日常生活中,常常会有一些零碎的物品如食品、药品等需要存放,人们会存在盒子或罐子中进行保存,而大多食品、药品等的保质期均打印在产品的外包装或者说明书上,用户拆开外包装进行食用或者使用,然后再存放到盒子或罐子中,但这样用户就会容易忘记有物品保存在盒子或罐子中,也不记得物品的保质期了,这样就会增加食用或使用过期产品的风险,造成安全隐患。
因此,如何提供一种智能存储罐,能够让用户安全的存储物品,并且方便用户记录所保存物品的保存信息,成为亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种智能存储罐,能够让用户安全的存储物品,并且方便用户记录所保存物品的保存信息。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种智能存储罐,包括罐体和盖体,所述盖体内设有真空发生装置和用于收发信号的无线传输装置,所述真空发生装置能将所述罐体抽真空,所述真空发生装置与所述无线传输装置连接,所述罐体内设有用于控制所述真空发生装置的控制装置,所述真空发生装置包括第一通信部,所述控制装置包括第二通 信部,所述第一通信部随所述盖体安装在罐体上而与所述第二通信部连通,所述盖体上还设有与所述无线传输装置相连接的第一显示装置。
优选的,所述无线传输装置包括第一电路板,所述第一显示装置包括安装在所述第一电路板上的第一显示面板,所述盖体包括第一盖板,所述第一盖板上设有显示所述第一显示面板的第一显示通孔,所述第一显示通孔上设有第一面板镜片。
优选的,所述第一盖板上设有第一通孔,所述第一通孔与所述第一显示通孔相邻设置,所述第一通孔下设有提手件。
优选的,所述真空发生装置包括第二电路板,所述第二电路板与所述第一电路板连接,所述真空发生装置还包括与第二电路板连接的真空泵、释压气阀和第二电源,所述盖体还包括与第一盖板配合的第二盖板,所述真空发生装置设有管路将真空泵连接到所述第二盖板位置处,所述第一通信部与所述第二电路板连接。
优选的,所述盖体内设有第三电路板和与第三电路板连接的USB充电接口,所述第三电路板与所述第二电路板连接。
优选的,所述罐体内设有第一传感器,所述第一传感器至少用于检测所述罐体内的储物容量或剩余容量;所述第一传感器与所述第二电路板相连接。
优选的,所述罐体包括内壳和外壳,所述控制装置包括安装在内壳上的第四电路板,所述第四电路板上设有控制开关和控制按钮,所述控制按钮与第四电路板之间设有导光件,所述第二通信部与所述第四电路板连接。
优选的,所述内壳上设有第二显示装置,所述第二显示装置包括第二显示面板、第二面板镜片和背光板,所述背光板与第四电路板连接,所述背光板安装在所述内壳上,所述外壳上设有显示通孔。
优选的,所述罐体内设有第五电路板,所述第五电路板与所述第四电路板连接,所述罐体内设有第五电源与所述第五电路板连接,所述罐体设有第三盖 板,所述第五电路板和第五电源安装在所述第三盖板上。
优选的,所述罐体底部设有无线充电装置,所述无线充电装置包括第六电路板和线圈,所述线圈与所述第六电路板连接,所述无线充电装置可连接市电电源。
优选的,所述盖体上设有密封圈,所述盖体通过密封圈安装在所述罐体上,将所述罐体封闭。
本发明中的智能存储罐由于包括罐体和盖体,所述盖体内设有真空发生装置和用于收发信号的无线传输装置,所述真空发生装置可将罐体抽真空,所述真空发生装置与所述无线传输装置连接,所述罐体内设有用于控制所述真空发生装置的控制装置,所述真空发生装置包括第一通信部,所述控制装置包括第二通信部,所述第一通信部随所述盖体安装在罐体上而与所述第二通信部连通,所述盖体上还设有与所述无线传输装置相连接的第一显示装置。采用这种方式,智能存储罐可通过无线传输装置与智能终端无线连接,从而当用户将物品存储在智能存储罐中后,使用智能终端即可控制智能存储罐的封闭,并且可通过智能终端控制真空发生装置对罐体内进行抽真空,从而让保存在存储罐内的物品保存更加安全;而且还可以通过智能终端设置物品的名称,数量和保存期限等等信息,并且通过智能终端进行提示,智能终端还可以将这些信息发送到存储罐,并在第一显示装置上进行显示,还可以进行更新,这样便可以方便用户记录物品的保存信息如物品的名称、数量、保存期限等等,并随时查看、了解物品的保存状态,不仅更加安全可靠,而且操作简便,使用便利。

在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“横向”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本发明的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。另外,术语“包括”及其任何变形,意图在于覆盖不排他的包含。

