  1.  管状の外針と、該外針の基端部が固定される外針基と、前記外針及び外針基の内部に挿通可能な内針と、該内針の基端部が固定される内針基と、前記内針基を軸方向及び径方向に移動可能に収納する筒状の筐体と、
     先端部において前記外針基を取外し自在に保持し、前記筐体に対して所定の第1位置から前記外針の針先方向の第2位置まで移動可能な移動部材と、
     前記内針基を前記筐体の基端方向へ付勢する付勢部材と、
     前記筐体に対して所定の第3位置から前記外針の針先と反対方向の第4位置まで移動可能なスイッチとを備え、
     前記移動部材は、前記第1位置にあるときに前記筐体内での前記内針基の径方向の移動を阻止する移動阻止部を有し、
     前記内針基は、前記移動部材が前記第1位置にあるときは、前記付勢部材による付勢力に抗して前記筐体に係止されると共に、前記移動阻止部によって径方向への移動が阻止され、前記移動部材が前記第2位置に移動されたときは、前記移動阻止部による径方向への移動阻止が解除され、
     前記スイッチは、前記第4位置にあるときに前記内針基を前記筐体内で径方向に押圧して径方向に移動させる押圧部を有し、
     前記内針基は、前記押圧部により前記筐体内で径方向に押圧されて径方向に移動されることにより前記筐体との係止が解除され、前記付勢部材の付勢力により前記筐体の基端方向に移動され、前記内針の先端部が前記筐体内に収容されることを特徴とする留置針組立体。

     前記筐体の内周面には、前記被係止部を係止する係止部と、前記係止部より先端側に前記内針基を支持する支持部とが夫々形成され、
     前記付勢部材は、前記筐体の支持部と前記内針基の被係止部との間に挟持され、
     前記スイッチの押圧部は前記筐体内に挿入されて前記内針基の被係止部と前記内針基の被押圧部との間に配置され、
     前記内針基の被押圧部と前記スイッチの押圧部との互いに対向する面の少なくとも一方には、前記内針基を前記筐体内で径方向に押圧して径方向に移動させる傾斜面が形成され、
     前記移動部材は、前記移動阻止部が前記内針基を挟んで前記押圧部の反対側に配置されていることを特徴とする留置針組立体。
