技术领域
本发明涉及烹饪器具领域,更具体而言,涉及一种分体式烹饪器具。
背景技术
现有分体式(开盖后盖体与锅体能完全分离)且带有无线传输功能的烹饪器具中,盖体部分和锅体部分各安装一个线圈,两线圈分别是闭合电路一部分。两线圈根据电磁感应原理利用线圈耦合的方式实现锅体部分与盖体部分的电能传递。
当盖体部分电器件功率较大工作时,线圈的耦合面积也需较大,这样耦合线圈才能感应出强度足够的电能,使得盖体部分的电器件正常工作,而若想增大感应电能的强度,需增加耦合线圈间的磁通量,在电器件参数不变情况下,现有产品通常通过增大线圈面积来增加磁通量,然而线圈面积大导致安装盖体部分的径向尺寸过大,严重影响产品外观,直接影响产品销售,降低产品竞争力。且盖体部分径向尺寸过大导致运输时产品装柜数量减少,从而导致产品运输成本增加。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决现有技术中存在的技术问题至少之一。
为此,本发明的目的在于,提供一种径向尺寸小的分体式烹饪器具。
为实现上述目的,本发明的实施例提供了一种分体式烹饪器具,包括盖体和与所述盖体配合使用的锅体,所述盖体上安装有盖体无线传输模块,所述锅体上安装有锅体无线传输模块,所述盖体设有盖牙,所述锅体上设有与所述盖牙相配合的锅牙,所述盖体无线传输模块包括盖体线圈,所述盖体线圈局部位于所述盖牙的垂直投影范围内。
本方案中,盖体线圈局部位于盖牙下方,处于盖牙的垂直投影范围内,使盖体线圈的位置尽可能靠内,从而在保留产品现有功能的前提下减小盖体部分的径向尺寸,提升产品的美观性,增强产品的市场竞争力,同时,盖体部分径向尺寸减小可使运输时产品装柜数量增加,从而降低产品的运输成本。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述盖体无线传输模块还包括盖体线圈支架,所述盖体线圈支架固定安装在所述盖体上,所述盖体线圈支架上设有用于安装所述盖体线圈的第一安装槽,所述第一安装槽局部位于所述盖牙的垂直投影范围内。
本方案中,盖体线圈支架上的第一安装槽局部位于盖牙的垂直投影范围内,以使盖体线圈安装在第一安装槽内时,盖体线圈局部位于盖牙的垂直投影范围内,以减小盖体部分的径向尺寸,从而提升产品的美观性,并增加产品运输时的装柜数量增加,从而降低产品的运输成本。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述盖体线圈支架上设有用于容纳盖牙的容纳槽,所述容纳槽位于所述第一安装槽上方。
本方案中,盖体线圈支架朝向盖牙的一侧设有容纳槽,盖体线圈支架安装到盖体上时,与盖体线圈支架相对的盖牙位于容纳槽内,以更好地利用空间,使盖体线圈支架更贴近盖体内侧,以使盖体上的第一安装槽局部处于盖牙下方,从而减小产品盖体部分的径向尺寸。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述第一安装槽设置在所述盖体线圈支架的底面上。
本方案中,第一安装槽设置在盖体线圈支架的底面上,使盖体线圈的位置尽可能靠下,这样设计可拉近盖体线圈和锅体线圈的距离,从而提升电能无线传输的效果。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述第一安装槽的开口方向朝下。这样设计方便盖体线圈安装。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述盖体无线传输模块还包括第一安装槽盖,所述第一安装槽盖安装在所述第一安装槽内,并将所述盖体线圈压紧固定在所述第一安装槽内。
本方案中,盖体线圈通过第一安装槽盖压紧固定,这样设计产品的装配操作简单,可提升产品的装配效率。并且,第一安装槽盖将第一安装槽封闭,使盖体线圈不外露,防止用户使用产品时接触到盖体线圈,以避免出现安全问题。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述第一安装槽盖与所述第一安装槽过盈配合,以将所述第一安装槽盖固定在所述第一安装槽内。
本方案中,第一安装槽盖与第一安装槽过盈配合,第一安装槽盖安装到第一安装槽内时,第一安装槽盖的侧壁与第一安装槽的侧壁相互挤压,从而将第一安装槽盖固定,这样设计不需要在第一安装槽盖和第一安装槽上设置额外的固定结构,简化了产品零件结构,降低了零件生产成本。
在上述任一技术方案中,可选地,所述第一安装槽盖和第一安装槽中的一个上设有卡扣、另一个上设有卡槽,所述第一安装槽盖卡接在所述第一安装槽内。
本方案中,第一安装槽盖和第一安装槽上设有相配合的卡接结构,第一安装槽盖卡接在第一安装槽内,这样设计第一安装槽盖安装固定的可靠性高,可防止第一安装槽盖脱落。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述盖体线圈支架和所述第一安装槽盖为塑料件。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述锅体无线传输模块包括:锅体线圈、锅体线圈支架和始终处于压缩状态的弹性件,所述锅体线圈固定安装在锅体线圈支架上,所述锅体线圈支架安装在所述锅体上并能够相对所述锅体上下滑 动,所述弹性件支撑在所述锅体线圈支架的下方并能够推动所述锅体线圈支架相对所述锅体滑动,以使所述盖体与所述锅体扣合时,所述锅体线圈支架的顶面始终与所述盖体无线传输模块的底面抵触。
