本申请要求于2017年4月28日提交中国专利局、申请号为2017102969225、申请名称为“栈板”的中国专利申请的优先权,上述在先申请的内容以引入的方式并入本文本中。
技术领域
本申请涉及货品运输技术领域,尤其是涉及一种栈板。
背景技术
为了方便仓库管理、货物搬运及周转,常使用栈板承载货物,并使用叉车移动栈板的方式转运及存储货物。目前常用的栈板主要由胶合木板、实木板、塑胶、金属等原材制作,并且一般是川字型结构,以便于制作,但栈板尺寸一旦制作便无法更改,在面对不同产品及不同堆栈方式时,固定尺寸的栈板无法满足不同尺寸的产品运输要求。例如在液晶显示器生产厂中,按照特定的尺寸制作而成的栈板用以适配某一长度尺寸的液晶模组,然而,在实际使用时考虑到物品堆栈的匹配性和可靠性,则需要使用不同尺寸的栈板与液晶模组尺寸匹配,当液晶模组堆栈尺寸不同时,则需要对应设计不同尺寸的栈板,从而不利于提高栈板在实际应用中的利用率。
申请内容
本申请要解决的技术问题是提供一种栈板,用以解决现有技术中栈板尺寸固定,无法满足不同尺寸的产品运输要求的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请提供一种栈板,所述栈板包括主伸缩件和支撑件,所述主伸缩件包括旋转套筒和一对螺纹杆,一对所述螺纹杆分别从所述旋转套筒的两端部分伸入所述旋转套筒,所述螺纹杆与所述旋转套筒以螺纹配合方式旋转连接,所述支撑件包括相互铰接的第一支撑件与第二支撑件,所述螺纹杆背离所述旋转套筒的一端铰接于所述第一支撑件与所述第二支撑件的 铰接处,旋转所述旋转套筒调节一对所述螺纹杆之间的距离以改变所述第一支撑件与所述第二支撑件的相对弯折状态,从而调节所述栈板的尺寸。
其中,所述主伸缩件的数量为两个,两个所述主伸缩件交错设置,每个所述主伸缩件连接一对所述支撑件,当所述栈板处于未收缩状态时,两对所述支撑件围成封闭的形状。
其中,所述栈板还包括辅伸缩件,所述辅伸缩件位于所述主伸缩件连接的一对所述支撑件之间,并且所述辅伸缩件的两端分别铰接一对所述第一支撑件或一对所述第二支撑件。
其中,所述辅伸缩件的数量为多个,并且所述辅伸缩件对称分布于所述主伸缩件的两侧。

本申请的有益效果如下:通过旋转旋转套筒可以调节一对螺纹杆之间的距离,即改变主伸缩件的长度,主伸缩件的两端分别连接一个支撑件,每个支撑件包括相互铰接的第一支撑件和第二支撑件,主伸缩件连接第一支撑件与第二支撑件的铰接处,调节主伸缩件的长度可以改变第一支撑件与第二支撑件的相对弯折状态,从而改变栈板的尺寸,栈板尺寸灵活可变,可以满足不同尺寸的产品运输要求,节省运输与存储成本。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
本申请实施例提供的栈板用于承载货品,以便于运输及存储货品。一种实施方式中,在液晶显示器生产厂,栈板可用于承载显示模组等。
请参阅图1和图2,本申请实施例一提供的栈板包括主伸缩件10和支撑件20,具体的,主伸缩件10整体为杆状结构,主伸缩件10的两端分别连接一个支撑件20,通过调节主伸缩件10的长度可以调节两个支撑件20之间的距离。结合图3,本实施例中,主伸缩件10包括旋转套筒102与一对螺纹杆104,一对螺纹杆104分别从旋转套筒102的两端部分伸入旋转套筒102,即旋转套筒102套设于一对螺纹杆104上,或一对螺纹杆104收容于套筒302内。具体的,两个螺纹杆104分别从旋转套筒102的两端插入旋转套筒102,每个螺纹杆104均至少部分收容于旋转套筒102内。进一步的,螺纹杆104与旋转套筒102以螺纹配合方式旋转连接,一种较佳的实施方式中,螺纹杆104收容于旋转套筒102内部的一端的表面设有外螺纹,旋转套筒102内壁设 有至少两个螺栓106,螺栓106固定于旋转套筒102的内壁,螺纹杆104插入螺栓106,并且螺纹杆104的外螺纹与螺栓106的内螺纹配合,使螺纹杆104与旋转套筒102转动连接。其他实施方式中,螺纹杆104收容于旋转套筒102内部的一端的表面设有外螺纹,旋转套筒102靠近两端的内壁设有内螺纹,螺纹杆104的外螺纹与旋转套筒102的内螺纹配合,使螺纹杆104与旋转套筒102转动连接。由于螺纹杆104与旋转套筒102螺纹连接,当螺纹杆104沿中心轴旋转的自由度被限制时,通过手动或使用驱动组件旋转旋转套筒102,可以改变螺纹杆104与旋转套筒102的相对位置,从而使两个螺纹杆104之间的距离减小或增大,调节主伸缩件10的长度。
