背景技术
现如今,越来越多的应用程序不断丰富着人们的生活,例如安装于智能设备上的音乐程序、视频播放程序、灯光程序等;再例如,搭载于智能家居设备上的应用程序,如,防盗报警程序、视频监控程序等。
通常,这些应用程序在用户入睡之前需要保持开启状态,而在用户睡着之后需要自动关闭。在现有技术中,用户可以在应用程序中设置固定的结束时刻来实现应用程序的自动关闭。
然而实际上,用户往往不能确定个人的实际入睡时间,从而不能准确地定位到真正想要结束应用程序的时间点。应用程序在不合适的时间自动关闭将给用户带来极大的困扰。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种应用程序控制方法及装置,用以简化用户启动睡眠监测的操作,以实现灵活、简捷且高效地根据用户的睡眠状态控制应用程序运行状态的目的。
本申请实施例提供一种应用程序控制方法,包括:
向用户展示被控应用程序的一界面,所述界面包含睡眠监测指令入口及音视频播放器;
在所述音视频播放器当前的状态下,响应于所述用户对所述睡眠监测指令入口的触发操作,指示睡眠监测设备对所述用户进行睡眠监测;
根据所述睡眠监测设备监测到的睡眠信号,调整所述被控应用程序的运 行状态。
进一步可选地,在指示所述睡眠监测设备对所述用户进行睡眠监测之后,所述方法还包括:在所述界面上展示与睡眠监测相关的信息。
进一步可选地,在所述界面上展示与睡眠监测相关的信息,包括:直接在所述界面上添加所述与睡眠监测相关的信息;或者将所述界面上展示的已有信息替换为所述与睡眠监测相关的信息。

图1是本申请实施例提供的应用程序控制方法的流程示意图,该方法可由应用程序控制装置来执行,结合图1,所述方法包括:
步骤101、向用户展示被控应用程序的一界面,所述界面包含睡眠监测指令入口及音视频播放器。
步骤102、在所述音视频播放器当前的状态下,响应于所述用户对所述睡眠监测指令入口的触发操作,指示睡眠监测设备对所述用户进行睡眠监测。
步骤103、根据所述睡眠监测设备监测到的睡眠信号,调整所述被控应用程序的运行状态。
在实际应用中,一些应用程序的运行状态与用户的睡眠状态有关。这就需要根据用户的睡眠状态调整应用程序的运行状态。为便于描述,本申请实施例中,将需要根据用户的睡眠状态调整运行状态的应用程序称为被控应用程序。被控应用程序可以是安装于智能终端上的各种应用程序。在本实施例中,所述被控应用程序具有音频播放功能,除此之外,还可以具有闹钟提醒功能、具有防盗报警功能和/或具有视频监控功能等。智能终端,例如可以是音响、灯、电视等。
为了更加灵活、简捷且高效地控制被控应用程序的运行状态,在被控应用程序的界面上设置睡眠监测指令入口。参见步骤101,首先,向用户展示被控应用程序的一界面,该界面包含睡眠监测指令入口以及音视频播放器。所述睡眠监测指令入口用于供用户发出睡眠指令。音视频播放器用于向用户播放音视频信息。
针对步骤102,承接上一步骤,用户可以在音视频播放器的当前状态下,对睡眠监测指令入口进行触发操作,进而通过所述睡眠监测指令入口发出睡眠指令。对应用程序控制装置来说,可在音视频播放器的当前状态下,对用户对睡眠监测指令入口的触发操作做出响应,进而根据该睡眠指令可以获知需要指示睡眠监测设备对用户进行睡眠监测。其中,该响应过程不影响音视频播放器当前的状态。所述音视频播放器当前的状态,即所述音视频播放器当前正处于播放状态或者暂停状态。
睡眠监测设备,可以是具有睡眠监测功能的任何设备,例如,安装有睡眠监测App的手机,具有睡眠监测功能的手环,或者安装有睡眠监测芯片的枕头等。