本方案中,锅体线圈固定安装在锅体线圈支架内,弹性件支撑在锅体线圈支架的下方,使锅体线圈可随锅体线圈支架上下运动。未扣合盖体时,弹性件将盖体线圈支架顶起至可到达的最高位置;为保证开合盖时盖体旋合顺畅,盖体上盖牙和锅体上锅牙在上下方向需设计有一定间隙,扣合盖体但产品未起压时,盖体无线传输模块的底部与锅体线圈支架的顶部抵触,锅体线圈支架被盖体部分下压一定距离,此时锅牙位于盖牙内的顶部,盖牙底部与锅牙底部间存在间隙,此状态下锅体线圈支架顶面与盖体无线传输模块的底面紧密接触,盖体线圈和锅体线圈组成的耦合线圈间距离较小,电能和电信号能通过耦合线圈有效传递;扣合盖体时且产品起压后,锅体内压力迫使盖体部分往上移动了一段距离,使盖牙底部与锅牙底部抵触,盖牙顶部与锅牙顶部间形成间隙,与此同时弹性件将锅体线圈支架顶起,使得锅体线圈支架顶面始终与盖体无线传输模块底面紧密接触,所以产品起压后,耦合线圈仍能和产品起压前一样保持较小的间距,以保证产品在起压后电能和电信号也能通过耦合线圈有效传递。
本方案通过锅体线圈可浮动的设计,减小锅体线圈和盖体线圈的间距,以增强耦合线圈的磁感应强度增强,进而可适当减小线圈的尺寸,达到减小产品径向尺寸的目的,从而可提升产品的美观性,加强产品的市场竞争力,同时提升产品运输时的装柜数量,从而降低产品运输成本。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述锅体线圈支架包括:支架本体和第二安装槽盖,所述支架本体包括顶壁和由所述顶壁边沿向下延伸的侧壁,所述顶壁和所述侧壁间形成第二安装槽,所述锅体线圈安装在所述第二安装槽内,所述第二安装槽盖安装在所述第二安装槽内且位于所述锅体线圈下方,并将所述锅体线圈压紧固定在所述第二安装槽的顶壁上,所述弹性件支撑在所述第二安装槽盖下方。
本方案中,锅体线圈支架包括第二安装槽盖和设有第二安装槽的支架本体,第二安装槽盖将锅体线圈压紧固定在第二安装槽内,这样设计锅体线圈的安装操作简单,可提升产品的装配效率。具体地,第二安装槽盖与第二安装槽 可采用过盈配合,通过挤压固定,也可在第二安装槽盖和第二安装槽上设置相配合的卡接结构。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述锅体上设有用于安装所述支架本体的安装孔,所述安装孔的轴线沿上下方向延伸,所述支架本体的侧壁与所述安装孔滑动配合,且所述支架本体的顶壁伸出所述安装孔,所述支架本体侧壁上设有向外凸出的限位部,所述限位部用于与所述安装孔下表面的边沿抵触配合。
本方案中,支架本体与锅体上的安装孔滑动配合,支架本体的顶壁伸出安装孔,以缩小锅体线圈和盖体线圈的间距,从而提升电能传输效果。支架本体侧壁上设有向外凸出的限位部,限位部用于与安装孔下表面的边沿抵触配合,以限定支架本体可运动到的最高位置。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述锅体上固定安装有固定板,所述固定板位于所述锅体线圈支架的下方,所述弹性件的顶部与所述第二安装槽盖抵触,所述弹性件的底部与所述固定板抵触。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述第二安装槽盖的下表面上设有向下延伸的导向柱,所述固定板上设有导向孔,所述导向柱与所述导向孔滑动配合。
本方案中,第二安装槽盖上的导向柱与固定板上的导向孔滑动配合,以控制安装有锅体线圈的锅体线圈支架的运动方向,保证锅体线圈支架只能上下滑动,而不会产生径向位移。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述弹性件为弹簧,所述弹簧套装在所述导向柱上。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述锅体包括外锅、安装在所述外锅内的内锅和套装在所述外锅的锅口位置的外壳罩,所述外锅上设有所述锅牙,所述外壳罩上设有所述安装孔,所述固定板与所述外壳罩固定连接。
锅体线圈支架和固定板安装在锅体外壳罩上,但外壳罩在注塑时形变量较大,可导致锅体无线传输模块部分零件翘起,在加上安装误差等因素都会对扣合状态下盖体和锅体的间隙造成影响,设计时将盖体和锅体的间隙设计的较小的话,若外壳罩及安装在其上的锅体无线传输模块受外壳罩变形和安装误差的影响而翘起,可能会对盖体扣合造成影响,导致盖体和锅体盖合不严,出现漏 气问题。本方案通过锅体线圈可浮动的设计,在盖体与锅体间隙较大时,也可保证锅体线圈支架的顶部与盖体无线传输模块的底部紧密接触,因此在产品设计时可适当加大盖体与锅体的间隙,避免上述问题发生,从而提升产品的合格率。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述盖体无线传输模块包括盖体线圈支和包含有所述盖体线圈的线圈组件,所述盖体包括锅盖和面盖,所述盖体线圈支架上设有用于安装所述线圈组件的第一安装槽,所述第一安装槽的开口朝向水平方向,所述盖体线圈支架固定安装在所述锅盖和/或所述面盖上,所述面盖将所述锅盖和所述盖体线圈支架罩设在内。
