Abstract
本申请提供一种文档分享方法、服务器、终端和存储介质,该方法包括:获取文档分享请求,文档分享请求携带有文档标识和第一用户标识;获取文档标识对应的图片文档在存储平台的第一存储地址;图片文档为文档标识对应的文档转换成图片格式后得到的文档;向各终端发送第一存储地址,由各终端根据第一存储地址下载图片文档至本地,各终端包括第一用户标识对应的终端以及具有与第一用户标识相同的群组标识的第二用户标识对应的终端。由于图片的数据量较视频小,从而能够节省文档分享所占用的带宽和流量。同时形成终端、服务器和存储平台的文档分享架构,利用存储平台图片文档,能够通过将数据集中起来,实现网内资源共享和协同工作,提高了工作效率。
Description
本申请要求于2017年04月24日提交中国专利局,申请号为2017102722504,申请名称为“文档分享方法、装置和系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及互联网技术领域,特别是涉及一种文档分享方法、服务器、终端和存储介质。
随着互联网技术的不断发展,用户之间的交互方式已突破空间的限制。例如终端利用直播软件或远程会议相关的软件,能够将本地的文档分享给异地终端,用户通过终端查看分享的文档。
传统的方式为通过实时采集分享者电脑桌面的画面,经过视频编码以视频流的方式分享连接的其它终端。终端实时接收视频流数据显示在终端的分享页面。观众通过观看终端的分享页面获取分享者的桌面内容。
这种方式需要采集分享者整个屏幕的视频数据,而屏幕的分辨率都非常高,将采集到的屏幕数据通过网络发送给观众,需要占用较高的宽带资源。

根据本申请提供的各种实施例,提供一种文档分享方法、服务器、终端和存储介质。
一种文档分享方法,包括:
服务器获取文档分享请求,所述文档分享请求携带有文档标识和第一用户标识;
所述服务器获取所述文档标识对应的图片文档在存储平台的第一存储地址;所述图片文档为所述文档标识对应的文档转换成图片格式后得到的文档;
所述服务器向各终端发送所述第一存储地址,由各终端根据所述第一存储地址下载所述图片文档至本地,各终端包括第一用户标识对应的终端以及具有与所述第一用户标识相同的群组标识的第二用户标识对应的终端。
一种文档分享方法,包括:
第一终端向服务器发送文档分享请求,所述文档分享请求携带有所述文档标识,由所述服务器获取所述文档标识对应的图片文档在存储平台的第一存储地址;所述图片文档为所述文档标识对应的文档转换成图片格式后得到的文档;

图1为一个实施例提供的文档分享方法和装置的应用环境示意图。如图1所示,该应用环境包括第一终端101、多个第二终端102、服务器103以及存储平台104,第一终端101以及第二终端102分别与服务器103以及存储平台104通过网络进行通信,服务器103与存储平台104通过网络进行通信。其中第一终端101为分享终端,第二终端102为观众终端。存储平台104用于存储第一终端101上传的文档,服务器103从存储平台104下载文档并将文档转换为图片格式得到图片文档,存储平台104还存储转换后的图片文档。服务器103将转换后的图片文档的存储地址发送至第一终端101和第二终端102,第一终端101和第二终端102根据存储地址从存储平台下载图片文档至本地。
图2为一个实施例中的第一终端和第二终端的内部结构示意图。如图2所 示,终端包括通过系统总线连接的处理器、网络接口、显示屏、摄像头和输入装置。其中,处理器可以包括中央处理器(CPU,Central Processing Unit)和图形处理器(GPU,Graphics Processing Unit)。存储器包括非易失性存储介质和内存储器。该终端的非易失性存储介质可存储操作系统和计算机可读指令。该计算机可读指令被执行时,可使得处理器执行一种文档分享方法。终端的处理器用于提供计算和控制能力,支撑整个终端的运行。终端的网络接口用于与服务器和存储平台进行网络通信,例如,向服务器发送文档上传请求,向存储平台上传文档等。终端的显示屏可以是液晶显示屏或者电子墨水显示屏等,输入装置可以是显示屏上覆盖的触摸层,也可以是终端外壳上设置的按键、轨迹球或触控板,也可以是外接的键盘、触控板或鼠标等。该终端可以是手机、平板电脑或者个人数字助理或穿戴式设备等。本领域技术人员可以理解,图2中示出的结构,仅仅是与本发明方案相关的部分结构的框图,并不构成对本发明方案所应用于其上的终端的限定,具体的终端可以包括比图中所示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者具有不同的部件布置。
图3为一个实施例中的服务器的内部结构示意图。如图3所示,服务器包括通过系统总线连接的处理器和网络接口。其中,处理器可以包括中央处理器(CPU,Central Processing Unit)和图形处理器(GPU,Graphics Processing Unit)。存储器包括非易失性存储介质和内存储器。该服务器的非易失性存储介质可存储操作系统和计算机可读指令。该计算机可读指令被执行时,可使得处理器执行一种文档分享方法。服务器的处理器用于提供计算和控制能力,支撑整个服务器的运行。服务器的网络接口用于与第一终端、第二终端和存储平台进行网络通信,例如,接收第一终端的文档上传请求,接收存储平台返回的文档的存储地址,向第二终端发送图片文档的存储地址等。本领域技术人员可以理解,图3中示出的结构,仅仅是与本申请方案相关的部分结构的框图,并不构成对本申请方案所应用于其上的计算机设备的限定,具体的计算机设备可以包括比图中所示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者 具有不同的部件布置。
