本申请提供的智能防护头盔的控制方法,其技术方案为:获取通过所述压力传感器接收到的外部压力数据;将所述外部压力数据与所述微处理器中预先存储的数据进行比较,当达到第一预设值时,所述微处理器控制所述显示屏显示计分结果,所述计分结果随着所述外部压力数据的不断接受而累积变动;当所述计分结果累积到第二预设值时,结束计数,通过所述微处理器将所述显示屏上的计数结果清零,所述第二预设值为自定义值。
本申请提供的智能防护头盔,在用户佩戴此智能防护头盔进行运动时,通过压力传感器感测击打到头部的压力(力度),根据不同的压力计分,显示在显示屏,当达到用户自定义设置预设值,判定赢的一方,用户可通过此智能防护头盔实现打拳、练武的比赛或娱乐,达到锻炼身体的目的,省去裁判,使计分结果更公平,更便捷。
进一步地,所述第一预设值分为不同的分值,每个分值对应不同的压力数据范围。

下面将结合附图对本申请技术方案的实施例进行详细的描述。以下实施例仅用于更加 清楚地说明本申请的技术方案,因此只是作为示例,而不能以此来限制本申请的保护范围。
图1示出了本申请实施例所提供的一种智能防护头盔的示意图;如图1所示,实施例一提供的一种智能防护头盔,具有罩体1,其至少部分遮盖面部和头部,罩体1内部设置多个压力传感器;
其中,本实施例中参见图1中多个压力传感器为压力传感器21,压力传感器22和压力传感器2n;
还包括计数装置,计数装置设置在罩体1内部或独立设置于智能防护头盔外部;
计数装置包括微处理器3、无线通信装置4和供电装置5;
无线通信装置4与微处理器3连接;
多个压力传感器通过无线通信装置4将数据传输至微处理器3;
还包括设置在罩体1外部或设置在智能防护头盔外部的显示屏6;
供电装置5与显示屏6连接,显示屏6通过无线通信装置4与微处理器3连接,配置成显示通过打击罩体1外部得到的计分结果。
本申请提供的智能防护头盔,其技术方案为:具有罩体1,其至少部分遮盖面部和头部,罩体1内部设置多个压力传感器;还包括计数装置,计数装置设置在罩体内部或独立设置于智能防护头盔外部;计数装置包括微处理器3、无线通信装置4和供电装置5;无线通信装置4与微处理器3连接;多个压力传感器通过无线通信装置4将数据传输至微处理器3;还包括设置在罩体外部或设置在智能防护头盔外部的显示屏6;供电装置5与显示屏6连接,显示屏6通过无线通信装置4与微处理器3连接,配置成显示通过打击罩体1外部得到的计分结果。
本申请提供的智能防护头盔,在用户佩戴此智能防护头盔进行运动时,通过压力传感器感测击打到头部的压力(力度),根据不同的压力计分,显示在显示屏6,当达到用户自定义设置预设值,判定赢的一方,用户可通过此智能防护头盔实现打拳、练武的比赛或娱乐,达到锻炼身体的目的,省去裁判,使计分结果更公平,更便捷。
其中,智能防护头盔的大小可根据不同使用群体设置成不同尺寸的,以满足不同用户的需求。
优选地,所述罩体内设置成形装置,所述成形装置具有骨架状的结构,所述成形装置结合在所述罩体内,所述罩体与所述成形装置形成夹层。
优选地,显示屏6为多色LED显示屏6,配置成根据计分结果显示不同的颜色。
通过不同颜色的的设置,清楚明了的显示计分结果,可以分为蓝色、红色和黄色,如果出现KO的情况,可通过在微处理器3中设置控制显示屏6显示出来。具体地,比如第二预设值设置为50,当打击过45下时,显示结果为蓝色,最后5下显示为红色,并进行闪烁,提醒击打方即将击打至50下,“KO”显示为黄色,“KO”字样可以一闪一闪设置,具体对颜色的控制也是通过微处理器3编程控制,达到不同的条件,显示不同的效果,使双方对垒过程中,通过颜色即可判别结果。
需要说明的是,用户可根据自己的实际需求进行预设值的设置,具体可通过在智能防护头盔上设置按钮,按钮与微处理器3连接,进行预设值的设定。
计数装置可与智能防护头盔设置成一体结构,也可设置成独立的佩戴结构,通过无线通信装置进行数据的传输通信,以满足不同的生产设计需求。
优选地,罩体1背向人体面部的外部材料为弹性材料。
比如皮面材质,布面材质等,设置弹性材质的面料可使击打方的手受保护。
更优选地,罩体1背向人体面部的外部材料为防水性弹性材料。
优选地,罩体1朝向人体面部的内部材料为柔软的和/或皮肤友好的材料构成。特别是聚氨酷或硅树脂,这样的材料更贴合面部,使人体面部接触面的感受更舒适。
优选地,供电装置5可为可充电的供电装置5,也可为可更换的供电装置5。
优选地,还包括指示灯7,指示灯7设置在罩体1的外部,指示灯7穿过罩体1与微处理器3连接。
通过指示灯7的设置,显示智能防护面罩的工作状态,处于工作状态时,为绿色,若是处于不工作状态,则指示灯7关闭,当智能防护面罩的电量不足时,可为红色闪烁状态,进行电量不足预警。
第二方面,本申请提供一种智能防护头盔的控制方法,包括:
