Description

Sunshade structure
The present invention relates to a sunshade structure.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is a sunshade structure that is provided on the passenger compartment side of a door window frame for a vehicle rear seat and has a sheet-like shade for blocking the sunlight from the door window (Patent Document 1).
The conventional shade is developed in a tilted state along a door window that is tilted so that the upper part is closer to the vehicle compartment. Moreover, the main body case that accommodates the winding shaft for winding the shade in the conventional sunshade structure has a slit through which the shade is inserted. The slit is opened directly above the winding shaft in consideration of the appearance from the passenger compartment side.
Then, the user pulls out the shade wound on the winding shaft, and the shade is developed along the door window by locking the end portion of the shade to the locking portion provided on the upper portion of the door window frame. The shade from the door window can be blocked, and when the lock is released, the shade is wound up by the winding shaft.
Here, in the conventional sunshade structure, when the shade is pulled out from the slit and when it is wound up, the main body case has an end portion between the shade and the door trim so that the shade does not slide and come into direct contact with the door trim. A portion extending in the vertical direction is required so as to be interposed.
For this reason, when the main body case is manufactured by extrusion molding, the upper end of the main body case becomes linear, and the upper end of the door trim has to be linear in order to improve the appearance, and the degree of freedom in design is not high. . Further, since the main body case requires a portion extending in the vertical direction, there is room for improvement in manufacturing cost.

FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along arrow A in FIG. 1A in a state where the screen 3 is pulled out and developed.
3 is a cross-sectional view taken along arrow A in FIG. 1A in a state in which the screen 3 is wound and stored.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the sunshade structure 100 is applied to the door window W.
The sunshade structure 100 is provided inside a door (vehicle body) 10 below the door window W, and includes a winding cylinder 2 housed in the case 1, a screen 3 that can be wound around the winding cylinder 2, and a screen 3. The end portion 3e is provided with a locking portion 20 that can be freely engaged with and disengaged from the locking position P in the upper portion of the door window W. In addition, the latching | locking part 20 may be provided in the window frame which the door 10 has, for example, may be provided in the vicinity of the door window W in the ceiling which is a part of vehicle body.
The door 10 has a vehicle body slit 10 s through which the screen 3 is inserted between an end portion 11 e outside the vehicle in the door trim 11 and an end portion 12 e on the door panel 12 on the passenger compartment side.
The take-up cylinder 2 is rotatably supported with respect to the case 1 and fixes one end of the sheet-like screen 3. The take-up cylinder 2 is urged by a torsion spring (not shown) or the like in the direction of taking up the screen 3. Therefore, when the winding cylinder 2 is rotated in the winding direction (clockwise) from the state shown in FIG. 2, the screen 3 is wound around the winding cylinder 2. On the contrary, when the take-up cylinder 2 is rotated in the pull-out direction (counterclockwise) from the state shown in FIG. 3, the screen 3 is drawn out from the take-up cylinder 2.
The screen 3 blocks light that enters from the outside of the vehicle toward the passenger compartment, and has a predetermined light shielding property.
One end of the screen 3 is fixed to the take-up cylinder 2, and an end 3 e that is the other end is removably locked to a locking portion 20 in the upper part of the door window W.
Since the screen 3 is repeatedly wound up and pulled out by the winding cylinder 2, it has a predetermined flexibility and durability.
Then, the screen 3 is unfolded so as to cover the door window W as shown in FIG.
The case 1 is made of aluminum having a uniform cross-section manufactured by extrusion molding, is generally cylindrical, and is provided inside the door 10 in a posture in which the longitudinal direction of the vehicle is the longitudinal direction.
The case 1 has a case slit 1s that extends in the vehicle front-rear direction and allows the screen 3 to enter and exit.
As shown in FIG. 2, the case 1 connects the contact position C and the locking position P of the screen 3 to the winding cylinder 2 in a state where the end 3 e of the screen 3 is locked to the locking part 20. A sliding contact portion 1 f that deflects the screen 3 is provided outside the imaginary line L. Thereby, even if a user pulls out the edge part 3e of the screen 3 toward the latching | locking part 20, the screen 3 does not touch the edge part 11e in the door trim 11 which is the vehicle interior side of the vehicle body slit 10s, and is smooth. You can go in and out of the car body slit 10s.