睡眠监测设备需要与应用程序控制装置进行通信连接。例如,睡眠监测设备可以通过Wi-Fi、蓝牙或数据线与应用程序控制装置进行通信连接。应用程序控制装置在接收到用户通过睡眠监测指令入口发出的睡眠指令之后,基于与睡眠监测设备之间的通信连接,指示睡眠监测设备对用户进行睡眠监测。例如,应用程序控制装置可基于与睡眠监测设备之间的通信连接,向睡眠监 测设备发送监测开始指令,以指示睡眠监测设备对用户进行睡眠监测。
针对步骤103,应用程序控制装置在指示睡眠监测设备进行睡眠监测之后,不断采集睡眠监测设备监测到的睡眠信号。用户的睡眠信号表征了用户实时的睡眠状态,例如,用户处于清醒状态、入睡状态、深度睡眠状态、或是浅睡状态等。
在获得睡眠监测设备监测到的睡眠信号之后,基于该睡眠信号调整被控应用程序的运行状态。其中,根据被控应用程序的不同,调整被控应用程序的运行状态的具体实施方式也会有所不同。举例说明,本实施例中的调整方式可以包括但不限于:启动程序、关闭程序、增大播放音量、降低播放音量、加快播放进度、减慢播放进度和/或暂停等。
应用程序控制装置在调整应用程序的运行状态时,可以通过与该应用程序所搭载的设备进行通信来传输控制信号,具体的通信方式视设备连接方式而定,本申请实施例不做限制。
本申请实施例中,通过被控应用程序的一界面向用户展现睡眠监测指令入口以及音视频播放器。在音视频播放器当前的状态下,接收并响应用户对该睡眠监测指令入口的触发操作,指示睡眠监测设备对该用户进行睡眠监测,基于睡眠监测设备监测到的睡眠信号调整被控应用程序的运行状态。本实施例简化了用户启动睡眠监测的操作,可以灵活、简捷且高效地根据用户的睡眠状态控制被控应用程序的运行状态,提升了用户体验。
在本申请上述实施例或下述实施例中,在指示所述睡眠监测设备对所述用户进行睡眠监测之后,应用程序控制装置还可以在所述界面上展示与睡眠监测相关的信息,以便于用户能够及时了解与睡眠监测相关的信息。
图2a是本申请实施例提供的另一应用程序控制方法的流程示意图,结合图2a,该方法包括:
步骤201、向用户展示被控应用程序的一界面,所述界面包含睡眠监测指令入口及音视频播放器。

针对步骤201,在本申请实施例中,被控应用程序除了具有音视频播放功能之外,还可以具有灯光展示功能、收音机播放功能等等。其中,向用户展示的被控应用程序的界面可以是被控应用程序运行过程中的任意界面。例如,以被控应用程序还具有灯光展示功能为例,向用户展示的界面可以是灯光展示页面或对应的灯光色彩设置页面。该界面包含一个音视频播放器,用于根据用户的播放设置进行音视频的播放。
另外,向用户展示的被控应用程序的界面还包含一睡眠监测指令入口,该睡眠监测指令入口用于供用户发出睡眠指令。可选的,该睡眠监测指令入口可以是设置于向用户展示的所述界面上的入睡指示按钮,例如可以是所述界面上展示的“开始睡觉”按钮或“睡眠监测”按钮。
例如,以被控应用程序为音乐播放程序为例,向用户展示的界面可以是音乐播放程序的曲目列表页面,则如图2b所示,在音乐播放程序的曲目列表页的底部中间展示一“开始睡觉”按钮。又例如,以被控应用程序为音乐播放程序为例,向用户展示的界面可以是音乐播放程序的曲目播放页面,则如图2c所示,在音乐播放程序的曲目播放页面的底部中间展示“开始睡觉”按钮。其中,“开始睡觉”按钮的展示位置并不限于图2b和图2c中所示位置,图2b和图2c所示位置仅为一种示例。从而,用户能够在音乐播放程序播放音乐之前(即处于音乐播放程序的曲目列表页)或是在音乐播放程序播放音乐过程中(即处于音乐播放程序的曲目播放页面),都能够快捷地发出睡眠指令,无需从音乐播放程序跳转到另一应用程序。
