Description

一种可调光调色的LED光引擎模组及照明装置 技术领域
本发明属于照明领域,具体涉及一种可调光调色的LED光引擎模组及照明装置。
背景技术
传统实现调光调色功能的方案,如图1所示:A/B路光源分别独立的被A/B路电源驱动。A/B路光源采用不同色温的LED;通过调节控制源A/B→A/B路电源输出的驱动电流被相应调节→A/B路光源输出的光通量相应变化。驱动电流越大,光通量越高,反之,驱动电流越小,光通量越小。A/B路光源的色温不同,两路光源输出的光通量变化时,整体输出的光通量及色温会相应变化,因此实现了调光调色的功能。
但是,不同光源通过不同电源驱动,操作比较不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可调光调色的LED光引擎模组,兼容可控硅调光器,实现简易操作的调光调色功能。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的具体技术方案如下:
一种可调光调色的LED光引擎模组,包括:交流电源、可控硅调光器、线性IC、由LED1光源至LEDn光源的多个LED光源构成的LED灯组,所述n≥2;每个所述LED光源的色温均不同;
所述线性IC和所述LED灯组构成所述LED光引擎模组,所述线性IC逐个驱动所述LED灯组中的每个LED光源;
所述可控硅调光器通过外部电路与所述LED光引擎模组连接,所述交流电源驱动所述可控硅调光器调控所述LED光引擎模组的色温。
进一步地,所述可控硅调光器接在所述交流电源的输入端。
进一步地,色温调节具体包括:
当所述可控硅调光器调到最大功率时,所述LED灯组中从LED1光源至LEDn光源全亮;
当所述可控硅调光器的功率逐渐调低时,LEDn光源熄灭,LED1至LED(n-1)光源亮;
当所述可控硅调光器的功率调至最低时,只有LED1光源或者LED1和LED2光源亮。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种照明装置,所述照明装置采用上述的LED光引擎模组。
本发明提供的一种可调光调色的LED光引擎模组,由交流电直接驱动,同时,兼容可控硅调光器,用可控硅调光器就可以让模组实现调光调色的功能,而且符合安规、电磁兼容等要求。

本发明的较佳实施方式
一种可调光调色的LED光引擎模组,如图2所示,包括:交流电源、可控硅调光器、线性IC、由LED1光源至LEDn光源的多个LED光源构成的LED灯组,n≥2;每个LED光源的色温均不同;
线性IC和LED灯组构成LED光引擎模组,线性IC逐个驱动LED灯组中的每个LED光源。如图3所示,线性IC以分段式的方式驱动从LED1光 源至LEDn光源,其中至少包括两段。
如图4所示,可控硅调光器接在交流电源的输入端,通过外部电路可控硅调光器与LED光引擎模组连接,交流电源驱动可控硅调光器调控LED光引擎模组的色温。
当可控硅调光器调到最大功率时,LED灯组中从LED1光源至LEDn光源全亮;
当可控硅调光器的功率逐渐调低时,LEDn光源熄灭,LED1至LED(n-1)光源亮;
当可控硅调光器的功率调至最低时,只有LED1光源或者LED1和LED2光源亮。
可控硅调光器能够将交流电源中的反向电压调整为正向电压,也就是能够不间断地实时通过调整电路电流来调控每个LED光源的色温。
由于LED1、LED2、LED3…、LEDn光源等处使用了不同色温的LED光源,使用可控硅调光器调光时,LED光引擎模组的色温会相应变化,实现了调光调色的效果。
本方案中交流电直接驱动LED光引擎模组,匹配可控硅调光器即可实现简易操作的调光调色功能,可靠性高,符合安全法规和电磁兼容等要求。
实施例1,如图5所示,为本发明提供的一种可调光调色的LED光引擎模组的实物图。其中不同色温的LED光源逐渐亮的状态如下:如图6所示,从左到右,以面对纸面的方向,起初只有LED1光源亮,在功率逐渐增大的过程中,LED1和LED2光源亮,再增大功率,LED1、LED2和LED3光源亮,当功率达到最大值,LED灯组全亮。
一种照明装置,所述照明装置采用上述的LED光引擎模组。
工业实用性
一种可调光调色的LED光引擎模组,包括:交流电源、可控硅调光器、线性IC、由LED1光源至LEDn光源的多个LED光源构成的LED灯组,所述n≥2;每个所述LED光源的色温均不同;
所述线性IC和所述LED灯组构成所述LED光引擎模组,所述线性IC逐个驱动所述LED灯组中的每个LED光源;
所述可控硅调光器通过外部电路与所述LED光引擎模组连接,所述交流电源驱动所述可控硅调光器调控所述LED光引擎模组的色温。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种照明装置,所述照明装置采用上述的LED光引擎模组。
本发明提供的一种可调光调色的LED光引擎模组,由交流电直接驱动,同时,兼容可控硅调光器,用可控硅调光器就可以让模组实现调光调色的功能,而且符合安规、电磁兼容等要求。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种可调光调色的LED光引擎模组,其特征在于,包括:交流电源、可控硅调光器、线性IC、由LED1光源至LEDn光源的多个LED光源构成的LED灯组,所述n≥2;每个所述LED光源的色温均不同;
    所述线性IC和所述LED灯组构成所述LED光引擎模组,所述线性IC逐个驱动所述LED灯组中的每个LED光源;
    所述可控硅调光器通过外部电路与所述LED光引擎模组连接,所述交流电源驱动所述可控硅调光器调控所述LED光引擎模组的色温。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可调光调色的LED光引擎模组,其特征在于,所述可控硅调光器接在所述交流电源的输入端。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可调光调色的LED光引擎模组,其特征在于,色温调节具体包括:
    当所述可控硅调光器调到最大功率时,所述LED灯组中从LED1光源至LEDn光源全亮;
    当所述可控硅调光器的功率逐渐调低时,LEDn光源熄灭,LED1至LED(n-1)光源亮;
    当所述可控硅调光器的功率调至最低时,只有LED1光源或者LED1和LED2光源亮。
  4. 一种照明装置,其特征在于,所述照明装置采用如权利要求1-3任一项所述的LED光引擎模组。
