本发明涉及监控技术领域,尤其涉及一种倾斜监控摄像头及基于该倾斜监控摄像头的监控方法。
背景技术
随着社会的不断发展进步,在日常生活中随处可见大型广告牌、店面招牌等高空悬挂物,这些高空悬挂物在长久使用过程中,容易发生倾倒危险,此时,如果相关人员无法及时发现这些危险,往往容易发生高空悬挂物掉落砸伤路人的危险。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种倾斜监控摄像头及基于该倾斜监控摄像头的监控方法,其可实时监控物体是否发生倾斜危险,以及时作出应急处理。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出一种倾斜监控摄像头,所述倾斜监控摄像头包括控制处理器、倾角开关、图像采集推送模块以及告警模块,所述控制处理器分别与所述倾角开关、所述图像采集推送模块以及所述告警模块电性连接。
优选地,所述倾斜监控摄像头还包括图像存储模块,所述图像存储模块与所述控制处理器电性连接。
优选地,所述倾斜监控摄像头还包括无线通信模块,所述无线通信模块与所述控制处理器电性连接。
优选地,所述倾斜监控摄像头还包括视频采集模块,所述视频采集模块与所述控制处理器电性连接。

此外,本发明还提出一种基于上述倾斜监控摄像头的监控方法,所述监控方法包括以下步骤:通过所述视频采集模块对待监控物体进行实时现场摄像监控,并通过所述倾斜开关现场采集所述待监控物体的倾角参数;将所述待监控物体的位置信息以及现场采集到的倾角参数分别以窗格标签插入的形式实时显示在指挥监控中心相应的摄像监控画面上。
优选地,所述监控方法还包括以下步骤:预设所述倾斜开关的告警阈值,并在现场采集得到的倾角参数超出所述告警阀值时,一方面触发所述告警模块作出告警处理,另一方面触发所述图像采集推送模块对所述待监控物体进行图像抓拍采集,并将抓拍到的图像推送给监控人员。
优选地,远程对接指挥监控中心,以通过随时随地观看或检查相应的摄像监控画面来实时获知当前待监控物体的现场状况。
本发明提供的倾斜监控摄像头及基于该倾斜监控摄像头的监控方法,其倾斜监控摄像头包括控制处理器、倾角开关、图像采集推送模块以及告警模块,工作时,其倾角开关安放在待监控物体的适当位置,以对该待监控物体进行倾斜监控,该倾角开关可预设有告警阈值,当该待监控物体发生倾斜,且其倾斜角度超出该告警阈值时,该倾角开关触发该告警模块进行告警,以便相关监控人员及时作出应急处理,同时触发图像采集推送模块对该监控物体进行图像抓拍采集,并将抓拍到的图像推送给相关监控人员,以便相关监控人员远程查看现场情况。可见,本发明的倾斜监控摄像头及基于该倾斜监控摄像头的监控方法,其可实时监控物体是否发生倾斜危险,以及时作出应急处理。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
如图1所示,本发明第一实施例提出一种倾斜监控摄像头100,该倾斜监控摄像头100包括控制处理器110、倾角开关120、图像采集推送模块130以及告警模块140,控制处理器110分别与倾角开关120、图像采集推送模块130以及告警模块140电性连接。
在本实施例中,如图1所示,该倾斜监控摄像头100还包括图像存储模块150,图像存储模块150与控制处理器110电性连接,通过该图像存储模块150,可实现对图像采集推送模块130所抓拍采集到的图像进行本地存放,以便后续进行调用查看。倾斜监控摄像头100还包括无线通信模块160,无线通信模块与控制处理器110电性连接,通过该无线通信模块160,可实现本倾斜监控摄像头100与监控中心的信息远程交互,使得监控中心可远程查看该倾斜监控摄像头100的监控信息。倾斜监控摄像头100还包括视频采集模块170及视频存储模块 180,视频采集模块170及视频存储模块180分别与控制处理器110电性连接,通过该视频采集模块180及该视频存储模块190,可实现视频监控数据采集及本地存放。
如图2所示,本发明第二实施例提出一种基于上述倾斜监控摄像头的监控方法,监控方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S1:通过视频采集模块对待监控物体进行实时现场摄像监控,并通过倾斜开关现场采集待监控物体的倾角参数。