针对步骤202,音视频播放器当前的状态可以是正在播放音视频的状态或暂停播放音视频的状态。在上述任一状态下,应用程序控制装置可响应于用户对睡眠监测指令入口的触发操作,相当于获取用户通过睡眠监测指令入口发出的睡眠指令,进而指示睡眠监测设置对用户进行睡眠监测。通过这样的实现方式,在使用被控应用程序的过程中,用户可以在被控应用程序的提供的界面上快捷地启动睡眠监测功能,进而灵活、高效地根据用户睡眠状态控制应用程序的运行状态,而不需跳转至其他应用程序的界面。
睡眠监测设备是用户预先配置的。在一种可选的实施方式中,睡眠监测设备可以是外接的设备,例如安装在用户枕头或床垫上的睡眠监测仪,或佩戴在用户手腕上的智能手环等。应用程序控制装置通过Wi-Fi、蓝牙或数据线等通信方式与睡眠监测设备进行数据传输。
在另一种可选的实施方式中,睡眠监测设备也可以是带有睡眠监测功能的手机。进一步,当应用程序控制装置作为App实现时,可安装于具有睡眠监测功能的手机上。睡眠监测设备和应用程序控制装置之间可以通过手机系统提供的特定的应用程序编程接口(Application Programming Interface,API)进行通信。睡眠监测设备在接收到睡眠指令之后,开始监测用户的睡眠信号。
针对步骤203,在指示控制睡眠监测设备对用户进行睡眠监测之后,应用程序控制装置还可以在所述界面上展示与睡眠监测相关的信息。
可选地,可以直接在所述界面上添加所述与睡眠监测相关的信息。结合图2b所示页面,可以在曲目列表上方的空白区域直接显示与睡眠监测有关的信息。结合图2c所示页面,可以将与睡眠监测有关的信息直接显示于所述展示区。可选地,所述展示区中可能展示有与当前播放曲目相关的信息。
在另一可选的实施方式中,在所述界面上展示与睡眠监测相关的信息可以是:将所述界面上展示的已有信息替换为所述与睡眠监测相关的信息。结合图2c,在音乐播放程序的曲目播放页面有一展示区。在未启动睡眠监测时,该展示区展示有当前播放的曲目的作词、作曲以及歌手信息(图2c中未示出),在启动睡眠监测之后,以接收到的与睡眠监测相关的信息替换该展示区当前正在展示的内容,此时的页面如图2d所示。
可选的,在本申请实施例中,与睡眠监测相关的信息包括以下至少一种信息:睡眠监测设备的类型;与睡眠监测设备的连接状态;与睡眠监测设备异常连接时的解决方案;睡眠监测设备的监测状态;睡眠监测设备处于异常监测状态时的解决方案;从睡眠信号中提取的睡眠数据;设定的睡眠唤醒时间范围;睡眠唤醒倒计时间。
其中,与睡眠监测设备的连接状态可以包括未连接、连接中、连接异常等。其中,与所述睡眠监测设备异常连接时的解决方案对应的解决方案可以是应用程序控制装置与睡眠监测设备的连接状态出现异常时的解决措施,例如,刷新连接或重启睡眠监测设备等。
其中,睡眠监测设备的监测状态可以包括未监测、监测中、监测异常等。睡眠监测设备处于异常监测状态时的解决方案可以是睡眠监测设备的监测状态出现异常时的解决措施,例如,检查睡眠监测设备是否电量不足或重启睡眠监测设备。
其中,从所述睡眠信号中提取的睡眠数据可以是用户的睡眠状态、用户 的心率、用户的呼吸率和用户的离床情况。睡眠唤醒时间范围,在该时间范围内,若采集到用户浅睡信号,则可直接唤醒用户。睡眠唤醒倒计时间,可以对用户进行唤醒预警以提示用户合理安排睡觉时间。如图2d所示,在图2d所示的界面上,展示有闹钟对应的唤醒时间范围为07:30~08:00。图2d所示的界面,还显示当前连接的睡眠监测设备是睡眠监测仪,以及睡眠监测仪的监测状态为正在监测中。
针对步骤204,睡眠监测设备监测到的睡眠信号,包括用户的入睡信号、清醒信号等。在所述睡眠监测设备监测到的入睡信号之后,关闭所述音视频播放器,避免了音视频播放器在用户入睡之后持续播放对用户睡眠造成的干扰。
本实施例中,根据用户发出的睡眠监测指令启动睡眠监测之后,展示与睡眠监测相关的信息,能够帮助用户了解睡眠状态,进而改善用户的睡眠质量。与此同时,在监测到用户的入睡信号之后,关闭音视频播放器,实现了应用程序的智能控制,为用户营造了良好的睡眠环境。
