Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及连接器技术领域,特别涉及一种有线磁铁固定易分离连接器及其连接公头和连接母座。
【背景技术】
在摩托车车载解决方案中,摩托车产品与驾驶员连接除了无线的方式外,还有更多人习惯使用有线的连接方式,而有线的连接方式也因为简单、可靠而常被很多高端用户所青睐。
但是有线的连接方式存在一些使用上和安全上的问题,例如下车时忘记断开连线会拉扯到用户甚至拉断连线;在摩托车摔车时,有线连接无法自动断开,导致线材割伤用户的脖子等致命的安全问题。
要解决这些问题需要一款新型的连接器,在方便使用的同时具备一定的可靠性,在危险发生时可以及时断开用户与车辆的连接。
现有方案使用传统磁铁平面对吸的方式,将触点与触针相互压紧,实现物理连接导通,触点与触针分布在一个平面内,现有的有线连接方式存在以下缺点:
1、布置触点与触针的接触面积有限,限制了连接接口内的触点数量;
2、一根线最多对应一个触点,一旦触点出现问题,物理连接立即被切断;
3、触点与触针使用传统布置方式,堆叠在一起,导致了插头插入必须有方向性;
4、如果人为转动接头容易损坏触针和接口结构;
5、防水依赖于橡胶密封圈,容易老化,容易积水,容易损坏;
6、磁吸力度不可调;
7、接口内部空间小,结构复杂,不容易清理。
【发明内容】
本发明提供一种连接器及其连接公头和连接母座,以解决现有技术中用户在使用摩托车套件通讯时存在的不易断开影响用户安全以及上述使用不便的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种连接器,所述连接器包括连接公头和连接母座,所述连接公头的外周面上隔设设有多个导电环,所述连接母座设有接收腔,所述接收腔的内周面设有多个导电触点,所述连接公头与所述连接母座通过磁吸方式连接使得所述连接公头插置在所述接收腔内,并使得所述多个导电环与所述多个导电触点接触。
据本发明一优选实施例,所述连接公头包括顶部磁性件,所述顶部磁性件为磁铁或可被磁铁磁吸的金属。
据本发明一优选实施例,所述连接公头包括第一绝缘本体,所述顶部磁性件设置在所述第一绝缘本体的顶部,所述第一绝缘本体的外周面上隔设设有多个凹环槽,所述多个导电环设置在所述多个凹环槽上。
据本发明一优选实施例,所述连接公头包括底部连接件,所述底部连接件设置在所述第一绝缘本体的底部。
据本发明一优选实施例,所述底部连接件为螺纹杆或卡扣连接杆。
据本发明一优选实施例,所述连接公头还包括多个公头导线,所述多个导线在所述第一绝缘本体的内部与所述多个导电环电连接并从所述底部连接件引出。
据本发明一优选实施例,所述连接母座包括第二绝缘本体,所述第二绝缘本体开设有所述接收腔,所述第二绝缘本体在所述接收腔的底部开设有磁铁腔,所述磁铁腔用于装设磁铁。

为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种连接公头,包括:
第一绝缘本体,所述第一绝缘本体的外周面上间隔设有多个凹环槽;
顶部磁性件,所述顶部磁性件设置在所述第一绝缘本体的顶部,用于进行磁吸连接;
多个导电环,设置在所述多个凹环槽上,用于进行导电连接。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种连接母座,包括:
第二绝缘本体,所述第二绝缘本体开设有接收腔和磁铁腔,所述接收腔的内周面设有多个导电触点;
磁铁,设置在所述磁铁腔内。
本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明提供的连接器及其连接公头和连接母座具有以下有益效果:
1、由于导电触点分布在连接母座的接收腔内周面上,其分布面积远远大于连接母座的截面面积,可以布置更多的连接线,实现更复杂的通讯功能;
2、由于触点连接采用层叠间隔式,一圈导电层可设置多个连接触点(根据成本需要),提高单触点可靠性;
3、由于触点连接采用层叠间隔式,导电触点也是分层平行分布,所以整个连接没有方向性,且连接后仍旧可以转动,不影响连接效果,不会损坏接头的物理尺寸;
4、连接公头方便盲操,连接母座内有防水沟槽,可断开连接器内部虹吸通路,保护触点安全;
5、连接母座内置磁铁数量可以增减,调节不同连接力度;
6、连接母座内部方便擦拭。同时如果磁铁吸入杂物过多,可以取出磁铁进行清理。

请参阅图1,图1是本发明提供的连接器的连接公头的结构示意图;
如图1所示,本发明提供一种连接公头100,该连接公头100包括顶部磁性件110、第一绝缘本体120、多个导电环101、底部连接件130以及公头导线140。
具体而言,第一绝缘本体120的外周面上间隔设有多个凹环槽,第一绝缘本体120的截面积自顶至底由小到大渐变,具体可以是棱台形、圆台形、球缺形、锥形等,当然也可以是顶端设有倒角的圆柱形。
顶部磁性件110设置在第一绝缘本体120的顶部,用于进行磁吸连接,顶部磁性件110具有光滑的外表面,可呈球头状或多面体状。顶部磁性件110为磁铁220或可被磁铁220磁吸的金属,如铁、钴、镍等。
