【技术领域】
本发明涉及智能终端技术领域,特别是涉及一种访问认证的方法,一种服务器、一种智能终端和一种存储装置。
【背景技术】
由于公司之间贸易的往来,公司与公司之间的人员需要进行拜访,介绍产品,洽谈商务合作模式,技术支持等一系列拜访活动。或者公司安排人员进行面试,也需要面试的人到公司进行洽谈,这就存在着一种关系,甲去拜访乙公司的人员。
现有常规的处理方式是,甲拜访乙的时候,需要在前台登记注册,领取拜访卡,之后通过拜访卡打开指定的楼层的门禁卡,到指定的会议室进行洽谈。
这样的处理方式,既浪费人力,也浪费时间。
【发明内容】
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种访问认证的方法及服务器、智能终端和存储装置,能够通过访客码,智能的完成面谈前的相关信息核对和访问权限的控制和管理,简单方便,节省人力时间成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是,提供一种服务器,所述服务器包括处理器、存储器及其存储的指令,所述处理器执行所述指令以实现如下步骤:接收来自管理终端的访客资料信息;基于所述访客资料信息生成对应访客码并发送至访客终端,所述访客码携带认证信息;接收来自所述访客终端的拜访时间变更请求,并转发给所述管理终端;接收所述管理终端的确认信息,基于所述访客资料信息以及变更的拜访时间,重新生成访客码并发送给所述访客终端;接收来自所述访客终端的访客码,在确定所述访客码为有效时,生成随机码并下发给所述访客终端;接收来自所述访客终端的解码结果,当所述解码结果匹配成功时,确定所述访客为合法访客,为所述访客开通预定时间的预定访问权限;在达到所述预定时间时,发出报警提示;进一步根据所述管理终端对所述报警提示的响应,延长或者终止所述访客的访问权限。

本发明提供的技术方案与现有技术相比存在的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明通过服务器基于访客资料信息生成访客码并下发给访客终端,服务器根据访客码再生成随机码,基于访客终端的解码结果来确定访客的身份,从而为合法访客开通预定时间的预定访问权限。通过这样的方式,可以在面谈前智能的进行访客信息核对和访问权限的控制和管理,简单方便,简化了常规洽谈的接待工作,节省人力时间成本。

参阅图1,图1示出了本发明第一实施例提供的一种访问认证的方法的流程,为了便于说明,图1仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分,图1示例的访问认证的方法包括以下步骤:
S101,服务器接收来自管理终端的访客资料信息;
这里的管理终端,是指得到服务器授权的合法终端,比如被拜访公司的管理人员或者人力部员工,通过预先注册认证,获取服务器授权使用访客码相关功能,那被拜访公司的终端可以通过合法身份认证方式实现与服务器的连接,这里的合法身份认证方式可以是账号密码方式,也可以是其他的认证方式。同时,针对管理终端,可以有不同的授权,比如面试官、人力人员、技术人员等不同角色分别对应不同的权限级别,本发明对此不作具体限定。没有经过服务器授权的终端,服务器认定为非法终端,对于非法终端的访客码生成请求,服务器不予响应。
在本发明中,管理终端能够向服务器请求生成访客码。具体地,管理终端通过向服务器上传访客资料信息,以发起访客码生成请求。
访客资料信息包括但不限于是访客姓名、号码、访客的业务类型、访问权限、门禁权限以及访问时间等。当然,也可以进一步包括更多的访客个人信息,这里不一一举例限定。这里的业务类型,是指访客作为什么身份来拜访,比如面试人员、产品展示或者技术支持等。在服务器端,不同的业务类型,对应有不同的数据库。
比如访客是来面试的,则访客资料信息包括面试者姓名、号码、面试、面试时间、面试地点和面试的具体会议室等。
服务器与管理终端建立连接,接收来自管理终端的访客资料信息。
S102,服务器基于访客资料信息生成对应访客码并发送至访客终端,访客码携带认证信息;

需要说明的是,这里的访客码,都是有有效时间段的,也就是说,这个访客码即使是得到授权的合法访客码,也只是在授权的某个时间段内有效,时间段以外的其他时间都被认定为无效访客码。这个时间段,可以是服务器基于访客拜访时间段随机确定的,也可以是管理终端发出请求时指定的时间段。比如访客的拜访时间是2017年4月5日下午两点,这个有效时间段可以是服务器随机确定的2017年4月5日下午一点半至四点,或者其他的管理终端指定的时间段。
S103,服务器接收来自访客终端的访客码;
在访客码的有效时间段内,访客到达拜访地点,通过设备扫描访客码,将访客终端的访客码发送给服务器,服务器接收访客终端的访客码。
S104:确定访客码是否有效;
服务器判断来自终端的访客码是否属于有效访客码,比如判断接收访客码的时间是否在有效时间段内、访客信息是否匹配等。在确定访客码为有效时,执行S105。
S105:生成随机码并下发给访客终端;
当来自访客终端的访客码为有效访客码时,服务器生成随机码并下发给访客终端,这里的随机码用于与访客码结合进行解码。
S106:服务器接收来自访客终端的解码结果;
访客终端接收服务器的随机码后,通过访客码和随机码结合,在访客的软件端进行解码,获取解码结果,并将解码结果发送给服务器。
服务器进一步接收来自访客终端的解码结果,并与服务器端的解码结果进行匹配。
S107:判断解码结果匹配是否成功;
当来自访客终端的解码结果与服务器端的解码结果一致时,匹配成功,否则,匹配失败。
当匹配成功时,执行S108,否则,结束流程。
S108:确定访客为合法访客,为访客开通预定时间的预定访问权限。