步骤S1,获取通过压力传感器接收到的外部压力数据;
步骤S2,将外部压力数据与微处理器3中预先存储的数据进行比较,当达到第一预设值时,微处理器3控制显示屏6显示计分结果,计分结果随着外部压力数据的不断接受而累积变动;
步骤S3,当计分结果累积到第二预设值时,结束计数,通过微处理器3将显示屏6上 的计数结果清零,第二预设值为自定义值。

优选地,第一预设值分为不同的分值,每个分值对应不同的压力数据范围。
其中,由于不同重量级的人打击的压力值不同,为了公平起见,为每个人设置不同的打击压力值,进行计分,即根据第一预设值进行计分;比如设置2至5公斤,小孩设置为2公斤,大人设置为5公斤,即小孩的击打压力值至少为2公斤时,才达到计分的基础值,大人打击的压力值至少为5公斤时,才达到计分的基础值,否则都不给予计分。然后根据用户或不同比赛的规则设置不同的计分方式,比如两个人在打拳击时,将第二预设值设置为50,表明双方谁先打对方50拳,就判定谁赢。
优选地,本申请的智能防护头盔还可以与衣服搭配使用,可将击打头部设置为2分,击打衣服上为1分。其中,可将显示屏设置在衣服上或是智能防护头盔上。
需要说明的是:本发明的智能防护头盔只记录对方打在其上的分数,然后进行累计,不记录自己打在自己智能防护头盔的分数,这样避免出现作弊的情况。
优选地,还包括计时器,计时器与微处理器连接。用于设定击打回合数,每回合的击打的时间,比如每一回合设定时间为5分钟,如果5分钟时间已经到了,任何一方仍然没有达到预设的分数,那么可以判定击打次数多的一方获胜。
优选地,此计时器通过显示屏显示,此显示屏与微处理器3通过无线通信装置4连接,此显示屏与用于显示计分结果的显示屏为不同的两个显示屏,该显示屏也可设置在智能防护头盔上,或独立设置在智能防护头盔外部,此显示屏分为两种颜色,绿色和红色,每回合的最后5秒时,该显示屏上会通过闪烁提醒对方,同时通过语音装置语音提醒对方。语 音提醒可通过微处理器的软件编程实现,属于现有技术,也可以简单通过蜂鸣器实现。该语音装置与微处理器3连接,通过微处理器3控制,每次统计完成会做清零处理。另外该语音装置还可以在累积计分时进行语音提醒,在每次得分的时候进行语音播报。
实施例二
作为本申请的优选实施例,罩体1内设置成形装置,成形装置具有骨架状的结构,成形装置结合在罩体1内,罩体1与成形装置形成夹层,多个压力传感器均匀贴合设置在夹层中间。
设置夹层结构,可使压力传感器设置的更均匀,接收到的数据更准确。且成型装置的设置使智能防护头盔更贴合人头部轮廓,佩戴更舒适,更稳定。
成形装置的材质为弹性材料,包含第一材料、第二材料和多个气孔;第一材料为由聚丙烯和聚丙烯共聚物组成的群组,第二材料为由聚酯链聚丙烯或者说聚酯聚丙烯、聚酯链聚丙烯共聚物或者说聚酯聚丙烯共聚物和晶核剂组成的群组,多个气孔的平均孔径小于250微米。
本申请提供一种弹性材料,由于在发泡瞬间具有较快的结晶速度,使其具有较低的破孔率以及较小的气泡孔径和较强的机械性质。
优选地,多个气孔的气孔密度大于10 5个/cm 3。经试验验证,气孔密度大于10 5个/cm 3时,使熔融强度增加,破孔率降低。
优选地,多个气孔的平均孔径小于100微米。由于本申请有效地解决弹性材料破孔率过高的问题以及降低气泡的孔径,因此弹性材料的机械性质强度也得到显著提高,使成形装置有弹性的同时更结实。
优选地,第二材料所占重量比率小于60%、且大于l%。第二材料的比重影响熔融强度和破孔率,选用上述重量比率,可使熔融强度增加,破孔率降低。
优选地,晶核剂所占重量比率小于0.5%、且大于0.01%。晶核剂所占重量影响熔融强度和破孔率,选用上述重量比率,可使熔融强度增加,破孔率降低。
优选地,弹性材料的熔点大于80℃。其具有较高的熔融强度。
实施例三
作为本申请的优选实施例,多色LED显示屏6为三色LED显示屏6,三色LED显示屏6为由三种颜色的LED灯组成的计数显示器;
计数显示器包括灯条主体,灯条主体包括灯条铝型材,灯条铝型材为横截面呈槽状的铝型材,灯条铝型材的内槽中安装有灯条PCB板,灯条PCB板上设置有呈计数形式分布的LED灯珠,每个数字对应一种颜色的LED灯珠,微处理器3控制LED灯珠显示出不同的字母及数据,供电装置5通过罩体1上的通孔与灯条PCB板电性连接。
优选地,灯条铝型材的内部设置有第一卡槽组,灯条PCB板安装在灯条铝型材内部后,通过卡扣扣紧在第一卡槽组上并使得灯条PCB板固定安装在灯条铝型材内部。
优选地,灯条铝型材的内部设置有第二卡槽组,面罩背部设置有若干扣脚,扣脚可扣紧在第二卡槽组上。
优选地,LED采用直插三合一的LED。
采用上述结构的显示屏6有如下技术效果:
1、运用自有技术设计的独特条形结构,极致轻薄,极简钢构;
