Abstract
To provide safe, durable and reliable electrical power supply, to avoid electrical fire accidents and shock hazards in the existing electrical wiring network, to avoid power losses in the distribution Transformers, to avoid appliances damages in the existing electrical wiring network and to protect all human beings from electrical hazards.
Description
ELECTRICAL SHOCK PROOF POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM
DESCRIPTION:
This is a novel life saving device developed to install at the electrical input of the power lines, to protect the human beings from electrocution, to protect the appliances from damages, to protect the properties from fire accidents and to avoid the power losses. No need of disconnecting the input power supply like conventional tripping circuit breakers. We can keep all conventional circuit breakers as optional along with this device for more protection required. This device is designed to connect it as series with phase lines at the input of power supply. This is an electric shock proof and earth leak proof system which plays a major role to avoid electrical shock deaths and injuries.
In our day-to-day life, we are all working in the electrical network with risk factors at our home, office, factory, swimming pool, ware house, oil & gas industries and all our living area. We cannot live in this luxurious life style with existing unsafe circuit breakers or without electricity. So for more safety we should update our 100 years old electrical systems with our fire free and shock proof SMART Transformer, to live without any fear.
This Electrical Fire Free & Shock Proof SMART Transformer is a fail-proof fear less system which plays a major role to avoid electrical deaths and injuries which occurs in our electrical environment. This is an ultimate solution and complete protection for our electrical equipments, properties and human beings. T3 terminal box is used in the transformer, to link the transmission lines. This device is designed to replace the existing distribution transformer or new transformer to completely free us from getting scary. This is an ideal solution and complete protection for our electrical dependent life style. The variable frequency drive is used to drive the three phase motors.
Usually existing available power protection system like ELCB, RCCD, RCB will disconnect the phase line if gets shorted with earth line, but not designed to protect us if any two phase lines get shorted. Our product will not interrupt the flow of current to load
and never gets fire even if all phase lines gets short / drops down to earth. This Electrical fire free & shock proof SMART Transformer will not hurt any human beings even if they touch voluntarily with knowledge / without knowledge. The Electrical shock proof SMART Transformer consists of coated copper / aluminium wire coil or foil with cast resin or without cast resin, with core and Trinary Transformation Technology Terminal box T3 which acts as phase encoder and the circuit design is copyright registered No. 0031854 in copyrightdeposit.com dated may 9th 2015. The T3 Terminal box should be connected at the input (primary winding) of the distribution transformer or isolation transformer as shown in the figure 1.
I designed this SMART Transformer into three types based on application,
Outdoor-1 : (i) NANO Transformer is developed to protect entire electrical network (without alteration of existing wiring) from fire & shock and to reduce the power losses and to avoid appliances damages by replacing the existing distribution transformer with our SMART Transformer, shown in figure 1,
Indoor : (ii) Intelligent Power box (iP box) is developed to protect from fire & shock inside the premises without alteration of existing wiring, shown in figure 2,
Outdoor-2 : (iii) The white box is a economical solution for 3 phase distribution transformer (without alteration of existing transformer) and act as an accessory for existing ordinary distribution transformer to protect from shock and fire but 50 %„ shown in figure 3,

The Nano transformer is developed for outdoor application shown in figure 1, the first type of SMART Transformer which consists of Core (1), Coil or foil (2), T3 Terminal box (3), Tank (4) including insulators at the input of power lines. The core is used to transform the emf around coils or foils which consists of primary and secondary windings. T3 Terminal box is connected at the input of power lines at the primary windings of the coil and grounded through the tank to get the safe power supply at the secondary side of the transformer. Nano Transformer has inbuilt Audible siren (5) to alert the public and resettable fuse to disconnect the output power supply during failures unfortunately. Optional GSM Transceiver
(6) is connected to communicate for smart monitoring. The T3 Terminal box can integrated in the existing conventional distribution Transformer.
(ii) Intelligent Power Box - 1 Phase:
The intelligent power box is developed for indoor application shown in figure 2, th< second type of SMART Transformer, shows the internal schematic figure of single phase SMART Transformer which consists of Core (7), Coil or foil (8), T3 Terminal box (9), Tank (10) including insulators at the input of power lines for indoor application. The core is used to transform the emf around the coils or foils which consists of primary and secondary windings. T3 Terminal box is connected at the input of power lines at the primary windings of the coil and grounded througl the tank to get the safe power supply at the secondary side of the transformer. Intelligent power box has inbuilt Audible siren (11) to alert the users and resettable fuse to disconnect the output power supply during failures. Optional GSM Transceiver (12) is connected to communicate for smart monitoring. Comparatively, Nano Transformer is designed to be so compact than the conventional transformer of same capacity, so that it is named as Nano transformer.
(iii) The White Box for 3 phase conventional Distribution Transformer :
The white box is developed as accessory for distribution transformer which is used at outdoor application shown in figure 3, the third type of SMART Transformer. The white box is an accessory for an ordinary 3 phase distribution transformer (1) and Tl Terminal box (2) which consists of core and coils with circuit and connected at the secondary side of the Transformer, parallel to the output and grounded. The white box has inbuilt Audible siren (5) to alert the public during failures unfortunately. Optional GSM Transceiver is connected to communicate for smart monitoring. The white box should be integrated in the existing conventional distribution Transformer.
