根据本申请实施例的电子设备,通过在出音孔内穿设带有通孔的紧固件,且使通孔沿出音孔的延伸方向贯通紧固件,由此,音频信号不但可以通过通孔传递至外部,而且紧固件还可以从壳体上拆卸下来,在通孔堵塞或是损坏时,可以对紧固件上的通孔进行清理或是更换紧固件,从而可以解决由于出音孔的堵塞所导致的体验性差、出音量小或无法使用的情况,进而提高了电子设备的使用性能。

如图1-图2所示,根据本申请实施例的电子设备1的外壳组件2,包括壳体20和紧固件30。壳体20上可以设有出音孔21,紧固件30可以穿设在出音孔21内,紧固件30与壳体20可拆卸地连接。紧固件30上可以设有通孔310,通孔310沿出音孔21的延伸方向贯通紧固件30。可以理解的是,通过在紧固件30上设置通孔310,音频信号可以通过通孔310传出至壳体20的外部,这里的“外部”可以理解为广义的外部,其可以指外部空间,也可以指与壳体20连接的外接设备。
根据本申请实施例的电子设备1的外壳组件2,通过在出音孔21内穿设带有通孔310的紧固件30,且使通孔310沿出音孔21的延伸方向贯通紧固件30,由此,音频信号不但可以通过通孔310传递至外部,而且紧固件30还可以从壳体20上拆卸下来,在通孔310堵塞或是损坏时,可以对紧固件30上的通孔310进行清理或是更换紧固件30,从而可以解决由于出音孔21的堵塞所导致的电子设备1体验性差、出音量小或无法使用的情况,进而提高了电子设备1的使用性能。
需要说明的是,对于出音孔21位于壳体20上的位置不作具体限定,例如,在本申请的一些实施例中,出音孔21可以设置在壳体20的端面,如壳体20的底部、顶部或是侧面。在本申请的一些实施例中,紧固件30上可以设有十字、丁字或是其它形状的凹槽,从而可以通过螺丝刀方便地将紧固件30从壳体20上拆卸下来或是安装在壳体20上。
进一步地,通孔的一端320可以设有圆滑过渡面,从而可以使得出音孔21内的音频信号尽可能多地穿过通孔310。更进一步地,通孔的另一端330可以设有圆滑过渡面,从而可以使得通孔310内的音频信号尽可能多地回到出音孔21。
如图1-图2所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,电子设备1的外壳组件2还可以包括套件40,套件40可以外套在紧固件30上,套件40与紧固件30可拆卸地连接。套件40可以设在出音孔21内,套件40可以与壳体20连接。可以理解的是,套件40可以穿设在出音孔21内并与壳体20连接,紧固件30可以穿设在套件40内,紧固件30也可以从套件40上拆卸下来。由此,紧固件30可以通过套件40连接到壳体20上且 相对于壳体20可拆卸。
如图1-图2所示,在本申请的一些实施例中,套件40可以为热熔螺母,热熔螺母可以通过热熔或超音波的方式快速埋入或压入出音孔21内,与壳体20实现过盈配合,且壳体20不易变形、爆裂,且可以与壳体20精密结合,扭拉力极强。热熔螺母可以圆头导引,其具有定位效果佳、不易歪斜的优点。
如图1-图2所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,紧固件30与壳体20可以是螺纹连接。螺纹连接具有结构简单、连接可靠、装拆方便等优点,可以实现紧固件30与壳体20的可拆卸连接。根据本申请的一些实施例,紧固件30与壳体20可以是卡接,例如,壳体20上靠近出音孔21的位置处可以设有卡接凹槽,紧固件30上可以设有卡接凸起,卡接凸起可以限定在卡接凹槽中。
进一步地,如图1-图2所示,紧固件30可以为螺钉,从而可以将紧固件30通过渐进式的方式连接到壳体20上,定位效果佳、不易歪斜,且螺钉的生产成本低、且能够较易地实现拆卸。根据本申请的再一些实施例,通孔310可以为一个或间隔开的多个,从而可以将音频信号从出音孔的一端210传输到出音孔的另一端220。
如图1-图2所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,通孔310可以为圆孔,且通孔310的直径可以为0.5-0.9mm,即圆孔左右方向上的长度可以为0.5-0.9mm,出声孔的面积对声音影响很大,能够影响高频的截止频率及中低频的灵敏度,出音孔21设置过大(例如,直径大于0.9mm)时会造成高频噪音过多,出音孔21设置过小(例如,直径小于0.5mm)会导致声音低弱,影响电子设备1的出音效果。在本申请的一个示例中,通孔310的直径可以为0.8mm,可以较好地实现音频信号的传送。经过试验验证,当通孔310的直径为0.8mm时,电子设备1的出音量较大,出音效果好。
根据本申请的一些实施例,出音孔21可以为沿直线延伸的直线型孔,直线型孔可以方便紧固件30穿设,直线型孔还可以减少音频信号的传输阻力、减小噪音、提升音量及音质,能够较好地实现音频信号的传送。进一步地,出音孔21可以是圆柱形。
如图1-图2所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,在出音孔21的延伸方向上,出音孔21包括至少一个拐角。进一步地,出音孔21可以包括第一段230与第二段240,第一段230的一端的端部开口位于壳体20上,第一段230的另一端与第二段240的一端连通,第二段240的另一端与MIC50连接,且第一段230的延伸方向与第二段240的延伸方向不同,例如,如图1-图2所示,第一段230的延伸方向与第二段240的延伸方向垂直。由此,便于在电子设备1上布置出音设备,进而便于设置出音孔21。
