一种嵌布拉网展具框架,立柱(A)和横梁(B)均为型材(1),立柱(A)和横梁(B)的相邻端之间设有转角件(3),对应每个转角件(3)设有两个镜像对称的连接件(2),两个镜像对称的连接件(2)的基体(2-1)分别插入两根型材(1)的主腔(1-c)中,该两个连接件(2)的插接体(2-3)分别与相应的转角件(3)基体(3-1)的两插接部(3-c)插接,从而实现立柱(A)和横梁(B)的连接,由连接件(2)的正面对接通道(2-a)将型材(1)的正面嵌布槽(1-a)分别和转角件(3)上对应的正面嵌布通道(3-a)沟通,由连接件(2)的侧面对接通道(2-b)将型材(1)的侧面嵌布槽(1-b)和转角件(3)的侧面嵌布通道(3-b)沟通,从而在框架上形成1或2条环形的正面嵌布槽和2或1条环形的侧面嵌布槽。本框架能选择不同的嵌布槽安装画面,画面安装形式多,当画面嵌入合适的嵌布槽中就能将型材(1)包附,展具不会有型材(1)外露的现象发生,画面的视觉效果好。

Description

嵌布拉网展具框架 技术领域
本发明涉及嵌布拉网展具框架。
背景技术
对于嵌布拉网展具,其组成框架的型材通常具有两条嵌布槽。例申请公布号105761640 A的发明专利申请公开了一种背光绷布拉网展架,展示网架一面四边均通过两端的网架转角带槽塑料件连接带槽背光直杆,另一面左右两边或上下左右四边可用常规直杆连接;或展示网架两面八边均通过两端的网架转角带槽塑料件连接带槽背光直杆,所述带槽背光直杆由若干背光直杆组合而成,背光直杆为直角三角形直杆,在其中一条直角边的非直角侧设置两个相互垂直的凹槽,画面通过画面边上设置的硅胶条塞入相应的带槽背光直杆的槽口内。上述展示网架一面四边则构成框架。中国专利公开号102867466A的发明专利申请公开了一种拉网式展架,具有网架主体,网架主体包括若干拉网形变件和连接拉网形变件的连接座,网架主体前、后面的四周边沿每两相邻的连接座之间连接有Ⅰ型画面连接杆,形成X向画面框边和Y向画面框边,网架主体的转角连接座上均设有转角连接件,由两X向画面框边和两Y向画面框边通过转角连接件连接组成用于安装画面的平面框架。前后对应的两转角连接件之间由Ⅱ型画面连接杆连接。Ⅰ型画面连接杆和Ⅱ型画面连接杆均为型材。由于目前拉网展架组成框架的铝合金型材只有两条嵌布槽,嵌置画面时,嵌布槽不能随意选择,画面的安装样式少,而且无论是单幅或多幅画面安装在展架上,铝合金型材都会外露,影响美观,画面的视觉效果欠佳,特别是对于两个或两个以上嵌布拉网展具拼接成在大画面,由于铝合金型材的外露,使画面割裂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种设有三条嵌布槽且安装方便的嵌布拉网展具框架,能增加画面的安装样式,提高画面的视觉效果。
为达到上述目的,本发明采取如下第一种技术方案:一种嵌布拉网展具框架,具有两立柱和两横梁,立柱和横梁均为Ⅰ型型材,立柱和横梁的相邻端之间设有Ⅰ型转角件,对应每个Ⅰ型转角件设有两个镜像对称的Ⅰ型连接件,Ⅰ型型材具有基体和嵌布体,Ⅰ型型材的嵌布体上设有两条平行的正面嵌布槽和一条侧面嵌布槽,Ⅰ型型材的基体具有主腔;所述Ⅰ型连接件具有基体、嵌布体和插接体,Ⅰ型连接件的嵌布体 