图4为一个实施例的文档分享方法的流程图。本实施例以该方法应用于图1所示的服务器103为例进行说明。如图4所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
S402:获取文档分享请求,文档分享请求携带有文档标识和第一用户标识。
文档分享请求可以为分享者在终端进行分享操作所产生的请求。文档分享请求携带文档的文档标识。第一用户标识为上传文件请求的请求方的用户标识。文档标识是文档的唯一标识,可以为文档的摘要值。终端请求上传文档时,采用数据摘要算法计算文档的摘要值,例如哈希算法,MD5算法等。
S404:获取文档标识对应的图片文档在存储平台的第一存储地址;图片文档为文档标识对应的文档转换成图片格式后得到的文档。
存储平台104为云存储平台,用于存储所有的图片文档。云存储平台具有易于扩展、可靠安全等优势,通过将数据集中起来,用户在任何地点,依靠移动设备随时访问,实现网内资源共享和协同工作,减少了传统的资源交互,提高了工作效率。
图片文档为文档标识对应的文档转换成图片格式后得到的文档,第一存储地址是图片文档在存储平台的存储地址。根据第一存储地址,能够获取到文档标识对应的文档的图片格式的图片文档。图片的数据量较视频小,从而能够节省文档分享所占用的带宽和流量。
S406:向各终端发送第一存储地址,由各终端根据第一存储地址下载图片文档至本地,各终端包括第一用户标识对应的终端以及具与有第一用户标识相同的群组标识的第二用户标识对应的终端。
第一标识对应的终端是指文档分享的请求端。处于同一个群组的各用户标识具有相同的群组标识,群组的实现形式可以为房间/会议/讨论组/群等。具有与第一用户标识相同的群组标识的第二用户标识是与第一用户标识处于同一群组内除第一用户标识之外的其它用户标识。
通过将第一存储地址发送到文档分享的请求端以及与文档分享方处于同 一个群组的其它观众对应的终端,各终端根据第一存储地址向云存储平台发送下载请求,下载转换成图片格式的图片文档至本地。
上述的文档分享方法,当获取到分享请求时,根据文档分享请求获取文档标识对应的图片文档在存储平台的第一存储地址,图片文档为文档标识对应的文档转换成图片格式后得到的文档,向各终端发送第一存储地址,由参与分享用户对应的各终端根据第一存储地址下载图片文档至本地。在文档分享的过程中,通过获取服务器通知的文档转换成图片格式的图片文档在存储平台的存储地址,分享者和观众对应的终端根据存储地址从存储平台下载图片文档。由于图片的数据量较视频小,从而能够节省文档分享所占用的带宽和流量。同时形成终端、服务器和存储平台的文档分享架构,利用存储平台存储图片文档,能够将数据集中起来,用户在任何地点,依靠移动设备随时访问,实现网内资源共享和协同工作,减少了传统的资源交互,提高了工作效率。
一个实施例的获取文档标识对应的图片文档在存储平台的第一存储地址的步骤,具体包括:将文档转换成图片格式得到图片文档;向存储平台发送第一存储请求,第一存储请求携带有转换后的图片文档;接收存储平台响应第一存储请求返回的第一存储地址。
具体地,分享终端在发送分享请求时,将文档发送至服务器。服务器利用第三方文档转换组件将文档转换为图片格式,得到对应的图片文档。例如,若文档的格式为PPT或WORD,则将文档中的每一页分别转换为一张图片,得到与PPT或WORD页数对应的图片文档。若文档的格式为Excel或TXT,则将每预设数量的若干行转换为一张图片。
存储平台104为云存储平台,用于存储图片文档。云存储平台具有易于扩展、可靠安全等优势,通过将数据集中起来,用户在任何地点,依靠移动设备随时访问,实现网内资源共享和协同工作,减少了传统的资源交互,提高了工作效率。
存储平台在接收到第一存储请求时,对图片文档进行存储,并向服务器 返回图片文档的第一存储地址。第一存储地址可以为图片文档在存储平台的URL(Uniform Resoure Locator,统一资源定位符)地址列表,图片的URL地址由存储位置和页码拼成。
本实施例中,在获取分享请求时同时,服务器获取文档,并在服务器端将文档转换成图片格式得到图片文档。通过在服务器端将文档转换,能够得到兼容不同终端的图片格式的图片文档。
一个实施例的获取文档标识对应的图片文档在存储平台的第一存储地址的步骤,具体:检测是否存储有与文档标识对应的第一存储地址;若否,将文档转换成图片格式得到图片文档;向存储平台发送第一存储请求,第一存储请求携带有转换后的图片文档;接收存储平台响应第一存储请求返回的第一存储地址并存储;获取文档标识对应的图片文档在存储平台的第一存储地址。
若检测存储有与文档标识对应的第一存储地址,则获取文档标识对应的图片文档在存储平台的第一存储地址。
具体地,分享终端在发送分享请求时,将文档发送至服务器。服务器根据文档标识对应的第一存储地址判断该文档是否被转换过。若服务器根据文档标识对应的第一存储地址判断该文档未被转换过,则将该文档转换为图片格式,并上传到存储平台得到其在存储平台的第一存储地址。
若服务器根据文档标识对应的第一存储地址判断该文档被转换过,则直接获取文档标识对应的图片文档在存储平台的第一存储地址。
通过根据文档标识对应的第一存储地址判断该文档是否被转换过,从而避免重复转档,能够提高文档分享的效率,节约带宽资源。
在另一个实施例中,获取文档标识对应的图片文档在存储平台的第一存储地址的步骤,如图5所示,具体包括:
S502:检测是否存储有与文档标识对应的第一存储地址。若是,则执行步骤S503,若否,则执行步骤S504。
