一种灯型红外辐射器 技术领域
本发明涉及红外辐射器技术领域,更具体的是涉及一种灯型红外辐射器。
背景技术
红外辐射技术是以极强的远红外辐射对织物烘燥,完全避免传统燃气、燃油、电加热“传导”、“对流”的导流方式存在的大量能量损失。广泛应用于工业及民用的加热、干燥、取暖、理疗等,目前市场上的红外辐射器一般都是紧固于产品内部,其安装不很方便,维护困难。
技术问题
本发明的目的就是为了解决现有技术之不足而提供的一种不仅结构简单,安全可靠,而且拆装维护方便的灯型红外辐射器。
技术解决方案
本发明是采用如下技术解决方案来实现上述目的:一种灯型红外辐射器,其特征在于,它包括防护罩壳、连接灯头、红外辐射器,连接灯头包括螺旋瓷头与螺旋灯头,螺旋瓷头装入螺旋灯头,红外辐射器设置在防护罩壳内,并固定在螺旋瓷头上。
作为上述方案的进一步说明,螺旋瓷头与螺旋灯头的结合部设有相应的螺纹,螺旋瓷头的下部设置为宽于螺旋灯头的肩部,肩部设有螺丝孔,螺旋瓷头的腰部设有导线孔,内置硅胶防水套。
所述红外辐射器包括电热管支臂架、电热管固定架、电热管,防护罩壳包括上防护罩、下防护网,电热管固定架臂固定在下防护网上,电热管固定架固定在电热管固定架臂上,电热管装在电热管固定架中,上防护罩、下防护网由螺丝锁定。
上防护罩采用网罩的形式,或是设置为反射罩形式。
一种灯型红外辐射器,其特征在于,它包括防护罩壳、连接灯头、红外辐射器、对流气道套、LED发光组件和主控制器,主控制器连接控制红外辐射器、LED发光组件,红外辐射器、对流气道套、LED发光组件和主控制器分别设置在防护罩壳内,所述对流气道套的外侧设置有隔热层,隔热层外设有反射层,红外辐射器设置在反射层外侧;对流气道套活动安装有向对流气道套内部延伸的定位套座;对流气道套设置有对流出气孔,定位套座设置有与对流出气孔对应的对流进气孔,形成气流通道。
进一步地,对流气道套的一端与连接灯头连接,另一端设置有开口,定位套座活动安装于开口上。
进一步地,对流气道套的开口向外延伸形成翻边,包裹固定隔热层、反射层;翻边设有螺丝孔,便于与定位套座固定。
进一步地,对流气道套外套设隔热层,隔热层外套反射层,对流气道套的一端设置有螺丝孔,便于与连接灯头固定。
进一步地,定位套座的上部固定有与主控制器对应的电路控制板,定位套座的底部设置有LED发光组件的安装位。
进一步地,所述LED发光组件包括LED灯板及其上设置的LED灯,LED灯外安装透光灯罩,透光灯罩外套设有透光灯罩压板,通过螺丝将透光灯罩压板锁定在对流气道套上。
有益效果
本发明采用上述技术解决方案所能达到的有益效果是:
本发明采用以连接灯头的方式将红外辐射器与产品的支架连接,使用本红外辐射器其方便如换灯泡一般;并且,采用悬挂式提高了产品使用安全性;采用红外辐射器、LED分别控制,功能任你选择;采用防水密封方式,居室、浴室、室外、露天均可安全使用。

本发明的最佳实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本技术方案作详细的描述。
如图1所示,本发明是一种灯型红外辐射器,包括防护罩壳1、主控制器、连接灯头2、红外辐射器3、LED发光组件4,连接灯头2与防护罩壳1连接固定,主控制器、红外辐射器3和LED发光组件4分别设置在防护罩壳1内,使得整个产品方便如灯泡一般拆装更换。红外辐射器3包括电热管支臂架3-1、电热管固定架3-2、电热管3-3,防护罩壳1包括上防护罩1-1、下防护网1-2,电热管固定架臂3-1固定在下防护网1-2上,电热管固定架固定在电热管固定架臂上,电热管3-3装在电热管固定架中,上防护罩、下防护网由螺丝锁定。电热管为碳纤维电热管或卤素电热管。本实施例中,上防护罩采用网罩的形式。但是,它也可以根据需要设置为反射罩形式,如图2。
所述连接灯头2连接有对流气道套5,对流气道套5的外侧设置有隔热层6,隔热层外设有反射层7,红外辐射器3设置在反射层7外侧,使得红外辐射器工作时产生的热量难以通过反射层和隔热层,进入对流气道套,使得对流气道套内形成相对低温安全空间,便于安装主控制器、LED发光组件等元器件。对流气道套5的一端与连接灯头2连接,另一端设置有开口5-1,开口上活动安装有向对流气道套内部延伸的定位套座8。本实施例中,定位套座8为耐温塑料套座,定位套座内设有限温熔断器9。对流气道套设置有对流出气孔5-2,定位套座设置有与对流出气孔对应的对流进气孔8-1,形成气流通道。
