Or, the PDCCH is searched for by the N symbol period. Therefore, in the method for transmitting a signal in the embodiment of the present application, if the network device configures the terminal device to search for the PDCCH in any symbol, the network device may further configure the terminal by using the first configuration information.

- the second time domain granularity may also be smaller than the first time domain granularity.
- the second time domain granularity is smaller than the first time domain granularity, ie The frequency of searching for the PDCCH by the terminal device on the second time domain resource is increased.
- the terminal device when the network device determines that the network device determines the future time period, the terminal device is required to search for the PDCCH with a frequency that is more frequent than the first time domain granularity (for example, When the low-latency service is transmitted, the network device may reconfigure the frequency of searching for the PDCCH by the terminal device by using the second configuration information, by setting the second time domain granularity in the second configuration information to be smaller than the The first time domain granularity increases the frequency at which the terminal device searches for the PDCCH. That is to say, the network device can temporarily improve the search frequency of the PDCCH through DCI to more effectively support low-latency services.
