Abstract

This is a product pertaining to the health sector. The present subject matter relates to a device to facilitate the collection of faeces and urine for carrying out laboratory tests. In order to make the collection of faeces more comfortable and practical, a disposable product has been developed, which is hygienic and easy to use, and which allows the toilet bowl itself to be used when collecting the faeces. The device isolates the biological sample from contact with the toilet bowl and seat, preventing the content from becoming contaminated. Formed of a malleable sheet, made of plastic or similar material, preferably disposable, the device is placed on the toilet seat, attached using the adhesive sides of said device, and can be easily adjusted to the toilet bowl.

"DISPOSABLE DEVICE FOR AID IN FLOOR AND URINE COLLECTION"

1. The present object is a device to assist in the collection of feces and urine for laboratory tests. In order to make stool collection more comfortable and practical, a disposable, hygienic and easy-to-use product has been developed that makes it possible to use the toilet itself at the time of collection. The device isolates the biological sample from contact with the vessel and seat, preventing the contents from being contaminated. Formed by a pliable layer, developed of plastic or similar material, preferably disposable, the device is placed on the seat of the vessel and fixed through its adhesive sides.

2. The gift is intended to provide a more comfortable and hygienic way to collect feces and urine for laboratory tests. This way you just have to sit down, do the necessities, remove the desired amount for the exam (which will be supported by the device), using a spatula / pipette and pot appropriate for collection and storage, then discarding the remainder into the vessel, removing the device and disposing of it in conventional waste.
