Claims (12)
- 一种压缩机用电机定子,其特征在于,包括:定子铁芯,所述定子铁芯具有多个沿其周向间隔设置的定子齿,相邻两个所述定子齿限定出定子槽;定子绕组,所述定子绕组绕设在所述定子齿且包括多个线圈组,每个所述线圈组具有至少两个接头;用于连接外电路和所述定子绕组的引出线,所述引出线包括多根且每根所述引出线与至少两个不同线圈组的接头连接,其中,搭载所述电机的端子间的额定电压为Un,所述定子铁芯的最大外径为Dmax,所述定子铁芯的轴向长度为L,Un/(Dmax2×L)≤0.3V/cm3。
- 根据权利要求1所述的压缩机用电机定子,其特征在于,所述线圈组的数量与所述引出线的数量相等。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的压缩机用电机定子,其特征在于,所述定子绕组包括第一线圈组、第二线圈组和第三线圈组,所述引出线包括三根。
- 根据权利要求3所述的压缩机用电机定子,其特征在于,每个所述线圈组具有2n个所述接头,其中,n是正整数,第一个引出线与所述第一线圈组的n个接头、所述第二线圈组的n个接头连接,第二个引出线与所述第一线圈组的另n个接头、所述第三线圈组的n个接头连接,第三个引出线与所述第二线圈组的另n个接头、所述第三线圈组的另n个接头连接。
- 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的压缩机用电机定子,其特征在于,所述定子绕组为集中式绕组或分布式绕组。
- 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的压缩机用电机定子,其特征在于,所述定子绕组采用无中性点的连接方式。
- 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的压缩机用电机定子,其特征在于,所述引出线通过接线盒或导电插片与外电路连接。
- 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的压缩机用电机定子,其特征在于,所述定子槽的数量为3的倍数。
- 一种永磁电机,其特征在于,包括:转子和根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的压缩机用电机定子。
- 根据权利要求9所述的永磁电机,其特征在于,所述转子包括:转子铁芯,所述转子铁芯具有多个磁铁槽;多个永磁体,所述多个永磁体分别设在多个所述磁铁槽内,所述转子的极对数为P,所述定子槽的数量为Z,且满足关系式:Z/P=3/2k,其中,k为正整数。
- 根据权利要求9或10所述的永磁电机,其特征在于,所述永磁电机由变频器供电。
- 一种压缩机,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求9-11中任一项所述的永磁电机。