上设有2条正面对接通道和1条侧面对接通道;所述Ⅰ型转角件具有基体和嵌布体,嵌布体上设有两条直角形的正面嵌布通道和一条直角形的侧面嵌布通道,Ⅰ型转角件基体上与嵌布体的侧面嵌布通道相对的两侧面上各设有插接部;两个镜像对称的Ⅰ型连接件的基体分别插入两根Ⅰ型型材的主腔中,该两个Ⅰ型连接件的插接体分别与相应的Ⅰ型转角件基体的两插接部插接,从而将两根Ⅰ型型材直角连接实现立柱和横梁的连接,由Ⅰ型连接件的两条正面对接通道将Ⅰ型型材的两条正面嵌布槽分别和Ⅰ型转角件上对应的正面嵌布通道沟通,由Ⅰ型连接件的侧面对接通道将Ⅰ型型材的侧面嵌布槽和Ⅰ型转角件的侧面嵌布通道沟通,从而在框架上形成两条环形的正面嵌布槽和一条环形的侧面嵌布槽。
所述Ⅰ型转角件基体的背面上设有垫块,该转角件垫块的两侧各与对应的Ⅰ型转角件嵌布体边缘之间具有间距,该间距为Ⅰ型转角件的所述侧面嵌布通道。
所述立柱和\或横梁各具有至少两根Ⅰ型型材,两根Ⅰ型型材之间设有Ⅰ型直接件和两个镜像对称的所述Ⅰ型连接件;Ⅰ型直接件具有基体和嵌布体,嵌布体处于基体的一侧,嵌布体上具有两条正面嵌布通道和一条侧面嵌布通道,Ⅰ型直接件基体的两端各设有插接部;两个镜像对称的Ⅰ型连接件的基体分别插入两根Ⅰ型型材的主腔中,该两个Ⅰ型连接件的插接体分别与对应的Ⅰ型直接件基体的两插接部插接,从而将两根Ⅰ型型材连接,由Ⅰ型连接件的两条正面对接通道将Ⅰ型型材两条正面嵌布槽分别与Ⅰ型直接件上对应的正面嵌布通道沟通,由Ⅰ型连接件的侧面对接通道将Ⅰ型型材的侧面嵌布槽与Ⅰ型直接件的侧面嵌布通道沟通,从而将相接的两根Ⅰ型型材上对应的正面嵌布槽贯通,将相接的两根Ⅰ型型材上的侧面嵌布槽贯通。
所述Ⅰ型直接件基体的背面设有垫块,Ⅰ型直接件的垫块的一侧与Ⅰ型直接件上对应的嵌布体边缘之间具有间距,该间距为Ⅰ型直接件的侧面嵌布通道。
所述Ⅰ型连接件的基体的正面壁上设有U形槽,U形槽所围成的部位成为弹性扣,弹性扣的外端为楔形体,Ⅰ型型材的基体的正面壁上设有允许楔形体弹出的窗口。
本发明采取如下第二种技术方案:一种嵌布拉网展具框架,具有立柱和横梁,立柱和横梁均为Ⅱ型型材,立柱和横梁相邻端之间设有Ⅱ型转角件,对应每个Ⅱ型转角件设有镜像对称的两个Ⅱ型连接件,其特征在于:所述Ⅱ型型材具有基体和嵌布体,Ⅱ型型材的嵌布体上设有一条正面嵌布槽和两条侧面嵌布槽,Ⅱ型型材的基体具有主腔和定位腔;所述Ⅱ型连接件具有基体、定位体和插接体,定位体上设有定位凸台;所述Ⅱ型转角件具有基体和嵌布体,嵌布体上设有一条直角形正面嵌布通道和两条直角形侧面嵌布通道;所述Ⅱ型转角件的基体上与嵌布体的侧面嵌布通道相对的两侧面 上各设有插接部;两个镜像对称的Ⅱ型连接件的基体分别插入两根Ⅱ型型材的主腔中,且两个Ⅱ型连接件的定位凸台分别插入两根Ⅱ型型材的定位腔中,两个Ⅱ型连接件的插接体分别与对应的Ⅱ型转角件基体的两插接部插接,从而将两根Ⅱ型型材直角连接实现立柱和横梁的连接,Ⅱ型型材的正面嵌布槽和Ⅱ型转角件的正面嵌布通道直接贯通,Ⅱ型型材的两条侧面嵌布槽分别和Ⅱ型转角件上对应的侧面嵌布通道直接贯通,从而在框架上形成一条环形的正面嵌布槽和两条环形的侧面嵌布槽。
所述立柱和\或横梁各具有至少两根Ⅱ型型材,两根Ⅱ型型材之间设有Ⅱ型直接件和两个镜像对称的所述Ⅱ型连接件;Ⅱ型直接件具有基体和嵌布体,Ⅱ型直接件的嵌布体上设有一条正面嵌布通道和两条侧面嵌布通道,基体的两端各设有插接部;两个Ⅱ型连接件的基体分别插入两个Ⅱ型型材的主腔中,该两个Ⅱ型连接件的插接体分别与对应的Ⅱ型直接件基体的两插接部插接,从而将两根Ⅱ型型材连接,Ⅱ型型材的正面嵌布槽和Ⅱ型直接件的正面嵌布通道直接贯通,Ⅱ型型材的两条侧面嵌布槽分别和Ⅱ型直接件上对应的侧面嵌布通道直接贯通。