这里的预定时间,可以是管理终端指定的拜访时间,也可以是服务器基于访客拜访时间自动生成的预定时间段。
访问权限,具体针对不同的访客生成不同的访问权限,比如面试人员,访问权限可以是指定楼层,面试房间的门禁权限。比如针对业务洽谈人员,访问权限可以是指定楼层的门禁权限、wifi权限等。访问权限只在预定时间内有效,也就是说,在预定时间之外,访客是无法打开门禁或者获取wifi权限等。
在具体实现过程中,服务器生成的预定时间的预定访问权限,可以直接发送给访客终端,也可以先发送给管理终端,由管理终端下发给访客终端。
通过访客码与随机码结合的双重认证方式,即使是其他人盗用访客的访客码,也无法获取访问权限,有效的保证了访问的安全性和可靠性。
请进一步参阅图2,图2是本发明第二实施例的访问认证的方法的流程图,与图1所示不同在于,本实施例中,在服务器接收来自访客终端的访客码之前,还可以进一步包括:
S109,服务器接收来自访客终端的拜访时间变更请求,并转发给管理终端;
如果访客因为堵车、或者临时有事不能按时拜访、或者需要修改拜访日期,则访客可以通过访客终端修改拜访时间,并将拜访时间变更请求发送给服务器,在拜访时间变更请求中,可以包括多个待选的变更时间,以供受访的管理终端进行选择。
服务器接收访客终端的拜访时间变更请求,并转发给管理终端,管理终端相关人员查看修改申请后,如果接受修改申请,则选择同意,如果访客提供的多个待选的变更时间与被访方其他事务冲突,则管理终端可以继续变更,或者选择延后处理,直至双方确定后,向服务器发送确认信息。
S110:服务器接收管理终端的确认信息,基于访客资料信息以及变更的拜访时间,重新生成访客码并发送给访客终端。