2、电源信号控制箱结构精简,轻便、安装方便,产品安装牢固、防水性能好,防护等级可达IP65;
3、灯条通透设计,透光率高,防水性能好,图像效果更完美,故障率低,提高产品的整体可靠性;
4、相比于常规全彩模组,突破常规模组结构复杂,箱体笨重,使用及维护较为麻烦,应用场景局限,难以扫一造各种DIY造型等缺陷,实现了轻巧超薄,易安装易维护,透光效果好,应用场景多变,可随意打造DIY造型,便于使用在类似智能防护头盔的小型产品上。
5、采用直插三合一的LED,亮度高,光衰少,解决了显示性能和耐候性不可兼得的两难,而且大大降低了生产和物料成本,生产效率高,提升产品的竞争力;
6、本申请提供了一种三色LED灯条组成的显示屏6,LED灯条结构简单、显示效果更好、透光率更高;通过简化结构达到安装维护方便、降低生产成本的目的;另外,灯条可根据用户需要自由组合,应用灵活性更好。该种三色LED灯条及显示屏6解决了现有产品结构复杂、体积庞大、显示效果差、透光效果差、安装维护困难、应用不够灵活等技术缺陷。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然 可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本实用新型各实施例技术方案的范围,其均应涵盖在本申请的权利要求和说明书的范围当中。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种智能防护头盔,具有罩体,其至少部分遮盖面部和头部,其特征在于,
    所述罩体内部设置多个压力传感器;
    还包括计数装置,所述计数装置设置在所述罩体内部或独立设置于所述智能防护头盔外部;
    所述计数装置包括微处理器、无线通信装置和供电装置;
    所述无线通信装置与所述微处理器连接;
    所述多个压力传感器通过所述无线通信装置将数据传输至所述微处理器;
    还包括设置在所述罩体外部或设置在所述智能防护头盔外部的显示屏;
    所述供电装置与所述显示屏连接,所述显示屏通过所述无线通信装置与所述微处理器连接,配置成显示通过打击所述罩体外部得到的计分结果。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能防护头盔,其特征在于,
    所述显示屏为多色LED显示屏,配置成根据所述计分结果显示不同的颜色。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的智能防护头盔,其特征在于,
    所述罩体背向人体面部的外部材料为弹性材料。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的智能防护头盔,其特征在于,
    所述罩体内设置成形装置,所述成形装置具有骨架状的结构,所述成形装置结合在所述罩体内,所述罩体与所述成形装置形成夹层,所述多个压力传感器均匀贴合设置在所述夹层中间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的智能防护头盔,其特征在于,
    所述成形装置的材质为弹性材料,包含第一材料、第二材料和多个气孔;
    所述第一材料为由聚丙烯和聚丙烯共聚物组成的群组,所述第二材料为由聚酯链聚丙烯或者说聚酯聚丙烯、聚酯链聚丙烯共聚物或者说聚酯聚丙烯共聚物和晶核剂组成的群组,所述多个气孔的平均孔径小于250微米。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的智能防护头盔,其特征在于,
    所述多个气孔的气孔密度大于10 5个/cm 3
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的智能防护头盔,其特征在于,
    还包括指示灯,所述指示灯设置在所述罩体的外部,所述指示灯穿过所述罩体与所述微处理器连接。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的智能防护头盔,其特征在于,
    所述多色LED显示屏为三色LED显示屏,所述三色LED显示屏为由三种颜色的LED灯组成的计数显示器;
    所述计数显示器包括灯条主体,所述灯条主体包括灯条铝型材,所述灯条铝型材为横截面呈槽状的铝型材,所述灯条铝型材的内槽中安装有灯条PCB板,所述灯条PCB板上设置有呈计数形式分布的LED灯珠,每个数字对应一种颜色的LED灯珠,所述微处理器控制所述LED灯珠显示出不同的字母及数据,所述供电装置通过所述罩体上的通孔与所述灯条PCB板电性连接。