本方案中,盖体线圈支架上第一安装槽的开口水平设置,盖体组装完成后,面盖将盖体线圈支架罩设在内,第一安装槽的开口不处于盖体的外观面上,不会影响盖体表面的完整性,因此可使产品看上去更美观。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述第一安装槽的开口被所述锅盖或所述面盖遮挡。
盖体组装时,先将线圈组件由开口安装到第一安装槽内,然后将锅盖、盖体线圈支架和面盖装配到一起,使锅盖或面盖将第一安装槽的开口遮挡住,防止线圈组件脱落,从而完成线圈组件的安装固定工作,这样设计省去了打螺钉的工序,从而可大幅提升盖体的生产装配效率。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述锅盖包括锅盖顶壁和由所述锅盖顶壁的边沿向下延伸的锅盖侧壁,所述面盖包括面盖顶壁和由所述面盖顶壁的边沿向下延伸的面盖侧壁,所述第一安装槽位于所述面盖侧壁和所述锅盖侧壁之间,所述第一安装槽的开口朝向所述锅盖侧壁,且所述第一安装槽的开口整体或局部被所述锅盖侧壁遮挡。
本方案中,第一安装槽的开口与锅盖侧壁相对,锅盖侧壁将第一安装槽开口完全遮挡或遮挡开口的局部,防止线圈组件脱落,从而完成线圈组件的安装固定工作,这样设计省去了打螺钉的工序,从而可大幅提升盖体的生产装配效率,且第一安装槽的开口朝内,即使锅盖侧壁只遮挡住第一安装槽开口的局部,开口也不易被用户看到,因此可保证盖体的美观性。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述第一安装槽具有与其开口相对的底 壁,所述线圈组件的一端与所述第一安装槽的底壁抵触、另一端与所述锅盖侧壁抵触。
本方案中,锅盖侧壁将线圈组件抵在第一安装槽底壁上,以固定线圈组件,防止线圈组件在第一安装槽内活动,这样可提升盖体和锅体间无线传输的效果,并避免因线圈组件在第一安装槽内活动而产生噪音,并且这样设不需要打螺钉便可将线圈组件固定,从而可大幅提升盖体的生产装配效率。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述锅盖包括锅盖顶壁和由所述锅盖顶壁的边沿向下延伸的锅盖侧壁,所述面盖包括面盖顶壁和由所述面盖顶壁的边沿向下延伸的面盖侧壁,所述第一安装槽位于所述面盖侧壁和所述锅盖侧壁之间,所述第一安装槽的开口朝向所述面盖侧壁,且所述第一安装槽的开口完全被所述面盖侧壁遮挡。
本方案中,第一安装槽朝向面盖侧壁,面盖侧壁将第一安装槽开口完全遮挡住,防止线圈组件脱落,从而完成线圈组件的安装固定工作,这样设计省去了打螺钉的工序,从而可大幅提升盖体的生产装配效率,且第一安装槽开口不外露,不会影响盖体表面的完整性,因此可使产品看上去更美观。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述盖体线圈支架上还设置有电路板容纳腔,所述电路板设置在所述容纳腔内,所述容纳腔位于所述第一安装槽的上方。
为实现盖体部分与锅体部分进行无线传输,盖体部分和锅体部分均需设置线圈组件。为保证两线圈组件间的传输效率,两线圈组件需相距较近,所以盖体部分线圈组件通常水平安装在盖体的底部位置上,因此需要将第一安装槽设置在盖体线圈支架的底部,且第一安装槽在水平方向上的尺寸必须足够大,以保证线圈组件可水平安装在第一安装槽内,本方案在第一安装槽上方设置电路板容纳腔,合理利用了第一安装槽上方的空间,提升了零件安装的空间利用率,从而可达到减小盖体体积的目的。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述盖体还包括内盖,所述盖体线圈支架设置在所述内盖上,所述内盖套装在所述锅盖侧壁的外侧,所述面盖侧壁与 所述内盖连接,且所述面盖将所述内盖罩设在内。在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述盖体线圈支架与所述内盖一体成型。
这样设计减少了盖体部分的零件数量,简化了盖体的装配操作,从而可提升盖体的生产装配效率。
上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述线圈组件的外表面上设置有凸筋,所述第一安装槽内设置有限位筋,所述凸筋与限位筋错位并相互抵靠,以限制所述线圈组件的左右位移。
本方案中,线圈组件的外表面上设置有凸筋,第一安装槽内设置有限位筋,线圈组件安装到第一安装槽内时,凸筋与限位筋配合,对线圈组件构成左右方向上的限位,防止线圈组件在第一安装槽内左右活动,这样可提升盖体和锅体间无线传输的效果,并避免因线圈组件在第一安装槽内活动而产生噪音。
上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述凸筋设置在所述线圈组件的上表面上,所述限位筋设置在所述第一安装槽的顶壁上;或者所述凸筋设置在所述线圈组件的下表面上,所述限位筋设置在所述第一安装槽的底壁上。
