实施例1
请参考图1-图4,本发明实施例提供了一种便携式吊床,其包括吊布1、横杆2、弹性塞3、套绳4和锁扣5。
吊布1的两端通过套绳4固定在横杆2上,其中:横杆2整体为中空,且由第一杆体201和第二杆体202两段杆体构成,第一杆体201和第二杆体202直接螺纹连接在一起,保证横杆2能够有足够的强度。
结合图1,可选的,该便携式吊床还包括登山扣6,登山扣6的一端与吊布1连接,其另一端与套绳4扣接,横杆2的两端均开设有第二穿设孔23,该第二穿设孔23贯穿横杆2,套绳4的两端分别穿设于第二穿设孔23后与登山扣6连接。使用时,可以将登山扣6扣接在套绳4上,其也可以是将吊布1两端的登山扣6扣接在其他地方。登山扣6扣接在其他地方后,其可以当普通 的吊床使用。
中空的横杆2能够减轻整个便携式吊床的重量。该弹性塞3套设于横杆2的两端,将其封闭,其可以有效防止横杆2对使用者造成伤害。该弹性塞3可以选用硅胶或橡胶制成的胶垫。
该横杆2可以选用不锈钢管,也就是说该第一杆体201和第二杆体202均可以选用不锈钢管。
横杆2也可以由铝合金或镁合金或钛合金或碳纤维制成。
结合图2和图3,本实施例提供了两种不同形状的锁扣5,锁扣5的两端均开设有第一穿设孔501。套绳4可以直接穿设过其中一个第一穿设孔501,使套绳4与锁扣5连接,套绳4还可以多次缠绕第一穿设孔501,使其不能轻易滑动。往往使用时,另一个第一穿设孔501和外接的绳子连接,该外接的绳子挂设在树上或建筑物上或其他结构上,实现整个便携式吊床的悬设。
结合图4,该第一杆体201的一端设置有外螺纹(该外螺纹为第一外螺纹),该第二杆体202的一端设置有内螺纹(该内螺纹为第一内螺纹)。两杆体螺纹连接。
可选的,两个杆体均开设有销轴孔21,两杆体螺纹连接后再通过销轴22实现紧密固定,避免其相对脱落。
这里需要说明的是,套绳4的两端穿过第二穿设孔23,其能够避免横杆2脱落。锁扣5通过第一穿设孔501穿过套绳4,其能够避免锁扣5脱落。吊布 1的两端通过登山扣6扣接在套绳4上,其能够避免吊布1脱落。
整个便携式吊床的能够拆卸组装的结构较多,通过上述的连接方式,其能够避免在安装或拆卸的过程中掉落零部件,且整个操作过程简单,整体实用性强。
这里需要解释的是,图中展示的横杆2采用两个杆体构成,其具体实施中,可以采用三个或者四个或者更多个杆体相互连接形成横杆2。
实施例2
请参考图5,本实施例也提供了一种便携式吊床,实施例1描述的技术方案同样适用于本实施例,实施例1已公开的技术方案不再重复描述。
具体的,本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,第一杆体201的一端可滑动的套设于第二杆体202内。该第一杆体201和第二杆体202并不是采用螺纹连接的方式连接,该第一杆体201的一端的外径小于第二杆体202的内径,该第一杆体201滑入第二杆体202内后,通过两者的过盈配合可以实现相对固定。同理,其也可以通过销轴孔21和销轴22的相互作用实现相对固定。
实施例3
请参考图6,本实施例也提供了一种便携式吊床,实施例2描述的技术方案同样适用于本实施例,实施例2已公开的技术方案不再重复描述。
具体的,本实施例与实施例2的区别在于,实施例2中的第一杆体201部分套设于第二杆体202内。本实施例中,第二杆体202全部可滑动的套设于第一杆体201内。其结构类似于手机自拍杆或者可伸缩式的鱼竿。
该第二杆体202的一端的外径稍大,其可以与第一杆体201过盈配合,同理,也可以在两端开设销轴孔21,通过销轴22实现紧密固定。
实施例4
请参考图7,本实施例也提供了一种便携式吊床,实施例3描述的技术方案同样适用于本实施例,实施例3已公开的技术方案不再重复描述。
具体的,本实施例与实施例3的区别在于,第一杆体201的一端设置有内螺纹(该内螺纹为第二内螺纹),该第二杆体202的一端设置有外螺纹(该外螺纹为第二外螺纹)。
当第二杆体202滑动到极限位置时(也就是横杆2的长度最长状态下),两个杆体能够螺纹连接,实现两者的相对固定。
实施例5
请参考图8,本实施例也提供了一种便携式吊床,实施例1描述的技术方案同样适用于本实施例,实施例1已公开的技术方案不再重复描述。
具体的,本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,便携式吊床还包括连接件(该连接件为第一连接件71),该第一连接件71的两端均设置有外螺纹(该外螺纹为第三外螺纹),第一杆体201和第二杆体202的一端设置有内螺纹(该内螺纹为第三内螺纹)。第一杆体201和第二杆体202均通过螺纹连接的方式与第一连接件71连接,实现两个杆体的相对固定。
