建立请求消息;所述消息携带有待建立的第一关联匹配信息;
    第一发送单元,还配置为在确认为建议AMF重新关联匹配的情况下,向AMF发送PDU会话资源建立响应消息或者PDU会话资源建立拒绝消息;所述PDU会话资源建立响应消息和PDU会话资源建立拒绝消息携带有建议AMF重新关联匹配的第二关联匹配信息;
    所述第一配置单元,配置为在确认为不需要重新关联匹配的情况下,执行PDU Session和QOS Flows之间的关联匹配,进行本地资源和数据承载的配置;
    所述第一发送单元,还配置为所述第一配置单元在进行本地资源和数 据承载的配置之后,向AMF发送PDU会话资源建立响应消息。
  20. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:第一接收单元和第一配置单元;
    所述第一接收单元,配置为接收AMF发送的PDU会话资源修改请求消息;所述消息携带有待建立的第一关联匹配信息;
    第一发送单元,还配置为在确认为建议AMF重新关联匹配的情况下,向AMF发送PDU会话资源修改响应消息或者PDU会话资源修改拒绝消息;所述PDU会话资源修改响应消息或者PDU会话资源修改拒绝消息携带有建议AMF重新关联匹配的第二关联匹配信息;
    所述第一配置单元,配置为在确认为不需要重新关联匹配的情况下,执行PDU Session和QOS Flows之间的关联匹配,进行本地资源和数据承载的配置,
    所述第一发送单元,还配置为所述第一配置单元在进行本地资源和数据承载的配置之后,向AMF发送PDU会话资源修改响应消息。
  21. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:所述装置还包括:启动单元、第一接收单元和第一配置单元;
    所述启动单元,配置为根据预设的关联匹配确认条件,确认是否建议AMF重新关联匹配;
    第一发送单元,还配置为所述启动单元在确认为建议AMF重新关联匹配的情况下,向AMF发送PDU会话修改指示消息;所述消息携带有建议AMF重新关联匹配的第二关联匹配信息;
    所述第一接收单元,配置为接收AMF发送的PDU会话修改确认消息;所述消息中携带有新设置的PDU Session和QOS Flows之间的关联匹配关系;
    所述第一配置单元,配置为基于所述新设置的PDU Session和QOS  Flows之间的关联匹配关系,执行PDU Session和QOS Flows之间的关联匹配,进行本地资源和数据承载的配置。
  22. 根据权利要求16至21中任一项所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括第一配置单元;
    所述建议所述AMF重新关联匹配的情况包括:可选重新关联匹配的情况和必选重新关联匹配的情况;
    所述第一配置单元,配置为在确认为可选重新关联匹配的情况下,进行本地资源和数据承载的配置,并在所述修改指示信息中携带重新关联匹配建议采纳指示信息;在确认为必选重新关联匹配的情况下,不进行本地资源和数据承载的配置,并在所述修改指示信息中携带重新关联匹配强制采纳指示信息。
  23. 一种用户面数据会话的管理装置,应用于AMF,所述装置包括:
    第二接收单元,配置为接收基站发送的修改指示信息;所述修改指示信息携带有建议AMF重新关联匹配的第二关联匹配信息和用于修改后的PDU Session数据传输的基站侧传输承载地址信息;其中,所述第二关联匹配信息携带建议修改的PDU Session和QOS Flows之间的关联关系。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的装置,其中,所述修改指示信息中还包括:
    重新关联匹配建议采纳指示信息,所述重新关联匹配建议采纳指示信息用于向AMF指示:基站接受AMF继续沿用所述第一关联匹配信息进行配置;或
    重新关联匹配强制采纳指示信息,所述重新关联匹配强制采纳指示信息用于向AMF指示:基站不接受AMF继续沿用所述第一关联匹配信息进行配置,而接受AMF使用所述第二关联匹配信息进行配置。
  25. 根据权利要求23所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括第二发送单元和第二配置单元;
    所述第二发送单元,配置为向基站发送PDU会话资源建立请求消息;所述消息携带有待建立的第一关联匹配信息;
    所述第二接收单元,还配置为接收基站发送的PDU会话资源建立响应消息;
    所述第二配置单元,配置为在所述第二接收单元收到基站发送的PDU会话资源建立响应消息之后,在确认携带有修改指示信息的情况下,根据所述修改指示信息中携带的第二关联匹配信息进行本地资源和数据承载的配置;或,