步骤S503:获取存储的与文档标识对应的图片文档在存储平台的第一存 储地址。
第一存储地址为文档标识对应的图片文档在存储平台的存储地址。若存储有与文档标识对应的第一存储地址,则说明该文档标识对应的文档已被转成图片格式且存储在存储平台。文档标识是文档的唯一标识,可以为文档的摘要值。终端请求上传文档时,采用数据摘要算法计算文档的摘要值,例如哈希算法,MD5算法等。
S504:检测是否存储有与文档标识对应的第二存储地址;第二存储地址为文档标识对应的文档在存储平台的存储地址。若是,则执行步骤S506。
S506:根据第二存储地址从存储平台下载文档。
第二存储地址为文档标识对应的文档在存储平台的存储地址,即分享者上传的原始文件在存储平台的存储地址。若服务器存储有文档标识对应的第二存储地址,可以判断文档标识对应的文档已被上传至存储平台,则根据第二存储地址从存储平台下载文档。
S508:将文档转换为图片格式得到对应的图片文档。
服务器利用第三方文档转换组件将文档转换为图片格式,得到对应的图片文档。例如,若文档的格式为PPT或WORD,则将文档中的每一页分别转换为一张图片,得到与PPT或WORD页数对应的图片文档。若文档的格式为Excel或TXT,则将每预设数量的若干行转换为一张图片。
S510:向存储平台发送第一存储请求,第一存储请求携带有转换后的图片文档。
通过向存储平台发送第一存储请求,请求将转换后的图片文档上传至存储平台。存储平台在存储转换后的图片文档后,向服务器返回存储了图片文档的第一存储地址。
S512:接收存储平台响应第一存储请求返回的第一存储地址。
本实施例通过对是否存储有与文档标识对应的第一存储地址进行判断,识别文档标识对应的文档是否已转换成图片格式,若未转换成图片格式,则根据是否存储有与文档识别对应的第二存储地址进行判断,识别文档标识对 应的文档是否已上传至存储平台。若该文档已上传至存储平台,则根据第二存储地址从存储平台下载文档至服务器,并将文档转换成图片格式得到图片文档,从而避免重复转档,能够提高文档分享的效率,节约带宽资源。
图6为另一个实施例的文档分享方法的流程图。如图6所示,该方法包括:
S602:获取上传文档请求,上传文档请求携带有第一用户标识和文档标识。
具体的,上传文档请求是上传文档的用户在第一终端进行上传操作所产生的请求。第一用户标识为上传文件请求的请求方的用户标识。文档标识是文档的唯一标识,可以为文档的摘要值。终端请求上传文档时,采用数据摘要算法计算文档的摘要值,例如哈希算法,MD5算法等。
S604:根据上传文档请求向存储平台发送存储地址分配请求。
服务器103在获取到上传文档请求后,向存储平台104发送存储地址分配请求,用于向存储平台104请求分配存储地址。存储平台104为云存储平台,用于存储所有的文档。
S606:接收存储平台响应存储地址分配请求返回的第二存储地址。
S608:建立文档标识和第二存储地址的对应关系。
通过建立文档标识和第二存储地址的对应关系,将文档标识和第二存储地址存储在服务器内,并且每一文档标识有其对应的第二存储地址,通过文档标识能够查询到其对应的第二存储地址。
S610:将第二存储地址发送至第一用户标识对应的终端,由终端根据第二存储地址将文档上传至存储平台。
S612:根据第二存储地址从存储平台下载文档。
服务器已存储有文档标识和第二存储地址的对应关系,根据文档分享请求所携带的文档标识,查找其对应的第二存储地址。根据第二存储地址,从存储平台下载文档。
S614:将文档转换为图片格式得到对应的图片文档。

上述的文档分享方法,通过将文档上传至存储平台,由服务器从存储平台下载文档转换成图片格式得到待图片文档,并将图片文档上传至存储平台,服务器将图片文档在存储平台的存储地址发送至各终端,由各终端根据第二存储地址下载图片文档至本地。在文档分享的过程中,通过在服务器端将文档转换成图片格式,并将图片文档发送至参与分享的分享者和观众,图片的数据量较视频小,从而能够节省文档分享所占用的带宽和流量。同时形成终端、服务器和存储平台的文档分享架构,利用存储平台存储文档和图片,能够通过将数据集中起来,用户在任何地点,依靠移动设备随时访问,实现网内资源共享和协同工作,减少了传统的资源交互,提高了工作效率。
图7为另一个实施例的文档分享方法的流程图,如图7所示,包括以下步骤:
S700:获取文档分享请求,文档分享请求携带有文档标识和第一用户标识。
S702:检测是否存储有与文档标识对应的第一存储地址。若是,则执行步骤S703,若否,则执行步骤S704。
第一存储地址为转换后的文档对应的图片文档在存储平台的存储地址。
步骤S703:获取文档标识对应的图片文档在存储平台的第一存储地址。步骤S703之后执行步骤S705。
S705:向各终端发送第一存储地址,由各终端根据第一存储地址下载图片文档至本地,各终端包括第一用户标识对应的终端以及具有与第一用户标识相同的群组标识的第二用户标识对应的终端。
在该实施例中,服务器通过对是否存储有与文档标识对应的第一存储地址进行判断,识别该文档是否已经转为图片格式。若服务器存储有与文档标识对应的第一存储地址,则说明该待文档分享已经转档,则跳过将文档转换成图片格式的步骤。
S704:检测是否存储有与文档标识对应的第二存储地址,第二存储地址为文档标识对应的文档在存储平台的存储地址。若是,则执行步骤S707,若否,则执行步骤S713。
第二存储地址为文档标识对应的文档在存储平台的存储地址,服务器通过对是否存储有与文档标识对应的第二存储地址进行判断,能够识别该文档是否已经上传过。若服务器存储有与文档标识对应的第二存储地址,则说明该文档已经上传过,则跳过文档上传步骤,从存储平台下载对应的文档,并将文档转换为图片格式,得到图片文档。
