Abstract

本发明公开了一种关联计费的方法和计费装置。在本发明实施例中,计费装置可以根据CSCF发送的通知消息中的多个应用服务器的标识来确定是否接收到所有AS发送的计费请求消息,然后向未接收到计费请求消息的第一AS发送探测消息,探测该第一AS的计费能力,根据第一AS返回的响应消息获知该第一AS的计费能力,从而计费装置可以获知所有AS的计费能力,并统一所有的AS的计费能力对所述业务进行计费,避免了现有技术中的计费方法无法对不同计费能力的AS上报的计费消息进行统一计费,导致用户计费出错的技术缺陷。

一种关联计费方法,计费装置和系统
本申请要求于2017年6月8日提交中国专利局、申请号为201710428340.8,发明名称为“一种关联计费方法,计费装置和系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域,具体涉及一种关联计费方法,计费装置和系统。
背景技术
在IP多媒体子系统(IP Multimedia Subsystem,IMS)网络中,用户的多媒体业务,例如LTE语音(Voice Over Long Term Evolution,VOLTE)业务需要经过多个不同的应用服务器(Application Server,AS)进行控制处理,例如服务集中化和连续性应用服务器(Service Centralization and Continuity Application Server,SCC AS),锚定AS等。IMS网络中的计费装置需要根据多个AS上报的计费消息进行关联,关联出同一业务对应的计费会话,再进行计费。
现有技术中,由于AS可能会由不同的厂家提供,不同厂家的AS支持不同的计费能力,例如部分AS具有在线计费能力,部分AS具有离线计费能力,计费装置无法获知同一业务触发的多个AS的计费能力,进而无法对所有AS的计费消息进行统一计费,导致用户计费出错。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种关联计费的方法,装置和系统,能够实现对不同计费能力的AS进行关联计费。
一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种关联计费的方法,所述方法主要由计费装置来实现,所述方法包括:
接收呼叫会话控制功能设备发送的通知消息,所述通知消息中携带业务触发的多个应用服务器AS的标识,然后确定预设时间内是否接收到所有AS发送的计费请求消息,所述计费请求消息中携带所述AS的标识,该计费请求消息用于请求计费装置对该业务进行计费。若在预设时间内接收到所有AS发送的计费请求消息,则根据接收到的所有的计费请求消息对所述业务进行计费。若没有在预设时间内接收到所有的AS发送的计费请求消息,则向未接收到计费请求消息的第一AS发送探测消息,所述探测消息用于获取所述第一AS的计费能力。计费装置接收所述第一AS返回的响应消息,根据所述响应消息中携带的计费能力和已经接收到的计费请求消息对所述业务进行关联计费,从而计费装置可以统一获取本次业务关联的所有AS的计费请求和能力,对该业务进行统一计费。
结合第一方面,在一种可能的实现方式中,计费装置根据响应消息中携带的计费能力和所述接收到的计费请求消息对所述业务进行关联计费包括:
在所述响应消息中携带的计费能力为离线计费时,根据所述接收到的计费请求对所述业务进行离线计费,即避免离线计费和在线计费同时进行而产生混乱,提高了计费效率。
结合第一方面,在一种可能的实现方式中,所述计费装置根据接收到的所有的计费 请求消息对所述业务进行关联计费包括:
若所有AS发送的计费请求消息中包含至少一个离线计费请求,则根据所有AS发送的计费请求对所述业务进行离线计费。
结合第一方面,在一种可能的实现方式中,上述计费装置还在所有AS发送的计费请求消息均为在线计费请求,则根据所有AS发送的计费请求对所述业务进行在线计费,利用在线计费的实时特性来提升用户的体验。
第二方面,本发明实施例还提供一种用于关联计费的计费装置,其特征在于,包括接收模块,确定模块,发送模块和计费模块。其中:
接收模块主要用于接收呼叫会话控制功能设备发送的通知消息,所述通知消息中携带业务触发的多个应用服务器AS的标识;
