本发明涉及家用电器领域,特别涉及一种滤芯和重力净水器。
背景技术
目前,常见的重力净水器包括原水箱和位于原水箱下方的净水箱,原水箱通过滤芯与净水箱连通,原水箱内的原水在重力的作用下,经滤芯过滤而变成净水后,流入净水箱中。由于常见滤芯的出水口较大,滤芯的出水速度较高,原水会快速通过滤芯,导致原水与滤芯内滤材的接触时间较短,过滤效果较差。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提出一种滤芯,旨在降低滤芯的出水速度,从而延长水与滤芯内滤材的接触时间,进而提高该滤芯的过滤效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出的滤芯用于重力净水器,所述滤芯包括:
滤芯本体,下端设有出水口;以及
限流盖,安装于所述滤芯本体的下端,并盖设于所述出水口,且所述限流盖设有与所述出水口相连通的限流口;所述限流口小于所述出水口。
优选地,所述限流口的口径范围为2.5毫米~5毫米。

参照图1和图2,在本发明一实施例中,该重力净水器包括原水箱2、净水箱3以及滤芯1。其中,净水箱3设于原水箱2下方,滤芯1的上端位于原水箱2内,滤芯1的下端位于净水箱3内,且原水箱2通过滤芯1与净水箱3连通,如此,原水箱2内的原水在重力的作用下,经滤芯1过滤而变成净水后,流入净水箱3中。
本实施例中,该重力净水器所采用的滤芯1包括:
滤芯本体11,下端设有出水口111;以及
限流盖12,安装于滤芯本体11的下端,并盖设于出水口111,且该限流盖12设有与出水口111相连通的限流口120。
可以理解,本实施例中,限流盖12的限流口120小于滤芯本体11的出水口111,以通过该较小的限流口120降低滤芯1的出水速度,从而延长原水与滤芯本体11内滤材的接触时间,使原水与滤材充分接触,进而提高该滤芯1的过滤效果,使用户可通过该重力净水器获得更为干净的净水。
进一步地,限流盖12与滤芯本体11的下端可拆卸连接,以方便限流盖12的拆装更换。本实施例中,具体地,限流盖12与滤芯本体11的下端卡接,可以理解,相较于通过螺钉锁附的连接方式,卡接的连接方式无需使用额外工具,装配过程更为简便。
一并参照图3,在本实施例中,限流盖12包括盖合所述出水口111的第一盖体121、以及自第一盖体121的周缘朝上延伸的第一盖沿122。其中,所述限流口120设在该第一盖体121上。第一盖沿122套设于滤芯本体11的下端,且第一盖沿122的内周面设有环形卡槽123,滤芯本体11下端的外周面则设有与环形卡槽123相适配嵌扣的环形卡筋112,如此,限流盖12与滤芯本体11可通过环形卡槽123和环形卡筋112的配合卡接,而实现固定。然本设计不限于此,于其他实施例中,环形卡槽和环形卡筋的位置可互换,即是说,环形卡槽设置在滤芯本体11下端的外周面上,而环形卡筋对应设置在第一盖沿122的内周面上。
在本实施例中,为避免水从第一盖沿122的内周面与滤芯本体11下端的外周面之间流入净水箱3,而减弱所述限流口120的限流作用,进一步地,第一盖沿122的内周面与滤芯本体11下端的外周面之间设有密封圈14。优选地,滤芯本体11下端的外周面设有定位环槽113,该定位环槽113用以供密封圈14套设定位。不失一般性,密封圈14部分突出于定位环槽113,且弹性抵触于第一盖沿122的内周面。
参照图2,在本实施例中,进一步地,滤芯本体11的上端设有滤材安装口114,该滤芯1还包括盖设于滤材安装口114的上盖13,该上盖13与滤芯本体11的上端可拆卸连接,如此,只需要将上盖13从滤芯本体11的上端拆卸下,即可通过滤材安装口114更换滤芯本体11内的滤材,提高了滤材更换的便利性。可以理解,本实施例中,滤芯1的进水口设于上盖13;不失一般性,该滤芯1的进水口在上盖13上是以多个进水孔的形式存在的。
本实施例中,具体地,上盖13与滤芯本体11的上端卡接,可以理解,相较于通过螺钉锁附的连接方式,卡接的连接方式无需使用额外工具,装配过程更为简便。
一并参照图4,在本实施例中,上盖13包括盖合所述滤材安装口114的第二盖体131、以及自第二盖体131的周缘朝下延伸的第二盖沿132。其中,所述进水孔设在该第二盖体131上。第二盖沿132套设于滤芯本体11的上端,且第二盖沿132的内周面设有旋接凸台133,滤芯本体11上端的外周面则设有与旋接凸台133相旋接卡合的旋接卡位115,如此,上盖13与滤芯本体11可通过旋接凸台133和旋接卡位115的旋转卡合,而实现固定。然本设计不限于此,于其他实施例中,旋接凸台和旋接卡位的位置可互换,即是说,旋接凸台设置在滤芯本体11上端的外周面上,而旋接卡位对应设置在第二盖沿132的内周面上。
不失一般性,本实施例中,所述旋接卡位115包括连通所述滤芯本体11的上端面的导入段、以及设于所述滤芯本体11上端的外周面且沿周向延伸的限位段,所述导入段与所述限位段的一端相连通,所述旋接凸台133可自所述导入段进入所述限位段,并在旋转上盖13后,进入所述限位段的远离所述导入段的一端。