支撑件20包括相互铰接的第一支撑件202与第二支撑件204,即第一支撑件202的一端与第二支撑件204的一端相互连接,并且第一支撑件202与第二支撑件204可通过连接处相互转动。一种较佳的实施方式中,支撑件20为表面平整的杆状结构,由于支撑件20表面需要用于放置货物,平整的表面有利于稳定的放置货物。进一步的,螺纹杆104背离旋转套筒102的一端铰接于第一支撑件202与第二支撑件204的铰接处,即螺纹杆104可以相对第一支撑件202及第二支撑件204转动。本实施例的螺纹杆104一端螺纹连接且收容于旋转套筒102内部,另一端铰接于支撑件20,当旋转旋转套筒102使螺纹杆104向收容于旋转套筒102的方向移动时,螺纹杆104拉动支撑件20向靠近旋转套筒102的方向活动,进一步的,由于螺纹杆104铰接于第一支撑件202与第二支撑件204的铰接处,在支撑件20靠近旋转套筒102的过程中,第一支撑件202与第二支撑件204相对弯折,以使第一支撑件202与第二支撑件204的铰接处靠近旋转套筒102。由于一个主伸缩件10的两端各连接一个支撑件20,在螺纹杆104向收容于旋转套筒102的方向移动时,两个第一支撑件202与第二支撑件204的铰接处相互靠近,缩小了两个支撑件20之间的距离,从而调节了栈板的尺寸。
通过旋转旋转套筒102可以调节一对螺纹杆104之间的距离,即改变主伸缩件10的长度,主伸缩件10的两端分别连接一个支撑件20,每个支撑件20包括相互铰接的第一支撑件202和第二支撑件204,主伸缩件10连接第一支撑件202与第二支撑件204的铰接处,调节主伸缩件10的长度可以改变第一 支撑件202与第二支撑件204的相对弯折状态,从而改变栈板的尺寸,栈板尺寸灵活可变,可以满足不同尺寸的产品运输要求,节省运输与存储成本。
本实施例中,主伸缩件10的数量为两个,两个主伸缩件10交错设置,具体的,两个主伸缩件10为相互层叠设置。一种较佳的实施方式中,两个主伸缩件10的交错位置为主伸缩件10的中点位置,并且两个主伸缩件10相互垂直。每个主伸缩件10连接一对支撑件20,即每一个主伸缩件10的收缩与展开可以控制一对支撑件20之间的距离变化。当栈板处于未收缩状态时,两对支撑件20围成封闭的形状,一种较佳的实施方式中,两个主伸缩件10的长度相同,未收缩状态的支撑件20围成矩形形状,矩形形状的栈板有利于平稳的放置货物。两个主伸缩件10交错排列,两对支撑件20同时用于放置及支撑货物,增大了栈板与货物的接触面积,从而提高了栈板的承载货物的稳定性,在运输过程中,货物不易从栈板上滑落。
本实施例中,结合图4,第一支撑件202连接第二支撑件204的一端设有第一转轴2020,第二支撑件204连接第一支撑件202一端设有中空的第二转轴2040,第二转轴2040套设于第一转轴2020上,从而使第一支撑件202与第二支撑件204可相互转动的连接,即铰接。进一步的,第一转轴2020的外壁面设有多个凸起20a,第二转轴2040的内壁面设有多个凹槽20b,凸起20a与凹槽20b配合以固定第一支撑件202与第二支撑件204的相对位置。具体的,当第一转轴2020上的凸起20a卡入第二转轴2040上的凹槽20b时,凸起20a与凹槽20b的配合可以在一定程度上锁定第一支撑件202与第二支撑件204的相对位置,从而固定栈板的形态,以避免在运输或使用的过程中受到颠簸等影响时栈板的结构形态发生不必要的变化;当对外力促使第一支撑件202与第二支撑件204相对弯折的影响达到一定程度时,例如手动或使用驱动组件旋转旋转套筒102时,凸起20a与凹槽20b的配合不足以保持支撑件20的形态固定,从而使第一支撑件202与第二支撑件204相对弯折,以达到调节栈板形态,适应不同尺寸货物需求的目的。
本实施例中,主伸缩件10还包括弹性件108,弹性件108收容于旋转套筒102中,并且一对螺纹杆104之间通过弹性件108连接。工作状态的弹性件108始终处于压缩状态或伸长状态,以起到紧固螺纹杆104与旋转套筒102的 螺纹连接的作用,避免螺纹杆104与旋转套筒102在使用者未主动旋转旋转杆时螺纹杆104与旋转杆发生相对运动,提高栈板结构处于某固定状态时的结构稳定性。
本实施例中,螺纹杆104为空心结构,以减小栈板的重量。
本实施例中,结合图5,支撑件20包括固定连接的第一层206与第二层208,第一层206与第二层208相对层叠设置,并且第一层206与第二层208之间设有空隙210,用于插入叉车的叉杆。一种较佳的实施方式中,第一层206背离第二层208的表面用于放置货物,该表面为平整的表面,以有利于放置货物。进一步的,第一支撑件202的第一层206与第二支撑件204的第一层206齐平,以提供平整的表面放置货物,提高货物在运输与存储中的稳定性。
