本申请要求于2017年6月8日提交中国专利局、申请号为201710430107.3、发明名称为“音乐播放方法及相关产品”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及移动终端技术领域,主要涉及了一种音乐播放方法及相关产品。
背景技术
随着移动终端技术的发展和人们生活水平的提高,播放音乐是现在一种非常流行的手机娱乐应用方式,除了计算机可以播放数字音乐外,常用的电子设备如手机和平板等,通过安装支持数字音乐格式的音乐播放器也可以播放数字音乐,使用户可以利用身边的电子产品听音乐。

本申请实施例提供了一种音乐播放方法及相关产品,可提高播放音乐的操作便利性。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供一种音乐播放方法,包括:
获取针对音乐播放的用户习惯数据;
根据所述用户习惯数据确定播放时刻;
在所述播放时刻到达时,获取用户心情参数和/或环境参数;
根据所述用户习惯数据、所述用户心情参数和/或所述环境参数确定目标播放列表和播放参数;
按照所述播放参数对所述目标播放列表进行播放。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
本申请实施例提供了一种音乐播放方法。该方法的实现可依赖于计算机程序,该计算机程序可运行于基于冯诺依曼体系的计算机系统之上,该计算机程序可以是移动终端上的音乐播放软件中的一个独立的应用,或者基于音乐播放软件开发的功能选项或应用插件。可安装在运行IOS、Android、Windows Phone等操作系统的移动终端中,该移动终端包括但不限于个人计算机、服务器计算机、手持式或膝上型、消费型电子设备、智能手机、平板电脑、媒体播放器和多处理器系统等等。
具体的,如图1所示,一种音乐播放方法,包括:
步骤S102:获取针对音乐播放的用户习惯数据。
本实施例中,针对音乐播放的用户习惯数据可包括用户使用移动终端的播放器或音乐应用软件进行音乐播放的音乐播放记录,也可包括对上述音乐播放记录进行分析得到的偏好数据。其中,音乐播放记录可包括播放记录、搜索记录等,偏好数据可包括播放时间、播放曲目、播放音量、播放类型(例如:快歌、慢歌、乡村、摇滚、歌手等)等,即通过上述用户习惯数据可确定用户习惯在什么状态下收听什么类型的音乐。
例如,用户1针对音乐播放的用户习惯数据为早上醒来后至上午工作之前收听最新歌曲,用户2针对音乐播放的用户习惯数据为工作时收听励志音乐,用户3针对音乐播放的用户习惯数据为中午和晚上做饭的时间收听轻音乐等。
步骤S104:根据上述用户习惯数据确定播放时刻。
本实施例中,对于如何根据用户习惯数据确定播放时刻不做限定,可根据用户习惯数据获取用户通常播放音乐的时间,再统计通常播放音乐的时间段的播放次数,获取播放次数中的最大值对应的时间段中的平均值、最早时间或任一值作为播放时刻,从而提高确定播放时刻的准确性,便于提高音乐播放的操作便利性。
举例来说,用户习惯数据中是在上班途中收听音乐,获取上周一至周五的音乐播放记录,得到8点10分、8点20分、8点12分、8点18分和8点20分,可取8点10分作为播放时刻,取播放时刻的平均值8点16分作为播放时刻,或者选择播放时刻最多的8点20分作为播放时刻。
可选的,在上述用户习惯数据包括闹铃时刻到达后的音乐播放记录时,上述根据上述用户习惯数据确定播放时刻包括:根据上述音乐播放记录确定上述播放时刻。
由于用户在起床后可能会赖床几分钟,则在闹铃时刻进行音乐播放会影响用户的睡眠质量和心情。而针对闹铃时刻到达后的音乐播放记录确定播放时刻,利于提高音乐播放时刻的准确性和用户体验。
举例来说,假设用户的闹铃时刻为早上7点20分,统计用户在早上7点20分闹铃后的音乐播放记录,得到的用户习惯数据为关闭闹铃后的五分钟内进行音乐播放,则将7点25分设置为播放时刻。
可选的,上述根据上述音乐播放记录确定上述播放时刻,包括:从预先存储的日程安排表中确定当天日程安排;从上述音乐播放记录中查找与上述当天日程安排对应的多个历史播放记录;根据上述多个历史播放记录确定上述播放时刻。
本实施例中,用户在移动终端中预先将日程安排进行存储得到日程安排表,即在日程到达时进行提醒,需要说明的是,没有日程安排的日期可以根据周末、工作日、周一、月底、月初等时间类别进行确定。
可以理解,先根据预先存储的日程安排表确定当天日程安排,然后从上述闹铃到达后的音乐播放记录中查找与上述当天日程安排对应的多个历史播放记录,根据上述多个历史播放记录确定上述播放时刻,从而缩小确定播放时刻 的查找范围,且根据当天日程安排可提高确定播放时刻的准确率。