存储器402,可用于存储访客码、随机码以及解码结果;存储器402存储的指令403在被处理器401读取并执行时,实现第三实施例或第四实施例中描述的任意一项方法的步骤。从智能终端400组成的层次结构而言,智能终端400的指令分为微指令,机器指令和宏指令,其中,微指令是微程序级的命令,属于硬件;宏指令是由若干条机器指令组成的软件指令,属于软件;机器指令,介于微指令和宏指令之间,通常简称为指令,每一条指令可以完成一个独立的算术运算或逻辑运算操作等,如上也在某种程度上说明了在智能终端系统(例如计算机系统)中,软件和硬件没有明确的界限,软件实现的功能可以用硬件来实现(硬化);硬件实现的功能也可以用软件来实现(软化),如常用播放软件代替视频卡。
程序即智能终端可以识别运行的指令集合,因此智能终端还可包括程序,程序又可包括系统程序和应用程序,程序可以是后台服务。系统程序可用于将智能终端400连接到网络,还可用于配置智能终端400的通知栏;还可用于监听智能终端400的通知栏;还可用于获取接收到的在通知栏显示的消息的内容。应用程序可用于搭建聊天环境,并接收聊天环境中的消息。
可选的是,智能终端400还可包括喇叭、马达、屏幕显示组件、网卡、通信电路等,智能终端400的硬件之间通过通信电路连接,可相互之间直接或间接地传递指令,驱动硬件进行工作。
喇叭,可用于发出声音提醒用户。
马达,可用于发出振动提醒用户。
屏幕显示组件包括显示技术层、触感层和玻璃盖板层等,显示技术层可用于在处理器的控制下使屏幕变亮显示或熄灭,触感层可用于接收用户的输入操作,玻璃盖板层可用于保护显示技术层和触感层。
网卡,可用于将智能终端400连接到网络。
前述第一实施例和第二实施例中的对相应名词、句子含义的解释均可用于本实施例,在此不再赘述。
本发明实施例提供的一种存储装置,存储装置上存储有指令,指令被处理器执行时实现第一至第四实施例中描述的任意一项方法的步骤。
参阅图7,图7示出了本发明实施例提供的一种存储装置500的结构,为了便于说明,图7仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分,图7示例的存储装置500包括存储在其上的指令501。
可选的是,存储装置500是具有存储功能的装置是指存储数据的载体,例如软盘、光盘、DVD、机械硬盘、固态硬盘、闪存、U盘、CF卡、SD卡、MMC卡、SM卡、记忆棒(Memory Stick)、xD卡、基因硬盘以及用在各种终端、服务器和芯片及其中的存储介质等,在此不作具体限定。
前述第一至第四实施例中的对相应名词、句子含义的解释均可用于本实施例,在此不再赘述。
需要说明的是,上述第二、第三和第四实施例中的信息交互、执行过程等内容及实施例的整体内容,由于与本发明第一实施例基于同一构思,其带来的技术效果与本发明第一实施例相同,具体内容可参见本发明第一实施例中的叙述,不再赘述。
以上所述仅为结合具体的实施例对本发明原理及实施方式所作的进一步详细说明,不能认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明,只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想;同时,对于本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,凡是利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换,或直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域,都应当视为属于本发明的专利保护范围。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种服务器,其中,所述服务器包括处理器、存储器及其存储的指令,所述处理器执行所述指令以实现如下步骤:
    接收来自管理终端的访客资料信息;
    基于所述访客资料信息生成对应访客码并发送至访客终端,所述访客码携带认证信息;
    接收来自所述访客终端的拜访时间变更请求,并转发给所述管理终端;
    接收所述管理终端的确认信息,基于所述访客资料信息以及变更的拜访时间,重新生成访客码并发送给所述访客终端;
    接收来自所述访客终端的访客码,在确定所述访客码为有效时,生成随机码并下发给所述访客终端;
    接收来自所述访客终端的解码结果,当所述解码结果匹配成功时,确定所述访客为合法访客,为所述访客开通预定时间的预定访问权限;
    在达到所述预定时间时,发出报警提示;
    进一步根据所述管理终端对所述报警提示的响应,延长或者终止所述访客的访问权限。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的服务器,其中,所述访客资料信息至少包括访客姓名、号码、访客的业务类型、访问权限、门禁权限以及访问时间。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的服务器,其中,所述认证信息至少包括访问密码、接入等级控制信息、访问的业务类型以及网络信息。
  4. 一种访问认证的方法,其中,所述方法包括:
    服务器接收来自管理终端的访客资料信息;
    所述服务器基于所述访客资料信息生成对应访客码并发送至访客终端,所述访客码携带认证信息;
    所述服务器接收来自所述访客终端的访客码,在确定所述访客码为有效时,生成随机码并下发给所述访客终端;
    所述服务器接收来自所述访客终端的解码结果,当所述解码结果匹配成功时,确定所述访客为合法访客,为所述访客开通预定时间的预定访问权限。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的访问认证的方法,其中,所述服务器接收来自访客终端的访客码之前,还包括:
    所述服务器接收来自所述访客终端的拜访时间变更请求,并转发给所述管理终端;
    所述服务器接收所述管理终端的确认信息,基于所述访客资料信息以及变更的拜访时间,重新生成访客码并发送给所述访客终端。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的访问认证的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    所述服务器在达到所述预定时间时,发出报警提示;
    所述服务器进一步根据所述管理终端对所述报警提示的响应,延长或者终止所述访客的访问权限。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的访问认证的方法,其中,所述访客资料信息至少包括访客姓名、号码、访客的业务类型、访问权限、门禁权限以及访问时间。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的访问认证的方法,其中,所述访客资料信息至少包括访客姓名、号码、访客的业务类型、访问权限、门禁权限以及访问时间。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的访问认证的方法,其中,所述认证信息至少包括访问密码、接入等级控制信息、访问的业务类型以及网络信息。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的访问认证的方法,其中,所述认证信息至少包括访问密码、接入等级控制信息、访问的业务类型以及网络信息。
  11. 一种服务器,其中,所述服务器包括处理器、存储器及其存储的指令,所述处理器执行所述指令以实现如下步骤:
    接收来自管理终端的访客资料信息;
    基于所述访客资料信息生成对应访客码并发送至访客终端,所述访客码携带认证信息;
    接收来自所述访客终端的访客码,在确定所述访客码为有效时,生成随机码并下发给所述访客终端;
    接收来自所述访客终端的解码结果,当所述解码结果匹配成功时,确定所述访客为合法访客,为所述访客开通预定时间的预定访问权限。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的服务器,其中,所述处理器在执行接收来自访客终端的访客码之前,还包括:
    接收来自所述访客终端的拜访时间变更请求,并转发给所述管理终端;
    接收所述管理终端的确认信息,基于所述访客资料信息以及变更的拜访时间,重新生成访客码并发送给所述访客终端。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的服务器,其中,所述处理器还用于执行:
    在达到所述预定时间时,发出报警提示;
    进一步根据所述管理终端对所述报警提示的响应,延长或者终止所述访客的访问权限。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的服务器,其中,所述访客资料信息至少包括访客姓名、号码、访客的业务类型、访问权限、门禁权限以及访问时间。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的服务器,其中,所述认证信息至少包括访问密码、接入等级控制信息、访问的业务类型以及网络信息。