需要说明的是,对于第一段230与第二段240的连通方式不作具体限定,例如,如图1-图2所示,第一段230靠近第二段240的一端呈三角锥状,且第一段230上呈 三角锥状的部分伸入第二段240,从而可以实现第一段230与第二段240连通。
如图1-图2所示,在本申请的一些示例中,第一段230的延伸方向可以与壳体20上设有出音孔21的边缘垂直,从而可以方便出音孔21的设计与成型,也方便音频信号的传输。在本申请的一些示例中,第一段230的延伸方向可以与壳体20上设有出音孔21的边缘的夹角可以为锐角或钝角,从而可以在一定程度上减少灰尘的通过。
如图1-图2所示,在本申请的一些实施例中,出音孔21还包括第三段250,第三段250位于第一段230远离第二段240的一侧,第三段250与第一段230连接且连通,第三段250的延伸方向与第一段230的延伸方向相同。第三段250的孔径大于第一段230的孔径。由此,声音信号可以较多地传入第三段250,通过设置第一段230,第一段230可以减缓声音信号穿过出音孔21的速率,从而可以有效地改善声音信号在拐角处形成噪音。
根据本申请实施例的电子设备1,包括如上任一项的电子设备1的外壳组件2。
作为在此使用的电子设备1(或称为终端)包括,但不限于被设置成经由有线线路连接(如经由公共交换电话网络(PSTN)、数字用户线路(DSL)、数字电缆、直接电缆连接,以及/或另一数据连接/网络)和/或经由(例如,针对蜂窝网络、无线局域网(WLAN)、诸如DVB-H网络的数字电视网络、卫星网络、AM-FM广播发送器,以及/或另一电子设备的)无线接口接收/发送通信信号的装置。被设置成通过无线接口通信的电子设备可以被称为“无线电子设备”、“无线终端”以及/或“移动终端”。移动终端的示例包括,但不限于卫星或蜂窝电话;可以组合蜂窝无线电电话与数据处理、传真以及数据通信能力的个人通信系统(PCS)终端;可以包括无线电电话、寻呼机、因特网/内联网接入、Web浏览器、记事簿、日历以及/或全球定位系统(GPS)接收器的PDA;以及常规膝上型和/或掌上型接收器或包括无线电电话收发器的其它电子装置。
根据本申请实施例的电子设备1,通过在出音孔21内穿设带有通孔310的紧固件30,且使通孔310沿出音孔21的延伸方向贯通紧固件30,由此,音频信号不但可以通过通孔310传递至外部,而且紧固件30还可以从壳体20上拆卸下来,在通孔310堵塞或是损坏时,可以对紧固件30上的通孔310进行清理或是更换紧固件30,从而可以解决由于出音孔21的堵塞所导致的电子设备1体验性差、出音量小或无法使用的情况,进而提高了电子设备1的使用性能。
根据本申请的一个实施例,如图1-图2所示,电子设备1还可以包括MIC50、PCB线路板70和密封泡棉80。MIC50、PCB线路板70和密封泡棉80均可以设在壳体20内,MIC50与PCB线路板70可以电连接。密封泡棉80可以设在MIC50与出音孔21之间,可以用于阻隔出音孔21中的灰尘进入MIC50。
下面参考图1-图3详细描述根据本申请的电子设备1。值得理解的是,下述描述仅是示例性说明,而不是对本申请的具体限制。
在本申请实施例中,该电子设备1可以是各种能够从外部获取数据并对该数据进行处理的设备,或者,该电子设备1可以是各种内置有电池,并能够从外部获取电流对该电池进行充电的设备,例如,手机、平板电脑、计算设备或信息显示设备等。
以手机为例对本申请所适用的电子设备1进行介绍。在本申请实施例中,手机可以包括射频电路、存储器、输入单元、无线保真(WiFi,wireless fidelity)模块、显示单元120、传感器、处理器、投影单元、拍摄单元130、外壳组件2、MIC50、PCB线路板70和密封泡棉80等。
具体而言,如图1-图2所示,外壳组件2包括壳体20、热熔螺母和紧固件30。壳体20上可以设有圆柱形的出音孔21,出音孔21可以设置在壳体20的底部。出音孔21可以包括第一段230与第二段240,第一段230的一端的端部开口位于壳体20上,第一段230的另一端与第二段240的一端连通,第二段240的另一端与MIC50连接,且第一段230的延伸方向与第二段240的延伸方向垂直。由此,便于在电子设备上布置出音设备,进而便于设置出音孔。
如图1-图2所示,第一段230靠近第二段240的一端呈三角锥状,且第一段230上呈三角锥状的部分伸入第二段240,从而可以实现第一段230与第二段240连通。一段230的延伸方向可以与壳体20上设有出音孔21的边缘垂直,从而可以方便出音孔21的设计与成型,也方便音频信号的传输。
如图1-图2所示,MIC50、PCB线路板70和密封泡棉80均可以设在壳体20内,MIC50与PCB线路板70可以电连接。密封泡棉80可以设在MIC50与出音孔21之间,可以用于阻隔出音孔21中的灰尘进入MIC50。
如图1-图2所示,热熔螺母可以设在出音孔21内,热熔螺母可以与壳体20连接。紧固件30可以穿设在热熔螺母内,热熔螺母与紧固件30螺纹连接。紧固件30上可以设有直径为0.8mm的圆孔,圆孔的两端均与出音孔21连通,圆孔的直径可以小于出音孔21的直径。紧固件30上可以设有十字形凹槽,从而可以通过螺丝刀方便地将紧固件30从壳体20上拆卸下来或是安装在壳体20上。
