【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种车载CT及救护车和体检车。
【背景技术】
老年人因脑出血或脑栓塞引发的求救在老人所有急救病例中占据相当大的比例,脑出血和脑栓塞无法从体表识别,而脑出血与脑栓塞的用药正好相反(脑出血用药是收缩血管,减少出血,脑栓塞用药是扩张血管),因而在确诊前无法用药。
目前的做法通常是,先将病人送至医院,然后在医院做电子计算机断层扫描(Computed Tomography,CT),确症后再根据病症针对性的用药。而这整个过程至少需要两个小时,加之目前国内日渐堵塞的交通,耽误了黄金抢救时间,造成脑损伤致残、死亡等后果,体现了时间就是生命的含义。
【发明内容】
基于此,有必要提供一种车载CT。
一种车载CT,用于扫描头部,包括:
扫描机构,包括扫描筒体、X射线源以及数字成像板,所述扫描筒体沿第一方向延伸,所述X射线源与所述数字成像板相对的设于所述扫描筒体内;
固定架机构,包括分别设于所述扫描筒体相对的两端的第一床架座及第二床架座;以及
床板,所述床板的两端分别与所述第一床架座及所述第二床架座连接,所述床板能绕自身的且与所述第一方向平行的中轴线自由旋转。

【具体实施方式】
为了便于理解本发明,下面将参照相关附图对车载CT及救护车和体检车进行更全面的描述。附图中给出了车载CT的首选实施例。但是,车载CT可以以许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施例。相反地,提供这些实施例的目的是使对车载CT的公开内容更加透彻全面。

如图1所示,一实施方式中的车载CT 10,包括扫描机构100、固定架机构200及床板机构300。该车载CT 10用于扫描人的头部。
扫描机构100包括扫描筒体110、X射线源120以及数字成像板130。扫描筒体110沿第一方向10a延伸,用于固定于车底板上。X射线源120与数字成像板130相对的设于扫描筒体110内,且X射线源120与数字成像板130的中心的连线与第一方向10a相交(不平行,也不重合)。
固定架机构200包括分别设于扫描筒体110相对的两端的第一床架座210及第二床架座220,第一床架座210及第二床架座220用于固定于车底板上。
床板机构300包括床板310。床板310的两端分别与第一床架座210及第二床架座220连接。且床板310能绕自身的且与第一方向10a平行的中轴线自由旋转(360°旋转)。
采用传统的CT系统对头部做CT时,人静止不动,扫描筒体转动一圈,从而带动X射线源与数字成像板转动一圈,进而可以获得头部一圈的CT图片。在构建传统的CT仪器时,扫描筒体需要转动,导致CT仪器体积大,占用空间大,不能安装于常用的救护车、体检车等车辆上(扫描筒体的高度大于车辆内部空间的高度),就算安装于具有较大空间的特制车辆上,也没办法布置其他医疗设备(例如,供氧设备)。而在上述车载CT 10中,床板310能绕自身的且与第一方向10a平行的中轴线360°旋转,当人固定于床板310后,床板310带着人旋转一圈,而扫描筒体110固定不转动时,即可获得头部一圈的CT图片。采用人转动,扫描筒体110不转动的方式,可以最大限度的减少空间占用,从而使得CT能配置于车辆上。特别是当上述车载CT 10配置于救护车、体检车等车辆上时,在车辆接到需要救治的脑出血或脑栓塞病人时,可以及时对其进行CT扫描,最快速度获得扫描结果,从而可以有针对性的用药,最大限度地利用黄金抢救时间,减少脑损伤,最大程度地挽救生命。
在本实施方式中,扫描筒体110的内表面呈圆柱形。在其他实施方式中,扫描筒体的内表面也可以呈方形。
X射线源120与数字成像板130的中心的连线与竖直方向平行,X射线源120发出的X射线可以朝向地面或天空,从而降低X射线对周围环境的辐射,也更便于对X射线进行防护。
人躺在床板310上时,面部朝上,当床板310旋转时,会出现人的面部朝向地面的情况。在本实施方式中,当人躺在床板310上时,先用绑带将人固定在床板310上。绑带可以设计为与床板310可拆卸连接,也可以为独立的结构(在使用时,不需要与床板310连接)。绑带的结构可以类似血压计的绑带,也可以采用魔术贴来做绑带,绑带还可以具有弹性。