确定模块主要用于确定预设时间内是否接收到所有AS发送的计费请求消息,所述计费请求消息中携带所述AS的标识;
发送模块主要用于向未接收到计费请求消息的第一AS发送探测消息,所述探测消息用于获取所述第一AS的计费能力;
所述接收模块还用于接收所述第一AS返回的响应消息;所述计费装置中的计费模块主要用于根据所述响应消息中携带的计费能力和已经接收到的计费请求消息对所述业务进行关联计费。
结合第二方面,在一种可能的实现方式中,上述计费装置中的计费模块还用于在预设时间内接收到所有AS发送的计费请求消息时,根据接收到的所有的计费请求消息对所述业务进行计费,所述计费请求消息中携带所述AS的标识。
结合第二方面,在一种可能的实现方式中,计费装置中的计费模块根据响应消息中携带的计费能力和所述接收到的计费请求消息对所述业务进行关联计费包括:

第三方面,本发明实施例提供一种计费装置,该计费装置可以采用通用的计算机来实现。该计费装置包括存储器,处理器,存储器和处理器通过总线连接。此外,计费装置还包括与总线连接的输入设备和输出设备,存储器中存储了可执行的程序代码,当处理器执行上述可执行代码时,上述计费装置将执行上述第一方面所述的关联计费方法。
第四方面,本发明实施例还提供了一种包含程序代码的计算机程序产品,当其在计算机上运行时,使得计算机执行上述第一方面所述的方法。
第五方面,本发明实施例还提供了一种关联计费的系统,包括以上方面提供的计费装置、应用服务器AS以及呼叫会话控制功能CSCF设备。
在以上任一方面所述的实施例中,所述通知消息和所述计费请求消息中可以携带计费会话的标识。此外,探测消息和响应消息中也可以携带计费会话的标识,从而便于计费装置统一关联本次计费会话的网元和相关计费消息。

具体实施方式
图1为实施本发明实施例技术方案的系统架构图,下面对所述系统架构中的网元的连接关系和网元功能介绍如下:
呼叫会话控制功能(call session control function,CSCF)设备用于实现用户的注册、鉴权、会话控制、安全管理等功能。CSCF可以接收用户设备(user equipment,UE)发起的业务请求,并将用户的业务请求,例如VoLTE呼叫业务请求触发到多个AS(AS1,AS2和AS3)进行控制处理。其中,VoLTE业务属于IMS业务,需要由CSCF进行IMS业务控制(IMS service control,ISC)。AS可以在业务控制的过程中,通过Ro接口向计费装置(charging apparatus)发送计费请求消息(例如离线计费请求、在线计费请求),计费装置根据接收到的计费请求消息对用户的业务进行计费。若用户漫游,则业务还会触发到锚定(anchor)AS。
其中,用户设备可以包括机顶盒(set top box,STB)、手机Phone、平板电脑Pad、个人电脑PC等。计费装置可以为在线计费系统(online charging system,OCS)或融合计费系统(convergent billing system,CBS),图1中以OCS为例来说明。归属用户服务器HSS主要存储用户相关的开户数据等。
下面将结合附图对本发明实施例进行详细描述。图2为本发明实施例提供的一种关联计费的方法的示意图,基于前述图1中的网络架构和概念,该方法包括:
S201、计费装置接收CSCF设备发送的通知消息,所述通知消息中携带业务触发的AS的标识。
其中,用户在通过用户设备开始使用业务时(可以称为业务会话发起时),例如VoLTE业务,CSCF设备将该业务触发到多个AS,例如SCC AS,CSCF可以通过Ro接口向计费装置发送通知消息,其中携带该业务触发的多个AS的标识。AS的标识包括但不限于AS的IP地址。
多个AS在业务进行的过程中,可以通过在线计费的接口或离线计费的接口向计费装置发送计费请求,该请求中携带AS的标识。
S202、计费装置确定预设时间内是否接收到所有AS发送的计费请求消息,所述计费请求消息中携带所述AS的标识。
计费装置可以在接收到CSCF设备发送的通知消息后的预设时间内确定是否接收到所有AS发送的计费请求消息。其中,计费请求消息中携带AS的标识和AS的计费能力。此外,计费请求消息还可以携带具体的业务使用量,例如时长和流量等。