射频电路可用于在收发信息或通话过程中,信号的接收和发送,特别地,将基站的下行信息接收后,给处理器处理;另外,将手机上行的数据发送给基站。通常,射频电路包括但不限于天线、至少一个放大器、收发信机、耦合器、低噪声放大器、双工器等。此外,射频电路还可以通过无线通信与网络和其他设备通信。上述无线通信可以使用任一通信标准或协议,包括但不限于全球移动通讯系统(GSM,Global System for Mobile  communication)、通用分组无线服务(GPRS,General Packet Radio Service)、码分多址(CDMA,Code Division Multiple Access)、宽带码分多址(WCDMA,Wideband Code Division Multiple Access)、长期演进(LTE,Long Term Evolution)、电子邮件、短消息服务(SMS,Short Messaging Service)等。
存储器可用于存储软件程序以及模块,处理器通过运行存储在存储器的软件程序以及模块,从而执行手机的各种功能应用以及数据处理。存储器可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等;存储数据区可存储根据手机的使用所创建的数据(如音频数据、电话本等)等。此外,存储器可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。
输入单元可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与手机的用户设置以及功能控制有关的键信号。输入单元可包括触控面板以及其他输入设备。触控面板,也称为触摸屏,可收集用户在其上或附近的触摸操作(比如用户使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触控面板上或在触控面板附近的操作),并根据预先设定的程式驱动相应的连接装置。,触控面板可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置检测用户的触摸方位,并检测触摸操作带来的信号,将信号传送给触摸控制器;触摸控制器从触摸检测装置上接收触摸信息,并将它转换成触点坐标,再送给处理器,并能接收处理器发来的命令并加以执行。此外,可以采用电阻式、电容式、红外线以及表面声波等多种类型实现触控面板。除了触控面板,输入单元还可以包括其他输入设备。其他输入设备可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆等中的一种或多种。
显示单元120可用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及手机的各种菜单。显示单元120可包括显示面板,可以采用液晶显示单元(LCD,Liquid Crystal Display)、有机发光二极管(OLED,Organic Light-Emitting Diode)等形式来配置显示面板。进一步地,触控面板可覆盖显示面板,当触控面板检测到在其上或附近的触摸操作后,传送给处理器以确定触摸事件的类型,随后处理器根据触摸事件的类型在显示面板上提供相应的视觉输出。
其中,该人眼能够识别的该视觉输出外显示面板中的位置,可以作为后述“显示区域”。可以将触控面板与显示面板作为两个独立的部件来实现手机的输入和输出功能,也可以将触控面板与显示面板集成而实现手机的输入和输出功能。
另外,手机还可包括至少一种传感器,比如姿态传感器、光传感器、以及其他传感器。
姿态传感器也可以称为运动传感器,并且,作为该运动传感器的一种,可以列举重力 传感器,重力传感器采用弹性敏感元件制成悬臂式位移器,并采用弹性敏感元件制成的储能弹簧来驱动电触点,从而实现将重力变化转换成为电信号的变化。
作为运动传感器的另一种,可以列举加速计传感器,加速计传感器可检测各方向上(一般为三轴)加速度大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别手机姿态的应用(比如横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)等。
在本申请实施例中,可以采用以上列举的运动传感器作为获得后述“姿态参数”元件,但并不限定于此,其他能够获得“姿态参数”的传感器均落入本申请的保护范围内,例如,陀螺仪等,并且,该陀螺仪的工作原理和数据处理过程可以与现有技术相似,这里,为了避免赘述,省略其详细说明。
此外,在本申请实施例中,作为传感器,还可配置气压计、湿度计、温度计和红外线传感器等其他传感器,在此不再赘述。
光传感器可包括环境光传感器及接近传感器,其中,环境光传感器可根据环境光线的明暗来调节显示面板的亮度,接近传感器可在手机移动到耳边时,关闭显示面板和/或背光。
处理器是手机的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个手机的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器内的数据,执行手机的各种功能和处理数据,从而对手机进行整体监控。处理器可包括一个或多个处理单元;处理器可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。