通过旋转旋转套筒102可以调节一对螺纹杆104之间的距离,即改变主伸缩件10的长度,主伸缩件10的两端分别连接一个支撑件20,每个支撑件20包括相互铰接的第一支撑件202和第二支撑件204,主伸缩件10连接第一支撑件202与第二支撑件204的铰接处,调节主伸缩件10的长度可以改变第一支撑件202与第二支撑件204的相对弯折状态,从而改变栈板的尺寸,栈板尺寸灵活可变,可以满足不同尺寸的产品运输要求,节省运输与存储成本。
请参阅图6和图7,本申请实施例二提供的栈板与实施例一的区别在于,栈板还包括辅伸缩件30,辅伸缩件30位于主伸缩件10连接的一对支撑件20之间,并且辅伸缩件30的两端分别铰接一对第一支撑件202或一对第二支撑件204。具体的,辅伸缩件30为被动伸缩件,辅伸缩件30的长度由连接在辅伸缩件30两端的支撑件20决定。当支撑件20在主伸缩件10的带动下相互靠近时,辅伸缩件30受到支撑件20的压迫而缩短,即辅伸缩件30的长度根据主伸缩件10的长度而相应变化。进一步的,辅伸缩件30连接在一对相对应的第一支撑件202之间或一对相对应的第二支撑件204之间。辅伸缩件30在栈板上起到支撑栈板的作用,具体的,辅伸缩件30辅助调节主伸缩件10两端的支撑件20的距离,在主伸缩件10拉动主伸缩件10两端的支撑件20相互靠近时,第一支撑件202与第二支撑件204相对弯折,两对第一支撑件202与第二支撑件204的铰接处相互靠近,一对第一支撑件202背离铰接处的一端之间的距离大于铰接处之间的距离,一对第二支撑件204背离铰接处的一端之间的距 离大于铰接处之间的距离,从而使栈板处于收缩的状态,可以放置更小尺寸的货物;在主伸缩件10两端的支撑件20相互远离时,辅伸缩件30推动两个支撑件20相互远离,起到辅助栈板还原的作用,从而使栈板处于非收缩状态。
本实施例中,辅伸缩件30的数量为多个,并且辅伸缩件30对称分布于主伸缩件10的两侧。进一步的,越靠近主伸缩件10的辅伸缩件30的长度在栈板的收缩过程中越接近主伸缩件10的长度,以使支撑件20以第一支撑件202与第二支撑件204的铰接处弯折,缩小栈板的尺寸,可以放置更小尺寸的货物。
本实施例中,结合图8,辅伸缩件30包括一对直杆304及套设于一对直杆304上的套筒302,一对直杆304之间通过弹性件306连接,直杆304背离套筒302的一端铰接支撑件20。进一步的,弹性件306始终保持压缩状态,以使一对直杆304在弹性件108的作用下始终具有向相互分离的方向运动的趋势,从而起到辅助固定支撑主伸缩件10两端的支撑件20的作用。
通过旋转旋转套筒102可以调节一对螺纹杆104之间的距离,即改变主伸缩件10的长度,主伸缩件10的两端分别连接一个支撑件20,每个支撑件20包括相互铰接的第一支撑件202和第二支撑件204,主伸缩件10连接第一支撑件202与第二支撑件204的铰接处,调节主伸缩件10的长度可以改变第一支撑件202与第二支撑件204的相对弯折状态,从而改变栈板的尺寸,栈板尺寸灵活可变,可以满足不同尺寸的产品运输要求,节省运输与存储成本。
以上所揭露的仅为本申请几种较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本申请之权利范围,本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分流程,并依本申请权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属于申请所涵盖的范围。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种栈板,其中,所述栈板包括主伸缩件和支撑件,所述主伸缩件包括旋转套筒和一对螺纹杆,一对所述螺纹杆分别从所述旋转套筒的两端部分伸入所述旋转套筒,所述螺纹杆与所述旋转套筒以螺纹配合方式旋转连接,所述支撑件包括相互铰接的第一支撑件与第二支撑件,所述螺纹杆背离所述旋转套筒的一端铰接于所述第一支撑件与所述第二支撑件的铰接处,旋转所述旋转套筒调节一对所述螺纹杆之间的距离以改变所述第一支撑件与所述第二支撑件的相对弯折状态,从而调节所述栈板的尺寸。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的栈板,其中,所述主伸缩件的数量为两个,两个所述主伸缩件交错设置,每个所述主伸缩件连接一对所述支撑件,当所述栈板处于未收缩状态时,两对所述支撑件围成封闭的形状。