可移动油漆房 技术领域
本发明涉及一种油漆房,具体涉及一种可移动油漆房,属于油漆喷涂设备技术领域。
背景技术
随着我国经济的迅速发展,人民群众的收入水平不断提高,以及汽车价格的不断降低。我国私人汽车拥有量不断增加,1995年,私人汽车拥有量为249.96万辆,到2014年末,这个数字达到了12339.3万辆,增加了43倍还要多。越来越多的私家车保有量,对汽车后市场的发展也起到积极的提振作用。路上的车多了,汽车在行驶间的碰擦自然也变多了。各式各样的汽车修理店、美容店也随之而生。汽车补漆作为一项最基本的汽车维修项目,在汽修店的营业额中占有大的比例。汽车补漆最重要的问题就是如何快速的烘干漆面,并且保证在烘干过程中没有灰尘、砂砾等杂质吸附于油漆表面。现有的油漆房工作时间比较长,效率低,并且现在的油漆房不能移动,只能在室内工作,长期在室内空气环境比较差,因此,迫切的需要一种新的方案解决该技术问题。
发明内容
本发明正是针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,提供一种可移动油漆房,整个技术方案结构紧凑、成本较低,节能环保,该技术方案不仅加热快,温度恒定,而且密封性好,在烘烤过程中,不易对漆面产生污染,且可在室内室外进行自由移动,当天气晴好时,可使用太阳 光直接进行温室内空气加热,既环保节能,又减少了生产成本。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下,一种可移动油漆房,所述油漆房包括加热房主体构件、加热房控制器、移动构件和厂房,所述加热房主体构件、加热房控制器设置在钢结构厂房内,所述加热房主体构件包括房体支撑部件、加热送风部件和照明部件;所述加热送风部件设置在房体支撑部件顶部;所述照明部件设置在房体支撑部件侧面,所述移动构件包括移动基座、导轨、滚轮和地基;所述移动基座下部设有滚轮;所述滚轮设置在导轨上;所述导轨铺设在预先打好的地基上。该设计结构简单清晰,各组件之间紧密联系又不相互影响,不仅使用寿命长还便于生产和安装,该技术方案将加热房放置在可移动的基座上,工作时可进行室内室外两种作业模式的选择。当阴雨或降雪时,加热房在室内进行工作,此时通过空气加热器工作所产生的热风来提升和稳定加热房的温度。当天晴好时,将加热房开至室外,太阳光通过加热房棚顶的高透钢化玻璃直接照射在所需烘烤物体表面。这种方式不但升温迅速,而且生产所需能耗降低,整个过程节能环保,利于推广。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述房体支撑部件包括隔热墙体、高透钢化玻璃和房顶支撑钢架;所述房顶支撑钢架位于隔热墙体上方;所述高透钢化玻璃固定在房顶支撑钢架上,所述房顶支撑钢架上设置有排风扇。本方案采用高透钢化玻璃作为顶棚建筑材料,在室外工作时,不仅采光好,且太阳能的采集效率高,升温迅速,可以大幅提高烘烤效率。

作为本发明的一种改进,所述送风管道选用耐热橡胶管。采用耐热橡胶管作为送风管道的制作材料,是因为加热器工作时产生的温度非常高,如果采用一般的橡胶管会加速其老化的过程,严重的甚至会产生脱胶现象,从而造成重大的安全事故。采用耐热橡胶管可以较好的避免上述现象的发生,而且耐热橡胶管的使用寿命长,不易脱落等特点也非常适合用于送风管道的制作。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述照明组件包括灯箱支撑架和LED照明灯;所述灯箱支撑架将LED照明灯固定在隔热墙体上。所述加热房控制器通过计算机控制空气加热器所产生热风温度。加热房控制器通过计算机控制空气加热器所产生热风的温度,采用计算机进行温度控制,可以使加热过程中所需的温度准确且恒定,优化漆面在烘干过程中的凝固反应,使凝固后的漆面可以长时间保持崭新的状态,美化喷漆的效果。
