Abstract

The proposed utility model relates to table equipment, and more particularly to articles primarily intended for the consumption of food at picnics, on the beach, in field conditions, in vehicles, and also in other similar circumstances. A plate comprises a region for contact with food, which is in the form of a base with a side wall about its periphery, the rim of which bends outwards. An interlocking connection is provided along the length of the rim in the form of an indentation and a projection, said connection interlocking with a mating interlocking connection on an identical plate to form an enclosed space. An indentation and a projection are arranged such that their end faces abut to form a continuous connecting contour. This allows a single-use plate to be quickly and easily transformed into a closed container for storing food. In use, the utility model objectively exhibits a stronger and tighter connection between single-use plates.

Known packaging is made in the form of a container containing a contact area with food products, made in the form of a bottom base with a side wall along its perimeter, the edge of which is bent outward and has a lock connection in the form of a recess and a protrusion that is joined with the reciprocal lock connection of the identical package, forming a closed space.

This container is more suitable for storing food such as salads, various mashed potatoes and sandwiches, and to a lesser extent for their direct consumption from it, since the triangular shape of the container with a connected opening symmetrical lid and almost vertical side walls relative to the bottom container, do not provide convenience of food consumption due to the lack of stability of the structure, located on any surface.

In addition, the connection of the two symmetric parts of the container is not hermetic, because the locking lock elements in the form of protrusions and recesses are not made along the entire length of the connecting edges, creating unhindered air in the packaging in the closed position, thus, the possibility of long-term safe storage of products nutrition.

The prior art biodegradable disposable plate with a built-in biodegradable garbage bag (see US9107522, CL A47G19 / 03, publ. 2015). Known disposable plate for eating contains an area of contact with it, made in the form of a bottom base of a circular shape with an inclined side wall along its perimeter, the edge of which is bent outward.

On the outside, the plate contains an easily removable lid in a shape close to its shape from biodegradable elastic material, inserted into the stack one into the other.

According to the purpose of this product, at the end of eating, you should separate the elastic cover from the plate, turn it over and cover the leftover food, while the cover (depending on the amount of food leftovers) can increase in volume and enveloping the leftover food, creates a kind of chamber for safe processing waste due to a sealed adhesive one-time connection of the outer surface of the edge of the plate and the inner surface of the edge of the lid. This ensures a relatively environmentally friendly "disposal" of food residues, in addition, the likelihood of eating food residues by insects, rodents, birds, and other animals is further reduced, which in turn prevents the possible transmission of infections and therefore the possible infection of humans with dangerous infectious diseases.

Of the disadvantages of the known technical solutions, we can distinguish the following:

- the complexity and increased material consumption in the manufacture, as well as the high cost of the material used in the production, which ultimately increases the cost of a unit of production;

- a very limited area of use, which does not allow the use of a cover to form a confined space for storing food in the refrigerator in order to avoid chapping, and does not allow the use of a cover to protect food from rain, wind or sun in order to ensure their safety, since the biodegradable cover provides a one-time connection with biodegradable plate, excluding its removal without damaging the sealed structure.

The closest analogue of the proposed utility model is a disposable plate, known from US2016058222, class. A47G19 / 03, publ. 2016 Known disposable plate contains a means of contact with food products, made in the form of a bottom base with a side wall around the perimeter, the edge of which is bent to the outside.

For aesthetic appeal, a drawing is applied on the inside of the plate, and for the convenience of holding the plate in the palm of the hand, a holding tape is attached on the outside of the bottom base, made to cover the user's fingers.

This design implementation provides the convenience and functionality of using this plate, while eating, not at the table, but for example in a train or in nature, preventing plate displacement under the influence of wind, acceleration, rolling and other factors. However, such a constructive implementation of the plate does not ensure the safety of food products from exposure to the sun and atmospheric precipitation, in the situation of eating outdoors, when the plate is dropped and turned over, and is also not structurally adapted to create conditions for long-term storage of food products.

In addition, the implementation of the drawings and holding the flax on known disposable plates, increases the complexity of the technology for their manufacture and as a result significantly increases the cost of the finished product.

Utility Model Disclosure

The proposed utility model solves the problem (technical problem) of creating a universal disposable plate with the ability to quickly and easily transform into a food container with high performance.