S707:根据第二存储地址从存储平台下载文档。
S709:将文档转换为图片格式得到对应的图片文档。
具体的,服务器利用第三方文档转换组件将文档转换为图片格式,得到对应的图片文档。例如,若文档的格式为PPT或WORD,则将文档中的每一页分别转换为一张图片,得到与PPT或WORD页数对应的图片文档。若文档的格式为Excel或TXT,则将每预设数量的若干行转换为一张图片。
S711:向存储平台发送第一存储请求,第一存储请求携带有转换后的图 片文档。在步骤S711之后执行步骤S703。
本实施例中,步骤S703包括:接收存储平台响应第一存储请求返回的第一存储地址。
步骤S713:获取上传文档请求,上传文档请求携带有第一用户标识和文档标识。
S715:根据上传文档请求向存储平台发送存储地址分配请求。
S717:接收存储平台响应存储地址分配请求返回的第二存储地址。
S719:建立文档标识和第二存储地址的对应关系。
S721:将第二存储地址发送至第一用户标识对应的终端,由终端根据第二存储地址将文档上传至存储平台,并在该步骤之后,执行步骤S707,根据第二存储地址从存储平台下载文档。
本实施例中,在获取到分享请求对,根据服务器是否存储有与文档标识对应的第一存储地址,判断说明该文档是否被转换成图片格式,若是,则跳过文件转换的步骤。若文档未被转换过,则根据服务器是否存储有与文档标识对应的第一存储地址,判断该文档是否被上传过,若是,则跳过文件上传的步骤,根据第一存储地址从存储平台下载文档,并在服务器进行文件转换。
本实施例中,通过根据文档标识识别文档是否已上传过和/或已转换成图片格式,对于根据文档标识识别已经上传过或已转换成图片格式的文档,则跳过对应的文档上传或文档格式转换的步骤,能够提高文档分享的效率,并且避免重新上传或转换待,节约了带宽资源和存储平台的存储空间。
在另一个实施例中,接收存储平台响应存储地址分配请求返回的第二存储地址的步骤中,接收的还包括存储平台响应存储地址分配请求返回的校验码。
校验码是存储平台响应第二存储请求利用校验码生成器生成的,用于对待上传文档进行校验。存储平台在生成校验码后,还对校验码进行存储。存储平台在接收到存储地址分配请求时,为待上传文档分配第二存储地址,并将分配的第二存储地址和校验码返回至服务器。
将第二存储地址发送至第一用户标识对应的终端的步骤,包括:将第二存储地址和校验码发送至第一用户标识对应的终端,由终端根据第二存储地址和校验码将文档上传至存储平台。
具体地,请求终端向存储平台发送存储请求,存储请求携带中第二存储地址和校验码。存储平台在接收到请求终端的存储请求时,需要对校验码进行验证,若存储请求未有校验码,或携带的校验码与存储平台所存储的校验码不一致,可以认为终端为非法终端,即存储平台未对该文档分配过存储地址。存储平台通过验证校验码,能够确保上传的文件的合法性。
在另一个实施例中,图片文档包括第一图片文档和第二图片文档,其中,第二图片文档中的各图为第一图片文档的各图对应的缩略图。
缩略图是指对第一图片文档经压缩处理后的小图。具体的,将文档转换成图片格式得到图片文档,可以为:将文档转换为图片格式得到第一图片文档,对第一图片文档中的各图进行压缩处理得到第二图片文档。
图8为一个实施例的终端的分享页面的示意图,分享页面至少包括目录列表显示区域801和分享显示区域802。目录列表显示区域801用于在展示第二图片文档,即缩略图。分享显示区域802用于显示第一图片文档,展示当前页面。通过目录列表能够使参与者提前了解分享内容,而在目录列表中使用缩略图能够减少下载目录列表所占用的带宽资源。
在另一个实施例中,从上传文件到真正进入分享阶段需要较长的时间,一次会议过程中可能会有多个参与时同时有分享需求,为避免出现多个参与者同时成为分享者的异常情况,本实施例中通过采用队列的形式控制同一个房间或会议中的分享需求。如图9所示,一种文档分享方法,包括以下步骤:
S902:获取文档分享请求,文档分享请求携带有第一用户标识和文档标识。
S904:获取与第一用户标识对应的群组标识。
可以理解的是,在进行分享操作前,还包括建立群组的步骤。群组的表示形式可以为创建一个虚拟房间/工作群组/会议室等。每一群组具有唯一的群 组标识。基于群组,群组成员能够进行音视频群聊会话。在群组成员进行群视频群聊会话时,可发起文档分享。图10为另一个实施例的终端的分享页面的示意图,分享页面包括目录列表显示区域801、分享显示区域802、视频显示区域803。目录列表显示区域801用于在展示第二图片文档,即缩略图。分享显示区域802用于显示第一图片文档,展示当前页面。视频显示区域803,用于显示参与聊视频会话的各成员对应的终端的视频图像。
服务会部署在服务器的集群中的多个机器上,因此首先保证的是,来自同一个群组的成员的分享请求,落在相同的机器上进行处理。
成员在进行文档分享,会被分配到相同的房间内,每一个房间具有唯一的群组标识,处于同一个房间内的参与者具有相同的群组标识。当房间中的某个成员进行文档分享请求时,集群会根据当前文档分享请求的发送方的群组标识,将对应请求路由到指定的机器上。这样一个房间内的成员的所有文档分享请求,都会落在同一台机器上。
S906:将文档分享请求添加至与群组标识对应的分享队列中。
来自终端的请求,在单个服务器内部会进行排队,即形成分享队列。
S908:若文档分享请求为分享队列中的第一个分享请求,则执行根据文档标识对应的第一存储地址,从存储平台下载对应的文档的步骤。
