本实用新型涉及贴膜领域,尤其涉及一种贴膜固定座。
贴膜是常用的电子产品的屏幕的保护结构,贴膜可以有效的防止屏幕的划伤,甚至在磕碰或摔落的过程中,也能对屏幕起到有效的保护作用。
然而,现在技术中缺乏对贴膜的有效保护的手段或装置。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种贴膜固定座,用以解决现有技术中的问题。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型实施例提供了一种贴膜固定座,其包括主体,主体上设置有被构造成与贴膜的结构相匹配且能够用于与贴膜相贴合的承载面。主体上还设置有被构造成用于分离贴膜与承载面的分离件。承载面上设置有被构造成用于对贴膜进行定位的定位件。
在上述实施例中,可选地:承载面为平面或设置有弧度的曲面。

贴膜固定座结构简单,使用方便。同时,利用分离件可以快速的实现贴膜与承载面之间的分离工作。

实施例1
参阅图1和图2,在本实施例中,提出一种贴膜固定座100。通过将贴膜固定于贴膜固定座100上,以对贴膜进行保护。贴膜固定座100包括有主体1000,其中,主体1000上设置有承载面1100。承载面1100与贴膜的结构相匹配,承载面1100用于与贴膜相贴合,达到保护贴膜的作用。
贴膜比较脆弱,尤其是玻璃类的贴膜。当贴膜受到弯曲、挤压、磕碰时,容易受损,出现变形或者破裂,这会导致贴膜无法使用,造成不必要的浪费和损失。贴膜固定座100作为贴膜的载体,能有效地缓解外力,并防止贴膜发生变形,继而对贴膜实现可靠的保护。
贴膜贴合于贴膜固定座100上后,贴膜与承载面1100之间有一定的吸附力;同时,由于承载面1100的结构是依据贴膜的结构而进行设置的,所以贴膜与承载面1100贴合之后,两者之间几乎没有缝隙,这使得在大气压的作用下,贴膜与承载面1100之间贴合更加牢靠。虽然这对贴膜本身,起到了良好的保护效果,但也会造成贴膜不易于从贴膜固定座100上分离的结果。
当需要使用贴膜时,应当将贴膜从贴膜固定座100上分离。为快速、便捷且无损的完成贴膜与承载面1100之间的分离工作,在主体1000上设置有分离件。通过使用分离件实
现贴膜与承载面1100之间的分离。
因为贴膜需要贴合于承载面1100上,同时,承载面1100的结构与贴膜相匹配。所以贴膜与承载面1100之间所贴合的位置发生偏差时,就可能会出现贴膜与承载面1100之间贴合不牢的情况,继而影响到对贴膜的保护。
为保证贴膜在承载面1100上所贴合的位置的准确性,在承载面1100上设置有定位件1200,利用定位件1200对贴膜进行定位。同时,由于定位件1200的存在,也可以快速的完成贴膜与承载面1100之间的贴合工作。
市面上的电子产品种类繁多,包括有手机、电视、电脑等,在本实施例中,可以以手机为例。
时代在不断发展,科学技术也不断在进步,手机屏幕的结构也发生着改变。曲面的手机屏幕便是在手机市场快速发展过程中,为突破传统平面屏而产生的新产品,给用户带来了新的使用体验。目前市场上,手机的屏幕存在有平面结构和曲面结构之分,所以针对于不同的手机,采用的贴膜也有所不同。
为此,承载面1100为匹配不同的贴膜,设置成对应的结构。针对平面屏的贴膜,承载面1100设置为平面;针对曲面屏的贴膜,承载面1100设置为有弧度的曲面。
手机的屏幕上一般都设置有前置摄像头及光线传感器。为不干扰前置摄像头和光线传感器的工作,贴膜在与前置摄像头和光线传感器所对应的位置上设置有通孔。
本实施例中所提出的定位件1200便于与贴膜上的通孔相对应。定位件1200凸出于承载面1100之上,定位件1200穿过通孔,利用通孔与定位件1200之间的配合,完成贴膜的定位工作。
其中,定位件1200设置呈柱状结构。定位件1200的横截面的面积应小于通孔的面积,如此才便于定位件1200穿过通孔。针对不同的贴膜,定位件1200的形状与尺寸可以根据实际情况进行设定。
在本实施例中,定位件1200的横截面可以设置呈圆形。在其他具体实施例中,定位件1200的横截面还可以设置呈椭圆形。
在本实施例中,贴膜固定座100可以选择使用塑料制成。塑料制品的价格低廉,易于成型。