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的栈板,其中,所述栈板还包括辅伸缩件,所述辅伸缩件位于所述主伸缩件连接的一对所述支撑件之间,并且所述辅伸缩件的两端分别铰接一对所述第一支撑件或一对所述第二支撑件。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的栈板,其中,所述辅伸缩件的数量为多个,并且所述辅伸缩件对称分布于所述主伸缩件的两侧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的栈板,其中,所述辅伸缩件包括一对直杆及套设于一对所述直杆上的套筒,一对所述直杆之间通过弹性件连接,所述直杆背离所述套筒的一端铰接所述支撑件。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的栈板,其中,所述第一支撑件连接所述第二支撑件的一端设有第一转轴,所述第二支撑件连接所述第一支撑件一端设有中空的第二转轴,所述第二转轴套设于所述第一转轴上,所述第一转轴的外壁面设有多个凸起,所述第二转轴的内壁面设有多个凹槽,所述凸起与所述凹槽配合以固定所述第一支撑件与所述第二支撑件的相对位置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的栈板,其中,所述主伸缩件的数量为两个,两个所述主伸缩件交错设置,每个所述主伸缩件连接一对所述支撑件,当所述栈板处于未收缩状态时,两对所述支撑件围成封闭的形状。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的栈板,其中,所述栈板还包括辅伸缩件,所述辅 伸缩件位于所述主伸缩件连接的一对所述支撑件之间,并且所述辅伸缩件的两端分别铰接一对所述第一支撑件或一对所述第二支撑件。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的栈板,其中,所述辅伸缩件的数量为多个,并且所述辅伸缩件对称分布于所述主伸缩件的两侧。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的栈板,其中,所述主伸缩件还包括弹性件,所述弹性件收容于所述旋转套筒中,并且一对所述螺纹杆之间通过所述弹性件连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的栈板,其中,所述主伸缩件的数量为两个,两个所述主伸缩件交错设置,每个所述主伸缩件连接一对所述支撑件,当所述栈板处于未收缩状态时,两对所述支撑件围成封闭的形状。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的栈板,其中,所述栈板还包括辅伸缩件,所述辅伸缩件位于所述主伸缩件连接的一对所述支撑件之间,并且所述辅伸缩件的两端分别铰接一对所述第一支撑件或一对所述第二支撑件。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的栈板,其中,所述辅伸缩件的数量为多个,并且所述辅伸缩件对称分布于所述主伸缩件的两侧。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的栈板,其中,所述旋转套筒内壁设有至少两个螺栓,所述螺栓固定于所述旋转套筒的所述内壁,所述螺纹杆插入所述螺栓并与所述螺栓螺纹配合。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的栈板,其中,所述主伸缩件的数量为两个,两个所述主伸缩件交错设置,每个所述主伸缩件连接一对所述支撑件,当所述栈板处于未收缩状态时,两对所述支撑件围成封闭的形状。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的栈板,其中,所述栈板还包括辅伸缩件,所述辅伸缩件位于所述主伸缩件连接的一对所述支撑件之间,并且所述辅伸缩件的两端分别铰接一对所述第一支撑件或一对所述第二支撑件。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的栈板,其中,所述辅伸缩件的数量为多个,并且所述辅伸缩件对称分布于所述主伸缩件的两侧。
  18. 根据权利要求1所述的栈板,其中,所述螺纹杆为空心结构,以减小所述栈板的重量。
  19. 根据权利要求1所述的栈板,其中,所述支撑件包括固定连接的第一 层与第二层,所述第一层与所述第二层相对层叠设置,并且所述第一层与所述第二层之间设有空隙,用于插入叉车的叉杆。