另外,本实施例中,为方便上盖13与滤芯本体11上端之间的旋转卡合,上盖13优选设有朝上凸设的旋手部134(见图2);显然,该旋手部134可方便用户对上盖13进行抓取旋转。
在本实施例中,进一步地,该滤芯1可配置有多个限流盖12,该多个限流盖12的限流口120的大小规格不相同,滤芯本体11的下端可与该多个限流盖12中的任意一个连接安装;可以理解,限流口120大小不同的限流盖12对滤芯1出水速度的限制不同,用户可根据实际需要(例如滤芯本体11内滤材的不同、不同的过滤效果等)选择所需大小规格限流口120的限流盖12进行配置。
本实施例中,优选地,限流口120的口径范围为2.5毫米~5毫米,需要说明的是,这里并不限定限流口120为圆口,例如,当限流口120为方口或异形口时,其口径是指等效口径;可以理解,若限流口120过大,限流作用很弱,若限流口120过小,出水速度难以满足用户用水需求。
不失一般性,当滤芯本体11内的滤材为100g活性炭和100g离子交换树脂的组合时,通常配置限流口120为2.5mm的限流盖12,如此,可达到余氯去除率大于75%,硬度去除率大于50%的过滤效果;而当滤芯本体11内的滤材为200g活性炭时,通常配置限流口120为3.5mm的限流盖12,如此,可达到余氯去除率大于90%的过滤效果;而当滤芯本体11内的滤材为150g活性炭和100g麦饭石的组合时,通常配置限流口1205mm的限流盖12,如此,可达到余氯去除率大于50%的过滤效果。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是在本发明的发明构思下,利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种滤芯,用于重力净水器,其特征在于,所述滤芯包括:
    滤芯本体,下端设有出水口;以及
    限流盖,安装于所述滤芯本体的下端,并盖设于所述出水口,且所述限流盖设有与所述出水口相连通的限流口;所述限流口小于所述出水口。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的滤芯,其特征在于,所述限流口的口径范围为2.5毫米~5毫米。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的滤芯,其特征在于,所述限流盖与所述滤芯本体的下端可拆卸连接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的滤芯,其特征在于,所述限流盖与所述滤芯本体的下端卡接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的滤芯,其特征在于,所述限流盖具有套设于所述滤芯本体下端的第一盖沿,所述第一盖沿的内周面和所述滤芯本体下端的外周面的其中一者设有环形卡槽,另一者设有与所述环形卡槽相适配嵌扣的环形卡筋。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的滤芯,其特征在于,所述限流盖具有套设于所述滤芯本体下端的第一盖沿,所述第一盖沿与所述滤芯本体下端之间设有密封圈。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的滤芯,其特征在于,所述滤芯本体下端的外周面设有供所述密封圈套设的定位环槽,所述密封圈部分突出于所述定位环槽,且弹性抵触于所述第一盖沿的内周面。
  8. 如权利要求3所述的滤芯,其特征在于,所述滤芯包括多个所述限流盖,多个所述限流盖的限流口大小不相同,择一所述限流盖与所述滤芯本体的下端安装。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的滤芯,其特征在于,所述滤芯本体的上端设有滤材安装口,所述滤芯还包括盖设于所述滤材安装口的上盖,所述上盖与所述滤芯本体的上端可拆卸连接;所述滤芯的进水口设于所述上盖。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的滤芯,其特征在于,所述上盖与所述滤芯本体的上端卡接。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的滤芯,其特征在于,所述上盖具有套设于所述滤芯本体上端的第二盖沿,所述第二盖沿的内周面和所述滤芯本体上端的外周面的其中一者设有旋接凸台,另一者设有与所述旋接凸台相旋接卡合的旋接卡位。
  12. 一种重力净水器,其特征在于,包括原水箱、净水箱、以及如权利要求1至11任一项所述的滤芯,所述净水箱设于所述原水箱下方,所述滤芯的上端位于所述原水箱内,所述滤芯的下端位于所述净水箱内,且所述原水箱通过所述滤芯与所述净水箱连通。