目前,塑料制品厂应用较多的树脂有聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯、ABS、和聚氨酯等。用这些原料制成的各种塑料制品,其性能特点综合起来有这样几点:价格便宜;制品成型容易;塑料制品体轻;耐腐蚀性好。
塑料及其制成品的种类很多。按塑料制品的用途分类,可分为通用塑料、工程塑料、耐高温塑料和特殊用途塑料。这里可以选用通用塑料。
塑料制品成型工艺有很多,注塑成型、吹塑成型、压制成型、真空成型、挤压成型、压延成型、浇注成型。具体会根据需要成品的外形、加工的原料等选择成型工艺。
本实施例中的贴膜固定座100可以选用注塑成型的工艺制成。
塑料制品注塑成型生产特点:能在较短时间内一次性在注塑模具中成型,生产工艺简单,效率也比较高。注塑成型可以一次成型外形比较复杂的零件,而且尺寸还比较精确。
根据贴膜固定座100的形状和尺寸,制作好模具。准备好原料,在注塑设备中成型,经过后续热处理等工序,贴膜固定座100便制作完成。
在其他具体实施例中,还可以根据实际情况,选择其他材料制成贴膜固定座100。
其中,当贴膜固定座100的承载面1100需要设置为有弧度的曲面时,贴膜固定座100可以采用热弯成型的工艺制成。
如图3所示,主体1000的与其承载面1100相对的表面设置有内凹结构1300。为提高贴膜固定座100的强度,在内凹结构1300中设置有支撑肋组1310。
其中,支撑肋组1310包括第一支撑肋1311和第二支撑肋1312,第一支撑肋1311与第二支撑肋1312交叉设置。具体的,在本实施例中,第一支撑肋1311与第二支撑肋1312之间采用垂直交叉设置。在其他具体实施例中,第一支撑肋1311与第二支撑肋1312之间的夹角可以根据需要进行调整。可选地,支撑肋组1310的外端面与主体1000的与其承载面1100相对的表面相平齐。该处所说的支撑肋组1310的外端面指支撑肋组1310远离承载面1100的端面。该处的平齐可方便本实施例中的贴膜固定座100的平放。
第一支撑肋1311沿贴膜固定座100的长度方向设置,第二支撑肋1312沿贴膜固定座100的宽度方向设置。
在本实施例中,第二支撑肋1312可以设置有多根,相邻第二支撑肋1312之间的间距
可以根据需要进行设置。具体的,多根第二支撑肋1312之间可以采用相互平行且等间距的形式进行设置。
为使贴膜与承载面1100分离,在本实施例中,分离件可以选择为螺栓1411。相应的,主体1000上设置有螺纹孔1412,螺栓1411与螺纹孔1412相匹配,使得螺栓1411可以旋合入螺纹孔1412中。螺纹孔1412的位置可设置成多种形式,可选地,设置于定位件1200附件,并与定位件1200在主体1000的宽度方向上相互间隔,以使在分别贴膜时施加贴膜合适的作用力。可选地,螺纹1412孔与定位件1200之间的连线与主体1000的宽度方向之间的夹角小于30°。该处所说的主体1000的宽度方向指的是其短边的方向。
其中,螺纹孔1412贯穿承载面1100。可以设置螺栓1411及螺纹孔1412的螺纹方向,使得螺栓1411从承载面1100的背面旋合进入螺纹孔1412中。通过不断加大螺栓1411在螺纹孔1412中的旋合深度,使螺栓1411穿过承载面1100,继而将承载面1100上的贴膜顶起,实现贴膜与承载面1100的分离。
实施例2
参阅图4,在本实施例中,提出一种贴膜固定座100,包括主体1000。其中,主体1000上设置有与贴膜的结构相匹配且与贴膜相贴合的承载面1100。
主体1000上还设置有用于使贴膜与承载面1100相分离的分离件。承载面1100上设置有用于对贴膜进行定位的定位件1200。
在本实施例中,分离件选择为柔性片1421。为安装柔性片1421,在承载面1100上设置有凹槽1422,柔性片1421设置于凹槽1422内。
柔性片1421具有柔性结构的片状物体。柔性片1421在受力后,可以发生变形,当外力撤除时,柔性片1421可以恢复原状。通过外力使柔性片1421发生变形,使得柔性片1421可以凸起于凹槽1422之上并与贴膜相接触,继而带动贴膜运动,使得贴膜与承载面1100分离。
实施例3
参阅图5,在本实施例中,提出一种贴膜固定座100,包括主体1000。其中,主体1000上设置有与贴膜的结构相匹配且与贴膜相贴合的承载面1100。