如果计费装置在预设时间内接收到所有的AS发送的计费请求消息,则直接根据计费请求消息中携带的计费能力对该业务进行在线计费或离线计费。例如,在预设时间接收 到的多个计费请求消息中某一个AS的计费能力为离线计费,则计费装置可以统一对该业务进行离线关联计费。如果所有AS发送的计费请求消息中的计费能力均为在线计费,则计费装置可以统一对该业务进行关联在线计费。
如果在预设时间内没有接收到所有的AS发送的计费请求消息,则进一步执行下面的步骤。
S203、计费装置向未接收到计费请求消息的第一AS发送探测消息,所述探测消息用于获取所述第一AS的计费能力。
计费装置可以确定预设时间内未接收到计费请求消息的AS,然后向这些AS(一个或多个)发送探测消息,探测消息用于获取这些AS的实际计费能力(或计费状态)。其中,第一AS为未接收到计费请求消息的AS中的一个,探测消息可以通过计费装置和AS之间的已有Ro接口来发送,还可以通过新增的接口来发送。
S204、计费装置接收第一AS返回的响应消息,根据所述响应消息中携带的计费能力和已经接收到的计费请求消息对所述业务进行计费。
其中,计费装置可以根据响应消息中携带的计费能力和已经接收到的计费请求消息对该业务进行离线计费或在线计费。
在本发明实施例中,计费装置可以根据CSCF发送的通知消息中的多个应用服务器的标识来确定是否接收到所有AS发送的计费请求消息,然后向未接收到计费请求消息的其它AS发送探测消息,探测其它AS的计费能力,根据这些AS返回的响应消息获知这些AS的计费能力,从而计费装置可以获知所有AS的计费能力,并统一所有的AS的计费能力对所述业务进行计费,避免了现有技术中的计费方法无法对不同计费能力的AS上报的计费消息进行统一计费,导致用户计费出错的技术缺陷。
在一个实施例中,如果其中一个AS返回的响应消息中携带的计费能力为离线计费,则计费装置根据接收到的计费请求消息对该业务进行离线计费。具体的,计费装置可以将所有计费请求消息中的在线计费请求写成离线计费文件,然后对多个离线计费文件进行关联,再进行计费。如果响应消息中携带的计费能力为在线计费,则计费装置直接对该业务进行关联在线计费。
在另一个可选的实施例中,如果所有AS发送的计费请求消息中包含至少一个离线计费请求,则根据所有AS发送的计费请求对所述业务进行离线计费。此外,如果预设时间内接收到的计费请求消息中包含至少一个离线计费请求,此时计费装置可以不向未接收到计费请求消息的AS发送探测消息,计费装置可以直接根据预设时间内接收到的计费请求消息对该业务进行离线计费。例如,将计费请求消息中的在线计费请求写成离线计费文件,然后对多个离线计费文件进行关联,再进行计费。
若计费装置在执行上述在线计费的过程中,确定其中一个AS的计费会话中断,则计费装置将该计费会话关联的其他在线计费统一转换为离线计费,即所有的AS都通过离线计费接口(例如Rf接口)和计费系统进行离线关联计费,提高计费的一致性和准确性。
下面将基于上面所述的本发明涉及的共性方面,对本发明实施例进一步详细说明。
参考图3,图3为本发明实施例提供的另一种关联计费的方法的示意图。
用户通过用户终端发起业务,例如VoLTE视频通话业务,且用户发生漫游,业务由CSCF触发到多个AS(例如AS1,AS2和AS3),该CSCF获取该业务触发的所有AS的标识, 例如IP地址或会话初始化协议地址。计费装置在本实施例中具体为OCS。
S301、CSCF向OCS发送通知消息,其中携带该业务触发的多个应用服务器AS的标识。
上述通知消息可以通过Ro接口发生,通知消息还可以携带AS的数量以及计费会话的标识。
例如,IMS计费会话的标识可以通过如下的属性值对(Attribute Value Pair,AVP)来表述。
(1)IMS计费标识(IMS-Charging-Identifier,ICID)AVP
这个AVP用于唯一标识一次计费会话,CSCF会把这个AVP的值同步触发给各个AS,各个AS在发送给OCS的计费请求消息中,也都会携带这个AVP。OCS根据这个AVP,关联一个计费会话对应的CSCF和AS。
此外,上述通知消息中还可以携带IMS信息(IMS-Information)AVP,这个AVP用于携带本次VoLTE业务的IMS-Information的网络参数,比如:UE位置,时间等信息,用于计费参考。