图3是本申请实施例提供的另一应用程序控制方法的流程示意图,结合图3,该方法包括:
步骤301、向用户展示被控应用程序的一界面,所述界面包含睡眠监测指令入口及音视频播放器。
步骤302、在所述音视频播放器当前的状态下,响应于所述用户对所述睡眠监测指令入口的触发操作,指示睡眠监测设备对所述用户进行睡眠监测。
步骤303、在所述界面上展示与睡眠监测相关的信息。
步骤304、根据所述睡眠监测设备监测到的入睡信号,开启所述被控应用程序中的闹钟,以在设定的睡眠唤醒时间范围内唤醒所述用户。
步骤301~步骤303的具体实现方法可以参考图1以及图2a对应实施例中的记载,此处不赘述。
针对步骤304,在一可选实施方式中,在用户入睡之后,主动为用户开启闹钟,从而,处于开启状态的闹钟可以在设定的睡眠唤醒时间范围内对用户进行唤醒。
对被控应用程序中的闹钟来说,可以设置一唤醒时间范围,用于在该时间范围内对用户进行唤醒操作。基于此,本实施例除了可以控制闹钟的开启 或关闭之外,还可以根据用户的清醒信号是否在唤醒时间范围内来控制是否开启闹钟用以唤醒用户。若睡眠监测设备监测到清醒信号的时刻在唤醒时间范围内,可开启闹钟,使用闹钟的铃声对用户进行唤醒。若在唤醒时间范围内并未监测到清醒信号,则只需在用户设定的闹钟时刻开启闹钟即可。
本实施例在用户入睡之后,主动为用户开启对用户具有唤醒功能的闹钟,实现了用户的智能唤醒,提升了用户体验。
图4是本申请实施例提供的另一应用程序控制方法的流程示意图,结合图4,该方法包括:
步骤401、向用户展示被控应用程序的一界面,所述界面包含睡眠监测指令入口及音视频播放器。
步骤402、在所述音视频播放器当前的状态下,响应于所述用户对所述睡眠监测指令入口的触发操作,指示睡眠监测设备对所述用户进行睡眠监测。
步骤403、在所述界面上展示与睡眠监测相关的信息。
步骤404、根据所述睡眠监测设备在设定的睡眠唤醒时间范围内监测到的清醒信号,重新开启已被关闭的所述音视频播放器,和/或播放所述被控应用程序中的闹钟携带的默认音视频,以唤醒所述用户。
步骤401~步骤403的具体实现方法可以参考图1~图3对应实施例中的记载,此处不赘述。
针对步骤404,唤醒时间范围,即用户设置的可以对用户进行唤醒的时间范围,例如,可以是早晨的7:30~8:00之间。
用户的清醒信号,表征用户处于清醒状态或浅睡状态。在用户设定的睡眠唤醒时间范围内监测到清醒信号时,对用户进行唤醒操作。这种唤醒过程自然且能够达到较好的放松效果,帮助用户更容易地起床,并能够让用户在清醒之后更加精力充沛。
在一种可选的实施方式中,对用户进行唤醒,可以重新开启已被关闭的所述音视频播放器。可选的,重新开启已被关闭的所述音视频播放器包括:控制音乐播放程序播放用户预先设置的唤醒音乐或音乐播放程序上一次关闭前正在播放的音乐。可选的,播放该音乐播放程序上一次关闭前正在播放的音乐,包括按照该音乐播放程序上一次关闭前正在播放的曲目以及音乐循环模式进行播放。
在另一种可选的实施方式中,对用户进行唤醒,可以播放所述被控应用程序中的闹钟携带的默认音视频。
在又一种可选的实施方式中,对用户进行唤醒,可以重新开启已被关闭的所述音视频播放器,由音视频播放器播放音视频信息,并且播放所述被控应用程序中的闹钟携带的默认音视频,结合两种方式对用户进行唤醒。
本实施例中,通过设置唤醒时间范围,并确定用户浅睡或清醒的时间在该唤醒时间范围内时,重新启动音视频播放器播放唤醒音视频,进而慢慢将用户完全唤醒,使得用户醒来后精力充沛,极大改善了用户的睡眠质量,提升了用户体验。