进一步地,对流气道套外套设隔热层6,隔热层外套反射层7,对流气道套的一端设置有螺丝孔5-3,便于与连接灯头固定;对流气道套的开口向外延伸形成翻边5-4,包裹固定隔热层、反射层;翻边设有螺丝孔5-5,便于与定位套座固定。定位套座的上部固定有与主控制器对应的电路控制板12,定位套座的底部设置有LED发光组件的安装位。电路控制板可以根据需要更改为机械式拉线开关。
进一步地,所述LED发光组件4包括LED灯板4-1及其上设置的LED灯4-2,LED灯外安装透光灯罩4-3,透光灯罩外套设有透光灯罩压板10,通过螺丝将透光灯罩压板、定位套座锁定在对流气道套上。连接灯头2包括螺旋瓷头2-1与螺旋灯头2-2,螺旋瓷头与螺旋灯头的结合部设有与相应的螺纹,螺旋瓷头的下部设置为宽于螺旋灯头的肩部2-11,肩部设有螺丝孔2-12便于与防护罩壳、对流气道套锁定,螺旋瓷头的腰部设有导线孔,内置硅胶防水套11。
值得注意的是,本技术方案中,还可以根据需要将发光部件及其控制部件删除,包括LED发光组件、主控制器、对流气道套5、隔热层6、反射层7,使产品的功能仅限于向外辐射发热。
本发明与现有技术相比,采用以连接灯头的方式将红外辐射器与产品的支架连接,使用本红外辐射器其方便如换灯泡一般;并且,采用悬挂式提高了产品使用安全性;另一方面,本技术方案中,还采用红外辐射器、LED分别控制,功能任意选择;采用防水密封方式,居室、浴室、室外、露天均可安全使用。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种灯型红外辐射器,其特征在于,它包括防护罩壳、连接灯头、红外辐射器,连接灯头包括螺旋瓷头与螺旋灯头,螺旋瓷头装入螺旋灯头,红外辐射器设置在防护罩壳内,并固定在螺旋瓷头上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种灯型红外辐射器,其特征在于,螺旋瓷头与螺旋灯头的结合部设有相应的螺纹,螺旋瓷头的下部设置为宽于螺旋灯头的肩部,肩部设有螺丝孔,螺旋瓷头的腰部设有导线孔,内置硅胶防水套。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种灯型红外辐射器,其特征在于,所述红外辐射器包括电热管支臂架、电热管固定架、电热管,防护罩壳包括上防护罩、下防护网,电热管固定架臂固定在下防护网上,电热管固定架固定在电热管固定架臂上,电热管装在电热管固定架中,上防护罩、下防护网由螺丝锁定。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种灯型红外辐射器,其特征在于,上防护罩采用网罩的形式,或是设置为反射罩形式。
  5. 一种灯型红外辐射器,其特征在于,它包括防护罩壳、连接灯头、红外辐射器、对流气道套、LED发光组件和主控制器,主控制器连接控制红外辐射器、LED发光组件,红外辐射器、对流气道套、LED发光组件和主控制器分别设置在防护罩壳内,所述对流气道套的外侧设置有隔热层,隔热层外设有反射层,红外辐射器设置在反射层外侧;对流气道套活动安装有向对流气道套内部延伸的定位套座;对流气道套设置有对流出气孔,定位套座设置有与对流出气孔对应的对流进气孔,形成气流通道。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种灯型红外辐射器,其特征在于,对流气道套的一端与连接灯头连接,另一端设置有开口,定位套座活动安装于开口上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种灯型红外辐射器,其特征在于,对流气道套的开口向外延伸形成翻边,包裹固定隔热层、反射层;翻边设有螺丝孔,便于与定位套座固定。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的一种灯型红外辐射器,其特征在于,对流气道套外套设隔热层,隔热层外套反射层,对流气道套的一端设置有螺丝孔,便于与连接灯头固定。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的一种灯型红外辐射器,其特征在于,定位套座的上部固定有与主控制器对应的电路控制板,定位套座的底部设置有LED发光组件的安装位。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的一种灯型红外辐射器,其特征在于,所述LED发光组件包括LED灯板及其上设置的LED灯,LED灯外安装透光灯罩,透光灯罩外套设有透光灯罩压板,通过螺丝将透光灯罩压板锁定在对流气道套上;连接灯头包括螺旋瓷头与螺旋灯头,螺旋瓷头装入螺旋灯头,红外辐射器、对流气道套、LED发光组件分别固定在螺旋瓷头上。