Therefore, in order to protect the end portion 11e of the door trim 11 as in the prior art, it is not necessary to extend a part of the case 1 to the vehicle body slit 10s, and the end portion 11e of the door trim 11 is linearly matched to the shape of the case 1. Since there is no design restriction such as making the shape, the degree of freedom in design can be increased and the manufacturing cost of the case 1 can be reduced. Furthermore, since the width of the vehicle body slit 10s can be a dimension having a slight margin with respect to the thickness of the screen 3, the overall dimension of the door 10 can be made compact, and the appearance is good.
Further, the imaginary line L intersects the door trim 11 at the vehicle side edge of the vehicle body slit 10s. That is, as shown in FIG. 2, the end portion 11 e of the door trim 11 exists on the vehicle outer side from the virtual line L. Thus, by setting the position of the end portion 11e of the door trim 11, even if the occupant looks in the vicinity of the vehicle body slit 10s, the interior is not conspicuous through the vehicle body slit 10s, so that the appearance is good.
The screen 3 is tilted along the tilt of the door window W in the unfolded state, and the vehicle body slit 10 s is positioned immediately above the winding cylinder 2. That is, the vehicle body slit 10 s is open toward the top, not in the direction of the locking portion 20 with respect to the winding cylinder 2.
Thus, even if the screen 3 is inclined toward the vehicle compartment side along the inclination of the door window W, the vehicle body slit 10s is positioned directly above the take-up cylinder 2, so that the vehicle body slit 10s faces the vehicle compartment side. However, even if the occupant looks in the vicinity of the vehicle body slit 10s, the interior is not conspicuous through the vehicle body slit 10s, so that the appearance is good.
The case 1 has a cylindrical portion provided with a case slit 1s through which the screen 3 is inserted. Further, the sliding contact portion 1f is provided at an edge of the case slit 1s on the passenger compartment side. Thereby, since it can be set as the sliding contact part 1f using a part of case 1, it is easy to extrude and the manufacturing cost of the case 1 can be reduced. In addition, in order to reduce the frictional resistance with the screen 3, the surface of the sliding contact portion 1f may be curved or polished.
The case slit 1s is provided below the vehicle body slit 10s.
As a result, the case 1 including the case slit 1s is disposed below the vehicle body slit 10s, so that it cannot be seen from the passenger through the vehicle body slit 10s. Therefore, since the case 1 is not exposed to the passenger compartment side, surface coating for improving the aesthetic appearance can be omitted, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
The door (vehicle body) 10 includes a door trim 11 having a laminated structure including a base material 13 and a skin 14 covering the base material 13 on the passenger compartment side.
The upper end 11 e of the door trim 11 constitutes a part of the vehicle body slit 10 s, and the skin 14 is bent back so as to cover the end of the base material 13. As a result, since the skin 14 is exposed at the end portion 11e constituting a part of the vehicle body slit 10s, the vehicle body slit 10s is not conspicuous, and the appearance near the vehicle body slit 10s is further improved.
Further, the upper end portion 11e of the door trim 11 is formed in a non-linear shape. Thereby, in order to obtain the effect of reducing the manufacturing cost, even if the case slit 1s is linear, it is not necessary to make the end portion 11e linear in accordance with it, and the degree of freedom in design can be increased.
The preferred embodiment of the present invention has been described in detail above, but the sunshade structure 100 according to the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and within the scope of the gist of the present invention described in the claims. Various modifications and changes are possible.
According to the present invention, the sunshade structure 100 is provided inside the door (vehicle body) 10 below the door window W, and the take-up cylinder 2 accommodated in the case 1 and the screen that can be taken up by the take-up cylinder 2 are provided. 3, and an engaging portion 20 that allows the end portion 3 e of the screen 3 to be engaged with and disengaged from the engaging position P in the upper part of the door window W. And the case 1 has a vehicle more than the imaginary line L connecting the contact position C of the screen 3 to the take-up cylinder 2 and the locking position P in a state where the end 3e of the screen 3 is locked to the locking part 20. Since the sliding contact portion 1f for deflecting the screen 3 is provided on the outer side, the screen 3 slides on the door trim 11 while bringing the vehicle body slit 10s as far as possible from the occupant's line of sight. Can not to be inconspicuously in the vicinity of the vehicle body slit 10s. Therefore, the freedom degree of the design of the waistline part of the door 10 can be raised, and the manufacturing cost of the case 1 can be reduced.