需要说明的是,图2、图3以及图4对应的实施例可以单独执行,也可以组合执行,本申请实施例不做限制。例如,在一种可行的实施方式中,调整被控应用程序的运行状态,可以是:根据所述睡眠监测设备监测到的入睡信号,关闭所述音视频播放器,并开启所述被控应用程序中的闹钟,以在设定的睡眠唤醒时间范围内唤醒所述用户。在一种可行的实施方式中,调整被控应用程序的运行状态,还可以是:根据所述睡眠监测设备监测到的入睡信号,关闭所述音视频播放器,并根据所述睡眠监测设备在设定的睡眠唤醒时间范围内监测到的清醒信号,重新开启已被关闭的所述音视频播放器,和/或播放所述被控应用程序中的闹钟携带的默认音视频,以唤醒所述用户。
图5a是本申请实施例提供的又一应用程序控制方法的流程示意图,结合图5a,该方法包括:
步骤501、向用户展示被控应用程序的一界面,所述界面包含睡眠监测指令入口及音视频播放器。
步骤502、在所述音视频播放器当前的状态下,响应于所述用户对所述睡眠监测指令入口的触发操作,指示睡眠监测设备对所述用户进行睡眠监测,并将所述睡眠监测指令入口更新为睡眠监测停止指令入口。
步骤503、根据所述睡眠监测设备监测到的睡眠信号,调整所述被控应用程序的运行状态。
步骤504、响应于所述用户对所述睡眠监测指令入口的触发操作,指示所述睡眠监测设备停止对所述用户进行睡眠监测。

针对步骤502,音视频播放器当前的状态可以是正在播放音视频的状态或暂停播放音视频的状态。在上述任一状态下,应用程序控制装置响应于用户对睡眠监测指令入口的触发操作,相当于接收到用户通过睡眠监测指令入口发出的睡眠指令。基于此,应用程序控制装置可指示睡眠监测设置对用户进行睡眠监测。
可选地,所述睡眠监测指令入口为设置于被控应用程序提供的界面上的入睡指示按钮,用户通过对该按钮进行触发操作可以发出睡眠指令。为例如,图2b音乐播放程序的曲目列表页面或图2c所示的所示曲目播放页面展示的“开始睡觉”按钮。
可选地,在睡眠监测指令入口为界面上的按钮的情况下,应用程序控制装置可响应于用户对界面上展示的按钮的触发操作,接收睡眠指令。这里的触发操作包括但不限于:点击、触摸、长按、悬停或滑动。
另外,响应于用户对睡眠监测指令入口的触发操作,除了指示睡眠监测设备对用户进行睡眠监测之外,应用程序控制装置还可以将所述睡眠监测指令入口更新为睡眠监测停止指令入口。接续于睡眠监测指令入口为入睡指示按钮,则应用程序控制装置可以将入睡指示按钮更新为唤醒指示按钮,如图2d所示。在图2d中,音乐播放程序的曲目播放页面展示的是“起床”按钮,即为唤醒指示按钮的一种示例。
针对步骤503,根据所述睡眠监测设备监测到的睡眠信号,调整所述被控应用程序的运行状态,包括以下至少一种:根据所述睡眠监测设备监测到的入睡信号,关闭所述音视频播放器;根据所述睡眠监测设备监测到的入睡信号,开启所述被控应用程序中的闹钟,以在设定的睡眠唤醒时间范围内唤醒所述用户;根据所述睡眠监测设备在设定的睡眠唤醒时间范围内监测到的清醒信号,重新开启已被关闭的所述音视频播放器,和/或播放所述被控应用程序中的闹钟携带的默认音视频,以唤醒所述用户。
上述对被控应用程序的运行状态进行调整的具体实现方法,可以参考图2a~图4对应的实施例中的记载,此处不赘述。
针对步骤504中,可选地,所述睡眠监测停止指令入口为设置于所述界面上的唤醒指示按钮。在睡眠监测指令入口为界面上的按钮的情况下,应用 程序控制装置可响应于用户对界面上展示的按钮的触发操作,接收停止监测指令。这里的触发操作包括但不限于:点击、触摸、长按、悬停或滑动。
用户在睡醒之后,可以对该唤醒指示按钮进行触发操作,以发出睡眠监测停止指令。对应用程序控制装置来说,可响应于用户对该唤醒指示按钮的触发操作,指示睡眠监测设备停止对用户进行睡眠监测。
