本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种可将圆周运动转换成直线缓冲运动,性能稳定可靠,受力均匀,结构简单合理,装配效率高,装配强度大,结构稳固可靠,开关所需的推力小,且可有效防止水汽、污垢等积聚的改良的冰箱铰链。

3.本发明通过横跨式设置第二传动臂于固定座与铰链座之间,有效的增加了铰链座转动的力臂,降低了冰箱门体开关转动所需的推力,使铰链的开关操作更加方便轻松;此外,横跨式设置还可减少铰链内部的连接基点,有效防止水汽、污垢等积聚,耐用性提高。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述,根据图1-图4所示,本发明的改良的冰箱铰链,包括固定于冰箱框体A上的固定座1和固定于冰箱门体B上的铰链座2,及设置于固定座1与铰链座2之间的铰链组件;铰链组件包括第一传动臂3、第二传动臂4、后传动臂5和下传动臂;第一传动臂3一端铰接固定座1折弯部,第一传动臂3另一端铰接有缓冲头7,后传动臂5一端与缓冲头7固接,后传动臂5另一端铰接铰链座2中部,第二传动臂4一端铰接固定座1端部,第二传动臂4另一端铰接后传动臂5中部,下传动臂(图中未标示)一端铰接第二传动臂4中部,下传动臂另一端铰接铰链座2端部;第一传动臂3上铰接有弹性缓冲装置6,缓冲头7定点转动作用弹性缓冲装置6的缓冲端线性缓冲;固定座1上一体成型有两装配板9;铰链开启状态下,第二传动臂4横跨在固定座1与铰链座2之间。
本结构的弹性缓冲装置6可利用缓冲头7与第一传动臂3之间的定点转动产生横向位移,从而实现将圆周运动转变成直线运动的缓冲,避免了弹性缓冲装置6中的弹性件62受径向应力影响出现形变,且受力不均的现象;通过将装配板9与固定座1一体式设置,不但简化了其装配工序,提高装配效率,而且有效提高整体强度,装配结构更加稳固可靠;通过横跨式设置第二传动臂4于固定座1与铰链座2之间,有效的增加了铰链座2转动的力臂,降低了冰箱门体B开关转动所需的推力,使铰链的开关操作更加方便轻松,还可减少铰链内部的连接基点,有效防止水汽、污垢等积聚,耐用性提高。
弹性缓冲装置6包括缓冲框体61、弹性件62、缓冲轮63和推动部件64;缓冲框体61的缓冲端上设有缓冲滑槽611,缓冲轮63两端伸入缓冲滑槽611内,以滑动在缓冲框体61上;弹性件62为螺旋弹簧,其一端作用在缓冲框体61的连接端,另一端通过推动部件64作用缓冲轮63弹性复位滑动,期间缓冲轮63可自由滚动;为避免弹性件62直接作用在缓冲轮63上,影响其滚动,因此设置有推动部件64,推动部件64作用在缓冲轮63的转轴上,避免了对其的影响。
缓冲头7表面设有偏心光滑的弧形面,该弧形面具有偏心的特性,其与缓冲轮63相挤压作用,且缓冲轮63滚动在所述的弧形面上,滚动的同时又可产生缓冲效果,其可有效减小彼此之间的摩擦,使缓冲更加顺畅,而且有静音效果。
弹性缓冲装置6的连接端铰接第一传动臂3中部;第一传动臂3端部装配有第一销轴10,弹性缓冲装置6的缓冲端支承于第一销轴10上,弹性缓冲装置6的缓冲端置于第一销轴10与第一传动臂3内顶壁之间,结构紧凑可靠,整体性更强。
固定座1呈L形设置,其折弯处设有第一轴孔11,第一轴孔11内设置有第二销轴111,第一传动臂3通过第二销轴111铰接固定座1,其利用第二销轴111实现了铰接,结构简单合理。
装配板9往外延伸于固定座1两侧壁,装配板9上设有一个固定部91,以便固定装配固定座1。固定部91为通孔,其装配有紧固单元14,该紧固单元14可以是螺钉、铆钉或其他可实现固定座1与冰箱框体A固定连接的零件。
固定座1呈L形,装配板9设置于一侧的折弯边上,在确保装配稳固的前提下,有效减少装配工序,提高装配效率。此外,为进一步提高稳定性,防止固定座1移位,装配板9的装配面a上可增设防滑垫12(参见图5)或防滑齿13(参见图6)。
下传动臂与第二传动臂4之间的铰接点为c,下传动臂与铰链座2之间的铰接点为d,第二传动臂4与后传动臂5之间的铰接点为e,其中,c到d的距离小于c到e的距离,该距离关系可确保铰链在开启状态下,第二传动臂4的一端部始终在铰链座2内,进一步实现第二传动臂4的横跨式设置。
上述具体实施例仅为本发明效果较好的具体实施方式,凡与本结构相同或等同的铰链的摇杆传动机构,均在本申请的保护范围内。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种改良的冰箱铰链,包括固定座(1)和铰链座(2),及设置于固定座(1)与铰链座(2)之间的铰链组件;其特征在于:所述铰链组件包括第一传动臂(3)、第二传动臂(4)、后传动臂(5)和下传动臂;第一传动臂(3)一端铰接固定座(1),第一传动臂(3)另一端铰接有缓冲头(7),后传动臂(5)一端与缓冲头(7)连接,后传动臂(5)另一端铰接铰链座(2),第二传动臂(4)一端铰接固定座(1),第二传动臂(4)另一端铰接后传动臂(5),下传动臂一端铰接第二传动臂(4),下传动臂另一端铰接铰链座(2);第一传动臂(3)上设置有弹性缓冲装置(6),缓冲头(7)作用弹性缓冲装置(6)的缓冲端线性缓冲;固定座(1)上一体成型有一块以上装配板(9);铰链开启状态下,第二传动臂(4)横跨在固定座(1)与铰链座(2)之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的改良的冰箱铰链,其特征在于:所述弹性缓冲装置(6)包括缓冲框体(61)、弹性件(62)和缓冲轮(63),缓冲轮(63)滑动在缓冲框体(61)上,弹性件(62)一端作用在缓冲框体(61)上,另一端作用缓冲轮(63)弹性复位滑动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的改良的冰箱铰链,其特征在于:所述缓冲头(7)设有偏心光滑的弧形面,该弧形面与缓冲轮(63)相挤压作用,缓冲轮(63)滚动在所述的弧形面上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的改良的冰箱铰链,其特征在于:所述弹性缓冲装置(6)的连接端铰接第一传动臂(3)中部;第一传动臂(3)上装配有第一销轴(10),弹性缓冲装置(6)的缓冲端支承于第一销轴(10)上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的改良的冰箱铰链,其特征在于:所述装配板(9)往外延伸于固定座(1)侧壁,装配板(9)上设有一个以上固定部(91),以便固定装配固定座(1)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的改良的冰箱铰链,其特征在于:所述装配板(9)的装配面a和/或固定座(1)的装配面b上设置有防滑垫(12)或防滑齿(13)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的改良的冰箱铰链,其特征在于:所述下传动臂与第二传动臂(4)之间的铰接点为c,下传动臂与铰链座(2)之间的铰接点为d,第二传动臂(4)与后传动臂(5)之间的铰接点为e,其中,c到d的距离小于c到e的距离。