所述Ⅱ型连接件的基体的正面壁上设有U形槽,U形槽所围成的部位成为弹性扣,弹性扣的外端为楔形体,Ⅱ型型材基体的正面壁上设有允许楔形体弹出的窗口。

具体实施方式
(实施例1)
见图1至图19,本实施例具有两立柱A和两横梁B,立柱和横梁各为Ⅰ型型材1,立柱A和横梁B的相邻端之间设有Ⅰ型转角件3,对应每个Ⅰ型转角件3设有两个镜像对称的Ⅰ型连接件2。立柱A和横梁B可以各是一根Ⅰ型型材,可以是多根Ⅰ型型材组成。
见图5,上述Ⅰ型型材1具有基体1-1和嵌布体1-2,基体1-1包括第一基体竖板1-11、第二基体竖板1-12和连接在第一基体竖板、第二基体竖板底面上的基体横板1-13,嵌布体1-2包括第一嵌布横板1-21、第二嵌布横板1-22、第三嵌布横板1-23、 第四嵌布横板1-24以及第一嵌布竖板1-25和第二嵌布竖板1-26,第一嵌布竖板1-25由第一基体竖板1-11延伸而成,第一嵌布横板1-21、第二嵌布横板1-22、第三嵌布横板1-23连接在第一嵌布竖板1-25的正面,从而形成E形,第三嵌布横板1-23与第二基体竖板1-12相接,第二嵌布竖板1-26的下端与第四嵌布横板1-24连接形成L形,第四嵌布横板1-24与第一基体竖板1-11或第一嵌布竖板1-25连接,第一基体竖板1-11、第二基体竖板1-12、基体横板1-13和第三嵌布横板1-23所围成的矩形空间即为基体1-1的主腔1-c。第一嵌布横板1-21与第二嵌布横板1-22之间、第二嵌布横板1-22与第三嵌布横板1-23之间的间隙即为嵌布体1-2的两条正面嵌布槽1-a,第一嵌布竖板1-25与第二嵌布竖板1-26之间的间隙为嵌布体1-2的侧面嵌布槽1-b。Ⅰ型型材1的正面嵌布槽1-a和侧面嵌布槽1-b的截面均为U形。
见图6至8,所述Ⅰ型连接件2具有基体2-1、嵌布体2-2和插接体2-3。基体2-1与Ⅰ型型材1的矩形主腔1-c匹配,Ⅰ型连接件的嵌布体2-2叠在插接体2-3上,嵌布体2-2的截面形状类似Ⅰ型型材1的截面形状,由E形体和L形体组合而成,E形体的两条间隙即为Ⅰ型连接件嵌布体2-2的两条正面对接通道2-a,L形体与E形体的后侧面之间的间隙为Ⅰ型连接件嵌布体2-2的侧面对接通道2-b。插接体2-3处于基体2-1的一端,其形状为T形、三角形或燕尾形等,本实施例为T形。Ⅰ型连接件的正面对接通道2-a和侧面对接通道2-b的截面均为U形。
见图9至12,所述Ⅰ型转角件3具有基体3-1和嵌布体3-2,嵌布体3-2为直角形,履盖在基体3-1的其中两侧面上,嵌布体3-2上设有两条直角形正面嵌布槽3-a,基体3-1的另两侧的侧面上各设有与Ⅰ型连接件插接体2-3匹配的插接部3-c,本实施例的插接部3-c为与Ⅰ型连接件的T形插接体2-3匹配的T形槽。两个设有T形槽的侧面之间由斜面连接。Ⅰ型转角件基体3-1的背面设有垫块3-3,该Ⅰ型转角件的垫块3-3的两侧各与嵌布体3-2边缘之间具有间距,该间距为Ⅰ型转角件的侧面嵌布通道3-b(见图10)。
Ⅰ型连接件的插接体2-3与Ⅰ型转角件3的插接部3-c之间的连接还可以采取Ⅰ型连接件的插接体2-3上设有导槽,Ⅰ型转角件3的插接部3-c为与导槽匹配的实体。