下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1至图3所示,本发明实施例公开一种智能存储罐,包括罐体1和盖体2,盖体2内设有真空发生装置3和用于收发信号的无线传输装置4,所述真空发生装置3能将罐体1抽真空,真空发生装置3与无线传输装置4连接,罐体1内设有用于控制真空发生装置3的控制装置5,真空发生装置3包括第一通信部31,控制装置5包括第二通信部51,第一通信部31随所述盖体2安装在罐体1上而与第二通信部51连通,盖体2上还设有与无线传输装置4相连接的第一显示装置6。
采用这种方式,智能存储罐可通过无线传输装置4与智能终端无线连接,从而当用户将物品存储在智能存储罐中后,使用智能终端即可控制智能存储罐的封闭,并且可通过智能终端控制真空发生装置3对罐体1内进行抽真空,从而让保存在存储罐内的物品保存更加安全;而且还可以通过智能终端设置物品的名称,数量和保存期限等等信息,并且通过智能终端进行提示,智能终端还可以将这些信息发送到存储罐,并在第一显示装置6上进行显示,还可以进行更新,这样便可以方便用户记录物品的保存信息如物品的名称、数量、保存期限等等,并随时查看、了解物品的保存状态,不仅更加安全可靠,而且操作简便,使用便利。
本实施例中,结合图3所示,无线传输装置4包括第一电路板41,第一显示装置6包括安装在第一电路板41上的第一显示面板61,盖体2包括第一盖板21,第一盖板21上设有显示第一显示面板61的第一显示通孔22,第一显示通孔22上设有第一面板镜片23。这样可以通过第一电路板41接收和发送信号,从而与智能终端进行通讯,智能终端可以是手机、平板等。第一电路板41上可安装wifi模块和单片机等元器件,从而实现无线信号的接收和发送,例如可用ESP8266,SMT32等等型号,当然也可以使用其他型号。第一显示面板61与第一电路板41连接,从而再接收到智能终端发送的信息后,传输到第一电路板 41进行显示,方便用户在使用时进行查看。
结合图2和图3所示,第一盖板21上设有第一通孔24,第一通孔24与所述第一显示通孔22相邻设置,第一通孔24下设有提手件25。这样可以在用户需要打开盖体2时,使用手指通过第一通孔24将盖体2从罐体1上拔出,让用户可以取出罐体1内的物品。罐体1内设有存储空间,盖体2将罐体1的开口进行封闭后,真空发生装置3抽出存储空间的空气,从而让罐体1内呈真空状态,延长物品的保存期限,让物品更加安全保存。设置提手件25可以防止用户将手指伸入时碰到内部的其他元器件,避免破坏内部结构,防止影响存储罐的正常工作。
结合图3所示,真空发生装置3包括第二电路板32,第二电路板32与第一电路板41连接,真空发生装置3还包括与第二电路板32连接的真空泵33、释压气阀34和第二电源35,盖体2还包括与第一盖板21配合的第二盖板26,真空发生装置3设有管路36将真空泵33连接到第二盖板26位置处,第一通信部31与第二电路板32连接。设置第二电路板32,不仅可以控制真空泵33、释压气阀34,还可以与第一电路板41连接,从而接收第一电路板41的控制指令,该令可以是智能终端发送过来的。而且第二电源35除了可以为第二电路板32、真空泵33和释压气阀34等供电外,还可以为第一电路板41及第一显示面板61等供电。第一盖板21与第二盖板26配合可以将第一电路板41、第二电路板32、真空泵33、释压气阀34和第二电源35等等部件件进行保护,让这些部件稳定的固定,以保证存储罐的正常工作。本实施例中第一盖板21或第二盖板26上均可设置圆筒状的凸环,从而第一盖板21和第二盖板26安装配合后将内部的部件全部封闭。盖体2安装到罐体1后,第一盖板21在外,第二盖板26在罐体1内,因此真空发生装置3设有管路36将真空泵33连接到第二盖板26的位置处,当然穿过第二盖板26,或在第二盖板26上设有通孔,管路36连接到该通孔,这样就可以在盖体2安装在罐体1上后,真空泵33就可以通过管路36将 封闭的罐体1的存储空间抽真空。当然释压气阀34可以可安装在该管路36上,从而在用户需要打开时,控制该释压气阀34打开,使罐体1内的存储空间通入空气,使存储罐内外气压一致或接近一致而方便用户打开盖体2。第一通信部31可安装在盖体2上,如安装在第一盖板21或第二盖板26上,第一通信部31可以是导电针等物品,方便安装和配合。
