Abstract

Le procédé consiste : à attribuer une ressource de demande de planification pour un terminal cible lorsqu'une condition d'attribution de ressource de demande de planification prédéfinie est remplie, la ressource de demande de planification étant communément utilisée par une pluralité de terminaux; et à envoyer un message de configuration de ressource de demande de planification au terminal cible, le message de configuration de ressource de demande de planification comportant un emplacement de ressource temps-fréquence de la ressource de demande de planification de telle sorte que le terminal cible envoie une demande de planification au moyen de la ressource de demande de planification. La présente invention permet d'améliorer l'efficacité de transmission.