这个AVP下的IMS通讯服务标识[IMS-Communication-Service-Identifier]AVP组可携带多个AS的标识给OCS。由于业务关联触发由CSCF控制,CSCF可以在本地策略中获取到该业务关联的AS。本实施例中,多个AS包括AS1、AS2和AS3。
S302、OCS接收到CSCF发送的通知消息,保存其中携带的AS的标识和会话标识。
S303-304、AS1和AS2向OCS发送计费请求消息,其中携带计费会话的标识ICID。
其中,AS1和AS2发送的计费请求消息可以为离线计费请求或在线计费请求,具体以AS1和AS2实际的计费能力为准。若AS1或AS2发送给OCS的为离线计费请求,则OCS统一对所有的AS进行离线计费,即将接收到的离线计费请求写成计费文件,在计费会话结束后,关联其它AS的计费文件进行离线计费。
本实施例中以AS1、AS2支持在线计费,AS1和AS2向OCS发送在线计费请求为例来说明,在线计费请求中携带实时的计费信息,例如业务使用量。
S305、OCS确定预设时间内是否接收到所有的AS发送的计费请求消息。
在本实施例中,AS3由于发生故障,并没有在预设时间内向OCS发送计费请求消息,OCS确定预设时间内未接收到AS3发送的计费请求消息,本次计费请求关联不完全。
其中,OCS可以设置本地等待时间的策略,通常设置等待时间是毫秒级,建议100毫秒。
S306、OCS向AS3发送探测消息,其中携带计费会话标识。
其中,OCS可以通过已有的Ro接口或新增的Ro’接口向AS3发送探测消息(或者查询消息),获取AS3的计费能力(或计费状态)。
探测消息的格式Format可以如下:

在上述探测消息中,计费会话标识ICID通过[IMS-Communication-Service-Identifier]AVP携带下去,向AS3网元请求查询状态。
S307、AS3接收到探测消息后,向OCS回复响应消息。
其中,AS3回复的响应消息的格式Format可以如下:

上述消息中的[Online-Charging-Status]AVP用于AS3向OCS报告其计费能力。
S308、OCS根据接收到的响应消息以及AS1、AS2的计费请求消息对该业务进行计费。
其中,[Online-Charging-Status]AVP的取值不同,OCS执行计费的过程也不同,以下详细描述。
[Online-Charging-Status]AVP的取值可以包括:
1、ON-GOING(0)正在发起会话,这种情况是因为AS3发送计费请求消息给OCS,计费请求消息产生延迟或者半路因为网络/过负荷原因而被丢弃掉等原因,OCS未接收到该消息,说明AS3是支持在线计费的,此时OCS接收到响应消息以后,继续等待AS3的计费请求消息送达,OCS设置本地策略和等待时间,建议值500毫秒。在接收到AS3发送的计费请求消息后,根据AS1、AS2和AS3的计费请求消息统一对该业务进行关联在线计费。
如果500毫秒后仍未接收到计费请求,那么整个ICID的计费会话全部转离线Rf接口,进行离线计费处理。OCS对AS1、AS2的计费请求写成的计费文件进行关联,合并成一个计费文件,OCS再对这个合并关联后的文件进行计费。
2、Off-Charging(1),不支持在线计费。
此时OCS接收到以后,把本次计费会话的所有AS计费请求转离线Rf接口,进行离线计费处理。OCS对AS1、AS2的计费请求写成的计费文件进行关联,合并成一个计费文件,OCS再对这个合并关联后的文件进行计费。
3、No-Need-Charging(2),本次业务AS可以支持在线计费,但是在当前业务场景下,不需要申请计费,也不对其他AS的计费产生任何影响。
此时OCS忽略掉这个AS的请求,根据AS1、AS2的计费请求消息对该业务进行在线计费或离线计费。
图4示出了上述实施例中所涉及的计费装置的一种可能的结构示意图(功能示意图)。该计费装置400包括:接收模块410,确定模块420,发送模块430和计费模块440。
其中:接收模块410主要用于接收呼叫会话控制功能设备发送的通知消息,所述通知消息中携带业务触发的多个应用服务器AS的标识;
确定模块420主要用于确定预设时间内是否接收到所有AS发送的计费请求消息,所述计费请求消息中携带所述AS的标识;