可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器中。并且,该处理器可以作为上述处理单元的实现元件,执行与处理单元相同或相似的功能。手机还包括给各个部件供电的电源(比如电池)。电源可以通过电源管理系统与处理器逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。尽管未示出,手机还可以包括蓝牙模块等,在此不再赘述。
需要说明的是,手机仅为一种电子设备的举例,本申请并未特别限定,本申请可以应用于手机、平板电脑等电子设备,本申请对此不做限定。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种电子设备的外壳组件,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体,所述壳体上设有出音孔;和
    紧固件,所述紧固件穿设在所述出音孔内且与所述壳体可拆卸地连接,所述紧固件上设有通孔,所述通孔沿所述出音孔的延伸方向贯通所述紧固件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备的外壳组件,其特征在于,还包括:
    套件,所述套件外套在所述紧固件上且与所述紧固件可拆卸地连接,所述套件设在所述出音孔内且与所述壳体连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子设备的外壳组件,其特征在于,所述套件为热熔螺母。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的电子设备的外壳组件,其特征在于,所述紧固件与所述壳体卡接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子设备的外壳组件,其特征在于,所述壳体的靠近所述出音孔的位置处设有卡接凹槽,所述紧固件设有与所述卡接凹槽相适配的卡接凸起。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的电子设备的外壳组件,其特征在于,所述紧固件与所述壳体螺纹连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子设备的外壳组件,其特征在于,所述紧固件为螺钉。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的电子设备的外壳组件,其特征在于,所述通孔为一个。
  9. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的电子设备的外壳组件,其特征在于,所述通孔为间隔开的多个。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的电子设备的外壳组件,其特征在于,所述通孔为圆孔,且直径为0.5-0.9mm。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子设备的外壳组件,其特征在于,所述通孔的直径为0.8mm。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的电子设备的外壳组件,其特征在于,所述出音孔位于所述壳体的端面。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子设备的外壳组件,其特征在于,所述出音孔位于所述壳体的底部、顶部或是侧面。
  14. 根据权利要求1-13中任一项所述的电子设备的外壳组件,其特征在于,所述出音孔为沿直线延伸的直线型孔。
  15. 根据权利要求1-13中任一项所述的电子设备的外壳组件,其特征在于,在所 述出音孔的延伸方向上,所述出音孔包括至少一个拐角。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的电子设备的外壳组件,其特征在于,所述出音孔包括:
    第一段;
    第二段,所述第二段与所述第一段连接且连通,所述第二段的延伸方向与所述第一段的延伸方向不同,所述第二段与所述第一段的连接处构造成拐角。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的电子设备的外壳组件,其特征在于,所述第一段与所述第二段垂直。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的电子设备的外壳组件,其特征在于,所述出音孔还包括:
    第三段,所述第三段位于所述第一段远离所述第二段的一侧,所述第三段与所述第一段连接且连通,所述第三段的延伸方向与所述第一段的延伸方向相同,所述第三段的孔径大于所述第一段的孔径。
  19. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-18中任一项所述的电子设备的外壳组件。