上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述凸筋和限位筋均呈长条形,沿所述线圈组件的安装方向延伸。
本方案中,凸筋和限位筋均沿线圈组件的安装方向延伸,安装线圈组件时,凸筋和限位筋配合起到导向作用,使线圈组件更容易装入第一安装槽,这样设计降低线圈组件的安装难度,从而可提升盖体的装配效率。
上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述线圈组件上表面包括相互连接的第一表面和第二表面,所述第一表面低于所述第二表面,所述凸筋设置在所述第一表面上,所述第一表面插入到所述第一安装槽与所述开口相对的底壁上。
具体地,所述分体式烹饪器具为分体式电压力锅或分体式电饭煲。

如图1至图4所示,本发明的实施例提供了一种分体式烹饪器具,包括盖体1和与盖体1配合使用的锅体2,盖体1上安装有盖体无线传输模块和电器件14,锅体2上安装有锅体无线传输模块,盖体1设有盖牙10,锅体2上设有与盖牙10相配合的锅牙,以使盖体1可与锅体2旋转扣合。锅体无线传输模块包括:锅体线圈21和锅体无线传输模块线路板22,锅体线圈21和锅体无线传输模块线路板22通过导线3连接构成闭合电路。盖体无线传输模块包括:盖体线圈11和盖体无线传输模块线路板15,盖体无线传输模块线路板15通过导线3与盖体线圈11以及盖体1上的电器件14连接,构成闭合电路。盖体线圈11与锅体线圈21相对,两线圈根据电磁感应原理利用线圈耦合的方式实现锅体2部分与盖体1部分的电能传递。其中,盖体线圈11局部位于盖牙10的垂直投影范围内。
本方案中,盖体线圈11局部位于盖牙10下方,处于盖牙10的垂直投影范围内,使盖体线圈11的位置尽可能靠内,从而在保留产品现有功能的前提 下减小盖体1部分的径向尺寸,提升产品的美观性,增强产品的市场竞争力,同时,盖体1部分径向尺寸减小可使运输时产品装柜数量增加,从而降低产品的运输成本。

本方案中,盖体线圈支架12上的第一安装槽121局部位于盖牙10的垂直投影范围内,以使盖体线圈11安装在第一安装槽121内时,盖体线圈11局部位于盖牙10的垂直投影范围内,以减小盖体1部分的径向尺寸,从而提升产品的美观性,并增加产品运输时的装柜数量增加,从而降低产品的运输成本。
如图3和图4所示,在上述技术方案中,优选地,盖体线圈支架12上设有用于容纳盖牙10的容纳槽122,容纳槽122位于第一安装槽121上方。
本方案中,盖体线圈支架12朝向盖牙10的一侧设有容纳槽122,盖体线圈支架12安装到盖体1上时,与盖体线圈支架12相对的盖牙10位于容纳槽122内,以更好地利用空间,使盖体线圈支架12更贴近盖体1内侧,以使盖体1上的第一安装槽121局部处于盖牙10下方,从而减小产品盖体1部分的径向尺寸。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,第一安装槽121设置在盖体线圈支架12的底面上。

在本发明的一个实施例中,如图5至图12所示,分体式烹饪器具包括盖体1和与所述盖体1配合使用的锅体2,所述盖体1上安装有盖体1无线传输模块,所述锅体2上安装有锅体2无线传输模块,所述盖体1设有盖牙10,锅体2上设有与所述盖牙10相配合的锅牙280,以使盖体1可与锅体2旋转扣合。锅体无线传输模块包括:锅体线圈21和锅体无线传输模块线路板22,锅体线圈21和锅体无线传输模块线路板22通过导线3连接构成闭合电路。盖体无线传输模块包括:盖体线圈11和盖体无线传输模块线路板15,盖体无线传输模块线路板15通过导线3与盖体线圈11以及盖体1上的电器件14连接,构成闭合电路。盖体线圈11与锅体线圈21相对,两线圈根据电磁感应原理利用线圈耦合的方式实现锅体2部分与盖体1部分的电能传递。其中,锅体2无线传输模块还包括:锅体线圈支架和始终处于压缩状态的弹性件26, 锅体线圈21固定安装在锅体线圈支架上,锅体线圈支架安装在锅体2上并能够相对锅体2上下滑动,弹性件26支撑在锅体线圈支架的下方并能够推动锅体线圈支架相对锅体2滑动,以使盖体1与锅体2扣合时,锅体线圈支架的顶面始终与盖体1无线传输模块的底面抵触。
本方案中,锅体线圈21固定安装在锅体线圈支架内,弹性件26支撑在锅体线圈支架的下方,使锅体线圈21可随锅体线圈支架上下运动。未扣合盖体1时,弹性件26将盖体线圈支架12顶起至可到达的最高位置;为保证开合盖时盖体1旋合顺畅,盖体1上盖牙10和锅体2上锅牙280在上下方向需设计有一定间隙,扣合盖体1但产品未起压时,盖体1无线传输模块的底部与锅体线圈支架的顶部抵触,锅体线圈支架被盖体1部分下压一定距离,此时锅牙280位于盖牙10内的顶部,盖牙10底部与锅牙280底部间存在间隙,此状态下锅体线圈支架顶面与盖体1无线传输模块的底面紧密接触,盖体线圈11和锅体线圈21组成的耦合线圈间距离较小,电能和电信号能通过耦合线圈有效传递;扣合盖体1时且产品起压后,锅体2内压力迫使盖体1部分往上移动了一段距离,使盖牙10底部与锅牙280底部抵触,盖牙10顶部与锅牙280顶部间形成间隙,与此同时弹性件26将锅体线圈支架顶起,使得锅体线圈支架顶面始终与盖体1无线传输模块底面紧密接触,所以产品起压后,耦合线圈仍能和产品起压前一样保持较小的间距,以保证产品在起压后电能和电信号也能通过耦合线圈有效传递。