多个进程依次从队列中获取分享请求。这样,在上一个分享没有结束时,服务器从队列中获取到新的分享请求时,可以及时发现并告知终端当前正在进行分享。当分享请求成为队列头部的第一个分享请求时,执行根据文档标识对应的第一存储地址,从存储平台下载文档的步骤。
本实施例中,通过将同一群组标识的用户的分享请求放入同一个队列中,能够避免房间内的多个用户同时成为分享者,从而维持文档分享的秩序。
在另一个实施例中,如图11所示,一种文档分享方法,包括:
S1102,获取文档分享请求,文档分享请求携带有文档标识和第一用户标识。
S1104,获取文档标识对应的图片文档在存储平台的第一存储地址;图片 文档为文档标识对应的文档转换成图片格式后得到的文档。
S1106,向各终端发送第一存储地址,由各终端根据第一存储地址下载图片文档至本地,各终端包括第一用户标识对应的终端以及具与有第一用户标识相同的群组标识的第二用户标识对应的终端。
S1108:获取第一用户标识对应的终端发送的操作消息,操作消息包括第一用户标识对应的终端采集并封装的对图片文档进行操作的操作指令,操作消息携带有第一用户标识。
第一用户标识对应的终端即分享请求终端。具体的,操作消息包括第一终端采集并封装的对图片文档进行翻页或关闭或标记/缩放操作的操作指令。
翻页操作是指将分享显示区域的图片从当前图片切换至上一页/下一页/跳至第N页,其中N为正整数。当前显示图片指在当前时间的分享页面的分享显示区域显示的图片。翻页操作可以为通过键盘、遥控设备或触控划动操作实现。关闭操作是指关闭图片文档。标记操作是指根据提供的标记工具,在当前显示图片上根据获取的鼠标的触发或触摸形成标记。例如,第一终端获取选择的工具为画线,则根据获取的鼠标的触发获取起始坐标和终点坐标,将选择的标记工具的类型等标记参数和起点坐标和终点坐标封装为操作消息,并发送至服务器。
S410:获取与第一用户标识对应的群组标识。
第一用户标识即分享者的用户标识,在创建群组后,建立了群组成员的用户标识与群组标识的对应关系,根据第一用户标识能够查找到群组标识。服务器在获取到操作消息时,还对第一用户标识是否合法进行判断。具体的,判断第一用户标识的是否为分享者。
S412:查找与群组标识对应第二用户标识。
具体的,查找具有相同群组标识的第二用户标识。
S414:向第二用户标识对应的终端发送操作消息,由终端解析操作消息并执行对应的操作。
如图11所示,服务器在获取到群组的其它成员的第二用户标识时,由服 务器下发至同一房间的其它参与终端(第二终端)。第二终端是第二用户标识对应的终端,第二终端并解析操作消息,执行对应的操作,例如,从服务器中加载下一页的图片进行显示。
上述的文档分享方法,通过采集第一终端的操作指令并将操作指令封装为操作消息,并将操作消息通过服务器分发给第二终端,操作指令包括标记,从而文档分享时支付对文档进行标注,使得在分享文件时,更加便利。
图12为一个实施例的文档分享方法的流程图。本实施例以该方法应用于图1所示的第一终端101为例进行说明。如图12所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
S102:向服务器发送文档分享请求,文档分享请求携带有文档标识,由服务器获取文档标识对应的图片文档在存储平台的第一存储地址;图片文档为文档标识对应的文档转换成图片格式后得到的文档。
文档标识是文档的唯一标识,可以为文档的摘要值。终端请求上传文档时,采用数据摘要算法计算文档的摘要值,例如哈希算法,MD5算法等。
服务器获取文档标识对应的图片文档在存储平台的第一存储地址,并将第一存储地址发送至第一终端(分享终端),图片文档为文档标识对应的文档转换成图片格式后得到的文档。
S104:接收服务器发送的第一存储地址。
S106:根据第一存储地址从存储平台下载图片文档至本地。

根据第一存储地址从存储平台下载图片文档至本地的步骤,包括:根据第一图片文档的地址从存储平台下载图片至分享显示区域进行显示,根据第二图片文档的地址从存储平台下载图片至目录列表显示区域进行显示。
缩略图是指对第一图片文档经压缩处理后的小图。在具体的实施例中,服务器返回的第二存储地址为第一图片文档和第二图片文档的URL地址列表(Uniform Resoure Locator,统一资源定位符),图片的URL地址由存储位置和页码拼成。
图8为一个实施例的终端的分享页面的示意图,分享页面至少包括目录列表显示区域801和分享显示区域802。目录列表显示区域801用于在展示第二图片文档,即缩略图。分享显示区域802用于显示第一图片文档,展示当前页面。通过目录列表能够使参与者提前了解分享内容,而在目录列表中使用缩略图能够减少下载目录列表所占用的带宽资源。

标记参数包括所选择的标记工具的形状、大小、颜色等。标记工具的形状包括直线、圆形、方形等。大小是指形成的标记的线条的宽度,颜色是指用于标记的颜色。可以理解的是,系统提供面版供用户选择标记工具的形状、大小、颜色等参数预先设置。
第一视图与第二视图的相对位置关系如图14所示,第一视图与第二视图具有相同尺寸和相同位置,第一视图叠加在第二视图之上。第一视图用于接收标记触发操作,例如鼠标的触发操作或触摸操作,第二视图用于显示分享显示区域中的当前显示图片。
具体地,使用鼠标绘制拖动时,第一视图会被不断的刷新重绘,就可以看到绘制的效果了。而当鼠标抬起来的时候,清除掉起点和终点,这个时候第一视图再进行重绘,绘制的直线就会消失,一次完整的标注操作结束。