如图2、图3及图4所示,在本实施方式中,床板机构300还包括床架320。床架320穿设于扫描筒体110上,且床架320的两端分别设于第一床架座210及第二床架座220上,床架320能绕自身的且与第一方向10a平行的中轴线360°旋转。床板310设于床架320上。也即在本实施方式中,采用床架320旋转从而带动床板310旋转的方式,实现床板310旋转。可以理解,床架可以省略,直接旋转床板。
具体的,如图3、图5及图6所示,在本实施方式中,车载CT 10还包括第一驱动机构400a及连接机构400b。在第一驱动机构400a与连接机构400b配合下,床架320能绕自身的且与第一方向10a平行的中轴线360°旋转。
第一驱动机构400a包括设于第一床架座210上的第一电机410、设于第一电机410的输出轴上的第一齿轮420以及与第一齿轮420啮合的第二齿轮430。其中,第二齿轮430的半径大于第一齿轮420的半径,也即第二齿轮430为减速齿轮。具体的,在本实施方式中,第一电机410为卧式电机。第二齿轮430的转速可以控制在1秒/圈至120秒/圈,该转速适合被检查者。
连接机构400b包括第一连杆440及第二连杆450。床架320一端通过第一连杆440与第二齿轮430的中心固定连接,也即第一连杆440与第二齿轮430同轴设置,从而使得第一连杆440的转速与第二齿轮430的转速相同。床架320的另一端通过第二连杆450与第二床架座220转动连接,具体的,可以在第二床架座220设置用于与第二连杆450连接的轴套。
进一步,在本实施方式中,床板310还能沿第一方向10a往返移动,从而可以便于将人放置于床板310上以及便于将人从床板310上转移下来。具体的,可以先控制床板310沿第一方向10a朝向第一床架座210移动,从而可以在第一床架座210处(远离扫描筒体110处)将人放置于310上;再控制床板310沿第一方向10a朝向第二床架座220移动,以使人位于扫描筒体110内,以接收X射线源120发出的X射线,进行CT扫描;扫描结束后,再控制床板310继续沿第一方向10a朝向第二床架座220移动,从而可以在第二床架座220处(远离扫描筒体110处)将人从床板310上转移下来。从而当上述车载CT 10配置于体检车中时,第一床架座210与第二床架座220可以分别对应体检车的后门与前门设置,方便上下体检车。
具体的,如图2、图3及图4所示,在本实施方式中,车载CT 10还包括设于床架320与床板310之间的第二驱动机构500a以及第一滑动机构500b。在第二驱动机构500a与第一滑动机构500b配合下,床板310能沿第一方向10a往返移动。
第二驱动机构500a包括设于床架320上的第二电机510、设于第二电机510的输出轴上的第一丝杆520以及穿设于第一丝杆520上的第一螺帽座530,第一丝杆520沿第一方向10a延伸。第一螺帽座530与床板310连接。
第一滑动机构500b包括第一直线导轨540及设于第一直线导轨540上的第一滑块550。第一直线导轨540沿第一方向10a延伸。第一滑块550与床板310连接。
进一步,在本实施方式中,为了降低床板310与床架320构成的整体的厚度,床架320上设有安装槽322,第二电机510、第一丝杆520以及第一螺帽座530均位于安装槽322内。
进一步,在本实施方式中,第二驱动机构500a还包括第一固定座560、第一支座570以及第一联轴器580。第一丝杆520的一端穿设于第一支座570上,另一端穿设于第一固定座560上,并通过第一联轴器580与第二电机510连接。第一固定座560及第一支座570均设于安装槽322的槽底上。
进一步,在本实施方式中,第一直线导轨540的数目为两根,两根第一直线导轨540分别设于安装槽322的两侧。每一第一直线导轨540上间隔设置两个第一滑块550。在其他实施方式中,第一直线导轨540的数目可以为三根或四根,每一第一直线导轨540上也可以只有一个第一滑块550,也可以具有三个或三个以上的第一滑块550。