见图1至图4,两个镜像对称的Ⅰ型连接件的基体2-1分别插入两Ⅰ型型材1的主腔1-c中,该两个Ⅰ型连接件2的插接体2-3分别插入对应的Ⅰ型转角件3的两插接部3-c中,从而将两Ⅰ型型材直角连接实现立柱A和横梁B的连接,由Ⅰ型连接件2的两条正面对接通道2-a分别将Ⅰ型型材1的两条正面嵌布槽1-a和Ⅰ型转角件3上对应的正面嵌布通道3-a沟通,由Ⅰ型连接件2的一条侧面对接通道2-b将Ⅰ型 型材1的侧面嵌布槽1-b和Ⅰ型转角件3的侧面嵌布通道3-b沟通,从而在框架上形成两条环形的正面嵌布槽和一条环形的侧面嵌布槽。
见图1、图13至19,本实施例的立柱A和横梁B均采用3根Ⅰ型型材1。相邻两根Ⅰ型型材1之间设有Ⅰ型直接件4,对应每个Ⅰ型直接件4设有两个镜像对称的所述Ⅰ型连接件2。Ⅰ型直接件4具有基体4-1和嵌布体4-2,嵌布体4-2处于基体4-1的一侧,Ⅰ型直接件的基体4-1的另一侧设有插接体4-4,该插接体4-4用于连接处于两立柱A之间的横撑杆。Ⅰ型直接件的嵌布体4-2设有两条平行的正面嵌布槽4-a,Ⅰ型直接件的基体4-1的两端各设有与Ⅰ型连接件插接体2-3匹配的插接部4-c,本实施例的插接部4-c为T形槽。在Ⅰ型直接件的基体4-1的背面设有垫块4-3,Ⅰ型直接件的垫块4-3的一侧与对应的Ⅰ型直接件嵌布体边缘之间具有间距,该间距为Ⅰ型直接件的侧面嵌布通道4-b(见图18)。
两个镜像对称的Ⅰ型连接件2的基体2-1分别插入两Ⅰ型型材1的主腔1-c中,该两Ⅰ型连接件的插接体2-3分别插入对应的Ⅰ型直接件4的两插接部4-c中,从而将相邻的两Ⅰ型型材1连接。由Ⅰ型连接件2的两条正面对接通道2-a将Ⅰ型型材1两条正面嵌布槽1-a分别与Ⅰ型直接件4上对应的正面嵌布通道4-a沟通,由Ⅰ型连接件2的侧面对接通道2-b将Ⅰ型型材1的侧面嵌布槽1-b与Ⅰ型直接件4的侧面嵌布通道4-b沟通,从而将相接的两根Ⅰ型型材1上对应的正面嵌布槽1-a贯通,将相接的两根Ⅰ型型材1上的侧面嵌布槽1-b贯通。
见图1至4、6至8,所述Ⅰ型连接件2的基体2-1的正面壁上设有U形槽2-1-1,U形槽2-1-1所围成的部位成为弹性扣2-4,弹性扣2-4的外端为楔形体2-4-1,Ⅰ型型材基体1-1的正面壁上设有允许楔形体2-4-1弹出的窗口1-1-1。当Ⅰ型连接件的基体2-1插入Ⅰ型型材的基体1-1的主腔中且到位,弹性扣2-4的楔形体2-4-1从Ⅰ型型材基体1-1的窗口1-1-1中弹出,对Ⅰ型连接件2和Ⅰ型型材1之间的连接锁定。
见图20,所述Ⅰ型转角件3的垫块3-3和Ⅰ型直接件4的垫块4-3的背面上均设有定位柱5,Ⅰ型转角件3和Ⅰ型直接件4各利用定位柱5与后侧的嵌布拉网展具的一构件10连接,Ⅰ型转角件3上的侧面嵌布通道3-b只有两个面,当Ⅰ型转角件3与后侧构件10连接后,后侧构件10就构成侧面嵌布通道3-b的第三面,由于利用了后侧构件10,完整了侧面嵌布通道3-b,在结构上得到简化,方便了零件的制造。所述Ⅰ型直接件的垫块4-3的侧面嵌布通道4-b只有两个面,同样是利用后侧构件,完整了侧面嵌布通道4-b。
由于Ⅰ型型材的的嵌布槽、Ⅰ型连接件上的对接通道、Ⅰ型转角件和Ⅰ型直接件 上的嵌布通道均为U形,画面嵌入容易。
(实施例2)
见图21至图35,本实施例具有两立柱A和两横梁B,立柱和横梁各为Ⅱ型型材21,立柱A和横梁B的相邻端之间设有Ⅱ型转角件23,对应每个Ⅱ型转角件设有两个镜像对称的Ⅱ型连接件22。立柱A和横梁B可以各是一根Ⅱ型型材,可以是多根Ⅱ型型材组成。