可选地,睡眠监测设备还可以输出用户的睡眠报告。睡眠报告可输出至应用程序控制装置,则应用程序控制装置在接收该睡眠报告后,可展示于相应界面上,如图5b所示;与此同时,应用程序控制装置还可以根据睡眠监测设备监测到的历史数据,分析用户每天、每周、每月的睡眠情况,并以图表方式呈现在相应页面,从而用户可以熟知自身的睡眠情况,并进行相应改善。
本实施例中,在被控应用程序提供的界面上展示睡眠监测入口指令,并在接收用户对该睡眠监测入口指令的触发之后,将睡眠监测指令入口更新为睡眠监测停止指令入口,极大简化了用户启动睡眠监测以及结束睡眠监测的路径。与此同时,在用户结束睡眠监测之后,为用户提供睡眠报告,方便用户熟知自身的睡眠情况,并进行相应改善,提升了用户体验。
需要说明的是,在本申请的上述或下述实施例中,被控应用程序可以是音乐播放程序。可选的,在音视频播放器当前的状态下,响应于所述用户对所述睡眠监测指令入口的触发操作,指示睡眠监测设备对所述用户进行睡眠监测之后,还可主动播放助眠音乐以帮助用户快速且舒适地进入睡眠。该助眠音乐可以是应用程序控制装置提供的默认音乐,也可以是用户自行设置的助眠音乐。
基于此,用户通过应用程序控制装置开启音乐播放程序之后,用户可以在音乐播放程序提供的设置页面上设置助眠音乐和/或唤醒音乐。相应地,对音乐播放程序来说,可响应于用户在音乐播放程序提供的设置页面上的设置操作,设置助眠音乐和/或唤醒音乐。其中,音乐播放程序提供的设置页面可以是展示有设置按钮的曲目列表页面,如图2b所示;也可以是展示有设置按钮的曲目播放页面,如图2c或2d所示,本申请实施例不做限制。通过这样的实施方式,用户可以通过音乐播放程序提供的丰富的乐库进行助眠音乐和/或唤醒音乐的选择,选择自由度更高,设置路径也更便捷。
在上述实施例或下述实施例中,可选的,应用程序控制装置可内嵌于被控应用程序内部实现。或者,可选地,应用程序控制装置可作为一App独立于被控应用程序实现,为实现对被控应用程序的控制,应用程序控制装置可以通过软件开发工具包(Software Development Kit,SDK)或特定API接入被控应用程序。
在应用程序控制装置独立于被控应用程序实现的情况下,也可以在应用程序控制装置提供的界面设置有睡眠监测指令入口,以方便用户在应用程序控制装置或被控应用程序提供的任意界面上随时发出睡眠指令,进一步简化用户启动睡眠监测的操作。
图6为应用程序控制装置提供的界面的一种示意图,如图6所示,睡眠监测指令入口设置于应用程序控制装置首页的底部中间位置。可选的,应用程序控制装置提供的页面上也可展示与睡眠监测相关的信息,例如,在图6所示的界面中,显示有昨晚睡眠得分、睡眠时长、深睡比例等。
应用程序控制装置开启之后,在其首页和其他页面上可展示一睡眠监测指令入口,该睡眠监测指令入口可以是展示于首页和其他页面上的“开始睡觉”按钮或“睡眠监测”按钮。通过应用程序控制装置启动被控应用程序之后,该被控应用程序的首页和其它页面上也可展示一睡眠监测指令入口。从而,无论用户是在应用程序控制装置的首页还是在被控应用程序的界面中,都能够快捷地发出睡眠指令。
在本申请的上述或下述实施例中,针对应用程序控制装置提供的多种功能,向用户展示的一界面所关联的睡眠监测指令入口具有一键启动功能。即,在用户预先设置助眠模式、闹钟的情形下,通过该睡眠监测指令入口,可以一键启动应用程序控制装置向睡眠监测设备发送睡眠指令的功能,以及根据用户预先设置的助眠模式和闹钟对相应的应用程序进行控制的功能,不赘述。
图7是本申请实施例提供的应用程序控制装置的结构示意图,结合图7,该装置包括:
展示模块701,用于向用户展示被控应用程序的一界面,所述界面包含睡眠监测指令入口及音视频播放器;