进一步,在本实施方式中,床板310还能沿竖直方向往返移动,从而便于调节不同厚度的头部,使得不同厚度的头部在水平面上的中心截面都能移动到预定位置。有的人胖,有的人瘦,有的人头大,有的人头小,因此不同的人躺在床板310上,其头部,在竖直方向上的厚度通常不相同。而在CT扫描头部时,以头部在水平面上的中心截面为基准,当中心截面到达预定位置(通常预定位置到X射线源120的距离与预定位置到数字成像板130之间的距离相等)后,再进行扫描。
具体的,如图5、图6及图7所示,在本实施方式中,车载CT 10还包括第三驱动机构600a、第二滑动机构600b、传动机构700a及第三滑动机构700b。在第三驱动机构600a、第二滑动机构600b、传动机构700a及第三滑动机构700b的配合下,床板310能沿竖直方向往返移动。
第三驱动机构600a包括设于第一床架座210上的第三电机610、设于第三电机610的输出轴上的第二丝杆620以及穿设于第二丝杆620上的第二螺帽座630。第二丝杆620沿竖直方向延伸。第二螺帽座630与床架320的端部连接。
第二滑动机构600b包括设于第一床架座210上的第二直线导轨640及设于第二直线导轨640上的第二滑块650。第二直线导轨640沿竖直方向延伸。第二滑块650与床架320的端部连接。
传动机构700a包括传动轴710、第三丝杆720、第三螺帽座730、第一螺旋齿轮740、第二螺旋齿轮750、第三螺旋齿轮760以及第四螺旋齿轮770。第三丝杆720设于第二床架座220上,且沿竖直方向延伸。第三螺帽座730穿设于第三丝杆720上。第三螺帽座730与床架320的端部连接。第一螺旋齿轮740与第二螺旋齿轮750分别设于传动轴710的两端,第三螺旋齿轮760与第四螺旋齿轮770分别设于第二丝杆620与第三丝杆720上,且第三螺旋齿轮760与第一螺旋齿轮740啮合,第四螺旋齿轮770与第二螺旋齿轮750啮合。
第三滑动机构700b包括设于第二床架座220上的第三直线导轨780及设于第三直线导轨780上的第三滑块790。第三直线导轨780沿竖直方向延伸。第三滑块790与床架320的端部连接。
进一步,在本实施方式中,固定架机构200还包括第一安装板230及第二安装板240。第三电机610、第二丝杆620及第二直线导轨640设于第一安装板230上,第三丝杆720及第三直线导轨780设于第二安装板240上。第一连杆440远离第二齿轮430的一端与第一安装板230固定连接,第二连杆450远离第二床架座220的一端与第二安装板240固定连接。
进一步,在本实施方式中,第三驱动机构600a还包括第二固定座660、第二支座670以及第二联轴器680。第二丝杆620的一端穿设于第二支座670上,另一端穿设于第二固定座660上,并通过第二轴器680与第三电机610连接。第二固定座660及第二支座670均设于第一安装板230上。
第二直线导轨640的数目为两根,两根第二直线导轨640分别设于第二丝杆620的两侧。每一第二直线导轨640上设置一个第二滑块650。
与第三丝杆720配合的固定座、支座等结构与第二丝杆620的相同,这里不再重复介绍。
进一步,在本实施方式中,传动轴710穿设于扫描筒体110上。
在本实施方式中,还提供一种救护车。该救护车包括上述的车载CT 10。
在本实施方式中,还提供一种体检车。该体检车包括上述的车载CT 10。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种车载CT,包括:
    扫描机构,包括扫描筒体、X射线源以及数字成像板,所述扫描筒体沿第一方向延伸,所述X射线源与所述数字成像板相对的设于所述扫描筒体内;
    固定架机构,包括分别设于所述扫描筒体相对的两端的第一床架座及第二床架座;以及
    床板,所述床板的两端分别与所述第一床架座及所述第二床架座连接,所述床板能绕自身的且与所述第一方向平行的中轴线自由旋转。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车载CT,其特征在于,还包括第一驱动机构以及连接机构;
    所述第一驱动机构包括设于所述第一床架座上的第一电机、设于所述第一电机的输出轴上的第一齿轮以及与所述第一齿轮啮合的第二齿轮,所述第二齿轮的半径大于所述第一齿轮的半径;