结合图3所示,盖体2内设有第三电路板7和与第三电路板7连接的USB充电接口71,第三电路板7与所述第二电路板32连接。这样可以通过USB充电接口71对第二电源35等进行充电,本实施例中可以为MicroUSB充电接口,USB充电接口71不仅可为第二电源35进行充电,还可以为存储罐中其他部件或电源进行充电。本实施例中还设有元器件板73,用于安装其他的元器件或部件。
本实施例中,罐体内设有第一传感器,第一传感器至少用于检测所述罐体1内的储物容量或剩余容量;第一传感器与第二电路板32相连接。这样就可以通过第一传感器检测得到罐体1内储存了多少容量的物品,或检测得到罐体1内还剩余多少容量可以继续存放物品,其中储物容量就是当前存储的物品占据的罐体的容量,剩余容量就是在存储当前物品后剩余可以继续放置到罐体内的容量。本实施例中罐体1内的总容量是已知的,在设计时即已经得到。可以大致认为储物容量加上剩余容量等于罐体内的总容量。本实施例中第一传感器可以是直接检测得到储物容量或剩余容量,也可以是间接检测获取到储物容量或剩余容量。例如第一传感器可以是获取罐体1内的气压,通过气压换算得到储物容量或剩余容量;也可以是第一传感器检测得到罐体内存储物品的高度,从而与总高度相比得到当前存储物品所占的储物容量,或检测罐体内剩余空间的高度,与总高度相比得到当前剩余空间的剩余容量,当然还可以高度进行换算得到储物容量或剩余容量,等等方式均可得到。当然第一传感器还可以是其他类型的传感器,例如通过检测重量来获取储物容量或剩余容量,以及其他更加详细的信息等等。本实施例中第一传感器与第二电路32板相连接,第一传感器在 获取到储物容量或剩余容量后可以将数据通过第二电路板32、第一电路板41传输到手机等智能终端上,从而方便用户直接在手机等智能终端上查看存储罐内的储物容量或剩余容量,方便用户对存储罐的管理。
结合图3所示,罐体1包括内壳11和外壳12,控制装置5包括安装在内壳11外表面上的第四电路板52,第四电路板52上设有控制开关和控制按钮53,控制按钮53与第四电路板52之间设有导光件54,第二通信部51与所述第四电路板52连接。采用这种方式,就可以通过手动控制存储罐的抽真空和释放真空,按下控制按钮53后,控制开关随之开启或关闭,从而第四电路板52将信号通过第二通信部51、第一通信部31传到第二电路板32,从而控制真空泵33或释压气阀34的工作,真空泵33控制可将罐体1内的存储空间抽真空,释压气阀34工作可将外界空气通向罐体1内的存储空间,从而实现对存储罐的控制。本实施例中设置第一通信部31与第二通信部51只有在盖体2安装在罐体1上的时候才可连通,第一通信部31随盖体2离开罐体1而与第二通信部51断开,从而控制装置5对真空发生装置3进行控制,这样可以避免用户进行误操作。如存储罐为打开状态,不小心碰到控制按钮53,存储罐的真空发生装置3也不会工作,从而保证存储罐的安全和省电,安全巧妙。第一通信部31和第二通信部51可以为导电针与导电针孔的配合,例如第一通信部31为导电针,第二通信部51为与导电针配合的导电针孔。本实施例中导电针可设为三个,导电针孔对应设为三个,当然也可以设置其他数量的,例如1个、2个或4个,或更多。当然第一通信部31和第二通信部51也可以反过来,或采用其他的接触配合方式均可。导光件54可以将第四电路板52上的光导向控制按钮53,这样方便用户查看到控制按钮53,进行操作。
内壳11上设有第二显示装置,第二显示装置包括第二显示面板13、第二面板镜片14和背光板15,背光板15与第四电路板52连接,背光板15安装在所述内壳11上,外壳12上设有显示通孔16。这样在第二显示面板13可以显示一些 带颜色的图案等等,用户还可以从显示通孔16中看到图案,方便用户了解信息。
罐体1内设有第五电路板8,第五电路板8与第四电路板52连接,罐体1内设有第五电源81与第五电路板8连接,罐体1设有第三盖板17,第五电路板8和第五电源81安装在所述第三盖板17上。这样设置可以使用第五电源81通过第五电路板8为第四电路板52、背光板15等部件进行供电,第三盖板17可将罐体1封闭,保证存储空间的密封性。本实施例中,电源可采用18650型号电池,这种电池寿命长,容量大,易充电。第二电源35和第五电源81均可使用这种型号的电池,当然也可以采用其他型号电池。