    所述第二发送单元,还配置为在所述第二接收单元收到基站发送的PDU会话资源建立响应消息之后,在确认携带有修改指示信息的情况下,向基站发送PDU会话资源建立请求消息;所述消息携带有待建立的第二关联匹配信息。
  26. 根据权利要求23所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括第二发送单元和第二配置单元;
    所述第二发送单元,配置为所述第二接收单元接收基站发送的修改指示信息之前,向基站发送PDU会话资源修改请求消息;所述消息携带有待建立的第一关联匹配信息;
    所述第二接收单元,还配置为接收基站发送的PDU会话资源修改响应消息;
    所述第二配置单元,配置为在所述第二接收单元收到基站发送的PDU会话资源修改响应消息之后,确认携带有修改指示信息的情况下,根据所述修改指示信息中携带的第二关联匹配信息进行本地资源和数据承载的配置;或,
    所述第二发送单元,还配置为在所述第二接收单元收到基站发送的PDU会话资源修改响应消息之后,确认携带有修改指示信息的情况下,向 基站发送PDU会话资源修改请求消息;所述消息携带有待建立的第二关联匹配信息。
  27. 根据权利要求23所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括第二发送单元或第二配置单元;
    所述修改指示信息携带在基站向AMF发送的PDU会话修改指示消息中;
    所述第二配置单元,配置为在收到基站发送的PDU会话修改指示消息之后,根据所述PDU会话修改指示消息中携带的第二关联匹配信息进行本地资源和数据承载的配置;或,
    所述第二发送单元,还配置为在收到基站发送的PDU会话修改指示消息之后,向基站发送PDU会话修改确认消息;所述消息携带有待建立的第二关联匹配信息。
  28. 根据权利要求23至27中任一项所述的装置,其中,
    在接收的所述修改指示信息中携带重新关联匹配建议采纳指示信息时,
    所述第二配置单元,配置为确定接受建议或拒绝建议,在拒绝建议的情况下,根据第一关联匹配信息进行本地资源和数据承载的配置;
    所述第二发送单元,配置为确定接受建议或拒绝建议,在接受建议的情况下,向基站重新发送请求消息;所述请求消息内携带有待建立的第二关联匹配信息;
    在接收的所述修改指示信息中携带重新关联匹配强制采纳指示信息时,
    所述第二发送单元,配置为向基站重新发送请求消息;所述请求消息内携带有待建立的第二关联匹配信息;
    其中,所述请求消息为PDU会话资源建立请求消息、PDU会话资源修 改请求消息、或PDU会话修改确认中的一种。
  29. 根据权利要求23所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括第二发送单元和第二配置单元;
    所述第二发送单元,配置为向基站发送请求消息;所述消息包括待建立的第一关联匹配信息;
    所述第二接收单元,还配置为接收基站发送的回复消息;
    所述第二配置单元,配置为在所述回复消息为对应于所述请求消息的响应消息时,根据发送的第一关联匹配信息进行本地资源和数据承载的配置;在所述回复消息为对应于所述请求消息的拒绝消息时,根据所述拒绝消息携带的所述第二关联匹配信息重设关联匹配信息;
    所述第二发送单元,还配置为在所述回复消息为对应于所述请求消息的拒绝消息时,向基站重新发送请求消息;所述请求消息携带有所述拒绝消息携带的基站建议的第二关联匹配信息;
    其中,所述请求消息为PDU会话资源建立请求消息或PDU会话资源修改请求消息。
  30. 根据权利要求23所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括标识设置单元,配置为基于PDU Session生成重新映射匹配后的新PDU Session,其中,所述新PDU Session的标识与所述PDU Session的标识相同或不同。
  31. 一种计算机存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该计算机程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1至7任一项所述用户面数据会话的管理方法的步骤;或者,
    该计算机程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求8至15任一项所述用户面数据会话的管理方法的步骤。
  32. 一种用户面数据会话的管理装置,包括:处理器和用于存储能够在处理器上运行的计算机程序的存储器,
    其中,所述处理器用于运行所述计算机程序时,执行权利要求1至7任一项所述用户面数据会话的管理方法的步骤;或者,
    所述处理器用于运行所述计算机程序时,执行权利要求8至15任一项所述用户面数据会话的管理方法的步骤。
