Description

冲洗管及冲洗设备 技术领域 本发明涉及医疗设备领域, 特别涉及一种适用于对妇女阴道进行冲洗 或对人体肛肠进行清洁的冲洗管及冲洗设备。 背景技术
市场上出售的冲洗器主要用在妇科临床治疗过程中, 冲洗器一般都包 括主机和冲洗管。 当患者需要对阴道或肛肠进行冲洗或药物治疗时, 可以 通过将冲洗管插至患处, 再启动主机喷出水或药液对患处进行冲洗, 达到 清洁或治疗的目的。
现有技术中的冲洗管可参考图 1和图 2所示, 冲洗管 130包括出液端 131、连接端 132和出液通道 133,连接端 132设有进液口 1321,出液端 131 集中在一个方向位置设有出液口 1311。 在实现本发明创造的过程中, 发明 人发现现有技术中的冲洗管存在以下缺点: 液体经由出液口 1311后只能朝 一个方向喷出, 因此在冲洗管 130插入人体器官内后, 在人体器官包附于 冲洗管 130管壁外表面的情况下, 出液口 1311喷出的液体很难到达出液端 131的四周对患处进行充分清洗。 发明内容
根据现有技术中所存在的不足, 本发明所解决的技术问题是提供一种 液体可流至出液端外侧面四周的冲洗管及冲洗设备。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明所采用的技术方案是: 一种冲洗管, 用 于连接在冲洗设备上将液体输至指定位置, 该冲洗管包括管体及设于该管 体内的液体通道, 所述管体包括连接端和出液端, 所述连接端设有连通所 述液体通道的进液口, 所述出液端设有至少一个连通所述液体通道的喷液 口, 所述出液端的外侧面还设有至少一个导液槽, 至少一个所述导液槽内 设有至少一个所述喷液口, 所述导液槽将设于其内的所述喷液口流出的液 体引流至所述出液端的外侧面四周。
进一步地, 本技术方案中所述导液槽的形状设置为环形。
进一步地, 本技术方案中所述导液槽设置为两个以上, 并且各所述导 液槽沿所述冲洗管的轴向并排设置。
进一步地, 本技术方案中所述导液槽包括引流部分和阻挡部分组成, 所述引流部分使所述导液槽内的液体便于流向所述连接端, 所述阻挡部分 用于阻止所述导液槽内的液体流向所述出液端的端部。
进一步地, 本技术方案中所述喷液口设置为多个, 并且所述喷液口都 设于所述出液端的管壁, 所述喷液口均匀分布于所述导液槽内。
进一步地, 本技术方案中所述管体的外侧面还设有至少一个导污槽, 该导污槽由所述出液端向所述连接端延伸至预设位置, 所述导污槽用于将 所述导液槽流出的液体向所述连接端引流。

本发明的主要有益效果是: 由于本发明中所述出液端的外侧面设有至 少一个导液槽, 至少一个所述导液槽内设有至少一个连通所述液体通道的 所述喷液口, 所述导液槽可将设于其内的所述喷液口流出的液体引流至所 述出液端的外侧面四周, 所以相比现有技术中液体只能往一个方向喷出的 方案, 出液端外侧面四周都有液体流至, 从而使冲洗部位冲洗得更加充分。