步骤S106:在上述播放时刻到达时,获取用户心情参数和/或环境参数。
本实施例中,用户心情参数是用于描述用户心情的参考数据,例如,难过为70%,困惑为30%,可通过三维加速度传感器采集的行为数据进行分析确定,还可根据摄像头采集的人脸图像和/麦克风采集的声音信息进行分析确定。
用户心情参数可以以0-100数值表示,用户越高兴其用户心情参数越大,用户越低落其用户心情参数越小,还可以以各种情绪所占的百分比表示,例如,难过为70%,困惑为30%。
可选的,上述获取用户心情参数包括:获取指定时间段的睡眠数据;对睡眠数据进行解析得到目标睡眠状态;按照预设的睡眠状态与心情参数之间的映射关系确定目标睡眠状态对应的用户心情参数。
其中,预先存储睡眠状态与心情参数之间的映射关系,本申请对于上述的映射关系不做限定。

举例来说,请参照上表,上表表示移动终端中预先存储睡眠状态与心情参数之间的映射关系,心情参数以0-100数值表示。假设指定时间段为闹铃前一个小时,则采集闹铃时刻前一个小时的睡眠数据,解析这一个小时的睡眠数据得到目标睡眠状态为良好,根据上表可确定睡眠状态为良好对应的心情参数为[60-100],即上述用户心情参数为[60-100]。根据指定时间段内的睡眠数据解析得到的目标睡眠状态,确定与目标睡眠状态对应的用户心情参数,可提高确定用户心情参数的准确性。且只获取指定时间段的睡眠数据,可减少移动终端的功耗。
在本实施例中,环境参数至少包括天气信息和环境光线强度,天气信息可通过天气应用软件或插件获取,环境光线强度可通过环境光传感器进行获取。
步骤S108:根据上述用户习惯数据、上述用户心情参数和/或上述环境参 数确定目标播放列表和播放参数。
本实施例中,目标播放列表中的播放曲目可以是移动终端本地存储的音乐,也可以是音乐库中搜索的音乐,在此不做限定。其播放曲目的曲目类型可以以曲风划分,如:抒情歌、欢快歌曲、苦情歌等,还可以以听众年龄段划分,如:80后、90后、00后等,或者以演奏乐器划分,如:钢琴曲、小提琴、吉他等等,在此也不做限定。
播放参数可包括播放音量、播放节奏、播放效果等,在此也不做限定。当移动终端与可穿戴设备或其他移动终端连接时,还可通过播放参数实现多个设备之间的同步播放,从而满足其它用户的播放需求。
可以理解,根据用户习惯数据、用户心情参数和/或环境参数确定播放曲目和播放参数,即通过用户的当前状态获取适合用户播放习惯的播放曲目,提高播放的准确性。
可选的,在上述环境参数包括天气信息和环境光线强度时,上述根据上述用户习惯数据、上述用户心情参数和/或上述环境参数确定播放曲目和播放参数包括:根据上述用户心情参数、上述天气信息、上述环境光线强度确定上述播放类型和上述播放参数;根据上述用户习惯数据和上述播放类型确定上述目标播放列表。
本实施例中,对于如何根据述用户心情参数、上述天气信息、上述环境光线强度确定播放类型和上述播放参数不做限定,可选的,根据上述天气信息和/或上述环境光线强度确定影响心情参数;根据上述影响心情参数和上述用户心情参数确定目标心情参数;根据上述目标心情参数确定上述播放类型和上述播放参数。
本实施例中,天气信息和环境光线强度易影响用户心情,可预先存储天气信息和环境光线强度与用户心情参数之间的映射关系,在确定上述播放时刻获取的天气信息和环境光线强度时,即可确定对应的影响心情参数。
目标心情参数与影响心情参数和用户信息参数对应,本实施例中,还可预先存储目标心情参数与播放类型或播放参数之间的映射关系,即在确定上述目标心情参数时,即可确定对应播放类型或播放参数。
可以理解,先根据上述播放时刻获取的天气信息和环境光线强度确定影响 心情参数,然后根据上述影响心情参数和上述用户心情参数确定目标心情参数,可提高确定目标心情参数的准确性,从而根据上述目标心情参数确定上述播放类型和上述播放参数的准确性。
本实施例中,对于如何根据上述用户习惯数据和上述播放类型确定上述目标播放列表不做限定,可选的,从音乐库中搜索与上述播放类型对应的多个歌曲列表;根据上述用户习惯数据从上述多个歌曲列表中确定上述目标播放列表。
其中,音乐库可以是移动终端或音乐软件对应的音乐库,也可以服务器对应的音乐文件,在此不做限定。
本实施例中,对于如何根据上述用户习惯数据从上述多个歌曲列表中确定上述目标播放列表不做限定,可以获取歌曲列表中每一歌曲的播放次数,然后选取最多播放次数的歌曲对应的播放列表作为上述目标播放列表;也可获取歌曲列表中用户近一段时间的播放次数最多的歌曲所对应的播放列表作为上述目标播放列表;还可获取歌曲列表中包含用户偏爱的歌手所演唱的作为上述目标播放列表等。