本方案通过锅体线圈21可浮动的设计,减小锅体线圈21和盖体线圈11的间距,以增强耦合线圈的磁感应强度增强,进而可适当减小线圈的尺寸,达到减小产品径向尺寸的目的,从而可提升产品的美观性,加强产品的市场竞争力,同时提升产品运输时的装柜数量,从而降低产品运输成本。
具体地,锅体线圈支架包括:支架本体24和第二安装槽盖25,支架本体24包括顶壁241和由顶壁241边沿向下延伸的侧壁242,顶壁241和侧壁242间形成第二安装槽243,锅体线圈21安装在第二安装槽243内,第二安装槽盖25安装在第二安装槽243内且位于锅体线圈21下方,并将锅体线圈21压紧固定在第二安装槽243的顶壁241上,弹性件26支撑在第二安装槽盖25下方。锅体2上设有用于安装支架本体24的安装孔231,安装孔231的轴线 沿上下方向延伸,支架本体24的侧壁242与安装孔231滑动配合,且支架本体24的顶壁241伸出安装孔231,支架本体24侧壁242上设有向外凸出的限位部2421,限位部2421用于与安装孔231下表面的边沿抵触配合。锅体2上固定安装有固定板27,固定板27位于锅体线圈支架的下方,弹性件26的顶部与第二安装槽盖25抵触,弹性件26的底部与固定板27抵触。盖体1无线传输模块还包括:盖体线圈支架12和第一安装槽盖13,盖体线圈支架12固定安装在盖体1上,盖体线圈支架12的底面上设有第一安装槽121,盖体线圈11固定安装在第一安装槽121内。第一安装槽盖13固定安装在第一安装槽121内,并将盖体线圈11压紧固定在第一安装槽121的顶面上。
未扣合盖体1时,弹性件26将支架本体24顶起,支架本体24上的限位部2421与锅体2安装孔231下表面的边缘抵触,使支架本体24到达最高位置;为保证开合盖时盖体1旋合顺畅,盖体1上盖牙10和锅体2上锅牙280在上下方向需设计有一定间隙,扣合盖体1但产品未起压时,如图7所示,支架本体24的顶面与第一安装槽盖13的底面抵触,支架本体24被盖体1部分下压一定距离,使支架本体24的限位部2421与安装孔231的下表面形成间隙D2,此时锅牙280位于盖牙10内的顶部,盖牙10底部与锅牙280底部间存在间隙D1,该状态下支架本体24顶面与盖体1无线传输模块的底面紧密接触,盖体线圈11和锅体线圈21组成的耦合线圈间距离较小,电能和电信号能通过耦合线圈有效传递;扣合盖体1时且产品起压后,如图8所示,锅体2内压力迫使盖体1部分往上移动,使锅牙280底部与盖牙10底部抵触(即原底部间隙D1=0),盖牙10顶部与锅牙280顶部间形成间隙,与此同时弹性件26将支架本体24顶起,使得支架本体24顶面始终与第一安装槽盖13底面紧密接触,所以产品起压后,耦合线圈仍能和产品起压前一样保持较小的间距,以保证产品在起压后电能和电信号也能通过耦合线圈有效传递。
在本实施例中,优选地,第二安装槽盖25的下表面上设有向下延伸的导向柱251,固定板27上设有导向孔,导向柱251与导向孔滑动配合。
本方案中,第二安装槽盖25上的导向柱251与固定板27上的导向孔滑动配合,以控制安装有锅体线圈21的锅体线圈支架的运动方向,保证锅体线圈支架只能上下滑动,而不会产生径向位移。
在本实施例中,优选地,弹性件26为弹簧,弹簧套装在导向柱251上。
如图9所示,在本实施例中,优选地,锅体2包括外锅28、安装在外锅28内的内锅29和套装在外锅28的锅口位置的外壳罩23,外锅28上设有锅牙280,外壳罩23上设有安装孔231,固定板27与外壳罩23固定连接。
锅体线圈支架和固定板27安装在锅体2外壳罩23上,但外壳罩23在注塑时形变量较大,可导致锅体2无线传输模块部分零件翘起,在加上安装误差等因素都会对扣合状态下盖体1和锅体2的间隙造成影响,设计时将盖体1和锅体2的间隙设计的较小的话,若外壳罩23及安装在其上的锅体2无线传输模块受外壳罩23变形和安装误差的影响而翘起,可能会对盖体1扣合造成影响,导致盖体1和锅体2盖合不严,出现漏气问题。本方案通过锅体线圈21可浮动的设计,在盖体1与锅体2间隙较大时,也可保证锅体线圈支架的顶部与盖体1无线传输模块的底部紧密接触,因此在产品设计时可适当加大盖体1与锅体2的间隙,避免上述问题发生,从而提升产品的合格率。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,分体式烹饪器具的盖体上设有盖体无线传输模块,盖体无线传输模块包括盖体线圈支架和包含有盖体线圈的线圈组件,盖体包括锅盖、和面盖,盖体线圈支架上设有用于安装线圈组件的第一安装槽,第一安装槽的开口朝向水平方向,盖体线圈支架固定安装在锅盖和/或面盖上,面盖将锅盖和盖体线圈支架罩设在内。
本方案中,盖体线圈支架上第一安装槽的开口水平设置,盖体组装完成后,面盖将盖体线圈支架罩设在内,第一安装槽的开口不处于盖体的外观面上,不会影响盖体表面的完整性,因此可使产品看上去更美观。
其中,优选地,所述第一安装槽的开口被所述锅盖或所述面盖遮挡。