见图24,所述Ⅱ型型材21具有基体21-1和嵌布体21-2,Ⅱ型型材21的基体21-1具有基体竖板21-11、基体横板21-12以及弧形的基体斜板21-13,Ⅱ型型材21的嵌布体21-2具有第一嵌布竖板21-21、第二嵌布竖板21-22、第三嵌布竖板21-23、连接在第一、第二、第三嵌布竖板底面上的嵌布底板21-24以及连接在第三嵌布竖板11-23外侧面上的第一嵌布横板21-25和第二嵌布横板21-26,第一嵌布竖板21-21由第一基体竖板21-11向上延伸而成,基体斜板21-13与第二嵌布横板21-26的中部连接。上述第一基体竖板21-11、基体横板21-12、部分基体斜板21-13和嵌布底板21-24所围成的空间为Ⅱ型型材基体21-1的主腔21-c,第三嵌布竖板21-23、第二嵌布横板21-26和部分基体斜板21-13所围成的空间为Ⅱ型型材基体21-1的定位腔21-d,主腔21-c和定位腔21-d都是似直角梯形,定位腔21-d和主腔21-c相通。Ⅱ型型材21的第一嵌布横板21-25和第二嵌布横板21-26之间的间隙为Ⅱ型型材的正面嵌布槽21-a,Ⅱ型型材的第一嵌布竖板21-21与第二嵌布竖板21-22之间、第二嵌布竖板21-22与第三嵌布竖板21-23之间的间隙各为Ⅱ型型材的侧面嵌布槽21-b。见图23,Ⅱ型型材两端的嵌布体21-2部位外伸,使Ⅱ型型材21的两端面呈阶梯形。
见图23、25至27,所述Ⅱ型连接件22具有基体22-1、定位体22-2和插接体22-3。Ⅱ型连接件22的基体22-1与Ⅱ型型材21的主腔匹配。基体22-1的一端上设有角尺形的定位体22-2,Ⅱ型连接件22的插接体22-3连接在定位体22-2上,定位体22-2上还设有与插接体22-3背靠背的定位凸台22-21,定位凸台22-21与Ⅱ型型材21的定位腔21-d匹配。由于Ⅱ型型材具有弧形斜板,Ⅱ型连接件的相应部位为弧形。插接体22-3为T形、三角形或燕尾形等,本实施例的插接体22-3为T形。
见图28至30,所述Ⅱ型转角件23具有基体23-1和嵌布体23-2,嵌布体23-2为直角形,履盖在基体23-1的正面,嵌布体23-2具有一条直角形正面嵌布槽23-a和两条直角形侧面嵌布通道23-b,。Ⅱ型转角件23的基体23-1上与嵌布体的侧面嵌布通道23-b相对的两侧面上各设有与Ⅱ型连接件的插接体12-3匹配的插接部23-c,本 实施例的插接部23-c为与Ⅱ型连接件的T形插接体22-3匹配的T形导槽,两个设有T形槽的侧面之间由斜面连接。
Ⅱ型连接件的插接体22-3与Ⅱ型转角件23的插接部23-c之间的连接还可以采取Ⅱ型连接件的插接体22-3上设有导槽,Ⅱ型转角件23的插接部23-c为与导槽匹配的实体。
见图21至23,两个镜像对称的Ⅱ型连接件22的基体22-1分别插入两根Ⅱ型型材21的主腔21-c中,且两个Ⅱ型连接件22的定位凸台22-21分别插入两根Ⅱ型型材21的定位腔21-d中,两个Ⅱ型连接件22的插接体22-3分别与对应的Ⅱ型转角件基体23-1的两插接部23-c插接,从而将两根Ⅱ型型材直角连接实现立柱A和横梁B的连接。由于Ⅱ型型材21的嵌布体端面与Ⅱ型转角件23的嵌布体端面吻合,Ⅱ型型材21的正面嵌布槽21-a和Ⅱ型转角件23的正面嵌布通道23-a直接贯通,Ⅱ型型材21的两条侧面嵌布槽21-a分别和Ⅱ型转角件23上对应的侧面嵌布通道23-a直接贯通,从而在框架上形成一条环形的正面嵌布槽和两条环形的侧面嵌布槽。
