综上所述,急需设计一种即方便消费者安装,又便于厂家生产、提高成品率的衣帽架。

该立杆1的顶部、中部和底部分别开设有若干组的安装槽组14。该立杆1的顶部及中部的安装槽组14用来安装衣帽挂钩2,该立杆1的底部的安装槽组14用来安装支脚3。每一部位的安装槽组14均在同一个水平面内,且沿该立杆1的轴线呈放射性分布,其中,该立杆1的顶部及中部均布设有4组安装槽组14,该立杆1的底部布设有3组安装槽组14,从而实现该立杆1的顶部及中部分别可安装4个衣帽挂钩2、底部可安装3个支脚3。
如图2所示,每个安装槽组14均包括2个安装槽15,实际实施过程中,也可由单个安装槽15作为1个安装槽组14,但采用单个安装槽15固定衣帽挂钩2或支脚3时,易导致摇摆不稳;亦可采用更多个安装槽15作为1个安装槽组14,如采用3个安装槽15作为1个安装槽组14,过多安装槽15组合可提高衣帽挂钩2或支脚3的安装稳固度,但同时也会带来一定的对接安装难度。2个安装槽15的连成的轴线与立杆1的轴线平行,且2个安装槽15之间的间距为5-20cm,间距过短同样会导致安装稳固度欠佳,间距过大则会导致配套的卡接块4过长,影响产品的美观。
如图3所示,安装槽15开设在立杆1的壁面上,形成一窗口形状,每个安装槽15包括进入部16及卡紧部17,两者贯通为一体。其中,进入部16的截面宽度要大于卡紧部17的截面宽度。
如图4和5所示,卡接块4上设有2个T型凸起的卡接头41,卡接头41具有相对较大的截面宽度的端部42和相对较小的截面宽度的颈部43。其中,端部42的投影面积要小于对应的安装槽15的进入部16的投影面积,且端部42能够完全伸入安装槽15的进入部16内,并向卡紧部17方向移动,使颈部43正好卡入卡紧部17内,从而使卡接头41卡紧在安装槽15内。
为便于制造,卡接块4单独生产,并采用螺钉固定在衣帽挂钩2或支脚3的相应位置,形成为一体。当使用时,由于立杆1上预先开设了安装槽15,将衣帽挂钩2上的卡接块4的上下2个卡接头41同时对准立杆1上相应安装槽组14的2个安装槽15的进入部16,使卡接头41的端部42进入到对应的进入部16内,将衣帽挂钩2沿着立杆1滑动,进一步使卡接头41的颈部43进入到安装槽15的卡紧部17内,从而完成衣帽挂钩2的安装。同样的方式可以安装支脚3。

  7. 如权利要求5所述的衣帽架,其特征在于,该立杆的下端部开设有 与该些支脚一一对应的第三安装槽组,该些第三安装槽组处于同一高度平面内且沿该立杆呈放射性分布,每一第三安装槽组中的安装槽的进入部位于该安装槽的卡紧部的下方。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的衣帽架,其特征在于,该卡接块上固定有2个T型卡接头,该2个T型卡接头之间的间距等于对应的安装槽组的2个安装槽之间的间距,每一T型卡接头卡接于对应的安装槽内。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的衣帽架,其特征在于,该T型卡接头包括相对较大截面宽度的端部和相对较小截面宽度的颈部,该端部的截面宽度小于对应的安装槽的进入部的截面宽度,该端部的截面宽度大于对应的安装槽的卡紧部的截面宽度,该颈部的截面宽度等于对应的安装槽的卡紧部的截面宽度,该端部的截面宽度大于对应的安装槽的卡紧部的截面宽度。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的衣帽架,其特征在于,该颈部上设有弹性锁紧凸起,对应的安装槽的卡紧部上设有相应的锁紧凹陷,该颈部卡入对应的卡紧部,该弹性锁紧凸起卡入相应的锁紧凹陷内。