可以理解,从音乐库中搜索音乐可扩大搜索播放曲目的音乐范围,然后在满足与播放类型对应的多个歌曲列表中根据用户习惯数据确定目标播放列表,可提高确定目标播放列表的准确性,从而提高操作的便利性和用户体验。
举例来说,当确定播放类型为抒情歌后,在音乐库中搜索抒情歌,得到歌曲列表1、歌曲列表2和歌曲列表3,根据用户习惯数据确定歌曲列表1包含该用户可能喜欢的抒情歌有5首、歌曲列表2包含该用户可能喜欢的抒情歌有10首、歌曲列表3包含该用户可能喜欢的抒情歌有8首,以包含最多该用户可能喜欢的抒情歌的歌曲列表的歌曲列表1进行音乐播放,或者,将歌曲列表1中该用户可能喜欢的5首抒情歌、歌曲列表2中该用户可能喜欢的10首抒情歌和歌曲列表3中该用户可能喜欢的8首抒情歌作为播放曲目。
可选的,上述根据上述用户习惯数据从上述多个歌曲列表中确定上述目标播放列表包括:根据上述用户习惯数据确定上述多个歌曲列表中每一歌曲列表的列表评价值得到多个列表评价值;确定上述多个列表评价值中的最大值对应的歌曲列表为上述目标播放列表。
本实施例中,列表评价值可以根据上述用户习惯数据确定列表中每一歌曲 的评价值,然后进行加权得到;也可以分析每一歌曲列表和上述用户习惯数据之间的匹配度,根据其匹配度确定列表评价值等。
可以理解,先根据上述用户习惯数据确定每一歌曲列表的列表评价值,然后选取最大列表评价值对应的歌曲列表作为上述目标播放列表,可提高确定目标播放列表的准确性,从而提高播放的准确性。
可选的,上述用户习惯数据对应多个播放曲目,上述根据上述用户习惯数据从上述多个歌曲列表中确定上述目标播放列表包括:根据上述用户习惯数据确定上述多个播放曲目中每一播放曲目的用户评价值得到多个用户评价值;根据上述用户习惯数据确定播放时长;根据上述播放时长和上述多个用户评价值从上述多个歌曲列表中选取多个目标曲目;根据上述多个目标曲目生成上述目标播放列表。
本实施例中,对于每一歌曲的评价值的确定方法不做限定,可以是用户完整收听的次数、循环收听的次数、是否收藏、是否设置为来电铃声、是否推荐给他人等多个维度,根据以上多个维度进行计算。
本实施例中,对于根据上述播放时长和上述多个用户评价值从上述多个歌曲列表中选取多个目标曲目的方法不做限定,可直接根据上述多个用户评价值从上述多个歌曲列表中查找评价值较大的歌曲,然后根据上述播放时长确定上述多个目标歌曲;也可根据上述播放时长确定多个参考歌曲,然后根据多个用户评价值从上述多个参考歌曲中选取上述多个目标歌曲等。
可以理解,根据上述用户习惯数据除了确定播放时刻,还可确定播放时长,从而在播放时刻之后的播放时长到达时,暂停播放,即进一步提高播放的操作便利性。然后,根据上述播放时长和上述用户评价值从上述多个歌曲列表中确定多个目标歌曲,由上述多个目标歌曲生成上述目标播放列表,由于该目标播放列表中的歌曲均满足用户习惯数据,从而进一步提高了播放的准确性。
本实施例中,先根据上述用户心情参数、上述天气信息和上述环境光线强度确定上述播放曲目的播放类型和上述播放参数,即可播放与当前播放时刻对应的音乐,再根据上述用户习惯数据和上述播放类型选择上述播放曲目,即播放曲目满足上述用户习惯数据,提高播放的准确性。
步骤S110:根据上述播放参数对上述目标播放列表进行播放。
可以理解,根据用户习惯数据确定音乐播放的播放时刻,再根据用户习惯数据、用户心情参数和/或环境参数确定目标播放列表和播放参数,根据播放参数对目标播放列表进行播放。也就是说,上述播放时刻由移动终端根据针对音乐播放的用户习惯数据进行确定,播放曲目和播放参数由移动终端根据用户习惯数据和播放时刻的用户心情参数和/或环境参数进行确定,提高了确定播放时刻、目标播放列表和播放参数的准确性,从而提高了操作的便利性和用户体验。
请参照图2,图2是本申请实施例提供的一种音乐播放装置,如图2所示,上述音乐播放装置包括获取单元102、确定单元104以及播放单元106。

本申请实施例还提供了另一种移动终端,如图4所示,为了便于说明,仅示出了与本申请实施例相关的部分,具体技术细节未揭示的,请参照本申请实施例方法部分。该移动终端可以为包括手机、平板电脑、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、销售终端(Point of Sales,POS)、车载电脑等任意移动终端。