见图21、图31至图35,本实施例的立柱A和横梁B均采用3根Ⅱ型型材21。相邻两根Ⅱ型型材21之间设有Ⅱ型直接件24,对应每个Ⅱ型直接件24设有两个镜像对称的所述Ⅱ型连接件22。Ⅱ型直接件24具有基体24-1和嵌布体24-2,Ⅱ型直接件24的基体24-1上与Ⅱ型型材的基体斜板相应的部位为弧形,Ⅱ型直接件24的嵌布体24-2上设有一条正面嵌布通道24-a和两条侧面嵌布通道24-b,Ⅱ型直接件24的基体24-1的两端各设有与Ⅱ型连接件的插接体22-3匹配的插接部24-c,本实施例的插接部24-c为T形槽。两个Ⅱ型连接件22的基体22-1分别插入两个Ⅱ型型材21的矩形主腔21-c中,且两个Ⅱ型连接件22的定位凸台22-21分别插入两根Ⅱ型型材21的定位腔21-d中,两个Ⅱ型连接件22的插接体22-3分别插入对应的Ⅱ型直接件24的两个插接部24-c中,从而将两根Ⅱ型型材21连接。由于Ⅱ型型材21的嵌布体端面与Ⅱ型直接件24的嵌布体端面吻合,Ⅱ型型材21的正面嵌布槽21-a和Ⅱ型直接件24的正面嵌布通道23-a直接贯通,Ⅱ型型材11的两条侧面嵌布槽11-b和Ⅱ型直接件14的对应侧面嵌布通道13-b直接贯通,从而将两根Ⅱ型型材11的正面嵌布槽11-a贯通,两根Ⅱ型型材11上的对应侧面嵌布槽11-b贯通,Ⅱ型型材21的弧形斜板和Ⅱ型直接件24的相应弧形部位圆滑连接。
见图25至26,所述Ⅱ型连接件22的基体22-1的正面壁上设有U形槽22-1-1,U形槽22-1-1所围成的部位成为弹性扣22-4,弹性扣22-4的外端为楔形体22-4-1,Ⅱ型型材基体21-1的正面壁上设有允许楔形体22-4-1弹出的窗口。当Ⅱ型连接件的 基体22-1插入Ⅱ型型材的基体21-1的主腔中且到位,弹性扣22-4的楔形体22-4-1从Ⅱ型型材基体21-1的窗口中弹出,对Ⅱ型连接件22和Ⅱ型型材21之间的连接锁定。
工业应用性
本发明具有如下积极效果:1.本发明的框架设有三条嵌布槽,能选择不同的嵌布槽安装画面,当选择侧面嵌布槽安装画面,画面会将型材包附,如展具前后框架采用本发明的框架结构,能在展具的正面、背面和两侧面分别安装画面,对于Ⅰ型型材,可以将整幅画面的两侧分别安装在后侧两根立柱的侧面嵌布槽中,整幅画面将框架的前面和两侧面包附,在展具的前面和两侧面不会有型材外露的现象发生,对于Ⅱ型型材,可以将整幅画面的两侧分别安装在后侧同一根立柱的两侧面嵌布槽中,整幅画面基本上将展具前后框架包附,保持画面的完整,采用本发明框架结构的拉网展具的画面安装形式多,能满足不同用户的要求。对于多个拉网展具的拼合所成的大画面为完整的画面,不会有画面割裂的现象发生,画面的视觉效果好。本发明的画面安装方便,画面平整。
2.本发明的构件之间均采用插接,不需旋螺丝或是借助工具,安装和拆卸都方便快速。
3.本发明采用弹性扣的形式,对连接件和型材之间的连接进行锁定,且锁定结构简单。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种嵌布拉网展具框架,具有两立柱(A)和两横梁(B),立柱和横梁均为Ⅰ型型材,立柱(A)和横梁(B)的相邻端之间设有Ⅰ型转角件,对应每个Ⅰ型转角件设有两个镜像对称的Ⅰ型连接件,其特征在于:Ⅰ型型材(1)具有基体(1-1)和嵌布体(1-2),Ⅰ型型材(1)的嵌布体(1-2)上设有两条平行的正面嵌布槽(1-a)和一条侧面嵌布槽(1-b),Ⅰ型型材的基体(1-1)具有主腔(1-c);所述Ⅰ型连接件(2)具有基体(2-1)、嵌布体(2-2)和插接体(2-3),Ⅰ型连接件(2)的嵌布体(2-2)上