Abstract
Invention; the mechanical energy generated by the pressure applied to the hearth knob (2), which is used in industrial type, professional type, domestic type, non-residential quarry and furnace ovens, with the plug cord connected to the mains electricity and with the help of piezoelectric crystals, is applied to the burner (cooker base) through the gas valve (4) via the piezo crystal trigger (6) with the aid of the throat device (3) and converted to electric energy by means of the glow plug (7) (1) which fires the ignition system.

PIEZOELECTRIC IGNITION SYSTEM Technical Field
Invention; industrial type, professional type, home type, non-residential quarries or quarry furnaces with the help of piezoelectric crystals produced by electricity generated by the unattended wireless cooker firing is related to innovation. Known Situation of Thacnical
Although there has been a recent increase in demand for unplugged and wireless quarries, there are still intense demands on products that are still known as plugged and cable cookers. It is impossible to use this kind of stove in individuals who can not use it especially in a fixed position.
These cookers are the products placed in a certain position after the gas / electricity connection is made on the kitchen counter.Generally there are four cooker burners, grilles, gas connection pipes and plug-in cable to make use of mains electricity.
In this state of the art, the above-mentioned cookers are designed to be used on a set top or in a fixed place close to the plug. So it can not be taken everywhere you want.

In this known state of technique, over time, due to usage errors, from cooking pots in to the hob, liquid or solid wastes are leads short-circuit on the micro switches or electric box or supply transformer. And therefore it forms very large fire risk. In this state of the art, the micro switches in the cookers work in conjunction with each other.When an ignition element fails due to the structure of the micro switches, the others do not work. This brings with it the negativities that may be experienced.
In this state of the art, it is necessary to have a permanent plug in order to be able to operate the ignition system in the cookers. In this case, the risk of fire increases.
Also in this state of the art, both labor and cost are increasing because of the connection of the plug and cable, the electric box and the connection, the transformer and the connection, the micro switch and the connection during the production of the cookers.
As a result, due to the above-mentioned drawbacks and again the above examples, innovation is required in the piezoelectric ignition system according to our invention due to the fact that it causes extra cost to the producers and therefore to the customers and the problems of the existing solutions.
Brief Description of the Invention
The present invention relates to a piezoelectric ignition system assembly that meets the above-mentioned requirements, removes all disadvantages and adds some additional advantages.
The primary object of the invention is; to provide the possibility of firing in any kind of cooking environment.
Another object of the invention is to provide is to remove all risks that may arise due to not being connected to the mains electricity.
Anotherobject of theinvention is toprovidetogoing on cooking even if anyover flowing occurs on thestove.
Anotherobject of the invention is to make the other ignition system channel so perablein dependently when any problem occurs in theone of them.
Another object of the invention is to provide all non residential quarries with the same functionalities. In this detailed description, preferred constructions of the piezoelectric ignition are described only for better understanding of the subject.
The invention relates to a piezoelectric ignition system (1 ); the spark plug (7) that provides the connection of the piezo crystal trigger (6) with the cooker, the holding part (5) passing through the piezo crystal trigger (6), the gas valve (4) mounted on it, the canal parts (3).

According to the product, the gas coming out of the safe or insecure gas valve (4) is mixed with air in the combustion burner (burner burner). The gas valve 4 is pressurized to the furnace brass with the help of the furnace button 2 and the pressure is applied to the piezoelectric crystal trigger 6 by means of the throttle valve 5. With this pressure, the electricity produced by the piezoelectric crystals; the spark plug cable (7) and the burner burner (cooker hood). In this case the gas-air mixture in the cooker burns. The ignition mechanism works in this way.

1. What is claimed is: 1 . A piezoelectric ignition system (1 ) for generating electricity by means of piezoelectric crystals used in industrial type, professional type, domestic type, non-residential quarries and quarry furnaces and igniting the furnace without the plug cable and the fitting thereon.

6. The piezoelectric ignition system (1 ) according to claim 5, characterized in that: the microswitch increasing in proportion to the number of gas valves (4).