以移动终端为手机为例,图4示出的是与本申请实施例提供的手机的部分结构的框图。参考图4,手机包括:射频(Radio Frequency,RF)电路910、 存储器920、输入单元930、传感器950、音频电路960、无线保真(Wireless Fidelity,Wi-Fi)模块970、应用处理器AP980、以及电源990等部件。本领域技术人员可以理解,图4中示出的手机结构并不构成对手机的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
下面结合图4对手机的各个构成部件进行具体的介绍:
输入单元930可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与手机的用户设置以及功能控制有关的键信号输入。具体地,输入单元930可包括触控显示屏931和其他输入设备932。触控显示屏931,可收集用户在其上或附近的触摸操作(比如用户使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触控显示屏931上或在触控显示屏931附近的操作),并根据预先设定的程式驱动相应的连接装置。可选的,触控显示屏931可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置检测用户的触摸方位,并检测触摸操作带来的信号,将信号传送给触摸控制器;触摸控制器从触摸检测装置上接收触摸信息,并将它转换成触点坐标,再送给AP980,并能接收AP980发来的命令并加以执行。此外,可以采用电阻式、电容式、红外线以及表面声波等多种类型实现触控显示屏931。其他输入设备932可以包括但不限于物理按键、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆等中的一种或多种。其中,通过AP980获取针对音乐播放的用户习惯数据;通过上述AP980根据用户习惯数据确定播放时刻;通过上述AP980在上述播放时刻到达时,获取用户心情参数和/或环境参数;通过上述AP980根据上述用户习惯数据、上述用户心情参数和/或上述环境参数确定目标播放列表和播放参数;通过上述AP980根据上述播放参数对上述目标播放列表进行播放。
AP980是手机的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个手机的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器920内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器920内的数据,执行手机的各种功能和处理数据,从而对手机进行整体监控。可选的,AP980可包括一个或多个处理单元;优选的,AP980可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到AP980中。
存储器920可用于存储安卓Android系统、锁屏应用,Android系统包括指纹服务Finger Service、电源管理服务PMS。此外,存储器920可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。
RF电路910可用于信息的接收和发送。通常,RF电路910包括但不限于天线、至少一个放大器、收发信机、耦合器、低噪声放大器(Low Noise Amplifier,LNA)、双工器等。此外,RF电路910还可以通过无线通信与网络和其他设备通信。上述无线通信可以使用任一通信标准或协议,包括但不限于全球移动通讯系统(Global System of Mobile communication,GSM)、通用分组无线服务(General Packet Radio Service,GPRS)、码分多址(Code Division Multiple Access,CDMA)、宽带码分多址(Wide band Code Division Multiple Access,WCDMA)、长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)、电子邮件、短消息服务(Short Messaging Service,SMS)等。
手机还可包括至少一种传感器950,比如光传感器、运动传感器以及其他传感器。具体地,光传感器可包括环境光传感器及接近传感器,其中,环境光传感器可根据环境光线的明暗来调节触控显示屏的亮度,接近传感器可在手机移动到耳边时,关闭触控显示屏和/或背光。作为运动传感器的一种,加速计传感器可检测各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别手机姿态的应用(比如横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)等;至于手机还可配置的陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等其他传感器,在此不再赘述。