设有2条正面对接通道(2-a)和1条侧面对接通道(2-b);所述Ⅰ型转角件(3)具有基体(3-1)和嵌布体(3-2),嵌布体(3-2)上设有两条直角形的正面嵌布通道(3-a)和一条直角形的侧面嵌布通道(3-b),Ⅰ型转角件基体(3-1)上与嵌布体(3-2)的侧面嵌布通道(3-b)相对的两侧面上各设有插接部(3-c);两个镜像对称的Ⅰ型连接件(2)的基体(2-1)分别插入两根Ⅰ型型材(1)的主腔(1-c)中,该两个Ⅰ型连接件的插接体(2-3)分别与相应的Ⅰ型转角件基体(3-1)的两插接部(3-c)插接,从而将两根Ⅰ型型材直角连接实现立柱(A)和横梁(B)的连接,由Ⅰ型连接件(2)的两条正面对接通道(2-a)将Ⅰ型型材(1)的两条正面嵌布槽(1-a)分别和Ⅰ型转角件(3)上对应的正面嵌布通道沟通,由Ⅰ型连接件(2)的侧面对接通道(2-b)将Ⅰ型型材(1)的侧面嵌布槽(1-b)和Ⅰ型转角件(3)的侧面嵌布通道(3-b)沟通,从而在框架上形成两条环形的正面嵌布槽和一条环形的侧面嵌布槽。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的嵌布拉网展具框架,其特征在于:所述Ⅰ型转角件基体(3-1)的背面上设有垫块(3-3),该转角件垫块(3-3)的两侧各与对应的Ⅰ型转角件嵌布体边缘之间具有间距,该间距为Ⅰ型转角件的所述侧面嵌布通道(3-b)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的嵌布拉网展具框架,其特征在于:所述立柱(A)和\或横梁(B)各具有至少两根Ⅰ型型材(1),两根Ⅰ型型材(1)之间设有Ⅰ型直接件(4)和两个镜像对称的所述Ⅰ型连接件(2);Ⅰ型直接件(4)具有基体(4-1)和嵌布体(4-2),嵌布体(4-2)处于基体(4-1)的一侧,嵌布体(4-2)上具有两条正面嵌布通道(4-a)和一条侧面嵌布通道(4-b),Ⅰ型直接件基体(4-1)的两端各设有插接部(4-c);两个镜像对称的Ⅰ型连接件(2)的基体(2-1)分别插入两根Ⅰ型型材(1)的主腔(1-c)中,该两个Ⅰ型连接件的插接体(2-3)分别与对应的Ⅰ型直接件基体(4-1)的两插接部(4-c)插接,从而将两根Ⅰ型 型材(1)连接,由Ⅰ型连接件(2)的两条正面对接通道(2-a)将Ⅰ型型材(1)两条正面嵌布槽(1-a)分别与Ⅰ型直接件(4)上对应的正面嵌布通道(4-a)沟通,由Ⅰ型连接件(2)的侧面对接通道(2-b)将Ⅰ型型材(1)的侧面嵌布槽(1-b)与Ⅰ型直接件(4)的侧面嵌布通道(4-b)沟通,从而将相接的两根Ⅰ型型材(1)上对应的正面嵌布槽(1-a)贯通,将相接的两根Ⅰ型型材(1)上的侧面嵌布槽(1-b)贯通。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的嵌布拉网展具框架,其特征在于:所述Ⅰ型直接件基体(4-1)的背面设有垫块(4-3),Ⅰ型直接件的垫块(4-3)的一侧与Ⅰ型直接件上对应的嵌布体边缘之间具有间距,该间距为Ⅰ型直接件的侧面嵌布通道(4-b)。
  5. 根据权利要求1或3所述的嵌布拉网展具框架,其特征在于:所述Ⅰ型连接件(2)的基体(2-1)的正面壁上设有U形槽(2-1-1),U形槽(2-1-1)所围成的部位成为弹性扣(2-4),弹性扣(2-4)的外端为楔形体(2-4-1),Ⅰ型型材的基体(1-1)的正面壁上设有允许楔形体(2-4-1)弹出的窗口(1-1-1)。