The technical result of the proposed utility model is the implementation of the indicated purpose of the device, which consists in the possibility of quick and easy transformation of a disposable plate into a closed container for storing food products, as well as an increase in the strength and tightness of the connection of disposable plates objectively manifested during the use of the utility model.

The specified technical result that solves the problem posed before the utility model (technical problem) is achieved due to the fact that the plate contains an area of contact with food products made in the form of a bottom base with a side wall along its perimeter, the edge of which is bent outward, while along the edge of the edge there is a castle connection in the form of a recess and a protrusion that is joined with the mating castle connection of an identical plate, forming a closed space, wherein said recess and protrusion are located adjacent to each other from the end sides, forming a continuous connecting circuit.

The implementation along the length of the plate edge of the locking connection in the form of a recess and a protrusion, which is joined with the mating lock connection of the identical plate, as well as the location of the specified recess and the protrusion, adjacent to each other from the end sides with the formation of a continuous connecting contour, allows quick and easy transformation of the plate into a closed container for storing food, as well as, if necessary, reverse transformation from the container into plates, giving the container high technical and operational parameters ramie.

In the proposed utility model, a recess and a protrusion made along the entire length of the plate edge are located adjacent to each other with end faces, forming a continuous connecting circuit, which provides a reliable, durable and tight connection of disposable plates, as a result of which a container is created, an enclosed space that creates conditions for long-term storage of food products without loss of their consumer characteristics.

Thus, as a result of the fact that the edge of the side wall of the bottom base of the plate is bent outward, and along its length, a lock connection is made in the form of a recess and a protrusion, which is joined with the mating lock connection of the identical plate, forming a closed space, and also as a result of the recess and the protrusion are located adjacent to each other from the end sides, forming a continuous connecting circuit provides the creation of a universal plate with the ability to quickly and easily transform into a container for temporary second storing food which has high performance.

The choice of the locking connection of the plate in the form of a recess and a protrusion to obtain a closed space (temporary container for storing food) allows you to make identical plates with the same connection, which reduces the financial cost of manufacturing these products.

These signs of the proposed universal plates form a set of essential signs necessary and sufficient to achieve a technical result that implements the purpose of the device, which consists in the possibility of quick and easy transformation of a disposable plate into a closed container for storing food products, in addition to the technical result of increasing the strength and tightness of the plates objectively manifested during the operation of the proposed plate.

Utility Model Implementation

The utility model is illustrated by a specific implementation example, which, however, is not the only possible, but clearly demonstrates the achievement of a given set of essential features of a given technical result.

In FIG. 1-4 presents the following elements of the proposed plate:

5 - deepening of the castle connection;

6 - edge of the side wall;

7 - closed space (cavity). The proposed plate contains a contact area with food products made in the form of a bottom base 1 with a side wall 2 made along its perimeter. The edge 6 of the side wall 2 is bent to the outside.

Along the entire length of the edge 2 there is a locking connection 3 in the form of a recess 5 and a protrusion 6.

The castle connection 3 is joined with the same identical castle connection 3 of the identical plate, forming a closed space 7 (cavity).

The recess 5 and the protrusion 4 of the castle connection 3 are located adjacent to each other at the ends with the formation of a continuous connecting circuit.

The proposed utility model is implemented as follows.

The proposed plate is mainly made in a single-use version from plastic, paper and other materials permitted by the sanitary and epidemiological station, and can be successfully used for its intended purpose for eating from it in fast-food catering networks, in open cafes, at a picnic, on the beach or in transport , as well as being under other similar conditions.

To protect the food on the plate from possible accidental mechanical influences, for example, being on a train capable of moving the plate or toppling along with the contents, or to protect it from wind, solar radiation or rain, for example, while on a picnic, it is necessary to dock the offered plate with an identical plate by jointing identical locking joints 3. Thus, the specified technical result is achieved due to the formulated set of essential features, clearly presented below:

The proposed utility model can be implemented in a package containing at least two plates, and successfully used at a picnic, in transport, in nature, or under other similar circumstances as a means for eating food, which has the ability to protect it from possible external influences and the possibility of its reliable long-term storage in the refrigerator or during transportation, while maintaining the consumer and nutritional characteristics of the products.