    所述连接机构包括第一连杆及第二连杆,所述床板一端通过所述第一连杆与所述第二齿轮的中心固定连接,所述床板的另一端通过所述第二连杆与所述第二床架座转动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的车载CT,其特征在于,所述床板还能沿第一方向往返移动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的车载CT,其特征在于,还包括床架,所述床架穿设于所述扫描筒体,且所述床架的两端分别设于所述第一床架座及所述第二床架座上,所述床架能绕自身的且与第一方向平行的中轴线自由旋转,所述床板设于所述床架上;
    所述车载CT还包括设于所述床架与所述床板之间的第二驱动机构以及第一滑动机构;
    所述第二驱动机构包括设于所述床架上的第二电机、设于所述第二电机的输出轴上的第一丝杆以及穿设于所述第一丝杆上的第一螺帽座,所述第一丝杆沿所述第一方向延伸,所述第一螺帽座与所述床板连接;
    所述第一滑动机构包括第一直线导轨及设于第一直线导轨上的第一滑块,所述第一直线导轨沿所述第一方向延伸,所述第一滑块与所述床板连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的车载CT,其特征在于,所述床架上设有安装槽,所述第二电机、所述第一丝杆以及所述第一螺帽座均位于所述安装槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的车载CT,其特征在于,所述床板还能沿竖直方向往返移动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的车载CT,其特征在于,还包括第三驱动机构、第二滑动机构、传动机构及第三滑动机构;
    所述第三驱动机构包括设于所述第一床架座上的第三电机、设于所述第三电机的输出轴上的第二丝杆以及穿设于所述第二丝杆上的第二螺帽座,所述第二丝杆沿竖直方向延伸,所述第二螺帽座与所述床板的端部连接;
    所述第二滑动机构包括设于所述第一床架座上的第二直线导轨及设于第二直线导轨上的第二滑块,所述第二直线导轨沿竖直方向延伸,所述第二滑块与所述床板的端部连接;
    所述传动机构包括传动轴、第三丝杆、第三螺帽座、第一螺旋齿轮、第二螺旋齿轮、第三螺旋齿轮以及第四螺旋齿轮,所述第三丝杆设于所述第二床架座上,且沿竖直方向延伸,所述第三螺帽座穿设于所述第三丝杆上,所述第三螺帽座与所述床板的端部连接,所述第一螺旋齿轮与所述第二螺旋齿轮分别设于所述传动轴的两端,所述第三螺旋齿轮与所述第四螺旋齿轮分别设于所述第二丝杆与所述第三丝杆上,且所述第三螺旋齿轮与第一螺旋齿轮啮合,所述第四螺旋齿轮与第二螺旋齿轮啮合;
    所述第三滑动机构包括设于所述第二床架座上的第三直线导轨及设于第三直线导轨上的第三滑块,所述第三直线导轨沿竖直方向延伸,所述第三滑块与所述床板的端部连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的车载CT,其特征在于,还包括第一驱动机构以及连接机构;
    所述第一驱动机构包括设于所述第一床架座上的第一电机、设于所述第一电机的输出轴上的第一齿轮以及与所述第一齿轮啮合的第二齿轮,所述第二齿轮的半径大于所述第一齿轮的半径;
    所述连接机构包括第一连杆及第二连杆,所述床板一端通过所述第一连杆与所述第二齿轮的中心固定连接,所述床板的另一端通过所述第二连杆与所述第二床架座转动连接;
    所述固定架机构还包括第一安装板及第二安装板,所述第三电机、所述第二丝杆及第二直线导轨设于所述第一安装板上,所述第三丝杆及第三直线导轨设于所述第二安装板上,所述第一连杆远离所述第二齿轮的一端与所述第一安装板固定连接,所述第二连杆远离所述第二床架座的一端与所述第二安装板固定连接。
  9. 一种救护车,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的车载CT。
  10. 一种体检车,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的车载CT。