考虑到不同平台的坐标系有差异,本实施例中传递的起点坐标和终点坐标为相对于第二视图的相对坐标。具体的,将起点坐标和终点坐标分别除以第一视图的宽和高,例如,当前图片显示的第一视图的的宽和高为(100,200),起点坐标为(10,40),则起点坐标相对于第二视图的相对坐标P(x,y)=((10.f/100.f),(40.f/200.f))。在封装起点坐起和终点坐标时,还需要考虑不同平台的坐标系的差异。例如,在IOS设备中,视图的原点在左上角,而在MAC设备中,视图的原点在左下角。因此,在MAC设备封装坐标的纵坐标时,需要用于去减。例如,在MAC设备中,起点坐标相对于第二视图的相对坐标P(x,y)=((10.f/100.f),1-(40.f/200.f))。
S1310:将操作消息发送至服务器,由服务器将操作消息发送至具有与第一用户标识相同的群组标识的第二用户标识对应的终端。
上述的文档分享方法,通过采集第一终端(分享终端)的操作指令并将 操作指令封装为操作消息,并将操作消息通过服务器分发给第二终端,操作指令包括标记,从而文档分享时支付对文档进行标注,使得在分享文件时,更加便利。
第一终端系统会以UI线程的刷新频率调用鼠标拖动事件,如果每次调用鼠标拖动事件就重新发送数据,会对网络层以及后台带来较大的数据的传输压力。而如果绘制完成前只传输一次数据,则在观众收到数据后,展示一个标记就会立刻消失,无法完整看到分享的绘制标记过程。为此,在另一个实施例中,起点坐标和终点坐标为第一预设时间内的起点坐标和终点坐标,将操作消息发送至服务器的步骤包括:每隔第一预设时间将操作消息发送至服务器。
本实施例中的第一预设时间为0.1秒,即每0.1秒采集发送一次绘制数据,既减小对网络层的压力,也能使观众完整看到绘制的过程。
本实施例中还提供一种文档分享方法,运行在如图1所示的第二终端102,如图15所示,包括以下步骤:
S1502:接收服务器发送的图片文档在存储平台的第一存储地址,图片文档为对应的文档转换成图片格式后得到的文档。第一存储地址由服务器根据第一终端的文档分享请求所携带的文档标识获取并发送。

上述的文档分享方法,通过采集第一终端的操作指令并将操作指令封装为操作消息,并将操作消息通过服务器分发给第二终端,操作指令包括标记,从而文档分享时支付对文档进行标注,使得在分享文件时,更加便利。
图16为一个具体的实施例的文档分享方法的流程图,包括以下步骤:
S1:第一终端向服务器发送文档上传请求,文档上传请求携带有第一用户标识和文档标识。
第一终端为第一用户标识对应的终端。
文档上传请求可以基于群组视频聊天进行。图17为一个实施例的终端在会话过程中的显示界面示意图,在该显示界面提供文档分享的触控按钮。第一用户通过在第一终端点击该触控按钮,向服务器发送文档上传请求。
在第一用户点击该触控按钮后,第一终端显示终端存储文件的文件夹供第一用户选择需要分享的文件。在获取到用户选择的待分享文件后,向服务 器发送文档上传请求。文档上传请求携带有第一用户标识和文档标识。

发送模块,还用于第二检测模块的检测结果为否时,根据上传文档请求 向存储平台发送存储地址分配请求。
第二获取模块,还用于在检测结果为是时,根据文档标识获取对应的第二存储地址。
在又一个实施例中,文档分享系统还包括第三检测模块,用于检测是否存储有与文档标识对应的第一存储地址。当检测到存储有文档标识对应的第一存储地址时,获取文档标识对应的第一存储地址;当未检测到存储有文档标识对应的第一存储地址时,根据文档标识获取对应的第二存储地址。
在再一个实施例中,接收的还包括存储平台响应存储地址分配请求返回的校验码;发送模块,用于将第二存储地址和校验码发送至第一用户标识对应的终端,由终端根据第二存储地址和校验码将文档上传至存储平台。
在又一个实施例中,系统还包括分享队列处理模块;
第二获取模块,用于获取与第一用户标识对应的群组标识。
分享队列处理模块,用于将文档分享请求添加至与群组标识对应的分享队列中。
第二获取模块,用于在文档分享请求为分享队列中的第一个分享请求,获取文档标识对应的图片文档在存储平台的第一存储地址。
在再一个实施例中,还包括:查找模块。
第一获取模块,还用于获取第一用户标识对应的终端发送的操作消息,操作消息包括第一用户标识对应的终端采集并封装的对图片文档进行操作的操作指令;操作消息携带有第一用户标识。
第二获取模块,还用于获取与第一用户标识对应的群组标识。
查找模块,还用于查找与群组标识对应第二用户标识。
发送模块,还用于向第二用户标识对应的终端发送操作消息,由终端解析操作消息并执行对应的操作。
图19为一个实施例的一种文档分享装置的结构框图,如图19所示,包括:发送模块171、接收模块172和下载模块173。
发送模块171,用于向服务器发送文档分享请求,文档分享请求携带有文档标识,由服务器获取文档标识对应的图片文档在存储平台的第一存储地址;图片文档为文档标识对应的文档转换成图片格式后得到的文档。
接收模块172,用于接收服务器发送的第一存储地址。
下载模块173,用于根据第一存储地址从存储平台下载图片文档至本地。
上述的文档分享装置,通过向服务器发送分享请求,分享请求携带有文档标识,获取服务器根据返回的文档标识对应的图片文档在存储平台的第一存储地址,图片文档为文档标识对应的文档转换成图片格式后得到的文档,接收服务器发送的第一存储地址;根据第一存储地址从存储平台下载图片文档至本地。由于图片的数据量较视频小,从而能够节省文档分享所占用的带宽和流量。同时形成终端、服务器和存储平台的文档分享架构,利用存储平台图片文档,能够通过将数据集中起来,用户在任何地点,依靠移动设备随时访问,实现网内资源共享和协同工作,减少了传统的资源交互,提高了工作效率。