指示模块702,用于在所述音视频播放器当前的状态下,响应于所述用户 对所述睡眠监测指令入口的触发操作,指示睡眠监测设备对所述用户进行睡眠监测;
控制模块703,用于根据所述睡眠监测设备监测到的睡眠信号,调整所述被控应用程序的运行状态。
进一步可选地,所述展示模块701还用于:在所述指示模块指示睡眠监测设备对所述用户进行睡眠监测之后,在所述界面上展示与睡眠监测相关的信息。
进一步可选地,所述展示模块701具体用于:在所述指示模块指示睡眠监测设备对所述用户进行睡眠监测之后,直接在所述界面上添加所述与睡眠监测相关的信息;或者在所述指示模块指示睡眠监测设备对所述用户进行睡眠监测之后,将所述界面上展示的已有信息替换为所述与睡眠监测相关的信息。

进一步可选地,所述指示模块702还用于:在指示所述睡眠监测设备对所述用户进行睡眠监测之后,响应于所述用户对所述睡眠监测停止睡眠监测停止指令入口的触发操作,指示所述睡眠监测设备停止对所述用户进行睡眠监测。

本申请实施例提供的应用程序控制装置,通过被控应用程序的一界面向用户展现睡眠监测指令入口以及音视频播放器。在音视频播放器当前的状态下,接收并响应用户对该睡眠监测指令入口的触发操作,指示睡眠监测设备对该用户进行睡眠监测,基于睡眠监测设备监测到的睡眠信号调整被控应用程序的运行状态。简化了用户启动睡眠监测的操作,从而实现灵活、简捷且高效地根据用户的睡眠状态控制被控应用程序的运行状态的目的,提升了用户体验。

  1. 一种应用程序控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
    向用户展示被控应用程序的一界面,所述界面包含睡眠监测指令入口及音视频播放器;
    在所述音视频播放器当前的状态下,响应于所述用户对所述睡眠监测指令入口的触发操作,指示睡眠监测设备对所述用户进行睡眠监测;
    根据所述睡眠监测设备监测到的睡眠信号,调整所述被控应用程序的运行状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在指示所述睡眠监测设备对所述用户进行睡眠监测之后,所述方法还包括:
    在所述界面上展示与睡眠监测相关的信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述界面上展示与睡眠监测相关的信息,包括:
    直接在所述界面上添加所述与睡眠监测相关的信息;或者
    将所述界面上展示的已有信息替换为所述与睡眠监测相关的信息。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述与睡眠监测相关的信息包括以下至少一种信息:
    所述睡眠监测设备的类型;
    与所述睡眠监测设备的连接状态;
    与所述睡眠监测设备异常连接时的解决方案;
    所述睡眠监测设备的监测状态;
    所述睡眠监测设备处于异常监测状态时的解决方案;
    从所述睡眠信号中提取的睡眠数据;
    设定的睡眠唤醒时间范围;
    睡眠唤醒倒计时间。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    响应于所述用户对所述睡眠监测指令入口的触发操作,将所述睡眠监测指令入口更新为睡眠监测停止指令入口。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,在指示所述睡眠监测设备对所述用户进行睡眠监测之后,所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述用户对所述睡眠监测停止指令入口的触发操作,指示所述睡 眠监测设备停止对所述用户进行睡眠监测。