盖体组装时,先将线圈组件由开口安装到第一安装槽内,然后将锅盖、盖体线圈支架和面盖装配到一起,使锅盖或面盖将第一安装槽的开口遮挡住,防止线圈组件脱落,从而完成线圈组件的安装固定工作,这样设计省去了打螺钉的工序,从而可大幅提升盖体的生产装配效率。
具体实施例一:
如图13至图17所示,分体式烹饪器具的盖体包括:锅盖6和面盖7,锅盖6包括锅盖6顶壁和由锅盖6顶壁的边沿向下延伸的锅盖6侧壁,面盖7 包括面盖7顶壁和由面盖7顶壁的边沿向下延伸的面盖7侧壁,盖体线圈支架12固定安装在锅盖1和/或面盖7上,面盖7将锅盖6和盖体线圈支架12罩设在内,盖体线圈支架12上设有用于安装线圈组件4的第一安装槽121,第一安装槽121位于面盖7侧壁和锅盖6侧壁之间,第一安装槽121的开口朝向锅盖6侧壁,且第一安装槽121的开口整体或局部被锅盖6侧壁遮挡。
本方案中,第一安装槽121的开口与锅盖1侧壁相对,锅盖6侧壁将第一安装槽121开口完全遮挡或遮挡开口的局部,防止线圈组件4脱落,从而完成线圈组件4的安装固定工作,由于第一安装槽121的开口朝内,即使锅盖6侧壁只遮挡住第一安装槽121开口的局部,开口也不易被用户看到,因此可保证盖体的美观性。
其中,第一安装槽121的长度、宽度和高度分别与线圈组件4的长度、宽度和高度适配,第一安装槽121具有与其开口相对的底壁,线圈组件4的一端与第一安装槽121的底壁抵触、另一端与锅盖6侧壁抵触。
本方案中,第一安装槽121的尺寸与线圈组件4适配,且锅盖6侧壁将线圈组件4抵在第一安装槽121底壁上,以防止线圈组件4在第一安装槽121内活动,这样可提升盖体和锅体间无线传输的效果,并避免因线圈组件4在第一安装槽121内活动而产生噪音,并且这样设不需要打螺钉便可将线圈组件4有效固定,从而可大幅提升盖体的生产装配效率。
在上述实施例中,盖体线圈支架12上还设置有电路板容纳腔123,电路板设置在容纳腔123内,容纳腔123位于第一安装槽121的上方。
为实现盖体部分与锅体部分进行无线传输,盖体部分和锅体部分均需设置线圈组件。为保证两线圈组件间的传输效率,两线圈组件需相距较近,所以盖体部分线圈组件4通常水平安装在盖体的底部位置上,因此需要将第一安装槽121设置在盖体线圈支架12的底部,且第一安装槽121在水平方向上的尺寸必须足够大,以保证线圈组件4可水平安装在第一安装槽121内,本方案在第一安装槽121上方设置电路板容纳腔123,合理利用了第一安装槽121上方的空间,提升了零件安装的空间利用率,从而可达到减小盖体体积的目的。
具体实施例二:
如图18至图24所示,分体式烹饪器具的盖体包括:锅盖6、内盖5和面盖7,内盖5上设有盖体线圈支架12,盖体线圈支架12上设有用于安装线圈组件4的第一安装槽121,锅盖6包括锅盖6顶壁和由锅盖6顶壁的边沿向下延伸的锅盖6侧壁,面盖7包括面盖7顶壁和由面盖7顶壁的边沿向下延伸的面盖7侧壁,内盖5套装在锅盖6侧壁上,面盖7将内盖5和锅盖6罩设在内,第一安装槽121位于面盖7侧壁和锅盖6侧壁之间,第一安装槽121的开口朝向面盖7侧壁,且第一安装槽121的开口完全被面盖7侧壁遮挡。
本方案中,第一安装槽121的开口朝向面盖7侧壁,面盖7侧壁将第一安装槽121开口完全遮挡住,防止线圈组件4脱落,从而完成线圈组件4的安装固定工作,由于第一安装槽121开口不外露,不会影响盖体表面的完整性,因此可使产品看上去更美观。

在上述实施例中,凸筋41设置在线圈组件4的上表面上,限位筋1211设置在第一安装槽121的顶壁上;或者凸筋41设置在线圈组件4的下表面上,限位筋1211设置在第一安装槽121的底壁上。
在上述实施例中,凸筋41和限位筋1211均呈长条形,沿线圈组件4的安装方向延伸。
本方案中,凸筋41和限位筋1211均沿线圈组件4的安装方向延伸,安装线圈组件4时,凸筋41和限位筋1211配合起到导向作用,使线圈组件4更容易装入第一安装槽121,这样设计降低线圈组件4的安装难度,从而可提升盖体的装配效率。
在上述实施例中,线圈组件4上表面包括相互连接的第一表面42和第二表面43,第一表面42低于第二表面43,凸筋41设置在第一表面42上,第一表面42插入到第一安装槽121的与开口相对的底壁上。

Claims (29)

  1. 一种分体式烹饪器具,包括盖体和与所述盖体配合使用的锅体,所述盖体上安装有盖体无线传输模块,所述锅体上安装有锅体无线传输模块,所述盖体设有盖牙,所述锅体上设有与所述盖牙相配合的锅牙,所述盖体无线传输模块包括盖体线圈,其特征在于,
