Abstract

The present invention relates to an emergency staircase which is capable of being embedded in the building (14) and which, in case of emergency, is exposed out of the building (14) and allows for the evacuation of individuals immediately by means of the rails (7) and wheels (8) located there under. The mobile emergency staircase according to the invention comprises successively arranged stationary landings (3) which do not move during the movement of the frame (1); where the floor doors for accessing the mobile emergency staircase open and which is mounted in the main building (14); and where, during the embedded position of the mobile emergency staircases, the mezzanine floor stairs (2) and movable landing (4) are introduced in between, as well as movable landings (4) mounted in the frame (1) and moving towards the out of the building (14) along with the frame (1) upon the movement of the frame (1) in case the mobile emergency staircase is exposed.