主体1000上还设置有用于使贴膜与承载面1100相分离的分离件。承载面1100上设置有用于对贴膜进行定位的定位件1200。
在本实施例中,分离件选择为刚性环1430,刚性环1430固定于主体1000的侧边上。当需要将贴膜与承载面1100进行分离时,通过外力作用于刚性环1430上,使主体1000发生弯曲变形,继而完成贴膜与承载面1100之间的分离工作。
本领域技术人员可以理解附图只是一个优选实施场景的示意图,附图中的模块并不一定是实施本实用新型所必须的。
本领域技术人员可以理解实施场景中的装置中的模块可以按照实施场景描述进行分布于实施场景的装置中,也可以进行相应变化位于不同于本实施场景的一个或多个装置中。上述实施场景的模块可以合并为一个模块,也可以进一步拆分成多个子模块。
上述本实用新型序号仅仅为了描述,不代表实施场景的优劣。
以上公开的仅为本实用新型的几个具体实施场景,但是,本实用新型并非局限于此,任何本领域的技术人员能思之的变化都应落入本实用新型的保护范围。
本发明实施例提供一种贴膜固定座,包括主体,主体上设置有被构造成与贴膜的结构相匹配且能够用于与贴膜相贴合的承载面。主体上还设置有被构造成用于分离贴膜与承载面的分离件。承载面上设置有被构造成用于对贴膜进行定位的定位件。通过以上结构的设计,使得贴膜可以贴合于贴膜固定座的承载面上,利用承载面对贴膜进行保护,避免贴膜在运输中受到外力的影响,杜绝了贴膜出现变形或破损的情况。贴膜固定座结构简单,使用方便。同时,利用分离件可以快速的实现贴膜与承载面之间的分离工作,适用于工业实用。
Claims (16)
- 一种贴膜固定座,其特征在于,包括主体,所述主体上设置有被构造成与贴膜的结构相匹配且能够用于与所述贴膜相贴合的承载面;所述主体上还设置有被构造成用于分离所述贴膜与所述承载面的分离件;所述承载面上设置有被构造成用于对所述贴膜进行定位的定位件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的贴膜固定座,其特征在于,所述承载面为平面或设置有弧度的曲面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的贴膜固定座,其特征在于,所述定位件凸出于所述承载面之上。
- 根据权利要求3所述的贴膜固定座,其特征在于,所述定位件呈柱状结构。
- 根据权利要求4所述的贴膜固定座,其特征在于,所述定位件的横截面呈圆形或椭圆形。
- 根据权利要求1所述的贴膜固定座,其特征在于,所述主体的与其承载面相对的表面设置有内凹结构。
- 根据权利要求6所述的贴膜固定座,其特征在于,所述内凹结构中设置有用于提高所述贴膜固定座强度的支撑肋组。
- 根据权利要求7所述的贴膜固定座,其特征在于,所述支撑肋组包括第一支撑肋和第二支撑肋;所述第一支撑肋与所述第二支撑肋交叉设置。
- 根据权利要求8所述的贴膜固定座,其特征在于,所述第一支撑肋与所述第二支撑肋垂直相交。
- 根据权利要求7所述的贴膜固定座,其特征在于,所述支撑肋组的外端面与所述主体的与其承载面相对的表面相平齐。
- 根据权利要求1所述的贴膜固定座,其特征在于,所述主体上设置有螺纹孔;所述螺纹孔贯穿所述承载面;所述分离件为螺栓;所述螺栓与所述螺纹孔相匹配。
- 根据权利要求11所述的贴膜固定座,其特征在于,所述螺纹孔设置于所述定位件附近,并与所述定位件在所述主体的宽度方向上相互间隔。
- 根据权利要求12所述的贴膜固定座,其特征在于,所述螺纹孔设置于所述定位件附近,并与所述定位件在所述主体的宽度方向上相互间隔。
- 根据权利要求13所述的贴膜固定座,其特征在于,所述螺纹孔设置于所述定位件附近,且所述螺纹孔与所述定位件之间的连线与所述主体的宽度方向之间的夹角小于30°。
- 根据权利要求1所述的贴膜固定座,其特征在于,所述承载面上设置有凹槽;所述分离件为柔性片;所述柔性片设置于所述凹槽内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的贴膜固定座,其特征在于,所述分离件为刚性环,所述刚性环被构造成固定于主体的侧边并能够在外力的作用下带动所述主体发生远离贴膜的形变。