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述睡眠监测指令入口为设置于所述界面上的入睡指示按钮;所述睡眠监测停止指令入口为设置于所述界面上的唤醒指示按钮。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述睡眠监测设备监测到的睡眠信号,调整所述被控应用程序的运行状态,包括以下至少一种:
    根据所述睡眠监测设备监测到的入睡信号,关闭所述音视频播放器;
    根据所述睡眠监测设备监测到的入睡信号,开启所述被控应用程序中的闹钟,以在设定的睡眠唤醒时间范围内唤醒所述用户;
    根据所述睡眠监测设备在设定的睡眠唤醒时间范围内监测到的清醒信号,重新开启已被关闭的所述音视频播放器,和/或播放所述被控应用程序中的闹钟携带的默认音视频,以唤醒所述用户。
  9. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述界面还包括音视频设置入口,用于设置所述音视频播放器播放的音视频以及记录上次所述音视频播放器播放的音视频。
  10. 一种应用程序控制装置,其特征在于,包括:
    展示模块,用于向用户展示被控应用程序的一界面,所述界面包含睡眠监测指令入口及音视频播放器;
    指示模块,用于在所述音视频播放器当前的状态下,响应于所述用户对所述睡眠监测指令入口的触发操作,指示睡眠监测设备对所述用户进行睡眠监测;
    控制模块,用于根据所述睡眠监测设备监测到的睡眠信号,调整所述被控应用程序的运行状态。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述展示模块还用于:在所述指示模块指示睡眠监测设备对所述用户进行睡眠监测之后,在所述界面上展示与睡眠监测相关的信息。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述展示模块具体用于:
    在所述指示模块指示睡眠监测设备对所述用户进行睡眠监测之后,直接在所述界面上添加所述与睡眠监测相关的信息;或者
    在所述指示模块指示睡眠监测设备对所述用户进行睡眠监测之后,将所 述界面上展示的已有信息替换为所述与睡眠监测相关的信息。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述指示模块还用于:
    响应于所述用户对所述睡眠监测指令入口的触发操作,将所述睡眠监测指令入口更新为睡眠监测停止指令入口。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述指示模块还用于:
    在指示所述睡眠监测设备对所述用户进行睡眠监测之后,响应于所述用户对所述睡眠监测停止指令入口的触发操作,指示所述睡眠监测设备停止对所述用户进行睡眠监测。
  15. 根据权利要求10-14任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述控制模块具体用于执行以下至少一种操作:
    根据所述睡眠监测设备监测到的入睡信号,关闭所述音视频播放器;
    根据所述睡眠监测设备监测到的入睡信号,开启所述被控应用程序中的闹钟,以在设定的睡眠唤醒时间范围内唤醒所述用户;
    根据所述睡眠监测设备在设定的睡眠唤醒时间范围内监测到的清醒信号,重新开启已被关闭的所述音视频播放器,和/或播放所述被控应用程序中的闹钟携带的默认音视频,以唤醒所述用户。