音频电路960包括扬声器961和传声器962,可提供用户与手机之间的音频接口。音频电路960可将接收到的音频数据转换后的电信号,传输到扬声器961,由扬声器961转换为声音信号播放;另一方面,传声器962将收集的声音信号转换为电信号,由音频电路960接收后转换为音频数据,再将音频数据播放AP980处理后,经RF电路910以发送给比如另一手机,或者将音频数据播放至存储器920以便进一步处理。
Wi-Fi属于短距离无线传输技术,手机通过Wi-Fi模块970可以帮助用户收发电子邮件、浏览网页和访问流式媒体等,它为用户提供了无线的宽带互联网访问。虽然图4示出了Wi-Fi模块970,但是可以理解的是,其并不属于手机的必须构成,完全可以根据需要在不改变申请的本质的范围内而省略。
手机还包括给各个部件供电的电源990(比如电池),优选的,电源可以通过电源管理系统与AP980逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。
尽管未示出,手机还可以包括摄像头、蓝牙模块等,在此不再赘述。
前述图1所示的实施例中,各步骤方法流程可以基于该手机的结构实现。
前述图2所示的实施例中,各单元功能可以基于该手机的结构实现。
本申请实施例还提供一种计算机存储介质,其中,该计算机存储介质存储用于电子数据交换的计算机程序,该计算机程序使得计算机执行如上述方法实施例中记载的任何一种音乐播放方法的部分或全部步骤。
本申请实施例还提供一种计算机程序产品,计算机程序产品包括存储了计算机程序的非瞬时性计算机可读存储介质,计算机程序可操作来使计算机执行如上述方法实施例中记载的任何一种音乐播放方法的部分或全部步骤。
需要说明的是,对于前述的各方法实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本申请并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本申请,某些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作和模块并不一定是本申请所必须的。

  1. 一种音乐播放方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取针对音乐播放的用户习惯数据;
    根据所述用户习惯数据确定播放时刻;
    在所述播放时刻到达时,获取用户心情参数和/或环境参数;
    根据所述用户习惯数据、所述用户心情参数和/或所述环境参数确定目标播放列表和播放参数;
    按照所述播放参数对所述目标播放列表进行播放。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户习惯数据包括闹铃时刻到达后的音乐播放记录,所述根据所述用户习惯数据确定播放时刻,包括:
    根据所述音乐播放记录确定所述播放时刻。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述音乐播放记录确定所述播放时刻,包括:
    从预先存储的日程安排表中确定当天日程安排;

    按照预设的睡眠状态与心情参数之间的映射关系确定所述目标睡眠状态对应的所述用户心情参数。
  10. 一种音乐播放装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取单元,用于获取针对音乐播放的用户习惯数据;
    确定单元,用于根据所述用户习惯数据确定播放时刻;
    所述获取单元,还用于在所述播放时刻到达时,获取用户心情参数和/或环境参数;
    所述确定单元,还用于根据所述用户习惯数据、所述用户心情参数和/或所述环境参数目标播放列表和播放参数;
    播放单元,用于按照所述播放参数对所述目标播放列表进行播放。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述用户习惯数据包括闹铃时刻到达后的音乐播放记录,在所述根据所述用户习惯数据确定播放时刻方面,所述确定单元具体用于根据所述音乐播放记录确定所述播放时刻。