具体地,如图1所示,倾斜监控摄像头100的视频采集模块170可对待监控物体进行实时现场摄像监控,同时全天候实时采集以及记录当前监控点的声音、图像视频数据,以方便远程监控及后续数据查询。该待监控物体可以是大型广告牌、店面招牌等高空悬挂物,亦可以是桥梁、滑坡等其他会发生倾斜危险的物体。倾斜监控摄像头100的倾斜开关120可现场采集待监控物体的倾角参数,以便相关监控人员随时查看待监控物体是否发生倾斜角度变化。
步骤S2:将待监控物体的位置信息以及现场采集到的倾角参数分别以窗格标签插入的形式实时显示在指挥监控中心相应的摄像监控画面上。
具体地,该位置信息包括监控设备安装地点、监控设备名称、监控设备等级以及监控设备备注信息,这些位置信息形成一个数据窗格后,再以窗格插入的方式默认显示在指挥监控中心相应的摄像监控画面的左下角,而现场采集到的倾角参数则可形成一个名片标签后,再以标签插入的方式默认显示在指挥监控中心相应的摄像监控画面的左上角。监控人员在实际监控过程中,可根据需要拖动数据窗格和名片标签的显示位置、调整数据窗格和名片标签的透明度等等,此类数据信息叠加在图像指定区域,同监控视频一同传输至指挥监控中心的服务器和指定用户。这样一来,使得各种监测信息读取直观可视,为监控人 员随时掌控待监控物体的现场环境状况以及根据现场情况及时作出应急处理提供极大的便利。
步骤S3:预设倾斜开关的告警阈值,并在现场采集得到的倾角参数超出告警阀值时,一方面触发告警模块作出告警处理,另一方面触发图像采集推送模块对待监控物体进行图像抓拍采集,并将抓拍到的图像推送给监控人员。
具体地,如图1所示,根据实际监控需要,预设倾斜开关120的告警阈值,这样一来,当倾斜开关120现场采集得到的倾角参数超出该告警阈值后,一方面触发告警模块140作出告警处理,以便相关监控人员及时作出应急处理,如启动声光报警器报警,警示周边行人/车辆注意安全。另一方面触发图像采集推送模块130对待监控物体进行图像抓拍采集,并将抓拍到的图像推送给监控人员,以便相关监控人员远程查看现场情况。
步骤S4:远程对接指挥监控中心,以通过随时随地观看或检查相应的摄像监控画面来实时获知当前待监控物体的现场状况。
具体地,指挥监控中心可通过授权给予远端用户查看本指挥监控中心的监控数据的权利,这样一来,相关监控人员等远端用户便可通过远程对接指挥监控中心,而在远端实现与指挥监控中心的信息交互,获取指挥监控中心的监控数据,以通过随时随地观看或检查相应的摄像监控画面来实时获知当前待监控物体的现场状况。
本发明提供的倾斜监控摄像头及基于该倾斜监控摄像头的监控方法,其倾斜监控摄像头包括控制处理器、倾角开关、图像采集推送模块以及告警模块,工作时,其倾角开关安放在待监控物体的适当位置,以对该待监控物体进行倾斜监控,该倾角开关可预设有告警阈值,当该待监控物体发生倾斜,且其倾斜角度超出该告警阈值时,该倾角开关触发该告警模块进行告警,以便相关监控 人员及时作出应急处理,同时触发图像采集推送模块对该监控物体进行图像抓拍采集,并将抓拍到的图像推送给相关监控人员,以便相关监控人员远程查看现场情况。可见,本发明的倾斜监控摄像头及基于该倾斜监控摄像头的监控方法,其可实时监控物体是否发生倾斜危险,以及时作出应急处理。

  6. 一种基于如权利要求5所述倾斜监控摄像头的监控方法,其特征在于,所述监控方法包括以下步骤:
    通过所述视频采集模块对待监控物体进行实时现场摄像监控,并通过所述倾斜开关现场采集所述待监控物体的倾角参数;
    将所述待监控物体的位置信息以及现场采集到的倾角参数分别以窗格标签插入的形式实时显示在指挥监控中心相应的摄像监控画面上。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的监控方法,其特征在于,所述监控方法还包括以下步骤:预设所述倾斜开关的告警阈值,并在现场采集得到的倾角参数超出所述告警阀值时,一方面触发所述告警模块作出告警处理,另一方面触发所述图像采集推送模块对所述待监控物体进行图像抓拍采集,并将抓拍到的图像推送给监控人员。