在另一个实施例中,第一存储地址包括第一图片文档的地址和第二图片文档的地址;第二图片文档中的各图为第一图片文档的各图对应的缩略图。下载模块,用于根据第一图片文档的地址从存储平台下载图片至分享显示区域进行显示;
根据第二图片文档的地址从存储平台下载图片至目录列表显示区域进行显示。
在再一个实施例中还包括:封装模块,用于采集对图片文档的操作指令,并将操作指令封装为操作消息,操作消息携带有第一用户标识。
发送模块,用于将操作消息发送至服务器,由服务器将操作消息发送至具有与第一用户标识相同的群组标识的第二用户标识对应的终端。
具体的,封装模块,用于采集对图片文档的翻页/关闭/缩放的操作指令,并将操作指令封装为操作消息;
或封装模块包括采集模块、获取模块和封装操作模块。
采集模块,用于采集标记指令,标记指令包括标记参数;
获取模块,用于获取在第一视图的触发操作相对于第二视图的起点坐标和终点坐标;第一视图叠加在具有相同尺寸和相同位置的第二视图之上,第二视图用于显示分享显示区域中的当前显示图片;
封装操作模块,用于将标记参数、起点坐标识和终点坐标封装为操作消息。
在一个实施例中,起点坐标和终点坐标为第一预设时间内的起点坐标和终点坐标,发送模块,用于每隔第一预设时间将操作消息发送至服务器。
本申请还提供一种文档分享装置,如图20所示,包括:接收模块181和下载模块182。
接收模块181,用于接收服务器发送的图片文档在存储平台的第一存储地址,图片文档为对应的文档转换成图片格式后得到的文档。第一存储地址由服务器根据第一终端的文档分享请求所携带的文档标识获取并发送。
下载模块182,用于根据第一存储地址从存储平台下载图片文档至本地。
上述的文档分享装置,被分享终端通过接收服务器发送的图片文档在存储平台的第一存储地址,图片文档为对应的文档转换成图片格式后得到的文档,根据第二存储地址从存储平台下载图片文档至本地。由于图片的数据量较视频小,从而能够节省文档分享所占用的带宽和流量。同时形成终端、服务器和存储平台的文档分享架构,利用存储平台图片文档,能够通过将数据集中起来,用户在任何地点,依靠移动设备随时访问,实现网内资源共享和协同工作,减少了传统的资源交互,提高了工作效率。

具体的,解析模块,用于解析操作消息得到对图片文档的翻页/关闭/缩放 的操作指令,并执行与操作指令对应的操作;
或解析模块,用于解析操作指令得到标记参数、起点坐标识和终点坐标,并根据标记参数、起点坐标和终点坐标在对应位置形成对应的标记并显示。

- 一种文档分享方法,其特征在于,包括:服务器获取文档分享请求,所述文档分享请求携带有文档标识和第一用户标识;所述服务器获取所述文档标识对应的图片文档在存储平台的第一存储地址;所述图片文档为所述文档标识对应的文档转换成图片格式后得到的文档;所述服务器向各终端发送所述第一存储地址,由各终端根据所述第一存储地址下载所述图片文档至本地,各终端包括第一用户标识对应的终端以及具有与所述第一用户标识相同的群组标识的第二用户标识对应的终端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述文档分享请求还携带有所述文档标识对应的文档;所述服务器获取所述文档标识对应的图片文档在存储平台的第一存储地址的步骤包括:所述服务器将所述文档转换成图片格式得到图片文档;所述服务器向所述存储平台发送第一存储请求,所述第一存储请求携带有转换后的所述图片文档;所述服务器接收所述存储平台响应所述第一存储请求返回的第一存储地址。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述服务器获取文档分享请求的步骤之前,还包括:所述服务器获取上传文档请求,所述上传文档请求携带有第一用户标识和文档标识;所述服务器根据所述上传文档请求向存储平台发送存储地址分配请求;所述服务器接收所述存储平台响应所述存储地址分配请求返回的第二存储地址;所述服务器建立所述文档标识和所述第二存储地址的对应关系;所述服务器将所述第二存储地址发送至所述第一用户标识对应的终端, 由所述终端根据所述第二存储地址将文档上传至所述存储平台;所述服务器获取所述文档标识对应的图片文档在存储平台的第一存储地址的步骤包括:所述服务器根据所述文档标识获取对应的所述第二存储地址;所述服务器根据所述第二存储地址从所述存储平台下载所述文档;所述服务器将所述文档转换为图片格式得到对应的图片文档;所述服务器向所述存储平台发送第一存储请求,所述第一存储请求携带有转换后的所述图片文档;所述服务器接收所述存储平台响应所述第一存储请求返回的第一存储地址。
- 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述服务器获取上传文档请求的步骤之后,还包括:所述服务器检测是否存储有与所述文档标识对应的第二存储地址;所述第二存储地址为所述文档标识对应的文档在所述存储平台的存储地址;当未检测到存储有与所述文档标识对应的第二存储地址时,执行所述服务器根据所述上传文档请求向存储平台发送存储地址分配请求的步骤;当检测到存储有与所述文档标识对应的第二存储地址时,执行所述服务器根据所述文档标识获取对应的所述第二存储地址的步骤;或在所述服务器获取文档分享请求的步骤之后,还包括:所述服务器检测是否存储有与所述文档标识对应的第一存储地址;当检测到存储有所述文档标识对应的第一存储地址时,所述服务器获取所述文档标识对应的第一存储地址;当未检测到存储有所述文档标识对应的第一存储地址时,执行所述服务器根据所述文档标识获取对应的所述第二存储地址的步骤。