同理,本实施例中还可以将第一连接件71、第一杆体201和第二杆体202的螺纹去掉,第一连接件71的两端分别套设于第一杆体201和第二杆体202内实现相对固定。第一杆体201、第二杆体202与第一连接件71可以是过瘾 配合。同理,其也可以采用销轴孔21和销轴22的方式实现紧密固定。
同理,本实施例中,还可以是第一连接件71的一端与其中一个杆体螺纹连接,第一连接件71的另一端与其中另一个杆体过盈配合。
实施例6
请参考图9,本实施例也提供了一种便携式吊床,实施例1描述的技术方案同样适用于本实施例,实施例1已公开的技术方案不再重复描述。
具体的,本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,便携式吊床还包括连接件(该连接件为第二连接件72),该第二连接件72的两端设置有内螺纹(该内螺纹为第四内螺纹),第一杆体201和第二杆体202的两端均设置有外螺纹(该外螺纹为第四外螺纹)。第一杆体201和第二杆体202均通过螺纹连接的方式与第二连接件72连接,实现两个杆体的相对固定。
同理,本实施例中还可以将第二连接件72、第一杆体201和第二杆体202的螺纹去掉,第二连接件72的两端分别套设第一杆体201和第二杆体202实现相对固定。第一杆体201、第二杆体202与第二连接件72可以是过瘾配合。同理,其也可以采用销轴孔21和销轴22的方式实现紧密固定。
同理,本实施例中,还可以是第二连接件72的一端与其中一个杆体螺纹连接,第二连接件72的另一端与其中另一个杆体过盈配合。
这里需要说明的是,该第二连接件72可以呈中空的管状,也就是说其中部是连通的,也可以是第二连接件72的两端开设有盲孔,也就是说其中部并不是连通的。
实施例7
请参考图10,本实施例也提供了一种便携式吊床,实施例1描述的技术方案同样适用于本实施例,实施例1已公开的技术方案不再重复描述。
具体的,本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,便携式吊床还包括连接件(该连接件为第三连接件73),第三连接件73包括套管731,第一杆体201和第二杆体202可以直接与套管731通过过盈配合的方式或者销轴孔21和销轴22的方式实现两个杆体的相对固定。
该第三连接件73还包括第一紧固件732,套管731上可以开设第一紧固孔,第一杆体201和第二杆体202的对应的一端均开设有固定孔。需要固定时,第一杆体201套设第二杆体202或第二杆体202套设第一杆体201后,将两个杆体的固定孔对应,第一紧固件732依次穿设第一紧固孔和固定孔后实现将两个杆体相对固定。
这里需要说明的是,该第一紧固件732可以是螺栓,该第一紧固孔和固定孔可以是螺纹孔,也可以是一般的通孔。
该套管731的对应第一紧固孔处可以设置凸台,便于螺栓的螺帽紧固。
实施例8
请参考图11,本实施例也提供了一种便携式吊床,实施例1描述的技术方案同样适用于本实施例,实施例1已公开的技术方案不再重复描述。
具体的,本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,便携式吊床还包括连接件(该连接件为第四连接件74),第四连接件74包括第二紧固件742和两个卡瓦741。
两个卡瓦741相对设置,每个卡瓦741的中部呈弧状,相对放置后的两个卡瓦741之间形成用于紧固杆体的通道。两个卡瓦741安装固定后,其结构可以理解为实施例7中的套管731沿其轴线剖开,形成两部分,每一部分的结构 类似于该卡瓦741。
该卡瓦741的两端开设有第二紧固孔,第二紧固件742穿设第二紧固孔后,将相对设置的两个卡瓦741相对固定,从而将通道内的两个杆体实现相对固定,采用该方法固定两个杆体,可以不用在杆体上开固定孔。其通过夹紧的方式实现两个杆体的相对固定。
这里需要说明的是,该第二紧固件742可以为螺栓。
本发明不局限于上述实施例公开的内容,还能够是上述实施例中部分或全部技术方案的组合。只要使用的横杆2为至少两段杆体构成的、整体为中空的、强度足够的吊床,只要横杆2相邻的两杆体之间直接(或通过连接件,或者可以伸缩拉直)连接在一起即为本发明的保护客体。
工业实用性:
综上所述,本发明提供了一种便携式吊床,其通过可拆卸或可伸缩且中空的横杆2,不仅保证了横杆2的强度,还保证了组装或拆卸的过程操作简单。无论是安装后还是拆卸后,由于套绳4的套设关系,锁扣5、横杆2、吊布1等不会脱落。收纳后整个便携式吊床体积较小,便于携带。吊布1通过登山扣6与横杆2分离后可以作为普通的吊床使用。其具有设计合理,结构简单,携带方便,安装快捷等优点。