结合图2和图3所示,罐体1底部设有无线充电装置9,无线充电装置9包括第六电路板91和线圈92,线圈92与所述第六电路板91连接,无线充电装置9可连接市电电源。这样可通过无线充电装置9为第五电源81进行充电,本实施例中的无线充电可采用电磁感应式,设有线圈92,第五电路板8上也可以连接有线圈92。第六电路板91上的线圈92以一定频率的交流电,通过电磁感应在第五电路板8上的线圈92中产生一定的电流,从而将能量从传输端转移到接收端。无线充电装置9还包括无线充电上盖93和无线充电下盖94,第六电路板91和线圈92安装在无线充电上盖93和无线充电下盖94之间,以便稳定固定。本实施例中,使用MicroUSB充电接口71充电时,除了给第二电源35充电外,还可以给其他电源充电,如给第五电源81充电。无线充电装置9除了给第五电源81充电外,还可以给其他电源充电,如给第二电源35充电。
结合图1和图2所示,盖体2上设有密封圈72,所述盖体2通过密封圈72安装在罐体1上,将罐体1封闭。盖体2本身可以与罐体1之间采用间隙配合,而通过密封圈72实现完全、紧密的密封。密封圈72可以安装在第二盖板26上,当然还可以设置一个或大于一个数量的密封圈72,密封更加可靠。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种智能存储罐,其特征在于,包括罐体和盖体,所述盖体内设有真空发生装置和用于收发信号的无线传输装置,所述真空发生装置能将所述罐体抽真空,所述真空发生装置与所述无线传输装置连接,所述罐体内设有用于控制所述真空发生装置的控制装置,所述真空发生装置包括第一通信部,所述控制装置包括第二通信部,所述第一通信部随所述盖体安装在罐体上而与所述第二通信部连通,所述盖体上还设有与所述无线传输装置相连接的第一显示装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能存储罐,其特征在于,所述无线传输装置包括第一电路板,所述第一显示装置包括安装在所述第一电路板上的第一显示面板,所述盖体包括第一盖板,所述第一盖板上设有显示所述第一显示面板的第一显示通孔,所述第一显示通孔上设有第一面板镜片。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的智能存储罐,其特征在于,所述第一盖板上设有第一通孔,所述第一通孔与所述第一显示通孔相邻设置,所述第一通孔下设有提手件。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的智能存储罐,其特征在于,所述真空发生装置包括第二电路板,所述第二电路板与所述第一电路板连接,所述真空发生装置还包括与第二电路板连接的真空泵、释压气阀和第二电源,所述盖体还包括与第一盖板配合的第二盖板,所述真空发生装置设有管路将真空泵连接到所述第二盖板位置处,所述第一通信部与所述第二电路板连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的智能存储罐,其特征在于,所述盖体内设有第三电路板和与第三电路板连接的USB充电接口,所述第三电路板与所述第二电路板连接。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的智能存储罐,其特征在于,所述罐体内设有第一传感器,所述第一传感器至少用于检测所述罐体内的储物容量或剩余容量;所述第一传感器与所述第二电路板相连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一所述的智能存储罐,其特征在于,所述罐体包括内壳和外壳,所述控制装置包括安装在内壳上的第四电路板,所述第四电路板上设有控制开关和控制按钮,所述控制按钮与第四电路板之间设有导光件,所述第二通信部与所述第四电路板连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的智能存储罐,其特征在于,所述内壳上设有第二显示装置,所述第二显示装置包括第二显示面板、第二面板镜片和背光板,所述背光板与第四电路板连接,所述背光板安装在所述内壳上,所述外壳上设有显示通孔。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的智能存储罐,其特征在于,所述罐体内设有第五电路板,所述第五电路板与所述第四电路板连接,所述罐体内设有第五电源与所述第五电路板连接,所述罐体设有第三盖板,所述第五电路板和第五电源安装在所述第三盖板上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的智能存储罐,其特征在于,所述罐体底部设有无线充电装置,所述无线充电装置包括第六电路板和线圈,所述线圈与所述第六电路板连接,所述无线充电装置可连接市电电源。
