Description
本实用新型涉及按键开关领域,尤其涉及一种新型按键开关。
现有设备的很多操作需要使用到按键开关作为输入手段,按键开关好坏决定了输入设备的体验,需要保证良好的手感和使用寿命,同时在使用过程中的稳定性也具有很高的要求,不能出现卡角状况,而这些技术问题都在不断地改进过程中,但仍然不够理想。
现有的按键开关在按压过程中,各内部结构配合不紧密,相互作用不协调,按压不平稳,稳定性低。
实用新型内容
针对上述不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型按键开关,采用新型外置X型平衡架的方式,为按键开关的上下按压导通过程提供平衡作用力,平衡功能增强,平衡效果好,平稳性强,整体稳定性提高。
本实用新型为达到上述目的所采用的技术方案是:
一种新型按键开关,包括一基板、及设置于基板上的一开关导通组件,其特征在于,还包括设置于基板上且分别带滑槽的两个连接块、及外置于开关导通组件外围且下端滑动于两个连接块的滑槽中的一X型平衡架。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述基板上开设有一安装开口,在该安装开口相对的两侧边分别延伸有一条形卡孔。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述安装开口中架设有一托架,该开关导通组件设置于该托架上,在该托架上且位于开关导通组件外围形成供X型平衡架上部活动的一活动环槽。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述连接块内侧面的两端分别挖空形成插入条形卡孔中的一插块,每一连接块上的滑槽数量为两个,该两个滑槽位 于连接块内侧面且位于两个插块的内侧边。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述X型平衡架主要由一平衡杆A与一平衡杆B交叉设置而成,在该平衡杆A与平衡杆B下端部分别具有滑动设置于连接块的滑槽中的两个滑柱。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述托架包括托板、及分别一体连接于托板相对的两侧边上的托钩块,其中,所述开关导通组件设置于托板上,且该托板嵌入安装开口中,该托钩块勾设于基板上。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述基板为钢板。
本实用新型的有益效果为:将X型平衡架外置于开关导通组件外围、且其下端滑动于带滑槽的连接块中,而连接块位于开关导通组件外围且两者之间无直接连接关系,采用这种新型外置X型平衡架的方式,为按键开关的上下按压导通过程提供平衡作用力,平衡功能增强,平衡效果好,平稳性强,整体稳定性提高。

为更进一步阐述本实用新型为达到预定目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对本实用新型的具体实施方式详细说明。
请参照图1至图4,本实用新型实施例提供一种新型按键开关,包括一基板1、设置于基板1上的一开关导通组件2、设置于基板1上且分别带滑槽31的两个连接块3、及外置于开关导通组件2外围且下端滑动于两个连接块3的滑槽31中的一X型平衡架4。
在本实施例中,如图1所示,所述基板1上开设有一安装开口11,在该安装开口11相对的两侧边分别延伸有一条形卡孔12。所述安装开口11中架设有一托架5,该开关导通组件2设置于该托架5上,在该托架5上且位于开关导通组件2外围形成供X型平衡架4上部活动的一活动环槽。具体的,所述托架5包括托板51、及分别一体连接于托板51相对的两侧边上的托钩块52,其中,所述开关导通组件2设置于托板51上,且该托板51嵌入安装开口11中,该托钩块52勾设于基板1上。
同时,如图2与图4所示,所述连接块3内侧面的两端分别挖空形成插入条形卡孔12中的一插块32,每一连接块3上的滑槽31数量为两个,该两个滑槽31位于连接块3内侧面且位于两个插块32的内侧边。
在本实施例中,如图1所示,所述X型平衡架4主要由一平衡杆A 41与一平衡杆B 42交叉设置而成,在该平衡杆A 41与平衡杆B 42下端部分别具有滑动设置于连接块3的滑槽31中的两个滑柱(411,421)。
在本实施例中,所述基板1为钢板。
本实用新型的重点主要在于,将X型平衡架外置于开关导通组件外围、且其下端滑动于带滑槽的连接块中,而连接块位于开关导通组件外围且两者之间无直接连接关系,采用这种新型外置X型平衡架的方式,为按键开关的上下按压导通过程提供平衡作用力,平衡功能增强,平衡效果好,平稳性强,整体稳定性提高。
以上所述,仅是本实用新型的较佳实施例而已,并非对本实用新型的技术范围作任何限制,故采用与本实用新型上述实施例相同或近似的技术特征,而得到的其他结构,均在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
- 一种新型按键开关,包括一基板、及设置于基板上的一开关导通组件,其特征在于,还包括设置于基板上且分别带滑槽的两个连接块、及外置于开关导通组件外围且下端滑动于两个连接块的滑槽中的一X型平衡架。
- 根据权利要求1所述的新型按键开关,其特征在于,所述基板上开设有一安装开口,在该安装开口相对的两侧边分别延伸有一条形卡孔。
- 根据权利要求2所述的新型按键开关,其特征在于,所述安装开口中架设有一托架,该开关导通组件设置于该托架上,在该托架上且位于开关导通组件外围形成供X型平衡架上部活动的一活动环槽。
- 根据权利要求2所述的新型按键开关,其特征在于,所述连接块内侧面的两端分别挖空形成插入条形卡孔中的一插块,每一连接块上的滑槽数量为两个,该两个滑槽位于连接块内侧面且位于两个插块的内侧边。
- 根据权利要求4所述的新型按键开关,其特征在于,所述X型平衡架主要由一平衡杆A与一平衡杆B交叉设置而成,在该平衡杆A与平衡杆B下端部分别具有滑动设置于连接块的滑槽中的两个滑柱。
- 根据权利要求3所述的新型按键开关,其特征在于,所述托架包括托板、及分别一体连接于托板相对的两侧边上的托钩块,其中,所述开关导通组件设置于托板上,且该托板嵌入安装开口中,该托钩块勾设于基板上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的新型按键开关,其特征在于,所述基板为钢板。