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种便携式吊床,其包括吊布、套绳和横杆,所述吊布的至少一端通过所述套绳固定在所述横杆上,其特征在于:所述横杆整体为中空,且至少由两段杆体构成,所述横杆的相邻两杆体之间直接连接在一起,或相邻两杆体之间通过连接件连接在一起,或相邻两杆体之间可伸缩拉直的连接在一起,保证所述横杆能够有足够的强度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式吊床,其特征在于:相邻的两个所述杆体的相对靠近彼此的一端设置有相互配合的第一内螺纹和第一外螺纹。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式吊床,其特征在于:相邻的其中一个所述杆体可滑动的连接于另一个所述杆体且相邻的两个所述杆体能够相对固定。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的便携式吊床,其特征在于:相邻的其中一个所述杆体的一端的外径小于另一个所述杆体的内径,其中一个所述杆体的一端部分可滑动的套设于另一个所述杆体内。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的便携式吊床,其特征在于:相邻的其中一个所述杆体的外径小于另一个所述杆体一端的内径,其中一个所述杆体可滑动的套设于另一个所述杆体内。
  6. 根据权利要求3-5任一项所述的便携式吊床,其特征在于:相邻的两个所述杆体过盈配合。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的便携式吊床,其特征在于:其中一个所述杆体的一端具有第二外螺纹,另一个所述杆体的一端设置有配合所述第二外螺纹的第二内螺纹。
  8. 根据权利要求2-7任一项所述的便携式吊床,其特征在于:相邻的两个所述杆体均设置有销轴孔,所述便携式吊床还包括可穿设于所述销轴孔的销轴,相邻的两个所述杆体之间通过所述销轴相对固定。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式吊床,其特征在于:所述连接件的至少一端与其中一个所述杆体螺纹连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的便携式吊床,其特征在于:所述连接件的两端均设置有第三外螺纹,相邻的两个所述杆体均设置有配合所述第三外螺纹的第三内螺纹。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的便携式吊床,其特征在于:所述连接件的两端均设置有第四内螺纹,相邻的两个所述杆体均设置有配合所述第四内螺纹的第四外螺纹。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式吊床,其特征在于:所述连接件的至少一端套设于其中一个所述杆体内或外。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的便携式吊床,其特征在于:所述连接件的两端套设于相邻的两个所述杆体内。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的便携式吊床,其特征在于:所述连接件的两 端均设置有用于套设所述杆体的盲孔,相邻的两个所述杆体均套设于所述连接件内。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的便携式吊床,其特征在于:所述连接件包括中空的套管,相邻的两个所述杆体均套设于所述套管内。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的便携式吊床,其特征在于:所述连接件还包括第一紧固件,所述套管开设有第一紧固孔,相邻的其中一个所述杆体套设另一个所述杆体且均开设有固定孔,所述第一紧固件依次穿设所述第一紧固孔和固定孔且将所述杆体与所述套管相对固定。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式吊床,其特征在于:所述连接件包括第二紧固件和至少两个相对设置的卡瓦,两个所述杆体的一端均能够穿设于相对的两个所述卡瓦之间,所述卡瓦设置有用于穿设所述第二紧固件的第二紧固孔,相对的两个所述卡瓦通过所述第二紧固件夹紧且固定相邻的两个所述杆体。
  18. 根据权利要求1-17任一项所述的便携式吊床,其特征在于:所述便携式吊床还包括锁扣,所述锁扣具有第一穿设孔,所述套绳可活动的穿设于所述第一穿设孔。
  19. 根据权利要求1-18任一项所述的便携式吊床,其特征在于:所述吊布的至少一端设置有登山扣,所述登山扣可拆卸的扣接在所述套绳上。
  20. 根据权利要求1-19任一项所述的便携式吊床,其特征在于:所述横杆的至少一端设置有用于穿设所述套绳的第二穿设孔,所述吊布的至少一端与 穿设后的所述套绳连接。