多个导电环101设置在多个凹环槽上,用于进行导电连接,通过导电环101与凹环槽的配合方式可使得第一绝缘本体120的外周面平整。当然,第一绝缘本体120也可以不设置凹环槽,相应的多个导电环101应较薄,直接平行间隔设置在第一绝缘本体120的外周面。
底部连接件130设置在第一绝缘本体120的底部,底部连接件130可为螺纹杆或卡扣连接杆以使得连接公头100可进行具体的安装固定。
多个公头导线140在第一绝缘本体120的内部与多个导电环101电连接并从底部连接件130引出。
请一并参阅图2,图2是本发明提供的连接器的连接母座的结构示意图。
如图2所示,本发明提供一种连接母座200,该连接母座200包括第二绝缘本体210、磁铁220、导电触点201、封盖230、防水槽240以及母座导线250。
具体而言,第二绝缘本体210开设有接收腔202和磁铁腔,接收腔202的内周面设有多个导电触点201,多个导电触点201为弹性触点,在受压时可弹性缩回;磁铁220设置在磁铁腔内,磁铁腔与接收腔202连通,磁铁220设有凹部以用于配合接收连接公头100的顶部磁性件110。
封盖230与磁铁腔的外端口配合,用于将磁铁220密封固定在磁铁腔内。相应地,磁铁腔的末端设有内螺纹,封盖230设有外螺纹,封盖230与磁铁腔螺纹配合。磁铁220可为一或多个磁铁220,以调节需要的磁吸力。
接收腔202的内周面设有防水槽240,该防水槽240可设置在接收腔202的靠外端处。
母座导线250与多个导电触点201的末端电连接并引出第二绝缘本体210外部。
请一并参阅图3,图3是本发明一优选施例提供的接头器的结构示意图。其中省略了公头导线140和母坐导线250。
如图3所示,本发明提供一种连接器10,该连接器10包括连接公头100和连接母座200。
其中,连接公头100的外周面上间隔设有多个导电环101,连接母座200设有接收腔202,接收腔202的内周面设有多个导电触点201,连接公头100与连接母座200通过磁吸方式连接使得连接公头100插置在接收腔202内,并使得多个导电环101与多个导电触点201接触。
具体而言,连接公头100包括顶部磁性件110、第一绝缘本体120、多个导电环101、底部连接件130以及公头导线140。
其中,顶部磁性件110为磁铁或可被磁铁磁吸的金属,如铁、钴、镍等,顶部磁性件110设置在第一绝缘本体120的顶部,用于进行磁吸连接,顶部磁性件110具有光滑的外表面,可呈球头状或多面体状。
第一绝缘本体120的截面积自顶至底由小到大渐变,可以是棱台形、圆台形、球缺形、锥形等,当然也可以是顶端设有倒角的圆柱形,当采用棱台形,如三棱台、四棱台时,连接公头100与连接母座200不可进行相对旋转,当采用圆台形或球缺形等表面光滑的形状时,连接公头100与连接母座200电连接时仍可进行相对旋转。
第一绝缘本体120的外周面上间隔设有多个凹环槽,多个导电环101设置在多个凹环槽上,导电环101的厚度与凹环槽的深度相同,使得第一绝缘本体120的外周面整体平滑。当然,第一绝缘本体120也可以不设置凹环槽,相应的多个导电环101应较薄,直接平行间隔设置在第一绝缘本体120的外周面。
底部连接件130设置在第一绝缘本体120的底部。底部连接件130可为螺纹杆或卡扣连接杆,以使得连接公头100可进行具体的安装固定。
多个公头导线140在第一绝缘本体120的内部与多个导电环101电连接并从底部连接件130引出。
在本发明实施例中,连接母座200包括第二绝缘本体210,第二绝缘本体210开设有接收腔202,第二绝缘本体210在接收腔202的底部开设有磁铁腔,磁铁腔用于装设磁铁220。
磁铁220设有与顶部磁性件110匹配的凹部,磁铁腔与接收腔202连通以使得磁铁220与顶部磁性件110直接接触吸合。
连接母座200还包括封盖230,封盖230与磁铁腔的外端口配合,用于将磁铁220密封固定在磁铁腔内。相应地,磁铁腔的末端设有内螺纹,封盖230设有外螺纹,封盖230与磁铁腔螺纹配合。磁铁220可为一或多个磁铁220,以调节需要的磁吸力。
导电触点201为弹性导电触点201,在连接公头100插入时缩回,在连接公头100拔出时凸出在接收腔202内。
在本发明实施例中,由于连接公头100与连接母座200的间隙较小,易形成虹吸作用导致短路,对应地,接收腔202的内周面设有防水槽240,防水槽240用于避免水汽的虹吸作用导致短路,防水槽240可设置一圈或多圈,并靠近接收腔202的外端设置。
综上所述,本领域技术人员容易理解,本发明提供的连接器10及其连接公头100和连接母座200具有以下有益效果:
1.由于导电触点201分布在连接母座200的接收腔202内壁上,其分布面积远远大于连接母座200的截面面积,可以布置更多的连接线,实现更复杂的通讯功能;
2.由于触点连接采用层叠间隔式,一圈导电层可设置多个连接触点(根据成本需要),提高单触点可靠性;
3.由于触点连接采用层叠间隔式,导电触点201也是分层平行分布,所以整个连接没有方向性,且连接后仍旧可以转动,不影响连接效果,不会损坏接头的物理尺寸;
4.