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述服务器获取文档分享请求的步骤之后,还包括:所述服务器获取与所述第一用户标识对应的群组标识;所述服务器将所述文档分享请求添加至与所述群组标识对应的分享队列中;若所述文档分享请求为所述分享队列中的第一个分享请求,则执行所述服务器获取所述文档标识对应的图片文档在存储平台的第一存储地址的步骤。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:所述服务器获取所述第一用户标识对应的终端发送的操作消息,所述操作消息包括所述第一用户标识对应的终端采集并封装的对图片文档进行操作的操作指令;所述操作消息携带有所述第一用户标识;所述服务器获取与第一用户标识对应的群组标识;所述服务器查找与所述群组标识对应第二用户标识;所述服务器向第二用户标识对应的终端发送所述操作消息,由所述终端解析所述操作消息并执行对应的操作。
- 一种文档分享方法,其特征在于,包括:第一终端向服务器发送文档分享请求,所述文档分享请求携带有所述文档标识,由所述服务器获取所述文档标识对应的图片文档在存储平台的第一存储地址;所述图片文档为所述文档标识对应的文档转换成图片格式后得到的文档;所述第一终端接收所述服务器发送的所述第一存储地址;所述第一终端根据所述第一存储地址从存储平台下载所述图片文档至本地。
- 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:所述第一终端采集对所述图片文档的操作指令,并将所述操作指令封装为操作消息,所述操作消息携带有第一用户标识;所述第一终端将所述操作消息发送至服务器,由所述服务器将所述操作 消息发送至具有与所述第一用户标识相同的群组标识的第二用户标识对应的第二终端。
- 一种文档分享方法,其特征在于,包括:第二终端接收服务器发送的图片文档在存储平台的第一存储地址,所述图片文档为对应的文档转换成图片格式后得到的文档;所述第一存储地址由服务器根据第一终端的文档分享请求所携带的文档标识获取并发送;所述第二终端根据所述第一存储地址从存储平台下载所述图片文档至本地。
- 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:所述第二终端接收所述服务器发送的操作消息,所述操作消息包括第一终端采集并封装的对图片文档进行操作的操作指令;所述第二终端解析所述操作消息,得到所述操作指令并执行对应的操作。
- 一种服务器,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中存储有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述处理器执行如下步骤:获取文档分享请求,所述文档分享请求携带有文档标识和第一用户标识;获取所述文档标识对应的图片文档在存储平台的第一存储地址;所述图片文档为所述文档标识对应的文档转换成图片格式后得到的文档;向各终端发送所述第一存储地址,由各终端根据所述第一存储地址下载所述图片文档至本地,各终端包括第一用户标识对应的终端以及具有与所述第一用户标识相同的群组标识的第二用户标识对应的终端。
- 根据权利要求11所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述文档分享请求还携带有所述文档标识对应的文档;所述获取所述文档标识对应的图片文档在存储平台的第一存储地址的步骤包括:将所述文档转换成图片格式得到图片文档;向所述存储平台发送第一存储请求,所述第一存储请求携带有转换后的所述图片文档;接收所述存储平台响应所述第一存储请求返回的第一存储地址。
- 根据权利要求11所述的服务器,其特征在于,在所述获取文档分享请求的步骤之前,还包括:获取上传文档请求,所述上传文档请求携带有第一用户标识和文档标识;根据所述上传文档请求向存储平台发送存储地址分配请求;接收所述存储平台响应所述存储地址分配请求返回的第二存储地址;建立所述文档标识和所述第二存储地址的对应关系;将所述第二存储地址发送至所述第一用户标识对应的终端,由所述终端根据所述第二存储地址将文档上传至所述存储平台;获取所述文档标识对应的图片文档在存储平台的第一存储地址的步骤包括:根据所述文档标识获取对应的所述第二存储地址;根据所述第二存储地址从所述存储平台下载所述文档;所述将所述文档转换为图片格式得到对应的图片文档;向所述存储平台发送第一存储请求,所述第一存储请求携带有转换后的所述图片文档;接收所述存储平台响应所述第一存储请求返回的第一存储地址。

- 根据权利要求11所述的服务器,其特征在于,在所述获取文档分享请求的步骤之后,还包括:获取与所述第一用户标识对应的群组标识;将所述文档分享请求添加至与所述群组标识对应的分享队列中;若所述文档分享请求为所述分享队列中的第一个分享请求,则执行所述获取所述文档标识对应的图片文档在存储平台的第一存储地址的步骤。

- 一种终端,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中存储有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述处理器执行如下步骤:向服务器发送文档分享请求,所述文档分享请求携带有所述文档标识,由所述服务器获取所述文档标识对应的图片文档在存储平台的第一存储地址;所述图片文档为所述文档标识对应的文档转换成图片格式后得到的文档;接收所述服务器发送的所述第一存储地址;根据所述第一存储地址从存储平台下载所述图片文档至本地。