如图 4所示, 导液槽 142包括引流部分 1421和阻挡部分 1422组成, 引流部分 1421使导液槽 142内的液体便于流向连接端 13, 阻挡部分 1422 用于阻止导液槽 142内的液体流向出液端 14的端部 143。 再参照如图 5所 示, 在导液槽 142的截面中, 引流部分 1421最高点至导液槽 142最低点的 距离大于阻挡部分 1422最高点至导液槽 142最低点的距离。导液槽 142中 引流部分 1421这样设置的目的是:引流部分 1421利于污液流向连接端 13, 进而防止冲洗后的污液流向端部 143, 再加上阻挡部分 1422的作用, 阻止 污液流向器官深处的作用更加显著。 本实施例中, 所谓最高点和最低点都 是相对管体 11的轴线距离而言。
如图 3、 图 4所示, 管体 11的外侧面还设有多个导污槽 111和一个环 形凸起 15, 该导污槽 111由出液端 14向连接端 13延伸, 导污槽 111用于 将导液槽 142流出的液体向连接端 13引流。 其中, 凸起 15的设置位置靠 近连接端 13,导污槽 111由最靠近连接端 13的导液槽 142中引流部分 1421 的最高点开始延伸直至凸起 15。 凸起 15用于阻止污液通过, 并使污液顺着 凸起 15滴落,从而防止导污槽 111流出的液体流至连接端 13,进而阻止液 体流至冲洗设备 20的主体。导污槽 111的设置目的是便于从导液槽 142流 出的污液快速流出。
本实施例中, 冲洗管 10的管体 11 由柔性材料制成, 其中柔性材料优 选食品级硅胶材料。 另外, 导污槽 111与喷液口 141在冲洗管 10的轴向上 相隔预设距离, 并在冲洗管 10的圆周方向成一预设角度(即在圆周上相互 错开设置)。 成一预设角度设置的目的是, 错开导污槽 111与喷液口 141的 设置位置, 防止从喷液口 141流出的液体直接从导污槽 111流出, 提高冲 洗管 10的冲洗效率。
如图 5所示, 本实施例中, 冲洗管 10的内侧壁上还设有用于检测液体 PH值的 PH值检测元件 16, PH值检测元件 16优选 PH值传感器。 此时, 连 接端 13将设有连接电极,从而为 PH值检测元件 16供电。在其他实施例中, PH值检测元件 16也可以更改为检测液体温度的温度传感器。
在其他实施例中, 在冲洗设备 20本身具有一定的防水功能的条件下, 凸起 15也可以不进行设置, 此时导污槽 111由最靠近连接端 13的导液槽 142开始向连接端 13延伸到预设位置, 直到满足导液槽 142的设计目的。
由于本实施例中出液端 14的外侧面设有 3个导液槽 142, 每个导液槽 142内设有 4个连通液体通道 12的喷液口 141, 导液槽 142可将设于其内 的喷液口 141流出的液体引流至出液端 14的外侧面四周, 所以相比现有技 术中液体只能往一个方向喷出的方案,出液端 14外侧面四周都有液体流至, 从而使要冲洗部位冲洗得更加充分。
具体实施例二
如图 6所示, 其为本发明中具有冲洗管的冲洗设备的一优选实施方案 结构视图。 该冲洗设备 20包括主体 21、 储液箱 22及冲洗管 10, 主体 21 分别与储液箱 22及冲洗管 10相连。 如图 7所示, 主体 21内设有控制电路 211、 泵 212、 加热元件 213、 供电电源 214和温度传感器 215, 泵 211、 加 热元件 213、供电电源 214和温度传感器 215都与控制电路 211电连接,泵 211适于将储液箱 22内的液体抽吸至冲洗管 10并从喷液口 141流出。
本实施例中, 加热元件 213本身既用于加热又用于检测自身温度, 加 热元件 213用于加热储液箱 22内的液体, 温度传感器 215用于检测出液时 主体 21内的出液温度。加热元件 213在检测自身温度时,由于加热元件 213 与储液箱 22内的液体相接触, 所以也相当于检测储液箱 22内的液体温度。 冲洗管 10与主体 21之间采用可拆卸结构进行连接, 主体 21和冲洗管 10 上分别设有识别插接方向的箭头。

Claims

权利要求书
一种冲洗管, 用于连接在冲洗设备上将液体输至指定位置, 该冲洗管 包括管体及设于该管体内的液体通道, 所述管体包括连接端和出液端 , 所述连接端设有连通所述液体通道的进液口, 所述出液端设有至少 一个连通所述液体通道的喷液口, 其特征在于: 所述出液端的外侧面 还设有至少一个导液槽, 至少一个所述导液槽内设有至少一个所述喷 液口, 所述导液槽将设于其内的所述喷液口流出的液体弓 I流至所述出 液端的外侧面四周。
根据权利要求 1所述的冲洗管, 其特征在于: 所述导液槽的形状设置 为环形。
根据权利要求 1所述的冲洗管, 其特征在于: 所述导液槽设置为两个 以上, 并且各所述导液槽沿所述冲洗管的轴向并排设置。
根据权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的冲洗管, 其特征在于: 所述导液槽包括 弓 I流部分和阻挡部分组成, 所述弓 I流部分使所述导液槽内的液体便于 流向所述连接端, 所述阻挡部分用于阻止所述导液槽内的液体流向所 述出液端的端部。
根据权利要求 1所述的冲洗管, 其特征在于: 所述喷液口设置为多个
, 并且所述喷液口都设于所述出液端的管壁, 所述喷液口均匀分布于 所述导液槽内。
根据权利要求 1所述的冲洗管, 其特征在于: 所述管体的外侧面还设 有至少一个导污槽, 该导污槽由所述出液端向所述连接端延伸至预设 位置, 所述导污槽用于将所述导液槽流出的液体向所述连接端弓 I流。 根据权利要求 6所述的冲洗管, 其特征在于: 所述导污槽由最靠近所 述连接端的所述导液槽幵始向所述连接端延伸。
根据权利要求 6所述的冲洗管, 其特征在于: 所述管体的外侧面还设 有凸起, 所述凸起的设置位置靠近所述连接端, 所述导污槽由最靠近 所述连接端的所述导液槽幵始延伸至所述凸起, 所述凸起用于防止从 所述导污槽流出的液体流至所述连接端。 [权利要求 9] 根据权利要求 6所述的冲洗管, 其特征在于: 所述导污槽与所述喷液 口在所述冲洗管的圆周方向上成一预设角度。
[权利要求 10] 根据权利要求 1所述的冲洗管, 其特征在于: 所述冲洗管还设有用于 检测液体 PH值的 PH值检测元件, 或者所述冲洗管还具有用于检测液 体温度的温度传感器。
[权利要求 11] 根据权利要求 1所述的冲洗管, 其特征在于: 所述外壳由柔性材料制 成。
[权利要求 12] —种设有冲洗管的冲洗设备, 包括主体及冲洗管, 所述冲洗管连接于 所述主体上, 其特征在于: 所述冲洗管为权利要求 1至 11中任一项所 述的冲洗管。