  6. 一种嵌布拉网展具框架,具有立柱(A)和横梁(B),立柱和横梁均为Ⅱ型型材(21),立柱(A)和横梁(B)相邻端之间设有Ⅱ型转角件(23),对应每个Ⅱ型转角件设有镜像对称的两个Ⅱ型连接件(22),其特征在于:所述Ⅱ型型材(21)具有基体(21-1)和嵌布体(21-2),Ⅱ型型材(21)的嵌布体(21-2)上设有一条正面嵌布槽(21-a)和两条侧面嵌布槽(21-b),Ⅱ型型材(21)的基体(21-1)具有主腔(21-c)和定位腔(21-d);所述Ⅱ型连接件(22)具有基体(22-1)、定位体(22-2)和插接体(22-3),定位体(22-2)上设有定位凸台(22-21);所述Ⅱ型转角件(23)具有基体(23-1)和嵌布体(23-2),嵌布体(23-2)上设有一条直角形正面嵌布通道(23-a)和两条直角形侧面嵌布通道(23-b);所述Ⅱ型转角件(23)的基体(23-1)上与嵌布体(23-2)的侧面嵌布通道(23-b)相对的两侧面上各设有插接部(23-c);两个镜像对称的Ⅱ型连接件(22)的基体(22-1)分别插入两根Ⅱ型型材(21)的主腔(21-c)中,且两个Ⅱ型连接件(22)的定位凸台(22-21)分别插入两根Ⅱ型型材(21)的定位腔(21-d)中,两个Ⅱ型连接件(22)的插接体(22-3)分别与对应的Ⅱ型转角件基体(23-1)的两插接部(23-c)插接,从而将两根Ⅱ型型材直角连接实现立柱(A)和横梁(B)的连接,Ⅱ型型材(21)的正面嵌布槽(21-a)和Ⅱ型转角件(23)的正面嵌布通道(23-a)直接贯通,Ⅱ型型材(21)的两条侧面嵌布槽(21-a)分别和Ⅱ型转角件(23) 上对应的侧面嵌布通道(23-a)直接贯通,从而在框架上形成一条环形的正面嵌布槽和两条环形的侧面嵌布槽。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的嵌布拉网展具框架,其特征在于:所述立柱(A)和\或横梁(B)各具有至少两根Ⅱ型型材(21),两根Ⅱ型型材(21)之间设有Ⅱ型直接件(24)和两个镜像对称的所述Ⅱ型连接件(22);Ⅱ型直接件(24)具有基体(24-1)和嵌布体(24-2),Ⅱ型直接件(24)的嵌布体(24-2)上设有一条正面嵌布通道(24-a)和两条侧面嵌布通道(24-b),基体(24-1)的两端各设有插接部(24-c);两个Ⅱ型连接件的基体(22-1)分别插入两个Ⅱ型型材(21)的主腔(21-c)中,该两个Ⅱ型连接件(22)的插接体(22-3)分别与对应的Ⅱ型直接件基体(24-1)的两插接部(24-c)插接,从而将两根Ⅱ型型材(21)连接,Ⅱ型型材(21)的正面嵌布槽(21-a)和Ⅱ型直接件(24)的正面嵌布通道(24-a)直接贯通,Ⅱ型型材(21)的两条侧面嵌布槽(21-b)分别和Ⅱ型直接件(24)上对应的侧面嵌布通道(23-b)直接贯通。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的嵌布拉网展具框架,其特征在于:所述Ⅱ型连接件(22)的基体(22-1)的正面壁上设有U形槽(22-1-1),U形槽(22-1-1)所围成的部位成为弹性扣(22-21),弹性扣(22-21)的外端为楔形体(22-21-1),Ⅱ型型材基体(21-1)的正面壁上设有允许楔形体(22-21-1)弹出的窗口(21-1-1)。
