Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un contenant souple qui comprend les étapes consistant à : A. utiliser un appareil de thermoscellage ayant une première structure de plaque d'étanchéité comprenant un élément de lame mobile et une seconde structure de plaque d'étanchéité opposée comprenant un canal aligné avec l'élément de lame et un élément de butée situé dans le canal ; B. placer une bande continue entre les structures de plaque d'étanchéité, la bande comprenant une pluralité de films multicouches ; C. déplacer l'élément de lame d'une position rétractée à une position étendue ; D. découper la bande continue avec l'élément de lame ; et E. mettre en contact l'élément de butée avec un bord de coupe de l'élément de lame, lorsque l'élément de lame est dans la position étendue. Le procédé peut réduire l'usure et les dommages subis par l'élément de coupe de l'appareil de thermoscellage.
