绕线机的质检方法及系统 技术领域
本发明涉及通信及绕线机领域,尤其涉及一种绕线机的质检方法及系统。
背景技术
绕线机的是线圈的常用设备,现有的线圈的质检方式为人工质检方式,由于厂房较大,需要质检人员行进到绕线机位置对线圈进行质检,此方式效率低。
技术问题
提供一种绕线机的质检方法,其解决了现有技术效率低的缺点。
技术解决方案
一方面,提供一种绕线机的质检方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:
在检测当前绕线机完成线圈的绕制时,拍摄线圈的多张图片;
将多张图片传递给质检人员的终端设备;
接收终端设备返回的质检消息,该质检消息包含该线圈是否通过质检。
可选的,所述方法还包括:
如该质检消息为未通过质检,提示未通过质检的原因。
可选的,所述方法还包括:
如该质检消息为未通过质检,将未通过质检的照片回传。
第二方面,提供一种绕线机的质检系统,所述方法包括:
拍摄单元,用于在检测当前绕线机完成线圈的绕制时,拍摄线圈的多张图片;

参阅图1,图1为本发明第一较佳实施方式提供的一种绕线机的质检方法的流程图,该方法由绕线机来完成,该方法如图1所示,包括如下步骤:
步骤S101、在检测当前绕线机完成线圈的绕制时,拍摄线圈的多张图片;
步骤S102、将多张图片传递给质检人员的终端设备;
步骤S103、接收终端设备返回的质检消息,该质检消息包含该线圈是否通过质检。
本发明具体实施方式提供的技术方案在检测当前绕线机完成线圈的绕制时,拍摄线圈的多张图片,将多张图片传递给质检人员的终端设备,接收终端设备返回的质检消息,该质检消息包含该线圈是否通过质检,所以其无需质检人员到现场检查,提高了质检效率的优点。

    接收终端设备返回的质检消息,该质检消息包含该线圈是否通过质检。

    如该质检消息为未通过质检,提示未通过质检的原因。