    所述盖体线圈局部位于所述盖牙的垂直投影范围内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的分体式烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述盖体无线传输模块还包括盖体线圈支架,所述盖体线圈支架固定安装在所述盖体上,所述盖体线圈支架上设有用于安装所述盖体线圈的第一安装槽,所述第一安装槽局部位于所述盖牙的垂直投影范围内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的分体式烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述盖体线圈支架上设有用于容纳盖牙的容纳槽,所述容纳槽位于所述第一安装槽上方。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的分体式烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述第一安装槽设置在所述盖体线圈支架的底面上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的分体式烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述第一安装槽的开口方向朝下。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的分体式烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述盖体无线传输模块还包括第一安装槽盖,所述第一安装槽盖安装在所述第一安装槽内,并将所述盖体线圈压紧固定在所述第一安装槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的分体式烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述第一安装槽盖与所述第一安装槽过盈配合,以将所述第一安装槽盖固定在所述第一安装槽内。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的分体式烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述第一安装槽盖和第一安装槽中的一个上设有卡扣、另一个上设有卡槽,所述第一安装槽盖卡接在所述第一安装槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的分体式烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述盖体线圈支架和所述第一安装槽盖为塑料件。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的分体式烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述锅体无线传输模块包括:锅体线圈、锅体线圈支架和始终处于压缩状态的弹性件,所述锅体线圈固定安装在锅体线圈支架上,所述锅体线圈支架安装在所述锅体上并能够相对所述锅体上下滑动,所述弹性件支撑在所述锅体线圈支架的下方并能够推动所述锅体线圈支架相对所述锅体滑动,以使所述盖体与所述锅体扣合时,所述锅体线圈支架的顶面始终与所述盖体无线传输模块的底面抵触。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的分体式烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述锅体线圈支架包括:支架本体和第二安装槽盖,所述支架本体包括顶壁和由所述顶壁边沿向下延伸的侧壁,所述顶壁和所述侧壁间形成第二安装槽,所述锅体线圈安装在所述第二安装槽内,所述第二安装槽盖安装在所述第二安装槽内且位于所述锅体线圈下方,并将所述锅体线圈压紧固定在所述第二安装槽的顶壁上,所述弹性件支撑在所述第二安装槽盖下方。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的分体式烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述锅体上设有用于安装所述支架本体的安装孔,所述安装孔的轴线沿上下方向延伸,所述支架本体的侧壁与所述安装孔滑动配合,且所述支架本体的顶壁伸出所述安装孔,所述支架本体侧壁上设有向外凸出的限位部,所述限位部用于与所述安装孔下表面的边沿抵触配合。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的分体式烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述锅体上固定安装有固定板,所述固定板位于所述锅体线圈支架的下方,所述弹性件的顶部与所述第二安装槽盖抵触,所述弹性件的底部与所述固定板抵触。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的分体式烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述第二安装槽盖的下表面上设有向下延伸的导向柱,所述固定板上设有导向孔,所述导向柱与所述导向孔滑动配合。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的分体式烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述弹性件为弹簧,所述弹簧套装在所述导向柱上。