发送模块430主要用于向未接收到计费请求消息的第一AS发送探测消息,所述探测消息用于获取所述第一AS的计费能力;
所述接收模块410还用于接收所述第一AS返回的响应消息;所述计费装置中的计费模块440主要用于根据所述响应消息中携带的计费能力和已经接收到的计费请求消息对所述业务进行关联计费。
在本实施例中,计费装置400具体可以为在线计费系统或融合计费系统。
在本实施例中,上述计费装置400中的计费模块440还用于在预设时间内接收到所有AS发送的计费请求消息时,根据接收到的所有的计费请求消息对所述业务进行计费,所述计费请求消息中携带所述AS的标识。
在本实施例中,计费模块440根据响应消息中携带的计费能力和所述接收到的计费请求消息对所述业务进行关联计费包括:
计费模块440在所述响应消息中携带的计费能力为离线计费时,根据所述接收到的计费请求对所述业务进行离线计费,即避免离线计费和在线计费同时进行而产生混乱,提高了计费效率。
此外,计费模块440根据接收到的所有的计费请求消息对所述业务进行关联计费包括:
计费模块440在所有AS发送的计费请求消息中包含至少一个离线计费请求时,则根据所有AS发送的计费请求对所述业务进行离线计费。
上述计费装置中各模块的功能详情可以参考上述图2-3的方法实施例的相关描述。
图5是本发明实施例提供的一种计费装置的硬件结构图。
如图所示,该计费装置500可以采用通用的计算机来实现。该计费装置500包括存储器501,处理器502和总线503,存储器501和处理器502通过总线503连接。
处理器502可以采用通用的中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU),微处理器,应用专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC),或者一个或多个集成电路,用于执行相关程序,以实现本发明实施例所提供的技术方案。存储器501可以是只读存储器(Read Only Memory,ROM),静态存储设备,动态存储设备或者随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)。存储器501可以存储操作系统和其他应用程序。
此外,计费装置500还包括与总线连接的输入设备504和输出设备505。存储器中存储了可执行的代码,当处理器执行上述可执行代码时,上述计费装置500将执行上述图2-3所示的关联计费的方法。
此外,本发明实施例还提供了一种包含指令的计算机程序产品,当其在计算机上运行时,使得计算机执行上述图2-3所示的关联计费的方法。
本发明实施例还提供了一种关联计费的系统,所述关联计费系统主要包括计费装置、 呼叫会话控制功能CSCF设备和应用服务器AS。
该CSCF设备主要用于获取业务关联的AS的标识,然后向计费装置发送通知消息,该通知消息中携带业务触发的多个应用服务器AS的标识。此外,该通知消息中还可以携带CSCF设备获取的当前计费会话的标识。
该应用服务器AS主要用于向计费装置发送计费请求消息以及在接收到计费装置发送的探测消息后,向计费装置发送通知消息。计费装置主要用于接收呼叫会话控制功能设备发送的通知消息,所述通知消息中携带业务触发的多个应用服务器AS的标识;确定预设时间内是否接收到所有AS发送的计费请求消息,所述计费请求消息中携带所述AS的标识;向未接收到计费请求消息的第一AS发送探测消息,所述探测消息用于获取所述第一AS的计费能力;接收所述第一AS返回的响应消息,根据所述响应消息中携带的计费能力和已经接收到的计费请求消息对所述业务进行关联计费。
其中,前述方法实施例涉及的各步骤的所有相关内容均可以援引到该系统中各设备,在此不再赘述。计费装置的具体功能和结构参见上述图4-5的相关实施例。可选的,计费系统还可以包括网关设备或HSS等设备。