连接公头100方便盲操。连接母座200内有防水沟槽,可断开连接器10内部虹吸通路,保护触点安全;
5. 连接母座200内置磁铁220数量可以增减,调节不同连接力度;
6. 连接母座200内部方便擦拭。同时如果磁铁220吸入杂物过多,可以取出磁铁220进行清理。

Claims (20)
- 一种连接器,其特征在于,所述连接器包括连接公头和连接母座,所述连接公头的外周面上隔设设有多个导电环,所述连接母座设有接收腔,所述接收腔的内周面设有多个导电触点,所述连接公头与所述连接母座通过磁吸方式连接使得所述连接公头插置在所述接收腔内,并使得所述多个导电环与所述多个导电触点接触。
- 根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述连接公头包括顶部磁性件,所述顶部磁性件为磁铁或可被磁铁磁吸的金属。
- 根据权利要求2所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述连接公头包括第一绝缘本体,所述顶部磁性件设置在所述第一绝缘本体的顶部,所述第一绝缘本体的外周面上隔设设有多个凹环槽,所述多个导电环设置在所述多个凹环槽上。
- 根据权利要求3所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述连接公头包括底部连接件,所述底部连接件设置在所述第一绝缘本体的底部。
- 根据权利要求4所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述底部连接件为螺纹杆或卡扣连接杆。
- 根据权利要求4所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述连接公头还包括多个公头导线,所述多个导线在所述第一绝缘本体的内部与所述多个导电环电连接并从所述底部连接件引出。
- 根据权利要求2所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述连接母座包括第二绝缘本体,所述第二绝缘本体开设有所述接收腔,所述第二绝缘本体在所述接收腔的底部开设有磁铁腔,所述磁铁腔用于装设磁铁。
- 根据权利要求7所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述磁铁设有与所述顶部磁性件匹配的凹部,所述磁铁腔与所述接收腔连通以使得所述磁铁与所述顶部磁性件直接接触吸合。
- 根据权利要求7所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述连接母座包括封盖,所述封盖与所述磁铁腔的外端口配合,用于将所述磁铁密封固定在所述磁铁腔内。
- 根据权利要求9所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述磁铁腔的末端设有内螺纹,所述封盖设有外螺纹,所述封盖与所述磁铁腔螺纹配合。
- 根据权利要求2所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述第一绝缘本体呈锥形状。
- 根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述导电触点为弹性导电触点。
- 根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述接收腔的内周面设有防水槽,所述防水槽用于避免水汽的虹吸作用导致短路。
- 一种连接公头,其特征在于,包括:第一绝缘本体,所述第一绝缘本体的外周面上间隔设有多个凹环槽;顶部磁性件,所述顶部磁性件设置在所述第一绝缘本体的顶部,用于进行磁吸连接;多个导电环,设置在所述多个凹环槽上,用于进行导电连接。
- 根据权利要求14所述的连接公头,其特征在于,所述顶部磁性件为磁铁或可被磁铁磁吸的金属。
- 根据权利要求14所述的连接公头,其特征在于,所述连接公头还包括底部连接件,所述底部连接件设置在所述第一绝缘本体的底部,所述底部连接件为螺纹杆或卡扣连接杆。
- 根据权利要求16所述的连接公头,其特征在于,所述连接公头还包括多个公头导线,所述多个导线在所述第一绝缘本体的内部与所述多个导电环电连接并从所述底部连接件引出。
- 一种连接母座,其特征在于,包括:第二绝缘本体,所述第二绝缘本体开设有接收腔和磁铁腔,所述接收腔的内周面设有多个导电触点;磁铁,设置在所述磁铁腔内。
- 根据权利要求18所述的连接母座,其特征在于,所述磁铁腔与所述接收腔连通,所述磁铁设有凹部。
- 根据权利要求19所述的连接母座,其特征在于,所述接收腔的内周面设有防水槽。