  16. 根据权利要求13至15中任一项所述的分体式烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述锅体包括外锅、安装在所述外锅内的内锅和套装在所述外锅的锅口位置的外壳罩,所述外锅上设有所述锅牙,所述外壳罩上设有所述安装孔,所述固定板与所述外壳罩固定连接。
  17. 根据权利要求1至16中任一项所述的分体式烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述盖体无线传输模块包括盖体线圈支架和包含有所述盖体线圈的线圈组件,所述盖体包括锅盖和面盖,所述盖体线圈支架上设有用于安装所述线圈组件的第一安装槽,所述第一安装槽的开口朝向水平方向,所述盖体线圈支架固定安装在所述锅盖和/或所述面盖上,所述面盖将所述锅盖和所述盖体线圈支架罩设在内。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的分体式烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述第一安装槽的开口被所述锅盖或所述面盖遮挡。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的分体式烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述锅盖包括锅盖顶壁和由所述锅盖顶壁的边沿向下延伸的锅盖侧壁,所述面盖包括面盖顶壁和由所述面盖顶壁的边沿向下延伸的面盖侧壁,所述第一安装槽位于所述面盖侧壁和所述锅盖侧壁之间,所述第一安装槽的开口朝向所述锅盖侧壁,且所述第一安装槽的开口整体或局部被所述锅盖侧壁遮挡。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的分体式烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述第一安装槽具有与其开口相对的底壁,所述线圈组件的一端与所述第一安装槽的底壁抵触、另一端与所述锅盖侧壁抵触。
  21. 根据权利要求17所述的分体式烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述锅盖包括锅盖顶壁和由所述锅盖顶壁的边沿向下延伸的锅盖侧壁,所述面盖包括面盖顶壁和由所述面盖顶壁的边沿向下延伸的面盖侧壁,所述第一安装槽位于所述面盖侧壁和所述锅盖侧壁之间,所述第一安装槽的开口朝向所述面盖侧壁,且所述第一安装槽的开口完全被所述面盖侧壁遮挡。
  22. 根据权利要求17至21中任一项所述的分体式烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述盖体线圈支架上还设置有电路板容纳腔,所述电路板设置在所述容纳腔内,所述容纳腔位于所述第一安装槽的上方。
  23. 根据权利要求19至21中任一项所述的分体式烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述盖体还包括内盖,所述盖体线圈支架设置在所述内盖上,所述内盖套装在所述锅盖侧壁的外侧,所述面盖侧壁与所述内盖连接,且所述面盖将所述内盖罩设在内。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的分体式烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述盖体线圈支架与所述内盖一体成型。
  25. 根据权利要求17所述的分体式烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述线圈组件的外表面上设置有凸筋,所述第一安装槽内设置有限位筋,所述凸筋与限位筋错位并相互抵靠,以限制所述线圈组件的左右位移。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的分体式烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述凸筋设置在所述线圈组件的上表面上,所述限位筋设置在所述第一安装槽的顶壁上;或者所述凸筋设置在所述线圈组件的下表面上,所述限位筋设置在所述第一安装槽的底壁上。
  27. 根据权利要求25所述的分体式烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述凸筋和限位筋均呈长条形,沿所述线圈组件的安装方向延伸。
  28. 根据权利要求25所述的分体式烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述线圈组件上表面包括相互连接的第一表面和第二表面,所述第一表面低于所述第二表面,所述凸筋设置在所述第一表面上,所述第一表面插入到所述第一安装槽与所述开口相对的底壁上。
  29. 根据权利要求1至28中任一项所述的分体式烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述分体式烹饪器具为分体式电压力锅或分体式电饭煲。