在上述实施例中,可以全部或部分地通过软件、硬件、固件或者其任意组合来实现。当使用软件实现时,可以全部或部分地以计算机程序产品的形式实现。所述计算机程序产品包括一个或多个计算机指令。在计算机上加载和执行所述计算机程序指令时,全部或部分地产生按照本发明实施例所述的流程或功能。所述计算机可以是通用计算机、专用计算机、计算机网络、或者其他可编程装置。所述计算机指令可以存储在计算机可读存储介质中,或者通过所述计算机可读存储介质进行传输。所述计算机指令可以从一个网站站点、计算机、服务器或数据中心通过有线或无线(例如红外、无线、微波等)方式向另一个网站站点、计算机、服务器或数据中心进行传输。所述计算机可读存储介质可以是计算机能够存取的任何可用介质。例如,可以利用磁性介质,(例如,软盘、硬盘、磁带)、光介质、或者半导体介质来存储或传输所述计算机指令。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种关联计费的方法,应用于计费装置,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    接收呼叫会话控制功能设备发送的通知消息,所述通知消息中携带业务触发的多个应用服务器AS的标识;
    确定预设时间内是否接收到所有AS发送的计费请求消息,所述计费请求消息中携带所述AS的标识;
    向未接收到计费请求消息的第一AS发送探测消息,所述探测消息用于获取所述第一AS的计费能力;
    接收所述第一AS返回的响应消息,根据所述响应消息中携带的计费能力和已经接收到的计费请求消息对所述业务进行关联计费。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    若在预设时间内接收到所有AS发送的计费请求消息,则根据接收到的所有计费请求消息对所述业务进行计费。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据响应消息中携带的计费能力和所述接收到的计费请求消息对所述业务进行关联计费包括:
    在所述响应消息中携带的计费能力为离线计费时,根据所述接收到的计费请求消息对所述业务进行离线关联计费。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据接收到的所有的计费请求消息对所述业务进行关联计费包括:
    若所有AS发送的计费请求消息中包含至少一个离线计费请求,则根据所有AS发送的计费请求对所述业务进行离线关联计费。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    若所有AS发送的计费请求消息均为在线计费请求,则根据所有AS发送的计费请求对所述业务进行在线计费。
  6. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通知消息和所述计费请求消息中携带所述业务对应的计费会话的标识。
  7. 一种用于关联计费的计费装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收呼叫会话控制功能设备发送的通知消息,所述通知消息中携带业务触发的多个应用服务器AS的标识;
    确定模块,用于确定预设时间内是否接收到所有AS发送的计费请求消息,所述计费请求消息中携带所述AS的标识;
    发送模块,用于向未接收到计费请求消息的第一AS发送探测消息,所述探测消息用于获取所述第一AS的计费能力;
    所述接收模块还用于接收所述第一AS返回的响应消息;所述计费装置还包括计费模块,用于根据所述响应消息中携带的计费能力和已经接收到的计费请求消息对所述业务进行关联计费。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的计费装置,其特征在于,
    所述计费模块还用于在预设时间内接收到所有AS发送的计费请求消息时,根据接收到的所有的计费请求消息对所述业务进行计费。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的计费装置,其特征在于,所述计费模块根据响应消息中携带的计费能力和所述接收到的计费请求消息对所述业务进行关联计费包括:计费模块在所述响应消息中携带的计费能力为离线计费时,根据所述接收到的计费请求对所述业务进行离线关联计费。
  10. 如权利要求7或8所述的计费装置,其特征在于,所述通知消息和所述计费请求消息中携带计费会话的标识。
